The battery of my samsung a5 2016 mobile got swollen up and there was no physical damage done to the mobile. The mobile works fine when connected to the charger but as soon as i remove the charger the mobile gets switched off. To resolve the issue i went to the samsung service center in guwahati but they refused to resolve my problem stating that the mobile is physically damaged and now it is not under warranty period. I also had a conversation with the customer care but they also refused to provide replace battery as swollen battery is not under warranty but this statement is not mentioned in terms and conditions for warranty and the customer care representative also agreed to it. Please help me in getting the battery of my phone replaced.

    My mobile had a problem wherein audio wasn't clear and i took it to samsung service center at sakthivel electronics address : da complex, 7th street, gandhipuram, coimbatore. I was told there was a problem in speaker and that they would service and replace the speaker. I was charged rs. 450/- for which i was not given any receipt. To my utter dismay the problem for which i approached the service center was not solved. When questioned they said they had changed the speaker and flashed the operating system and the amount paid was for that and could do nothing more to clear the audio. I am filing this complaint against - the attitude of your service center by charging exorbitant rates without any receipt and not fulfilling the need of the customers and trying to justify the charges by saying that they had done services which were not called for. We have been using samsung mobiles for the past five years but the attitude of your service center has made us rethink.

      We have raised complaint#[protected] on 19th june'17, however no engineer has visited till date.. This type of pathetic service is not expected from a brand like samsung. We have received below sms

      Dear customer, service engineer mahesh, contact# [protected] has been assigned against your service request [protected]. For support please call 180040-samsung[protected]

      This engineer is giving us false commitments since 19th june but till date have not visited for this call.

      If this case is not looked into, we are bringing this machine to your service centre and we want refund of this machine.

        I am purchased samsung j7 mobile on 13.06.2016, after 6months the mobile screen was full blank problem and solving the problem through service center and again this problem coming after one month and again iam going to service center and resolving the problem, but repeatly the mobile screen blur was occur.
        Worst manufacturing, worst service, i am waste of my money.please rectifying that problem

          I have always been a loyal samsung customer using all samsung devices. I bought samsung s7 edge smart on 11 sep 2016 for 53000 and the one time screen replacement offer is available for everyone who bought it on and after 1 october 2016. I now have my s7 edge screen broken now the new screen charges are 16000 as i have checked. I feel very disheartened as i have always bought latest of samsung phones like s3, s6 edge and now s7 edge no matter what price they come with, but i am not considered eligible for the screen replacement offer although i have bought the phone at a higher price than those who bought it in october 2016. I would be really happy if my request is considered as i have always been a samsung loyal fan.

            I have purchased one samsung 43 inch samsung led tv (43k5002) on 21st sep 2016 and it stopped working on 27th may 2016. I have raised one complaint with samsung (#: [protected]) and till date the complaint is not rectified from samsung and i am not able to view my favorite shows

            I have called samsung service center many times and wasted my valuable time and energy speaking to many executives. Later i have been told by a customer service team leader (Call with samsung customer care on 22nd jun @ 8:30 pm) that i brought a sub-standard tv model which samsung wont recommend to customers.

            Sir my question is if it’s a sub-standard model and parts are not available then why the same has been sold to me through a samsung dealer. Now i am facing below issues from a “reputed company like samsung”

            A) purchased a tv which is sub-standard as per your own standards
            B) absolutely no service support from your customer care center
            C) parts availability issue (I will face more issues as time goes; your own service center has confirmed that being a product not sale-able in this country service as well as spare parts support are not available even if your service center intent for such parts it has to be specially manufactured and imported from different countries)
            D) no after sales service
            E) when your service support center is contacted no proper answer or assurance was given to me as a customer.

            I view of the above i am made to understand that i had purchased a sub-standard product with no performance warranty from your company. My request is to either replace the above faulty product with a new performing model of same size or reimburse the money paid by me for the above product.

