Sir, I have completed online process for renewal of license on 14th November 24. Concerned RTO is DY.RTO, BORIVALI (MH47). Scrutiny was completed on 4th December 24, only after I visited the concerned RTO. Items under pending are
PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7
DL DISPATCH BY POST
The above status has not changed for last one month.

I am Atharv Dhamne, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Maharashtra, I passed the test on 03/01/2025, Its been 2 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

I have applied for change of address in my driving license online through parivahan portal. I did it without aadhaar authentication. Hence, after submitting the application, I also verified my documents offline at the RTO, and also received a text message that the documents have been verified. However, when I check my application status online, it still says "Application is under processing at RTO Level - APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL-Counter-AIMV16"br...

RTO Name: BACKEND OFFICE, SARAI KALE KHAN (DL3)
I applied for 'Driving license renewal' via application no : [protected] on[protected] through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.
It says scruity was completed on[protected]. However, for the past more than 30 days the application status is showing : 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING' at Vikram Counter level.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in issuing my duplicate driving license. My application number is[protected].

Here are the key milestones in my application process:

- Application Scrutiny Approval: Completed on[protected]
- Approval of Endorsements on DL: Completed on[protected]
- Current Status: PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 from counter RTOAUTH1 is still pending as of[protected]

I have also filed a complaint on the Sarathi file grievance portal, complain ID 837777 but unfortunately, I haven't received any response yet.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and guide me on any further steps I need to take.

Since then it is stuck on PRINTING IDP FOR A DL stage and there is no update. I have tried calling backend RTO multiple times but no one is picking up.
