I am genuine player of the Rummycircle.com, My all refared friends Asit Roy, Sathi Das, Biswajit Roy, Sayak Das are genuine person and all original documents submited to Rummycirclec.com and verified kyc sucsecefully but my account is blocked for security reasons. My fault I am use my wife gmail account [protected]@gmail.com and Sathi Das use my gmail account [protected]@gmail.com but sathi912001 user id is open and supriyo91 user ID blocked. My question is two different parson two different user Id two different gmail account two different phone Sathi Das(lenovo Eluga 700) Supriyo Das(Gionee A 1 light) two different kyc but my account is blocked. My account balance Rs 1788 I am not withdraw this money.

    My account has been blocked and it's been a couple of days i'm senting emails to support team. The problem hasn't been solved yet, but support team is kept saying problem is resolved, i need help!

    For last withdrawal i used my son's bank account, which unfortunately was linked to another account, that's why it got blocked. Now i need to change that. If i can't access the withdrawal page, how in the world can i change my bank details? Help me

        Sir i am fair player of rummy circle. I have earned thrilling thurday final ticket today i. E. 21/3/2019 at 4 pm. I got 3rd position in thrilling thursday sattelite in 2nd round and earned final ticlet but rummy team cheat with me. Not credit that game ticket in my acount. And unfortunate i didnt join that game. This is totally wrong. Pls take any kind of action against his. Either gave me next thrilling thursady final ticket i. E 30/3/219 or gave me 4500rs whis is cost of joining that tournament.

            Hello. Dear all the people who r playing rummycircle. I want to tell u onething. I am playing rummycircle since 2 years. I had somany doubts on this company and i dont know why i cannot win the money in rummycircle. I won some amount in ace23, junglee rummy. But i cant win in rummy circle. Somany people told me that rummy circle is fake company. But i didnot belive them. But one month back what they did to me that make me realize that yes 100% this is a cheating company. Without my mistake they closed my account and capture my money without inform me. I send somany mails to [protected]@rummycircle.com but they never respond to me. They didnot tell me the reason that why they closed my account. Now u guys understood about rummycircle. It is really an epic fraud company in india. When i complained about this they simply told that we respond every emain within 3 hours. But they didnot respond to me since last 40days.. I send 100 above mails.. They didnot even care about their custmers. Guys.. Just wait a second and think about it. Because they did the same thing to somany honest players. So.. Think somany times while u wanna play rummycircle. My advise is.. Stop playing rummy circle.. They r really fraud.. They robbed my money.. They robbed somany pwoples money without their mistake like me.

            Rummy circle is a fake company guys. Its been 3 months . Stillbthey didnot solve my problem. Without my mistake they took my money and closed my account. Stop playing rummy circle and dont waste ur valuble time and money there.

                        Hi this g. Srinu. I am playing on rummycircle since 4 months. And i gain 48117 rupees. When i am going to withdraw money they mailed me like"you account is under investigation." they are saying
                        You are not satisfied to pre age related conditions like that. If i don't have 18 years how can they verified my account. How can i withdraw money. If i don't have 18 years that account actually it is not opened right. Aftering 2 months still it shows same message.
                        And they don't have proper customer support. They are not even respond to our mails. I am the not only one person. There are so many. If rummycircle team or company not respond to this i will definitely go through law.

                                i newly opened my rummy account ID: vs204 it was suddenly blocked and showing to complete kyc i uploaded my aadhar card but its showing as kyc failed and to upload pan card too but i dont have pan card i only have aadhar card what should i do now

                                  It showing 803₹ but my amount was 1003₹
                                  I tried to withdraw amount of 1000 u have cancelled request and u charge me to 200..please revert me regrading this 200₹ amount

                                      I send u hundreds of mails to the [protected]@rummycircle.com from my registerd email. U didnt even respond to any of them. Its been over 25 days. Still there is no solution to my problem. U r showing highly disgraceful and disrespectful behaviour towards ur custemers. I am done with u. Now i can see the true colors o[censored]r company. Without my mistake u closed my account and capture my money. 100 time i asked u the reason for closing my account, u didnt reply to me. How can u said that u r a best platform for rummy. No u r not. Very poor custmer services. Howmamy days u need to check my account. Its too late. What the hell os this. 25 days is not enough to checky account. Iam highly disappointed. I dont care wheather u open my account or not. I lost all my faith on u. U said that we have refunded ur money to my account. When and where u refunded my money. I didnt get my money.
