Rejecting Learner License

I have applied for LL on 22/10/2024 online through parivahan portal but very next day they have rejected my application by saying that I have violated rules during online test. But it was their website who went temporarily unavailable even after my internet is on and having good connection. Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, Application no. is [protected]. RTO office comes under RTO-Chandapura (Bengaluru), Karnataka.
I have passed the test on 26/09/2024, It has been 28 days now but approval of LL by ARTO licensing authority is still pending. I have raised complaint still no reply or action from the concerned authority.
I did not understand the purpose of contactless application given by GOI-Road Transport. Please look into this and do the needful.

    Problem in application status and slot booking

    Due to some technical issue Slot Booking not allowed. Reference: 212.102.51.246 this shows when slot booking

    and when completing my application for my learning license i get stuck onapplication fee it shows the fee calculated is zero and does not proceed furthur...

    Pending in printing Learner licence

    I have applied for Learning License In RTO Vastral (Ahmedabad EAST) Via https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ website on 13 Oct 2024
    My Application Number is [protected]
    They asked me to upload license again, So I uploaded it again on 14 Oct 2024
    LL and AEDL SCRUTINY is already completed on 15 Oct 2024.
    But still its waiting in APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY state.

      Issue of learning license - DY RTO VASHI (MH43)

      I applied for the learner's license on September 10, 2024, through Aadhar and took the online learner's license test, which I passed. However, my learner's license has not yet been approved, and it has been 10 days. I would appreciate any help on this matter.

      The government department is asking to scrap the car before validity ends

      My diesel car compliant with pollution and fitness norms is being forced to be scrapped by RTO before the validity ends in year 2028. They have taken the RTO fees for the entire validity but haven't fulfilled their commitment to let the vehicle operate for the said duration. They should refund my RTO fees along with compensation to change my vehicle....

            My DL Renewal (APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL) is Still Pending

            On June 1st, I applied for my DL renewal on the Sarathi Parivahan website (KA). After submitting all the necessary documents, I visited the KA03 RTO on June 15, 2024, to verify the documents.
