My account has Rs 520 balance and has been blocked in the name of my KYC and login id being linked with multiple accounts.
However, I have only one account and have already provided my KYC document.

I am ready to provide any further document needed for verification. However, I am getting a proper response from the rummy circle support team ([protected]@rummycircle.com) despite providing all the details on the mail.

I want my amount to be credited to my bank account or my rummy circle account to be activated.

I have entered my personal information before with my pet name previously. The name entered before is different from my account holder name. So i tried to withdraw amount through online transfer using the options provided. The name has been mismatched with the bank account id proof. I need to update the personal information to withdraw amount. I must know that whether it is safe to upload id proof including account number details. There are many scams going around.. There are easy way to deposit amount to play rummy through online transfer.. But why there are so many steps to withdraw amount.. Clarify shortly as soon as possible

We have recently submitted Aadhar documents for KYC verification for processing a withdrawal of Rs. 350. When I logged in the app today and tried to join a free tournament, I received a notification informing that my account was closed for security reasons..May I know what happened with my account? The balance which was Rs.400.91 before the date of withdrawal request was also not being shown. The gender is also being shown as Male which should be Female..Please resolve this issue asap..Following are my account details..
