1. Aadhar Card
2. Passport
3. Driving License

7. Bank Account Statement of one of the last 3 months
8. Bank Passbook of one of the last 3 months.
Please also note the following:
a) First 4 documents (Aadhar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID) should be scanned on both the front and the back pages.
b) All the documents (including the Tel/Mobile/Elec/ Bill, Bank acct stmnt/Passbook) should be in your own name only.
