My consignment number is 62316502, which was booked from rajkot to bangalore on 01.09.2018. The consignment reached bangalore and we received a call it will reach our office address on 06.09.2018, we intimated that the material to be delivered at an alternate address, which was mistakenly not given by the consignor, which they told will get back. Today is 12th, we have not received the material. We are going through hell, with the way your company is handling the issue. We received a message on 08.09.2018, it has reached bangalore -31 hub. Since then the material is not able to reach my place. It is ridiculous of your people to give stupid reasons. Today i got a reason that the parcel length is longer than we knew, we came to know at the time of loading, hence we will dispatch the goods tomorrow. Tomorrow being ganesh chaturthi, we are quite sure that the material is not going to reach even tomorrow. It is still a harrowing experience which we are undergoing to get our material to our place. And the best part is none of our customer care executive, managers are capable to resolve the issue. They just leave it to be resolved by themselves. Pathetic experience...
