I dont know for what reason but suddenly my account was blocked and my withdrawal request was also cancelled

My account asgharwafi20 was blocked stating i have multiple accounts and i received a mailer from rummycircle customer service team stating i need to update my bank details and my money will be refunded but when i logged into my account the bank tab was not active since then i have written hundreds of mailer but haven't got any response from the team. Any company which is not money dealing should have a responsive customer...
