    Sir am anilkumar shankar naik @ pawar my rummycircle account was closed for security reasons. I was given withdrawal request to my friend account due to this reason my account was closed. This transaction was done by me only i was not known the procedure of withdrawal.. Please reopen my account as soon as possible.

      I have entered my personal information before with my frind name previously. The name entered before is different from my account holder name. So i tried to withdraw amount through online transfer using the options provided. The name has been mismatched with the bank account id proof. I need to update the personal information to withdraw amount. I must know that whether it is safe to upload id proof including account number details. There are many scams going around.. There are easy way to deposit amount to play rummy through online transfer.. But why there are so many steps to withdraw amount.. Clarify shortly as soon as possible

          My account was blocked since last night. I have mailed so many times they only said you have used account is already registered in our systems but they didn't say how to solve. Actually that account is my friend account really i don't know it was already used even i dont know one person should use one account that is the problem..               Hello. I was playing on rummycircle. Due to some financial losses i asked them to temporary disable my acount fot 90 days so that i can recover. After three months ehen i requested them to activate my ac. Again they denied. After that i tried to mail them around 50 times. Most of the times they dont reply bt whenevr they reply, reply with the same copied text. They are arrogantly treating me. I had money in balance. My kyc details are at them.                             I am playing rummy from past 1 and half years. I have been playing games like 100, 500 at that time my withdrawal never had any issues. Later when i started to play 2k games and when i won they blocked my account. I want my account back as well as the amount they have blocked in my rummy circle account.
                            They didnt even respond to me properly. They where mentioning that the issue has been resolved in previous token.

                                      My Rummy circle account userid p11119899.Respected sir Sir my account is under investigation at the date 29/11/2019 still knowy account is not working . Rummy circle team sending the msg u r account is under investigation will get back in 48 hours but still i am not get any information you r rummy circle.
