My account has been closed and the amount has been in my account. Yesterday i was withdraw my amount 11000 to my bank account and still the amount has not been credited. So many mail iam send but not responsible. But the account has been closed. What can i do now reply my mail quickly as soon as possible

    I have faced problem with rummy circle vvs2018 is my user name... As my request they blocked my account but they didn't credit my withdrawal money to my bank account. Threedays back i make withdrawal request. But now they suddenly closed my account but they cancelled my withdrawal request and add take my money back.           Hey sir my name Poonam Singh. I playing the games in rummy circle 4 years. I am platinum player on this site. My user name of this site amarsings23.1st December to 7th December I am deposit and win more money. On 8th December I deposit 5750 deposit krke 12980 withdrawal kiye. I see in the mid Night my withdrawal rejected. I open my rummy circle account and try to withdraw again but they not work and try to deposit and play game so show the game screen -your account are close please contact [protected]@rummycircle .i am mail of this concern. After few hours there agent Raj Kumar boda reply. They are say I play unfair game of his site with user rummy231993 and that's why they close my account and 13000 they are freeze. I reply in mail sir I don't know who is rummy231993 and if you right so send me some proof I am play wrong game. They have no proof to send me .they are freeze my money and not reply my mail. Please sir block there company. They are so many fraud with our customers. Cheat rummy site.

                        I have entered my personal information before with my frind name previously. The name entered before is different from my account holder name. So i tried to withdraw amount through online transfer using the options provided. The name has been mismatched with the bank account id proof. I need to update the personal information to withdraw amount. I must know that whether it is safe to upload id proof including account number details. There are many scams going around.. There are easy way to deposit amount to play rummy through online transfer.. But why there are so many steps to withdraw amount.. Clarify shortly as soon as possible

                              I am not able to play a cash game and make withdraws in rummy circle. Since novemeber month i had this issue. I sent more than 100 emails they never reply a single email from past 30 days... I have a amount worth 10152 rupees in my rummy wallet. I already file a two complaints about this issue in your website. You people also not taken a action.. So i kindly request to clear this issue.. Please... Its already nearly 30 days up.. Please clear this issue... Ive attached the image below this email

                              My account got locked and my amount refund also I did not get. I don't know the reason and it's not llowing me to join in any of the game and I am playing more than a year, I don't know the reason I lost my amount.

                                Hello. I was playing on rummycircle. Due to some financial losses i asked them to temporary disable my acount fot 90 days so that i can recover. After three months ehen i requested them to activate my ac. Again they denied. After that i tried to mail them around 50 times. Most of the times they dont reply bt whenevr they reply, reply with the same copied text. They are arrogantly treating me. I had money in balance. My kyc details are at them. Its beeen ovr a year now still they r not helping me. Plz help me to get acces to my ac. Plz ask them to reactivate my acount. My details of rummycircle ac. As follows:

                                Unknowingly i enter my friend account number that's why my account on hold please solve this problem in my account i have more then 10000 please open my account .i can play cash games and cant withdraw money also even i cant change my account details please give solutions for that

                                I tried 3-4 times kyc and my kyc is not verified our system.
                                I don't know same problem repate again and again.
                                So I humble request to you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  My user name in rummycircle is maddybablu please change it as velayudham because my luck was rejecting because of invalid name and my pan card adhaar card name is velayudham. Please change to the same. I try to complete my kyc but due to different username i was unable to complete it please change the username as velayudham
