    I am b mahesh kumar online player of rummycircle, my email id is

    Last month of agust 2019 i played so many tables in rummycircle online game, i won the amount of 50896/- rupees promptly.
    But rummycirle people unexpectedly my account was blocked and taken my money on 21st agust and at the same time my account also blocked.
    I have been sent many miails on this issue but they are not responding, on 21st agust they said to me your account is under investigation but my account was everything is cleared with kyc documentation. Still i agrred wat they said but again on 23rd agust a send a mail this time they said to me your issue was closed.
    But my amount was not released and my account also not opened, afterthat every two days i have been sent many mails but they are not responding.
    Today also i send a mail to rummycicrle againa they said to me your account is under investigation but i am sure that my account is abo[censored]ly genuine and cleared.
    Rummycircle people cheted me, so please consider this compliant and do the needful as soon as possible

I played rummy circle game with my amount of 20k i won the 23k total amount in rummycircle is 43k, when i was make the withdrawal it's take the withdrawal and after day it's seeing your account was blocked for security reasons...       I tried to withdraw 1000 from my a/c first time but it's not acceptable .
      And also mine a/c also blocked .

        Hi,
        Happy to inform you that i have withdrawn rs.14000 on 29.6.2019, but not yet received the amount. When ever i complained you people asked for the bank statement and more than 10 time i sent my bank statement.
        After that you people came with a receipt stating that on 02.7.19 the amount was credited. But it was wrong. After that asked me to contact my branch (Uco bank) and get the information. But the bank could not trace the transaction with number you people have given.

        Then i was told to get a declaration that the bank couldn't trace the transaction so that you people can put the money in my rc account. The bank has given the declaration that such transaction they couldn't trace out. While i sent that statement to you, i got reply that i have to get the utr no of the transaction which rc has claiming that i has been made. Both the banks have failed to trace the transaction, then you people are asking me to trace it. How is it possible. When in asked from where i can get it, after that there is no reply from your side. Great!!!.
        The present condition, i lost rs.14000/-
        Please do not ask me to send the bank statement 10 times more and get declaration from bank again and again.
        What rc is doing to a person, who is a member for last 8 years or so.

                            My name is sathish kumar s from chennai. I make a withdrawal amount worth 2000 rs on 21/08/2019.in this case most of times they peoples are process withdrawal faster. But this time they not credited the amount faster. I am asking to support team for why should you guys not credit the amount faster and you people credit the amount fast as fast to other newbies account.                                   I was doing a transaction of 9000 into my Rummy circle account rahim1143 transaction was successful and I got a massage and then suddnely I was logged out automatically then I logged in and then I seen zero balance in my account and I was screamed and trying to find the reason why it seems zero after many attempts I got the reason and I seen that my account is changed into rahim1144 from rahim1143 I logged out many times and every time I logged in to 1144

My inbox [protected] is just spammed by your smses which is irritating to me most. Request you to stop sending smses or may need to complaint it to telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai).

                                      Please change my registered name saran smart and use this new name (Saravana kumar). And my address (3 kottai medusa street) to change (3 kottai medusa street) because i upload my pan card for id proof but it was rejected because my rummycircle registered name and pan card name not same.                                         First thing they blocked my account without any information and mails.. Second one was i have processed 1500 rs withdrawl procesed on the day before my acconut blocked.. What happened to my withdrawl amount processing on the blocked account..1500 rs not received from that account.. Are u cheating.. Send my money to my bank and give any response this is stupid thing fromthe rummy circle bcs user doesnt get any notification.. Where we go?..
