My mother and brother’s RTPCR sample was collected on 17th and then 18th April and both the times have received a result as Repeat Sample Needed
My mother was scheduled for a surgery on Monday and due to their unprofessional and inefficient services her surgery had to be delayed and inspite of giving the 2nd sample yesterday, the result again is Repeat Sample Needed today. This is highly unacceptable
The same has been faced by our neighbor too, in the last 3 days. Inspite of giving sample twice the result is Repeat Sample Needed
I need my refund for the tests and Damages for putting my mother at risk and delaying her surgery Was this information helpful? |
