    Samsung on5 pro bought from amazon on 1st october 2016. This phone is working very fine from date of purchase, but my headphone received along with this phone was not working for a change of this headphone i visited dee vee, model town centre for samsung mobile repair centre visited somewhere in february 2017 end. They changed my headphone but all the data wiped and software updating done by the agency and after that i reported on the spot that the phone is heating but they said that this is because of software update. But after a few days i again visited to dee vee for this problem on 18.03.2017. They took the phone and did all the tests and software update and said that the phone is ok but i am not satisfied, the phone is still heating. Again i contacted to customer care and they suggested that you visit another repair centre instead of dee vee, i visited to aditya infomcom pvt ltd, ashok vihar instead of dee vee, model town on 24.06.2017. After 2 and half hour they did all the process and saying that after all the tests and software update the phone is ok. But the phone is still heating. Please look into the matter and do favourable action.

      I like Samsung''s mobile very much. I have mobilized every company''s mobile but Samsung seems to be the best. I now have Samsung''s three mobile phones. Always talk about Samsung buying mobile. Because it''s full confidence in its quality and service. But now days, I was buying Samsung''s mobile. There was some problem in it as it was to be hot but it was still running in it because because of my job I had to stay out mostly because time was getting new.Was out in 26-6-17 on the whole day in my hotel and in the evening I was watching the picture in my mobile, it was almost two hours'' picture. As soon as my picture was over.My phone had become very hot and after that some color on her screen began to appear ''I understood something new What happened? So I put it off and I thought it would be so, that''s why. In the morning when I turned it on, the display was black. Soon after completing his work, he came home. I had to face a lot of trouble without mobile. But I was still sure that the service center would be fine soon. When I went to the service center, I called for an hour after giving the mobile and showed a crack on the side of the display.There was no crack before giving mobile. Now how it came, he said that it was already when I asked what would have happened, then said that your pocket must have been buried in. It will be not in warranty.If I get it, then I refused and brought the mobile back. It''s a matter of confidence that you talk about it. The first thing was that when the first crack was not there then came later.And if the value is also kept in keeping my mobile in pocket, then its display is so weak that its display is so weak. If I had fallen off my hands, I would have considered it, but nothing happened like this.If this is not so, then Samsung mobile will not be used in the future. Nor would anyone advise buying it.

        Sir my mobile was not working properly since i was purchased it. I went to near samsung sevice center many time at least 15 times and i stay whole day. Yesterday i spend whole day at service center. They cheated every time and said that they have repaired it. But when i came to home and check it. The problem is same. They spend my lots of time and money. They are fraud to tell me lie that they have repaired it. Irresponsible and fraud people are there. So please resolve my problem please.

          I am subhajit maiti. I bought a samsung galaxy j7 (6) in the year of september, 2016. After 2 months i am facing charging problem. So i visit the service centre near my house."the name of the service centre is"shivam mobile service centre". It is located in - post office road, street no 2, tarokeswar,, hugli, tarakeswar, west bengal 712410.1st time they changes my connector and data cable.. But the problem is not solved. After 15 days the problem arise again. So i visited again to the service centre. But they misguided me. They behave rudly with me. It's the 7th time i am visited. But they misguided me again and again. I humbly request you either change my mobile or solve the problem.

            Dear sir

            This has reference to the complaint logged yesterday at the call center for the repair and checking of washing machine three times and confirmation of the executive number and confirmation sms too

            On calling the number of the service engineer he denied and said he is on leave today. Understanding the situation we updated the call center today and they said another engineer would be allocated but no avail. Till now no confirmation for the last 36 hours.

            Is this the speed of contact and resolution by samsung even when the customer is doing the follow up and paying for the visiting charges and parts replacement and labor for repair.

            I guess what would be happening to people whose products are in warranty. This is the last purchase i would make for any consumer durables from samsung.

            Pathetic response and bad action or no action taken

            Can someone wake up and get the job done

              My name is mashoud ali, and i am using samsung galaxy s7 edge, samsung claims that the phone is water resistant, however yesterday my phone got wet in rain and i found that there was a water in my both front and back camera and censors. Today morning when i went to show my phone in samsung service center (Gayatri enterprise) and they said that water damages are not covered under warranty and i still have 4.5 month left for my warrant to get over, i need to have my phone get repaired asap without any charges paid to them because they have clearly mentioned that the phone is water resistant then there is notway that water can go in the phone. I called samsung customer care and they said that they will have their manager call me, but i have not yet received any call from anyone instead they gave me the reference number for my complaint which i filed.                   I have been repeatedly writing mails, contacting customer care regarding my issue, the problem was reported on the 18/06/2017 and still there is no solution to the complaint. I have been contacting ms saili from mobile world sion branch and the only reply i get from her is "you keep calling customer care, we dont have any answer to give you". After calling customer care helpline, the matter was escalated to senior team from which i received a call from ms piya jha, she gave me the contact detail and email address, of which my calls are never answered. The last when received a call from ms jha on 24th june 2017, i was asked to give time till 26th june 2017 to resolve this issue. I have not received any call and nor my calls are answered on that extension.
                  I have written several mails but i have not received any answer.
                  I would be expecting a written reply from samsung team regarding my issue at the earliest. Its been 10 days that i have given my phone to the mobile world service station. It was a brand new phone which was just 12 days old.
                  As i am not getting any feedback from samsung team regarding this issue, i will be compelled to report this issue to the consumer redressel forum.
                  I am expecting someone from the samsung team to revert to me at the earliest in writing.

