My username kunals1978. I am not to play games as it is asking for confirming the email address. I have confirmed the email address but i didn't receive confirmation mail from your end. I enjoy playing the said game, but due to this problem i am not able to play. I know i might not be pro player but all players are allowed to play right?

      Sir,
      I'm a rummycircle user last one-year i played rummy with this website i referred 7-9 people. Every thing is fine.. The problem is i'm going to withdrawal my winnings the bank transaction took 3- 4 days.. And i'm a golden club user.. But my friends reffered by me they are bronze club only they got immediate cash transfer within seconds. I complaint lot of times with this issue but still its not cleared.
      Now i gave withdrawal request 4days ago 07/11/2019. But still no actions.. I didn't received my winning money.. And they closed my account as well.. I mean before winnings transaction they closed my account..
      Please bring my winnings to my account..
      I spend lot of money and time with rummycircle but no reward.. I got only depression.. Please take a further severe action on rummycircle customer service.

            Rummy circle i found out how take away money. Robots will play as soon as money is credited.. You with allowed to play with real player after certain matches.. I can't figure out how many... But sure first few matches as soon as you enter you will lose.. You can check that... So when you are in loss you will allowed to play with real player.. Again if you gain... Next time when you enter robots will play.. Finally all money goes to rummy circle... Please check this all user and spread this.. Greedy is ok but thus too greedy by rummy circle.. Everyone can check what i said above.. I know names if robot too... Ha ha spread awareness

              Please change my registered name massmks. And use this new name (Muthukumar p). Because i upload my adhar card for id proof but it was rejected because my rummycircle registered name and pan card name not same. My all id proofs have same name as muthukumar p. So change my registered name and put muthukumar other wise i cant upload my id proof and i cant do any cash withdrawal so please make it fast thankyou.

                    My account is closed specifying that i have accumulated with another player and violated fair play rules. But in fact i didn't commit any such things specified by the fair play team. Its a false accusation on me. I have been written so many emails and received auto response that saying i dis obeyed fair play rules which is certainly wrong.

                    I am requesting again to verify the games played by me with the mentioned player which you specified as i was played with him/her.

                    Please specify the number of games i played with that person and game details for which you felt i did wrong.

                    Please note an amount of Rs. 4299.40 has been captured from your account which you gained by colluding with the other player.

                    Your account has been closed permanently on the basis of your account history. "

                    But In fact i was the one who reported on that user.

                    I request you to check this game again also find some details like how many games I played with that person and also check the history between "cashmenaren1 " and other players in the pool who are 1.getme1998 2. Aming11 3. praba6677 4. brijlesh
                    he/she may involved with anothe rperson and not me.

                    Also that person may thought to get more count from me thats why he didnt close even though he finished the game . i strongly remeber this game i have 2 lifes so if we are cummulated then there is no point for him to wait and not to close the game.

                    But on God promise i didnt colluded with that player or any player in the specified game. Thats why I have been writing so many emails to unblock my account.

                          My user name is pappu644655. My account is disabled and not refunded my balance amount 1lakh rupees. They are not responding to my mails. Call connection also blocked.

                          They sent an email saying, we are closing the account and the balance will be refunded to registered account with in 5 to 7 working days.

                          I got the mail on 3rd october, still didn't get any refund and not replying to my mails.

                            I get spams daily from rummy circle

                            Sometimes from bv-gamezzz, sometime from bv-getcsh, and some more.

                                  My account Zezz9 is blocked for no mistake of mine and my rs. 20600 odd money is blocked neither I can withdraw or play with it when I try calling customer care they aren't answering my call and the machine says to wait an executive will attend for hours n hours and one attends when I complaint via mail I don't get any proper reply and I was assured a call back from the rummy circle team and now it's more than 20 hours I haven't received any call from the team that is really unprofessional from the Rummy Circle part.
                                  I don't understand why they have grabbed my whole 20000 change and no allowing me to withdraw my own money. I request you to reactivate my account and allow me to play my game and allow me to withdraw my money.

                                  I did contact but no support, I am always getting a computer generated replies from your side my query isnt getting answered. Now I am not even able to contact your customer care via call you seem to have blocked my number. This is really getting out of hand you people are robbing my money and also robbing people like me by giving lame excuses and not replying for my mails and not picking my call on your help desk.