            In fact my call with one mr pramod. [protected]@partner. Samsumg was heart breaking. Samsung should understand that indian customers paid their hard earned money to buy this product and they should treat customers fairly

              Have purchased a fridge on December 2014. 3 times have complained about water leak from the bottom of door. ID [protected]. Standard advise given by call center, but no solution to problem. Once my wife slipped and fell. I need a permanent solution to this not just a temporary guidance.
              It is disgusting to have the same problem with no solution and this is not Samsung service/product.
              In the last 40 years I have bought 5 refrigerators and never had such a problem.

                My Samsung washing machine was not working. I RAISED request all most 25 days back. Still not resolved. No one visited my home. I am contacting support several times but same answer. It is wasting my time and giving more frustration. I trusted and invested money. Now it is giving punishment. Who will pay for my wasted time and frustration. This frustration is also causing health problems. I invested money. Product not working. Even no one visited home. My time is getting wasted. I request to take necessary actions.

                Now the machine is not working. Samsung is failing fix. We are struggling from more than one month. As my experience, Samsung poor service. Hence it causing wasting of new parts and machine. So indirectly causing for pollution, time & money waste. Peoples always talk about plastic polution. I request to consider this type of polution.
                The same day on June 24, engineer visited home. He just saw the machine one minute and said it is a big problem. The drum should be replaced. That will cost arround 11000 /- . I said, I am okay to pay 11000/-. But I have one question. If the machine won't work after replacing the drum, what could be the case?
                He said he will update this question to workshop.

                And Today I received call from Samsung. Again I asked the same question. She said, she will check with the service team.

                Here again I am asking the same question, after I paid 11000/-, if my machine won't work. What could be the case.

                And why the two people's not answer my question. Is there any uncertainty?

                Before drum replaced I raised one question. How long this machine will work. If I spend money if it doesn't work what is the case? they said the machine will work like new one at least for five years.
                After drum is replaced machine was working.
                For drum replacement I paid around 12000/-
                Technician visited on 27th June 2018. I paid around 450/-. He did something and it was working for another 5 days. Now again it is giving same problem
                Again technician visited on 15th July 2018 . this time he is saying some board is not working, giving estimation around 5500/-
                My investment details on Samsung washing machine is below
                 Machine purchase - around 23000/-
                 Drum replacement – around 12000/-
                 Technician payment – around 450/-
                 Again, they are giving estimation around 5500/-
                I have following questions to Samsung
                How long I should pay money to Samsung
                At the time of drum replacement, how some Samsung confirmed that machine will work attest five years without any issue.
                Based on Samsung confirmation, I paid money(around 12000/-) for drum replacement. Now machine is not working who is responsible for this?
                What is the life time of one new washing machine?
                As I lost my trust on Samsung, I am not willing to pay even one rupee now. So my machine didn’t work. So my question is, How Samsung will utilize newly replaced drum. Is it going to be wasted?
                To prepare/dispose one new drum, how much pollution it causes?
                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider pollution damage
                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider material wastage
                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider human effort and time.
                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider transportation pollution.
                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider power consumption.

                As Samsung gave false confirmation, here is my loss
                Around 12000/- for new drum
                Technician payment around 450/-
                My time and frustration
                I am requesting to take necessary actions and give right justification.

                  I have a Samsung 496 litres refrigerator. I have complained about the same not working on the 20th June 2017. Service person came and said parts to be changed. Promised to come next day. Thereafter he keeps mentioning today tommorow, broken parts received, etc.

                  No resolution in sight. Am repenting the purchase of a Samsung product.

                  Need to make all aware that the sales is good and after sales support really sucks. Not at all recommended to buy any samsung product. Do so at your own risk. Huge Risk.

