    My account is closed specifying that i have accumulated with another player and violated fair play rules. But in fact i didn't commit any such things specified by the fair play team. Its a false accusation on me. I have been written so many emails and received auto response that saying i dis obeyed fair play rules which is certainly wrong.

    I am requesting again to verify the games played by me with the mentioned player which you specified as i was played with him/her.

    Please specify the number of games i played with that person and game details for which you felt i did wrong.

    for the complaint i have raised (Below is the complaint ) i received the following response from fair play

    Our systems detected that on a few Rummy games played, you have colluded with another player " cashmenaren1 ' to gain unfair advantage, which is in violation to our terms of service. RummyCircle is committed to providing a fair and secure playing environment to all its players and has systems that help detect any unfair practices.

    Please note an amount of Rs. 4299.40 has been captured from your account which you gained by colluding with the other player.

    Your account has been closed permanently on the basis of your account history. "

    But In fact i was the one who reported on that user.

    I request you to check this game again also find some details like how many games I played with that person and also check the history between "cashmenaren1 " and other players in the pool who are 1.getme1998 2. Aming11 3. praba6677 4. brijlesh
    he/she may involved with anothe rperson and not me.

    Also that person may thought to get more count from me thats why he didnt close even though he finished the game . i strongly remeber this game i have 2 lifes so if we are cummulated then there is no point for him to wait and not to close the game.

    But on God promise i didnt colluded with that player or any player in the specified game. Thats why I have been writing so many emails to unblock my account.

          Hi,

          My user name is pappu644655. My account is disabled and not refunded my balance amount 1lakh rupees. They are not responding to my mails. Call connection also blocked.

          They sent an email saying, we are closing the account and the balance will be refunded to registered account with in 5 to 7 working days.

          I got the mail on 3rd october, still didn't get any refund and not replying to my mails.

            I get spams daily from rummy circle

            Sometimes from bv-gamezzz, sometime from bv-getcsh, and some more.

            On clicking the link, before it gets redirected to rummycircle.com, it briefly shows a tracking. Salesleaf.com.

            Please have them stop spamming despite my sending email from their contact us page.

                  My account Zezz9 is blocked for no mistake of mine and my rs. 20600 odd money is blocked neither I can withdraw or play with it when I try calling customer care they aren't answering my call and the machine says to wait an executive will attend for hours n hours and one attends when I complaint via mail I don't get any proper reply and I was assured a call back from the rummy circle team and now it's more than 20 hours I haven't received any call from the team that is really unprofessional from the Rummy Circle part.
                  I don't understand why they have grabbed my whole 20000 change and no allowing me to withdraw my own money. I request you to reactivate my account and allow me to play my game and allow me to withdraw my money.

Now I am not even able to contact your customer care via call you seem to have blocked my number.                                       My rummycircle account is blocked from 16th september 2019. So i contacted [protected]@rummycircle.com and [protected]@rummycircle.com to solved my problem and follow up them by writing around 30 mails but they are not even giving me reply. They had informed me to give id proof so i uploaded my aadhar card but till date it is under review status. Finally i tired and ask them to give my money back but no any action from their end.
                                      So please help me to solve the issue.

                                        I have entered my personal information before with my pet name previously. The name entered before is different from my account holder name. So i tried to withdraw amount through online transfer using the options provided. The name has been mismatched with the bank account id proof. I need to update the personal information to withdraw amount. I must know that whether it is safe to upload id proof including account number details. There are many scams going around.. There are easy way to deposit amount to play rummy through online transfer.. But why there are so many steps to withdraw amount.. Clarify shortly as soon as possible
