    Hi this g. Srinu. I am playing on rummycircle since 4 months. And i gain 48117 rupees. When i am going to withdraw money they mailed me like"you account is under investigation." they are saying
    You are not satisfied to pre age related conditions like that. If i don't have 18 years how can they verified my account. How can i withdraw money. If i don't have 18 years that account actually it is not opened right. Aftering 2 months still it shows same message.
    And they don't have proper customer support. They are not even respond to our mails. I am the not only one person. There are so many. If rummycircle team or company not respond to this i will definitely go through law.

                  I send u hundreds of mails to the [protected]@rummycircle.com from my registerd email. U didnt even respond to any of them. Its been over 25 days. Still there is no solution to my problem. U r showing highly disgraceful and disrespectful behaviour towards ur custemers. I am done with u. Now i can see the true colors o[censored]r company. Without my mistake u closed my account and capture my money. 100 time i asked u the reason for closing my account, u didnt reply to me. How can u said that u r a best platform for rummy. No u r not. Very poor custmer services. Howmamy days u need to check my account. Its too late. What the hell os this. 25 days is not enough to checky account. Iam highly disappointed.                       Guys.. Im 100% sure. Rummycircle.com is a fake company. They all r absolute and epic cheaters. Without my mistake they closed my account and robbed my money. They didnot even respond to my loads of messeges. I submitted all my proofs to [protected]@rummycircle.com they didnot respond. Its been above 20 days. Incontinuosly told them about my problem. They didnot even care or reply to my messeges. Now u can understood how quicky they r responding to their custmers. This is how u treat ur custmers. How can u told us we provide the best rummy experience. No u r not. U r fraud. U r really big cheaters. U robbed my money without inform me.                               Howmany days u took for verifying. I have some momey in my account. I meed my money now. I want to buy some books. I want compensation from u.                                 Daily i send msges to the [protected]@rummycircle.com. But they didnot even responding. Next time u dont say that we will reply ur msges maxmimum within 3 hrs. Guys dont belive rummycircle.com all r big cheaters. They only think about how to rob our money. Without any mistake they closed my account and took my honest money. Rummycircle.com is a fake company. They disnot even respond to custemers and their problem. Absolute disgraceful and disrespectful to their custemers.

                                    When.. Its been 10days.. U not even consider my problem. Atleast there is no reply from rummy circle. Guys stop playing rummycircle.com. They didnt care their custmers. They only think about our money. 10 days back they robbed my money without my mistake. They didnt even inform me about that. They r really epic cheaters. They dont even care about players. Ace23 and junglee rummy they r far far better in respond to players.

                                        U said we reply to ur email with in 3hrs. The truth is they r not responding in last 7days. How can u say that we respond to u in 3hrs. Now u r prooving that ur love towards the rummy lovers and custemers due to not responding to them. Is this ur love towards ur rummy players who r feeding u and ur company.
