Total withdrawal amount rejected . This is totally ridiculous. Being a Diamond member facing this kind of issues really shame on you. Great job. And now I am not able to withdraw my available cash also. Requesting you to kindly release my money as soon as possible and close my account too. Dont want to continue this cheating game.       Unexpected this from rummycircle. Kindly find attached documents for more details why i am bringing this issue here. Why you deducted my last winning amount 750 rupees and rejected my withdrawal request. Total withdrawal amount rejected was 5674 but in my account showing only 4984. This is totally ridiculous. Being a diamond member facing this kind of issues really shame on you. Great job. And now i am not able to withdraw my available cash also. Requesting you to kindly release my money as soon as possible and close my account too. Dont want to continue this cheating game. Below my account details. Please contact me if any concerns.           At first i attempted to withdraw money from my account through a bank account but the account was already registered. The account was registered in my husband's rummy account. I didn't know the rule. Now i have given new bank account for verification but more than 2 days verification has not completed. I can't play by the account.                         I have created an rummycircle account recently. After getting the confirmation about documents, i started loading of amount and started playing cash games.

                        After two days, they blocked my account and stating that my account does not meet the age requirements. I dropped a mail to them by asking as if the documents didn't meet the requirements, why did you accepted to load the amount and to play the cash games?

                        For that mail, there was no proper reply.in my account, i have 11, 000 rupees. They are neither allowing me to withdraw and nor send the amount to my account.

                        I am ready to raise a complaint against to rummycircle in criminal court.

                        Still, I am fighting with rummycircle team. Those people have not been providing proper and particular reason for closing of my account.

                        So, consumer complaints team please help me out to resolve my issue by providing further steps to follow if any. Otherwise I will go with criminal court by filing a complaint against to the rummycircle.

                          It's been more than 2 weeks my account has blocked. No response at all from your end. You guys my rummy circle account and my phone number also.

                          I don't know how to contact you. How many days it will take to investigate. At least transfer the money which I have in my wallet to my bank account. There after I will not use this account please.

                          I have to pay loan emis because of rummy circle I lost more than 25 lakhs but never blamed about rummy circle because I trust rummy circle that muchly.

                          The way you provide customer service and birthday and festival gifts. I have enjoyed my journey in rummy circle a lot from past 3 years.

                          Could you please call my registered mobile number to tell the status.

                          I am worried about my money it's not all small amount near to 50000.

                          The previous day I lost 80000 when my account has blocked next I was about to recover my lost winnings but someone tried to hack what can I do. At least transfer the money which I have in my wallet please.

                              It's been more than 2 weeks my account has blocked. No response at all from your end. You guys my rummy circle account and my phone number also.

                              I don't know how to contact you. How many days it will take to investigate. At least transfer the money which I have in my wallet to my bank account. There after I will not use this account please.

                              I have to pay loan emis because of rummy circle I lost more than 25 lakhs but never blamed about rummy circle because I trust rummy circle that muchly.

                              The way you provide customer service and birthday and festival gifts. I have enjoyed my journey in rummy circle a lot from past 3 years.

                              Could you please call my registered mobile number to tell the status.

                              I am worried about my money it's not all small amount near to 50000.

                              The previous day I lost 80000 when my account has blocked next I was about to recover my lost winnings but someone tried to hack what can I do. At least transfer the money which I have in my wallet please.

                                When I try to add cash into the account it says that looks like you have logged in from a jurisdiction that dose not allow to play Cash games plz help I want to play it badly.I had played this game before and I had no issue like this.                                   I'm fed up with there support team, it's now been 3 weeks since my account got blocked,

                                  When i mailed them they told me to re-verify my account, so i sent my bank passbook and pan documents for verification.

                                  Now it's been more than 1 week since i submitted my documents, no response from there support team.

                                  I have my money above ₹2000 blocked on that account, what i'm saying is that, if the rummy circle team is not interested in verifying my account, atleast give me back my money. For you it will be nothing, but for me it's a huge amount.
