My complaint is i am unable to play any game any tournament. On 3rd may 2019 this kind of situation happen after completing my last game. When i wanted to play another pool rummy game the problem occurs that your account is closed for security purpose. Still i have money in my account and i want to play. Please clear and solve this problem or let me know how to fix it. Thank you.

    As I deposited RS.200, to get registered nd play, they are asking to complete verification process, I provided my contact no. Then tried for at least 2 hours to receive otp, but not received yet, nd not able to play or withdraw my money..I tried to Write a mail to rummy circle customer support nd not get any reply from their side, they are promoting wrongly nd not making their site customer friendly.

                Its been 3months.. i submitted all my proofs to [protected]@rummycircle.com still there is no response from u
                Without my mistake u closed my account and took my money. Reopen my account. I am losing all my faith on u. U r behaving like a cheaters.. my username - suresh394617. When i toldnthem about my problem they r simply said that please send ur problem to [protected]@rummycircle.com with ur registered email. I send hundreds of messeges, there is no reply from there.. its been more than 3 months ... Is this how u treat ur honest custemers. U earn crores of our money as commission daily..and didnt respond to the custemers who r feeding u. Absolute disgraceful. Number one cheating company in India. All r cheaters and fraud managers. For a perod of 3 years I have only one account with rummycircle.com. without my mistake, u took my money. Its robbery. Once u said we transfer my money to my bank account, y didnot u transfer my money in these three long months. Please take action against this company. They have no shame atleast. They didnot even responding to their custemers ..

                  I opened a rummy circle account few month back and started playing the game. I even put a request to withdraw 7000 inr from my account. Which is yet not credited. And now i am unable to login to my account as well.

Why you deducted my last winning amount 750 rupees and rejected my withdrawal request. Total withdrawal amount rejected was 5674 but in my account showing only 4984. This is totally ridiculous. Being a diamond member facing this kind of issues really shame on you. Great job. And now i am not able to withdraw my available cash also.                               At first i attempted to withdraw money from my account through a bank account but the account was already registered. The account was registered in my husband's rummy account. I didn't know the rule. Now i have given new bank account for verification but more than 2 days verification has not completed. I can't play by the account. Kindly help me so that verification may complete first.

                                I requested for withdraw money by bank account. But the account was registered before my husband. I did not know the rule. Now i gave new account for verification but kyc verificationof. Bank account and pan card is being delayed more than 28 hours.. I can't play and withdraw cash... Pls help me...                                       Rummy circle not credited my winning amount of rs 7700 i have mailed several times but there is no response from their side it is irritating behavior from their side see in my screen shot amount 7700 was not credited still withdraw date was 28 march but now 8 april still my money was not credited i am thinking that they are making customers fraud and stealing their valuable money
