Staff filomina at entrance she insulting customers.
She asked to wear mask it's ok it's a safety purpose we asked her inside seller shop we will buy and wear but she insulted but she not had weared claws . She is not perfect she allowing others without mask but only questioning us and also insulted with attitude words. She is standing in front without wearing clows but she insulting others... this is not fare... we will wear mask if she said in proper manner but she is very wrong attitude person unequally treating...

    I placed an order with Reliance's Jio mart on their app for products worth Rs. 3127.5 on date 17 March 2021, order number[protected]A, invoice no. TNC[protected].

    The order said delivery expected by 21 March. but to my surprise the order was not delivered untill 22 March.

    Then in the afternoon I raised a complaint on the customer care email: [protected]@jiomart.com.

    Like any customer care I was assured resolution to the issue at the earliest, to which I was waiting. However, on 24 March, I got a call and message (SMS) from the customer care +[protected] with assurance that I will get the refund tomorrow i.e. 25 March. But, that too did not happen.

    I have been writing to the customer care emails for my refund to which I get their reply that the refund has been processed and I shall wait for 7 working days.

    When I asked them for the refund reference number, date and other details related to the refund, they have not provided any detail.
    Rather, I get the same reply to every mail saying that I shall wait for 7 working days.

    Such reputable company has not addressed this issue as seriously as it was supposed to be.
    I feel cheated and mislead with their discounts and offers of cashback if I placed a prepaid order with HDFC cards.
    Had I placed this order for Cash on delivery, there wouldn't have been as much harsament to me as it is now.

    I strongly believe that this company is misleading many other consumers with the same offers as it has done to me.

    It is my money and I am worried about it day and night.

On your mall in date 10/01/2021 I was taking follow up from last two months regarding tv stand at the time of TV Buying their staff as well as his manager says after 15 days we will provide this stand and solve the issue but till date no any work happen and now they can say more 10 days required to solve the issue am I now totaly dissatisfied from your service pls help and solve the matter

No.[protected]. On 23/03/2021 at14.25 I have visited your Reliance smart outlet at Reliance Smart, M K ShahExports LTD, D141, TTC Industrial Area, Shiwrane, Nerul, New Mumbai - 400706. I have purchased grocery items and paid cashbill. Nextday on 24/03/2021 when we checked the items and bill, we almost shocked to seethat one item ‘ 2007 EAN:[protected].00 SHREE TUTUJI KSHRIA THNDAI SYRP750ML BTL ‘ whichwas not purchased by me was showing purchased and its amount 280 Rs was takenfrom me. And moreover the item was not taken by me. Only its bill amount wastaken. Thenwe reached to the said outlet, we given above information to the counter. Then therewe have informed that the billing boy was not present. He will come afternoon, so come afternoon. But we insisted to meet manager, we have not allowed to meetmanager. After one hour, we have been returned 280 rs. Cash. Irequested to check the CCTV footage to see what has happened exactly. Then, oneMr. Patil come to the counter. He alsotold that CCTV footage cannot be seen. It is not under them. But I was firm tosee the footage. Because how can only customers say, you returned Rs.280. we have to see whose mistake has done. ThenMr. Patil telephoned someone and with one person he showed CCTV footage. Whenwe saw the footage I am very shocked again to see that, when I completed mypurchasing and came to the billing counter, the billing boy told me to put all groceries item to the counter. I engaged to put items on counter. Then thebilling boy said he will come in a minute. After a while he came to the billingcounter and started to scan my purchased items. After one item has scanned thenfrom other side of counter one Black pant and Black T shirt wearing lady comewith one bottle and she gave it to the billing boy whose name was told asGrufrant Ahmed. He scanned that bottle in my bill and gave it to the lady returned.She went from there with that bottle. I was told that she is a promoter. Afterthat I demanded to give me complaint register to give complaint against thatbilling boy and promoter lady. But no one have been provided me complaintregister. Instated I was provided to write my complaint in Customer Suggestion book.But I again instead to provide me complaint register, again I have been refusedto provide Complaint register. Mystrong accusation is that the promoter lady Mr. Yadav and the billing counter boy Grufrant Ahmed both done this act withintention to Cheat the Customer and enjoy the product that ‘ SHREE TUTUJI KSHRIA THNDAI SYRP750MLBTL ‘. This is very serious act of both, and also the management have notprovided me complaint register nor the manager met with me. I am hoping some inquiry should be done and Somewhere checks should be fixed in the interest of Customer and also your highly renowned Company.           Dear Sir/Madam
          I am Dr. shaik mohiddin shaw, Professor of Mathematics. I have purchased the provisions on 28/02/2021 at Reliance mart located at palnadu bus stand in Narasaraopet, Guntur Dt., Andhra Pradesh for the amount of 1338.25. I paid the said amount first time, then they said card is not working. After 5 minutes they again taken the card and withdraw the said amount. Then I have showed the sms what i received to mobile to the manager about the withdrawal of amount twice. The manager said that your amount will get back with in 10 days and said that is bank problem not their. Today is 24/03/2021 still I did not received any amount neither from bank nor from mart.
          Kindly rectify the issue.

                  We are getting charged for 20 rs for 2 wheeler parking. It is redeemable on min purchase of 200 rs.
                  1. Parking charges are too high
                  2. We do not go there to do timepass. I purchased products worth 171 and they refused to redeem. So it cost me for 191.

                    Yesterday night around 9 pm i visited to reliance smart point jp park mathikere branch. I saw wallnut which was kept in magdown. I saw and gave it to billing counter and said sorry its about to expire will not be able to use this. And came out. My office is just next to reliance smart point. A staff coming outside and shouting sir u havetaken wallnut pack. I said no madam i havnt taken it, i returned back to billing counter. I felt very bad on that moment. Its really horrible behaviour from staff. I have very bad experience from your outlet and staff. Same has been intimated to manager of the store. Its ridiculous...feeling not to purchase anything further from this outlet. Your staff cannot shout coming outside. U people are officials hope u wil solve and take action against the staff...my no. [protected]. Request for a call on priority.

                        Billing not done for Cornetto cone ice creams and magnum ice creams at tumkur reliance smart at adarsha nagar branch tumkur. if we ask by demand, than billing person told, it bills more than MRP, even though we ask for billing, But bill operator not ready to billing this products.

                          Due to this financial loss, I am under stress and would like to get penalty and my hard earned money at the earliest .

                                      On 25/02/2021 at Reliance Smart we did the double payment as one of the payment declined after shopping but from my debit card the money was deducted but the payment was not made so I did the another payment through cash to clear my shopping bills. The department manager made the double payment receipt and told me to refund the money within 7 working days so when I went back after 7 days with my bank statement to reliance smart sector - 85 Gurugram they told me that when the email from the headquarters come then we will refund your money

                                        I'm regular customer of your shop, there is not a good customer service from employees. They where busy with trolly and trolly parking inside the shop. They casuly place trollys in shop there is no space for free walking of customers. Employees speedly running in the shop and hit the customers.
