[Resolved] Samsung India — About the phone | |||||
I am rohini raina i brought a samsung j7 on 28/11/2015 imie /seral [protected] at starting it has an issue of camera blur and scratch on camers mirror i visited the the service cnter and they told me tat it is a defected piece and u have to change it within 5-6 day after borrow and i told them please replace the phone with new 1 but they din'nt agrree without resoving they give it back to me bcoz i hv spend 150000 so i keep the phone and kept using it but now its out of warrenty it giving many issue like autolock for hours camera blur and moreover now 1 more issue i kept it for charging for 5 minute after 5 minute what i saw the black screen and it not showing the screen its ts sound system is working well. Then i visited the sevice center and the told mee display karab ho gyi ha may b apne isko gira diya tha kahin butasa kuch hua ni jab b vo gira ha on hua ha... Now since it is out of warrenty they are charging me 3700... I want ask a question firstly it was defective piece now i hv to spend 3700bucks more... Nd moreover samsung company phones get damaged after 2 years automatically... We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.

After sale service is third class management of customer is zero and their way of attainding customers and way of talking, recently samsung care of riva house, udhna darwaja, surat their they said we dont give any after sale service do what can u do is this a way want strict action for this..