                    I want to complaint about the sd card which i bought from your site. It showed up that we can buy 64 gb and 128 gb sd card of class 10 of 900 rupees only and i ordered the sd card but after 6 to 7 days when i got my order and checked it the 64 gb sd card wasn't working and 128 gb card was working but was showing that it is of 16 gb. So please look into this matter and please return my 900 rupees or replace my order by a new one.

                        As recently i bought samsung a9pr0 i paid 32k for this handset and it was my biggest mistake ever that i trusted on samsung in future i will not recommend any of my friend, relative, or colleagues to go for samsung it was my worst experience. Now i will tell you my concern there is multiple concern or issue with this handset not even once frequently facing the issue.

                        1. If i will put my airtel sim inside the phone my number will automatically go off i been service center 10 times i didt get any solution i wasted my 2 month by going service center twice in a week some time trice.

                        2. There is a charging issue if i will keep the. Mobile for charging it will not take for charge

                        So kindly justify if there is this much issue on. Samsung how the company is running ensure that i will share this issue with everyonce who. Is surrounding me even i will. Post the issue on social media regarding the issue which i was fa ing from. Last 2 month but there is no solution

                        Thanks samsung for giving such a waste product of 32k i know we buyer are fools to go for your showoff brands i will. Make sure that no body will. Buy your samsung any product

                          I had purchased samsung 5 in 1 refrigerator a year back. The manufacturer provides one year warranty. Just before completion of one year one fine day the refrigerator stops cooling. I made a complaint, a service person came to sniff around to check what exactly is wrong and informed me that the fan stopped working hence need to be replaced. It will take 10-15 days to get a replacement from samsung factory. After 10 days nothing happened, i made a service complaint again. Again service guy came to sniff around to check what is wrong, this time he is informing that the fan is working there is no gas in the system. Couple of days later a person comes spend about couple of hours and charges the gas. This has all happened in april 2017- may 2017. The refrigerator starts working after filling of gas. Now it is not even june is over, the ref has conked off again, this time they took two days, one to sniff around to find what is wrong and next day to refill the gas. This happened on 23rd june. 25th june, once again the ref conked off and no cooling.
                          Today again samsung's sniffer came & now informs that fan not working, gas choked, it will take some time to get fan since not in stock normally. Hence we do not know when the refrigerator will start working again.

                          Company was talking about attending the complaint within 24 hour which it does but comes for sniffing the problem and not to solve the same.

                          After spending my hard earned money on a samsung product which i should not have done after my bitter experience with samsung washing machine and led television. I now repent buying a samsung product.

                          In our younger days our parents used to say that the refrigerator in the corner was purchased 30 years ago but never stopped working. They used to look ugly but were workhorses. Now the refrigerators look smart but refuse to work beyond certain period and demand rest. I think they have been programmed it that way so that consumer need to buy a fresh one every 2-3 years.

                              This is murali from narasaraopet, guntur distric, andhra pradesh and seriously facing head ache troubles after buying samsung 42inch tv. Seriously creating too much problems. Picture tube problems and the very # thing is to check the issue samsung people demanding 1500 and don't know how much they demand to resolve issue. Seriously one of the bad experience in my life with your kind of service. If possible please take care.

                                Hello sir, i have samsung a8 mobile 7 month old, at presently mobile have many problem regarding charging, network and usb connection. I go to service station but manager say i am not able to repair please contact to company. Your mobile heavy and not open to our technician.
                                All time say different reason like your mobile service is our, we not able to open this, very big issues.
                                He is know they not capable to solve issues and not give me any response.
                                I lose 32000 money in my mobile..
                                What i am do sir... I have chat 5 to 6 time online chat help but not get any answer.

                                    Hi i'm sangeetha senthil,
                                    I bought my samsung galaxy j7 on march 31st 2017... At first the phone worked as much as better.. But after april month my phone is not getting charged. Even in the charger given in it's box.. While charging it shows charge is 97% and after using for 10 mins the charge comes down to 60%.. If i went any where in emergency situation what can i do with this phone.. And also the phone is getting hanged while using... This is my first own mobile.. But this mobile has so many problems... I have 1 year warrenty for this mobile... Tell me any solution fast...

                                      I bought s8 plus which has many defects.
                                      People be aware. Do not buy s8 plus.. It has many more manufacture defects. And samsung india is good in selling those manufacture defective products to the customers and will not take any responsibility of it.

                                      I have bought s8 plus on may 10th 2017.in 2 weeks the phone started developing red spot on the left corner of the display and the screen flickers often.

                                      When i take that to the service centre i have been treated as a street dog

                                      I have submitted the mobile to the service centre on 8th jun 2017 till now i have not got any satisfactory response from samsung customer care... I am going through serious mental trauma due to this issue

                                      Spending rs. 65, 000 over the phone i lost my peace.
