My username name is pratapan06. I have 565rs in rummy circle account. Last week i sent it money to my bank account. But not credit. Asking my bank mini statement in your side. It also done it in my side. I will send it my bank mini statement. But not solve my problems in last one week still now otherwise my account is closed. Are you cheating your customer i need solutions.

      Please change my registered name and use this new name adidhyan m. And my address east street karanur and post kuthiraisanthal. Because my aadhar card for i'd proof. But it was rejected because my rummy circle registered name and adhaar card name not same. My all i'd proofs have same adidhyan m. So change my registered name and put adidhyan m.         My name is sathish kumar s from chennai. I make a withdrawal amount worth 2000 rs on 21/08/2019.in this case most of times they peoples are process withdrawal faster. But this time they not credited the amount faster. I am asking to support team for why should you guys not credit the amount faster and you people credit the amount fast as fast to other newbies account. Why this kind of partiality you people shown to us? This is the details i asked to support team, they suddenly closed my rummy account and seized my amount too.               I was doing a transaction of 9000 into my Rummy circle account rahim1143 transaction was successful and I got a massage and then suddnely I was logged out automatically then I logged in and then I seen zero balance in my account and I was screamed and trying to find the reason why it seems zero after many attempts I got the reason and I seen that my account is changed into rahim1144 from rahim1143 I logged out many times and every time I logged in to 1144

                Kindly stop smses from rummycircle.com as i have not registered anywhere for your service neither i played this in my life span also i am not interested in this.                     First thing they blocked my account without any information and mails.. Second one was i have processed 1500 rs withdrawl procesed on the day before my acconut blocked.. What happened to my withdrawl amount processing on the blocked account..1500 rs not received from that account.. Are u cheating..                         I have been playing in rummycircle
                        {my email([protected]@gmail.com)}for more than 4 years suddenly they closed my account two months ago without any notification and I can't able to login...{I am not engaged in any fraudulent activities or colluded with any players, i always played in true and fair manner}and then I created a new account last month with the same proof (assuming they permanently closed my earlier account)and played and withdraw cash without any problem. yesterday suddenly they block my new account also and saying by email that they transfer remaining amount to old account... saying one player cannot have more than one account, i agree... but, how about my winning money... what's the way(procedure) to play in rummycircle again...or kindly deposit my winning in my bank account...they didn't disclose any of the things about me(and I hope they did for everyone like this without any notification or warnings)... simply saying we're violating the rules... kindly disclose what is the violation we did and/or kindly guide us the procedures to play Cash games again...or deposit my account balance in bank account...

                            I have been getting disturbed a lot by frequent messages sent to my mobile numbers. [protected] & [protected] from this hell called rummy circle. I don't know who the hell are registering with them in my mobile numbers. I have been complaining to them since 23 juky 2018. But they are thick skinned and still they kept on sending their promotional messages to above numbers. I have been getting irritated and mentally tortured by these kind of messages by them. They will be sending messages from different sources as sender and there will be a link in that message which connects to the hell website i. E. Rummycircle.com

                                    I have been playing this game over an year, card system is fully in their control, i earned around 32000 in a series of days, after that slow starts loosinh, after certain days my winnings became zero and continues. It is their game plan initial days they will make you to adopt this game by putting good cards and enough number of jokers, once you addicted to this rummy circle they will make you to sell your organs. It is my personal experience i lost around 2laks. Please don't habituated to easy money and don't waste your money and time. Keep your concentration on work. There are some severe bugs in their application too and i am attaching some of the proofs.
                                    1.in a game table i was not able pick a card, but i was able to drop my card. After two turns my number of cards were 11. Of course they refunded game table amount after several arguments.
                                    2. Some times you can't able to discard a particular number card where other card can be discarded
                                    3. Some times you can't able select a card from the table or open card.
                                    4. Sometimes one particular catd can not be selected to form a group.
                                    5. Sometimes cards will hang in the air, i don't what kind of magic it is.
                                    If you ask for the solution they will always say problem with your network or you need to clear cookies.

                                    Account id bunty8011 has been blocked without any reason please un hold the account or transfer my money to the bank
                                    Only 12cards split( 13 cards game but they have split only 12 cards, after one round added one more card how.
                                    I lost around 20, 000/- Every game lost
