After that you people came with a receipt stating that on 02.7.19 the amount was credited. But it was wrong. After that asked me to contact my branch (Uco bank) and get the information. But the bank could not trace...

Dear sir/madam i am the user of rummycircle online game, to withdraw money kyc verification is mandatory, due to mismatch of my name in rummyy account and in my documents, aadhaar uploading is failed.
