My account username is sats3420 has been suspended from last 25 days almost.i unable to play cash games or any trasaction.number of times i contact to support team but improper response is from you.so many times I mailed to fairplay team but they replied me to ask bring frinds to upload their documents but they do not specify the name of friends so I can ask them. Also I have asked my bringed friend and all them uploaded their documents.please unlock my account asap.or give me other solution to activate it.

                  My rummycircle account is blocked from 16th september 2019. So i contacted [protected]@rummycircle.com and [protected]@rummycircle.com to solved my problem and follow up them by writing around 30 mails but they are not even giving me reply. They had informed me to give id proof so i uploaded my aadhar card but till date it is under review status. Finally i tired and ask them to give my money back but no any action from their end.
                  So please help me to solve the issue.

                          Cash is not added to my account, eventhough transacy is successful. My transaction id is ptm20190921061411810195201909210537. Payment gateway is through phonepe. Please solve this complaint. I eagerly want to play the cash games. I wrote to rummycircle but there is no solution. I want my money in to the account or reflected back to my bank account, whatever is the solution... Hope soon

                              I logged in my account with rummycircle id ajram2001, but i am getting error like unable to play cash games or withdrawal of my amount 12200rs. I sent an e-mail to customer care, they told me like i have multiple accounts so they closed my account. Again i sent an e-mail to them with below queries. If you don’t mind can i know accounts that are related to me
                              First of all i am pretty new to online platform how can i have related accounts?
                              I felt cheated as i already poured my amount into it.
                              If you want any proofs of mine please let me know. I will provide them
                              I thought of playing free games and started paid games.
                              Please show a way to run my accout possible re activate my account if not give my amount refunded

                              I added attachments of pan card and account details for the verification purpose. But still i didn't get any response from them. Please let me know how can i proceed on this one.

                              I sent number of emails, no one is responded with proper information.Provide the accounts which are related to me otherwise deposit my account.if I have multiple accounts how it got accepted when I am trying to do KYC.when I lost money you don't have any issues, when I earned money then you will blocked it the reason of having multiple accounts.just provide me the list of accounts I have.
                              I sent number of emails still I didn't get response from your team that's why I posted here. Please respond to my emails and take necessary action otherwise let me know I will proceed legally.
                              Dear sir my account is block by you for security reasons and my money deducted by you my balance is 173 which is deducted currently my balance has 0rs I m not understand why please help me by reopen my account and credit my money back

                                Sir my rummy account was blocked before some days and i had lots of complaint about my account problem so i don't know what to do lastly i request you that please reopen my rummy account [protected]@gmail.com and allow to play the game and withdrawal money from my account immediately and forgive me my any fault and i hope you will be solve my problem as soon as possible

                                  I logged in my account with rummycircle id ajram2001, but I am getting error like unable to Play cash games or withdrawal of my amount 12200Rs.I sent an e-mail to customer care, they told me like I have multiple accounts so they closed my account.Again I sent an e-mail to them with below queries. If you don’t mind can I know accounts that are related to me
                                  First of all I am pretty new to online platform how can I have related accounts?
                                  I felt cheated as I already poured my amount into it.
                                  If you want any proofs of mine please let me know. I will provide them
                                  I thought of playing free games and started paid games .
                                  Please show a way to run my accout possible re activate my account if not give my amount refunded

                                  I added attachments of pan card and account details for the verification purpose.but still I didn't get any response from them.please let me know how can I proceed on this one.

                                    My account has been Bocked since 2 months and have not received any proper response from your team.

                                    - All my referred accounts have verified their accounts

                                    Unable to withdraw my balance from the app neither play any games on it.