                          Hi team

                          My name is akshay arora and registered mobile number=[protected]. Seriously m very frustrated with your services samsung. First of all go to the point i am using a samsung galaxy s7 edge your flagship phone thats right samsung. My mobile is to purchase on 8 nov 2016 and your warranty till 7 nov 2017.
                          I am using this phone last 8 months no issues/facing in this phone i am very happy till date and past two week m facing issue a charging point is not working and not showing fast charger. I have to go to the your samsung authorized service center and phone is to submit for 1.5 and 2 days around. Your service center call me next day your phone is repaired and receive the handset, i have to received the handset and told me your customer care executive/officer your phone is done and i have to change a battery, screen and a dug tape water resistant. I have to said that only one charging issue you have to change 3 parts m shocked. (Seriously)
                          And till now m using this phone its ok no problem and yesterday in evening a rain is failing down and i left the my office around 5 min. More than 7 min your samsung galaxy s7 edge is in rain water drop lets only. After 15 min. I have to check my phone camera is not working and power button is not working and screen is also restart. I have to again shocked what the hell with my phone. On 22 june 2017 i have go to your service center and show my phone a girl said to me its a water damage your phone will be repair in cost/money. What the hell samsung are you mad to be saying customer is c on my face. And your service center executive rudely behavior to me and said m not helping you at any cost.
                          I have to elaborate more in details.
                          On i think 11 june i have a problem only a jack issue for fast charging and u have to change a screen and also a battery and most important a dug tape for water resistant oh my god what a service u have to give a delight services to be customer what the # samsung and this time some water drop lets with rain my phone is to a water damage. Thats right samsung and u have to mention that s7 edge is a water resistant for 30 min under ok and my phone is in 5-7 min only not in a under water only in a rain drop u r getting my point. Then your service center authorized is not a doing a good paste a dug tape its fault on your service center samsung.
                          For a human being i am a bloody customer only for u samsung u have to given not a resolution.
                          On 22 june 2017 i call to your customer care and his person name is abhishek. I totally disappoint your services i have to request to hearing my call record. Your executive rude behavior and saying m not helping you m really shocked.

                          Note - main points is that faulty is your service center, m definitely sure that
                          Its a fake services i have 56k used in this phone and your services fake.
                          Please help me to resolve this issue and revert asap..

                          Then u have to not helpful to me i have to go consumer court with the petition file on your samsung service center and also your samsung.
                          Really u have to provide a fake services.

                          The galaxy s7 and s7 edge go everywhere you go.in the rain, the shower, or the pool. Up to 30 minutes or 1.5 meters under.                             Hello team samsung,
                            I'm sure your guys are putting sincere efforts in bringing quality products to your customers worldwide, want to mention have experienced that quality in the samsung products i own. However i feel that with time the focus on quality/customer service is diluted somewhere.
                            People buy the products expecting a descent life span of the product, which then forms the foundation of loyalty towards the brand.
                            In recent past i had a very bitter experience with one of your product, a product which was once your flagship model for the year, a top of the line mobile phone with stellar specs and design... But lacking in the most basic element of a product.."product life".
                            I would like to inform that i have used galaxy note 2 for few years and the experience was so overwhelming that had opted to buy samsung galaxy note 4 last april (2016).
                            Ever since i purchased this phone it worked flawlessly, liked it so much that was already setting my eyes on you upcoming galaxy note model..
                            However as i was closing to warranty end, phone started developing issues with the motherboard, i was skeptical o[censored]sing it as i had read news of note 7 model bursting into flames due to internal issues.
                            I took the phone to you service centre where i was given a blunt statement that "note 4 is known for motherboard issues" i was left to wonder how come a top of the line model being known to have issues still not getting addressed aptly by the company.
                            Phone was taken for motherboard replacement under warranty (Few days were remaining for warranty expiry)... Happy again
                            Phone was again brand new, working flawlessly again... Awesome customer service... Great experience.
                            Within a month the phone was dead. Took it to same service centre... Only to hear that the phone is out of warranty, and motherboard costs more than 60% of the cost if not full value of the product.
                            I'm highly disappointed with this experience, a phone expected to set standards performing so poorly, not even lasting a month over 1 year (Even after replaced parts) and being called a flagship model.
                            I am not writing this email expecting you to favor me in any way or extend any support whatsoever, i just wanted to convey how poorly your best engineered products fair in real life having such in-descent product life that even a low range phone can outperform it.

                            Never-mind, we indians have habit o[censored]sing low quality products... And that is what i just experienced.

