    I have been using rummycircle app for few months i never done any unwanted activity but they blocked my account. They told me the reason is one of the my referred friend have to upload pan and address proof but my friend uploaded his proof and pan for verification. So kindly check his proof and unblock my account.

      Please change my registered name sivas sms. And use this new name (Aravinth k). Because i upload adhaar card for id proof but it was rejected because my rummycircle registered name and pan card name not same. My all id proofs have same name as aravinth k. So change my registered name and put aravinth k other wise i cant upload my id proof and i cant do any cash withdrawal so please make it fast thankyou.

          Hi,

          My user id gutsboys,

          My account is closed due to collided reason, but i didn't collided with anyone amount captured around 17000. I requested details about tax payment did all tds and proof for return money to all players.

          Fraud website simply taking money from you and telling collided with others. Its my wish to play my game how can u rise question and you algorithm should find all fraud players.

          How many times i complaint lot of players coming in ground no steps taken at all simply telling our algorithm is best in the world.

          You system having loop hole all playing fraud game only in that website. Return my match money and i need proof for all tax detection and match money.

          Don't trust rummy circle and don't spoil your life.

              I have only one account in rummycircle.com since 3 years. U simply closed my account and told me that ur previous account is boddusekhar. How can u say that. Where this account came from while i have only 1 account. I have rs500 in my account. U misjudged somewhere. I send all my proofs also. U r not even reaponding to my mails. This is how u treat or react to ur custemers who r feeding ur company. This is not correct. I have mentioned my issue crystel clear ..But u didnt resopnd to me..u didnt resolve my issue.               Its been 10 days they r closed my account. Submitted all my proofs to [protected]@rummycircle.com but still i didnot get any reply .. neither they didnot resopvey problem. Simply they robbed my rs599 with out my mistake by thinking of someone as me.. this is rediculous.. Epic cheaters.. Rummycircle.com plz respond. Give my rs 599rs back.

                  I have a rummycircle account and i play fair game
                  I have uploaded all necessary documents for my account
                  I have 16065 in my account
                  I dont know for what reason but suddenly my account was blocked and my withdrawal request was also cancelled
                  I did a factory reset on my mobile on feb 6 but after that also i didi login and played till feb 11

                  I gave a withdraw request over 10000 on feb 11, 11.02 am
                  I received a withdraw cancellation on feb 12, 1.45 pm

                  Now im not able to give request again and my account is blocked due to some security reasons
                  I need my account and money back
                  I have already sent mail to rummycircle.com but i received no proper response
                  I am very upset

                  Feb 12 i submitted mail to your customer care but still now i didn't get any response from your side.

                  Only for the complaint from consumer.in you are sending reply

                  Just i got a reply account temporarily hold
                  Did u mention hold for how many days or what will happen to my money there

                  I need proper explanation this is disgusting

                    I have 2 accounts in rc with id 'yashu0626' and 'yashugeetha'. Initially u closed yashu0626 account due to multiple cash accounts. I requested u to close yashugeetha account instade of yashu0626 account. Now both my accounts closed. I emailed u soo many times. There is no response from ur side. There is no any customer care numbers to raise a complaint and resolve it. I requested u to please open my yashu0626 account and transfer all my ammount to the same account.                           I raised a request for withdrawal of 2500 rupees on 08/01/19 and it got processed but money not credited to my bank account since i entered bank account number wrong. I mailed regarding the same and they asked the bank statement which was not generated at that time. So recently i submitted my bank statement and there is no response from their end also they don't have customer care number. Any way i want my money back.

                                I gave a withdraw request for my account it has been rejected and now i am unable to give it again. My account displays a message u cant play cash games for moment. I have 16000 inside my account and this is also locked. I want my account back i have uploaded and verified all necessary documents

                                  Hi. My user id is gadab11mh. Previesly i had acount named gadab11. I asked them to temporary close the acount becoz at that time i lost so much money. So i requested them to block my acount for 90 days. I got the confirmation mail also. But when i tried to acceas my acount after 90 days it wasnt unlocked yet. I mailed them so many times never got single reply from them. When i sent them mail with other id these # kept me giving auto generated reply. Finaly i had to go with another acount. So i created the same. Now they have blocked me from playing. This is ridiculous. I have money my new acount. I thought i am the only bt aftr watching the complaints i see lots of costumers going through this condition. They are doint it purposefully. Even after mailing so many times no single reply from them. U either unblock my acount or i am writing direct letter to chief minister office to ban your website not only in maharashtra but also acros d india. You r clearly fooling the people. Just unlock my acount now.

                                  See i have clearly mentioned that i asked u to close my acount temporary. But u did it permanently. After mailing u 100 of times no single reply from u. So i had no option other than that creating new acount. I didnt hide anything. I just created another acount with old one closed. If i was using both acounts parellel then it would hv been illegal. But i didnt do that. So plz i request you to continue my any one acount. Its ur mistake u did it bymistakely.. So u have to correct ur mistake.. Let me continue with my old acount or that d new one..                                     But know i have my old account password plz transfer my money from my new account (Which is closed by you recently) id tina4781 to my old account id tinavarm.

                                      Hi,

                                      My account asgharwafi20 was blocked stating i have multiple accounts and i received a mailer from rummycircle customer service team stating i need to update my bank details and my money will be refunded but when i logged into my account the bank tab was not active since then i have written hundreds of mailer but haven't got any response from the team. Any company which is not money dealing should have a responsive customer care and phone support. Suprisingly rummy circle customer care number is switched off. I had rs 3200/- in my account and now for no reason my money is held back even after customer support team promised to refund my money back. I can upload or show the mailers to prove my claim. Please refer to the attachment where i was promised my money will be paid back but since then no one is responding to my mails. I feel the entire setup is made to cheat customers and hold their money back illegally.
