I am Shyam Dharpale, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO, CHHATRAPATI SAMBHAJINAGAR (MH20), I passed the test on 28/11/2024, Its been 43 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my learner’s license application. As of[protected], I submitted all the necessary documents and completed the required formalities for the learner's license through the online portal via the e-parivahan sewa website.
Could you kindly provide an update on the approval process? I understand that these procedures take time, but I am eager to begin my journey as a responsible driver. My learner's license is pending approval from many days and hence i am unable to get it printed

I have appplied for alteration of Vehicle by paying necessary fee twicely but RTO authority has not accepted by application hence i have cancelled my car alteration, but neither i have been refunded my processing fee paid twicely nor RTO -Vasai has removed from their Govt .RTO-vasai Portal side

I have applied for contact less Learning Licence under application number [protected] with Pune RTO (MH12) on 24th December 2024. It's been more than 15 days but status still showing pending 'APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENSING AUTHORITY'.
Please help to get it approved as it is contact less service and should not take this much time.

Sir, I have completed online process for renewal of license on 14th November 24. Concerned RTO is DY.RTO, BORIVALI (MH47). Scrutiny was completed on 4th December 24, only after I visited the concerned RTO. Items under pending are
PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7
DL DISPATCH BY POST
The above status has not changed for last one month.

Request your help in expediting the issuance of my renewed driving license.

I have applied for change of address in my driving license online through parivahan portal. I did it without aadhaar authentication. Hence, after submitting the application, I also verified my documents offline at the RTO, and also received a text message that the documents have been verified. However, when I check my application status online, it still says "Application is under processing at RTO Level - APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL-Counter-AIMV16"br...

RTO Name: BACKEND OFFICE, SARAI KALE KHAN (DL3)
I applied for 'Driving license renewal' via application no : [protected] on[protected] through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.
It says scruity was completed on[protected]. However, for the past more than 30 days the application status is showing : 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING' at Vikram Counter level.

I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in issuing my duplicate driving license. My application number is[protected].

Here are the key milestones in my application process:

- Application Scrutiny Approval: Completed on[protected]
- Approval of Endorsements on DL: Completed on[protected]
- Current Status: PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 from counter RTOAUTH1 is still pending as of[protected]

I have also filed a complaint on the Sarathi file grievance portal, complain ID 837777 but unfortunately, I haven't received any response yet.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and guide me on any further steps I need to take.

I am Swapnil, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO AMRAVATI MH-27, I passed the test on 09/12/2024, Its been over 3 weeks now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. I also filed a grievance request few days bakc but no response on it till now.

After completing my online test for the learner's licence my application is showing as spending and I am not getting the licence number and also unable to print the licence as it shows application yet to be processed...

I hold an two wheeler driving license and now i want LMV learner license so i applied for it on[protected]. It's being 10 days since i have submitted the form online through parivahan and my application status for my learner license of LMV is still pending.
