I would like to inform you that I applied online for learner license on 28/12/2023. But till now I have not received password for online LL test. It's showing "application is under processing at RTO level" for many days. Subsequently, we discovered that the payment had indeed been debited from our bank account. To clarify the situation, we approached the bank manager, who confirmed that the same payment had been credited to your account.

We kindly request you to investigate this matter and help us get refund the amount.

We have attached copies of the bank statement reflecting the debit transaction. This documents should assist you in verifying the transaction.

Recently in Sep23, I renewed my RC for my car (Reg. No. KA05MF8835) which has crossed 15yrs. During this process, the “Maker” information in the RC & VAHAN is updated as “Others”, instead of “Hyundai Motor India Limited”. However, my old RC is already with the right “Maker / Manufacturer” information.

This is an issue regarding RTO office of Buldhana maharashtra. MH28.
I have a LMV driving license already. I wanted to add MCWG and MCG in the driving license. so i passed the test on 17 Nov 2023. on the sarathi website "SCRUTINY" and "RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST" are complete. But the progress has stopped at the "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL" since 15 days. My original Driving license has been taken by the RTO with the AEDL form. so i need the new driving license As soon as possible. [protected] is my application number.

I have applied for learner licence online. In the form I have change my address in some fields by mistake. I just want recorect bcz of that I am getting error i.e please visit the concerned RTO office with all original documents as you have change address feilds. I have done payment.and getting option to edit application.
So kindly I request you to allow me to edit my application or please refund my amount or cancel my application.

I bought pre-owned access 125 (MH12MJ4013) in the month of July 2022 with registration date of me as uowner of July 2022. Today I got challan from RTO issuing challan of Rs. 500/- for not wearing helmet while driving.
But the date of this challan is[protected], which is before i purchased vehicle. Why I am getting challan for this as that time i was not even owning this vehicle.
Please look into this issue urgently and revoke the charges for drawn challan..

Hello, I have booked a Suzuki Access 125 BT Model on 10th November and as per the dealer (Jyote Suzuki, Patia, Bhubaneswar) they have submitted the application soon after that. But the registration process is still pending at the Ganjam RTO (OD-07), office situated at Chatrapur Odisha. It's been a quite long time since the registration is pending and as per the dealer they cannot take any action on it. Could you please suggest what action should I take in this case?