                              I have purchased the above mentioned fridge on 15/10/2012.
                              The model no is rt-2935tnbbl. The sr no is r3534. The price was 25700/. But for the last two months the lower chamber gets over cooled resulting formation of ice in the materials kept inside. I have lodged a complain with the helpline. They sent a mechanic. The person came checked the fridge & told that the problem is in the thermostat inside which is cracked from inside.
                              He also told that this is unrepairble. The company can compensate only 10% i. E rs.2570/ & will take back the fridge.
                              My question is why should i suffer so much from a reputed company like "samsung" for a manufacturing defect? My fridge is within warranty period. I am not responsible for this defect then why should i bear the loss?
                              I hope that the company will reconsider the case & will change my fridge otherwise i have no alternative to go to the consumer court.

                                My complaint regarding my tv is still pending after one year when it was under warranty. Technician came 3 times but could not resolved the problem, actually tv remote was not working meaning tv was not coming in by remote. Now they want me to pay for the part costing around rs 10000.                                   Purchased samsung galaxy s8 on the 6th june 2017, phone went blank on the 18th june 2017, the phone was given to customer service located at sion (Mobile world). Complaint no. [protected], after several calls and emails made to the customer care, i received a call saying that the phone will not be covered under warrant as there is water damage on the phone. When i asked them to give a written statement that the reason for phone getting damaged is water traces found they are not willing to give. As this model galaxy s8 has been certified with ip68 certification that the phone is water resistant and can be under water for upto 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes. Even the advertisement shows that the phone is submerged under water and still works.
                                  When i told them to give me a written statement, that the phone was under water for more than 1.5 meter or above 30 minutes for which samsung claims their phone can survive under that condition they dont have any answer to that. I asked them also if the phone is water resistant then how did the water get inside the phone at the first place, they dont have a reply to that. The phone was purchased on the 6th june 2017 and it stopped working on the 18th june 2017 with in 12 days. And the company is not willing to accept that it must be a manufacturing defect.
                                  If the company has received ip68 certification which proves that this phone samsung galaxy s8 has passed dust and water test, then how did my phone get spoilt. Has the certification department check the product properly?? I have requested for a replacement of the phone.
                                  I have explained to more than 15 customer care representative, names below
                                  Ms. Saili, ms, manica, ms. Priya jha, ms. Ashwati and many more, no one is able to give me in writing about the report. They have given me an repair estimate of 40, 740 rs on phone. The person who had given me this figure is ms. Ashwati. I have requested her to send me everything via email, but still i have not received any correspondence from samsung

                                    As intimated earlier to the samsung customer care representative (Ref no. - [protected], complaint no. - [protected]), i had purchased samsung s7 edge on 6th march 2017. There was 10% cashback offer when i had purchased it which was promised to be posted in the account in 3 months period, but haven't been received yet. As instructed i had gotten in touch with my bank, but they haven't gotten the amount either.

                                    I'm attaching the payment receipt of the order, where the 10% cashback is clearly mentioned. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

                                      I purchased samsung j7 (J700f) gold. Imei : [protected] mobile on[protected] at sangeetha mobile chennai 600073. (Note: attached the original bill copy) from the past few days i got some trouble with my mobile, it was frequenty switched off (50 to 70% of battery) and unable to turn it on. I have to wait for few hours to turn on my mobile. Finally today[protected] i was unable to turn on the mobile phone. I went to samsung service centre located in tambaram west chennai-600045. They checked my mobile phone and informed me that the board & battery both needs to replace. (Note : attached the service receipt)
                                      In this situation i spoke with customer care toll free number[protected] at 14:06hrs today and informed her that i’m not interested to service my mobile at this situation (Both battery & board gone) i need to get the replacement mobile phone, she informed me that it is not possible to replace they can only change the component.
                                      Please note that, if my mobile is having any single problem like battery or with the board, i never ask for replacement.in this worst case i do not want to service my mobile, i need replacement only. If not never purchase any samsung products and never suggest to my customers too. (Running sales & service centre in chennai)

                                        I have buyed samsung (J7 2016 model) in august 2016. And it has started changing screen colour fading screen since it has not even completed 6 months and now even setting window has stopped working full phone is turned off. Not even completed 1 year of the phone.

                                        Very bad model or worst productivity of samsung nowadays.

                                        Samsung company revert me back or else i have to take strict action against this product and company too.
