We bought this membership of 3 days 2 nights worth Rs. 8000/- from Royal Bliss Holidays Club but the times we tried to reach them out for any bookings, either the offices were closed, or it was a peak season otherwise, or the company was shifting to Gurugram.
The staff is after you when you are deciding to go for the membership or not, and later once you take it, you have to be after them to avail any benefits but they are of no rescue, they have ample excuses to not take your bookings because of hotels fully booked all over India, within Delhi on the same dates every time you try reaching out to them for the same within the year.
Our relationship personnel had left the company recently but even then could not share her managers' or any other staff's number (god knows what's true in it and what's not). The landline numbers given have their services barred so there is no way you can reach out to them.
We shall be done with our year's subscription soon but we see no hope of availing any stay within or outside Delhi in this period, because they have too many excuses to not provide you any bookings.
If we wanted to book a stay for June in April (which is 2 months in advance), they said, that is a peak season, and we are fully booked..and do not take further queries on it promising you can avail the stay July onwards. July onwards, they would have new excuses to give to you for not booking up things for you.
Who plans a holiday after vacations? That too when the booking is requested much much in advance? How can you be fully pre-booked and then also seeing similar reviews above, I feel no one is getting anything out of their memberships taken with them.
A word of mouth makes one reliable to go with and it really pulls you down too..we need a full refund of our membership or our stays before the membership expires, irrespective of how busy your entire office is shifting, laying off, managing work with no work actually being done or whatever.
