Learner License Application stuck at "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" stage

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Learner's License application ([protected]) is stuck at "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" stage since 26 July 2024.

I am Sachin Singh, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Pratapgarh uttar pradesh, I passed the test on 17/03/2024, Its been about 4months now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

There has not been any change is application status of my application status [protected]. I have submitted all the required documents on 10th july 2024 personally. Now I am unable to take my vehicle in absence of renewed driving licence. There is no communication either for any missing documents, so that corrective action can be taken from my end. Please help.

      Good morning,

      Dear Sir/Mam,
      I am Pankaj Prajapati s/o Dinesh Chandra Prajapati, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. is[protected] at ADTT, Burari
      VIU Complex, RTO, Delhi
      I have passed only mcwg driving test on dated 19th May 2024 and Failed in LMV . So that I want to give test of LMV right now. I will do it in future if more need. And the date of Learning License is expired (means it passed 6 months)
      But till the date its shows status pending for
      1) approval of dl
      2) printing of dl in form 7 &
      3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

      So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application "[protected]"

        RTO India Smart card not Recieved even after 7 months

        I Brought Triump Speed 400 Bike From Visakhapatnam in October 2023 and received vehicle number AP40 AN 6204, with the number plate installed in January 2023. However, to date, I have not received the RTO tax paid receipt and RC Smart Card. I have sent photos of the installed number plate to the showroom at least two times. Attached are the photos of the number plate. I am sure you will reply promptly....

              All the process completed including vehicle fitness (physical copy available) was completed on[protected] for my Maruti Esteem Vxi petrol model 2005 MH-04-Cj-6505 Uday B Mhatre(first owner), except the green tax payment from my side unawareness from my end.

              I paid it on[protected] with penalty. Attaching the receipt for the same. Please provide my the renewed car registration that is expiring on 30/9/2025 at the earliest.

              Many follow-ups already done Sir.

              Its pending from 2020, delayed due to covid.

              Now all the formalities are completed and I am awaiting to complete the process asap.

              Please deliver my RC- Smart card at the earliest otherwise it will again go in follow-up loop.
