My account was blocked after initiating of withdrawal of cash. I tried to contact customer care of rummycircle and they are not even resolved my issue and sending reply as my issue was resolved. Still i'm facing same issue. Please can some one check do the needful

      Many times i complained about credited amount will not be added to my account.. Via my mail a. S. [protected]@gmail.com.. But there is no response from your side 100 rupees was not credited and also this game was cheating me i have proof. The person who had made valid declaration is not in the group.. So how can he made valid declare. Proof i had photo copy... Plz reply me... I mailed so many times...

The address that you have registered in your RummyCircle account also belongs to the restricted state of Telangana where the real money gameplay has been suspended pursuant to changes in the state gaming laws.                                 In rummycircle,
                                I am unable to play tournaments from my desktop computer,
                                However i can play regular pool and deal games without any problem
                                (Can play tournaments only in mobile, not so user friendly)

                                Date of incident - from july-15-2017

                                Client details - play games24x7 pvt. Ltd.
                                P. O. Box 17640, malad (W),
                                Mumbai 400064.

                                Problem description - after joining the tournament (Registration), at the time of playing when i click on take seat icon new window should appear where the game is played, however in my case new window is not opening.

                                However i can play other games on my desktop in same website (www.rummycircle.com and same user account) like pool, deal and point rummy without any problem,
                                I have latest flash player. So it s a concern from rummycircle only.

                                On issuing a concern with rummycircle they told me to send the screen shot, i have sent the complete detailed screen recording, but got no answer at all, even after multiple reminders

                                      I cant play cash games when i played last i have won the prize and it is not credited ; i have network but it always shows ther is no network connections;and it is showing that no transactions going to happen from my account this is very sad to hear and taking long time to transfer money from account islong process it taking so much of time; please rectify the problem as soon as possible i hope ou do so.
