I have samsung z2 tizen supported 4g phone. When i purchased it that was sufficient to surprised me that this doesn't have play store like open platfrom but however relying upon the branding of the device i compromised and tried loving this phone for some of its aesthetic features and happily used the most basic available but the main problem is that its touch screen is very over sensitive and even starts working weirdly after getting touched by a sweat wet finger and that is too annoying especially in the summer when such is the most probable

    Hello Samsung -Support,

    This is in reference to the side by side refrigerator model no. SBS Samsung RS55K5010S9, I purchased from Sargam Electronics Invoice no.MAYURVIH-1767, Mayur Vihar phase-1 New Delhi store on (13th May 2017). The day the refrigerator was installed by Samsung engineer, it is making exasperating noise(Like a Siren type).
    Numerous times communication was made with the dealer, Samsung customer care to rectify the issue, but none helped and the issue could not be resolved till now. I did all the check as advice by Samsung customer care but the issue remains persistence. It was indeed shocking to see that new refrigerator is the infelicitous product that came with a manufacturing defect.

    Well, I am writing to the complaint that I am not interested in getting my product repaired since it is a defective piece. I demand a new working piece in replacement. I have been your customer from past 15 years and had a great trust in your Brand, but look likes its now the old day's story, the Brand Trust has broken, distrust quality product.

    I am really disappointed with the quality of product and service provided.

    Its been 50 days now, I am facing the same noise issue and no resolution has been made by any of your engineers.
    eight times different engineer had visited but none of them had the resolved the issue.

    I have contacted service desk many times and all I heard from them is 'Your case is escalated and tomorrow engineer will call you.' and none called me from last week.

    Awaiting your prompt action for resolution.

      I bought a RS51K5460SL by spending one lakh rupees and received a defective product. It stopped cooling after less than 2 months use and since than the service engineers have been giving me run-around. They have no clue on what went wrong in the refrigerator and keep passing the buck. I asked them to replace it but they are not willing to do so. It is absolutely abhorrent that they take 1 lakh for a piece of junk and shamelessly waste my valuable time. I wish we could file criminal complaints on this big international companies who defraud the customers via false promises and defective products.

        Dear sir / madam,

        I am really upset to inform you to get the permanent solution, would like to bring your kind notice that, i have purchased one new 230 lts single door direct cool refrigerator (Samsung rr23k274zdz/230 ltr ref, s/n: 0a6h4zah600901) on 19/10/2016 from your dealer m/s great eastern electronics (M/s great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd.) bagnan, west bengal, vide invoice no bn/sa/1617/06622 dated 19/10/2016, amounting rs. 17, 600/-, which is still under warranty period till date.

        They have delivered the product on 20/10/2016, after taking delivery i have found there is manufacturing defects as mentioned below.

        1. Bulge out on the body, where magnetic strip of the door is seating. Which will cause leakages of inside cooling air in future & will result low cooling and high electricity consumption.
        2. There were are waviness in side wall of the refrigerator body.
        3. Cracking noise coming from the refrigerator during running condition.

        On 22/10/2016 service engineer mr santanu manna has visited for attending the complaint and i have shown him those defects. He has taken photographs of the defected areas and told the product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

        On 29/04/2017 service engineer mr asit kumar pal has visited for attending the complaint and i have shown him those defects. He has taken photographs of the defected areas and told the product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

        Till date i have yet not been received the replacement of same product, for your kind reference please note one of the complaint no – [protected] which has been registered to your toll free no, i had called-up total 9 times for this reason and for replacement of the product (Some of the sms copy also enclosed, fyip).

        I have kept all the cartoon packages and booklet for replacement purpose as it is condition, fyip.

        Please note, this is purely a manufacturing defects & i need immediate replacement of the same product, kindly arrange accordingly.

        For your kind reference please find your Service Engineer visit Job Sheet copies, where the Manufacturing Defects are clearly mentioned and requested for Replacement.

        1st - On 22/10/2016 Service Engineer Mr Santanu Manna has visited for attending the complaint and I have shown him those defects. He has taken Photographs of the Defected Areas and told the Product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

        2nd - On 29/04/2017 Service Engineer Mr Asit Kumar Pal has visited for attending the complaint and I have shown him those defects. He has taken Photographs of the Defected Areas and told the Product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

        Also please find the Complaint Registration SMS screen shot.

        I would request you for Immediate Replacement of the Defective Product, without any further Delay and within the Warranty Period.

        Kindly note the Enclosed - 2nd visit on 29/04/2017 of your Service Engineer Mr Asit Kumar Pal & the Job Sheet (which is self explanatory), He has already taken several Photographs of the Defected Areas and mentioned On the Job Sheet.

        Therefore I feel, and you will also accept that, there is no necessity for further inspection of your Service person.

        Kindly arrange for Replacement with Same Model Immediately.

          Hi, Dear Samsung.
          Deepesh Sharma this side complaining about the (SAMSUNG LED 32) worst product I bought. I am facing red patches like negative images on my screen. Its been around 1 year hardly and this is the second time that I am facing the same issue. First time I saw it after 1 month of purchasing it and second time the day before yesterday. As well as there are black patches those are on the panel I guess. I used to think that its a dust on the screen but when I cleaned that then I found its a panel issue. And this panel problem is persisting for last 8-9 months but I came to know 2 months before. I bought it from VIJAY SALES noida SEC-18. They gave me used LED which they display to the customers. They said that they don't have another same model. I bought it on the same price they didn't even give me any discount on it. If there is any possibility of replacing my LED I'll be very thankful to SAMSUNG. Otherwise I am sorry that I bought a Samsung product for the first time with faults.

          Please help me if you can. Thank you.

              I am having pink line on my Galaxy S7 Edge display. since 2 month after an update and i thought its a software issue anc can be solved in next bug update but unforunately i didntnot contact the service centre and now when i contacted the service centre my cell was out of warrenty and they asked for charge as the screen has to be replaced.
              and then i came to now from them that every day we are replacing the screen for the same problem.. its a manufacturing defect
              and i contact samung via chat they too are not ready to provide any solution
              Samsung has apparently confessed about knowing this issue exists on various S7 edge.

              Now they are refusing to repair the smartphone. If this would have been issue with only my S7 Edge I wouldn't complain, but as the issue is existing in a very high percentage of same smartphone across the world it can be easily recognised as a sale of defective goods with inferior quality.
              1st note 7 blast case now s7 edge its worst from samung..

                  I Bought new Samsung galaxy S8 64 GB phone 9June 2017. I used the mobile very handle with care. On 30.06.2017 phone discontinued the charging and shows error message of "moisture detected".

                  It is really surprising that a new phone which not used hardly for one months shows such type of error message. I am also unable to take the data backup before submission to service center due to no charging avalable. It is really a huge loss for me due to phone charging problem.

                  I have only a single phone. Now today i am without phone for last 3 days. My works getting very distrubed. I have already submitted the phone on 03.07.2017 at Samsung Dadar East Service center but till today i do not got the phone return.

                  While talking with samsung service center, they told that parts is not available. Now i really very much frustrated by taking Samsung S8 mobile phone.

                  Now i do not want this phone any more and request to return back this phone to samsung. I would go ahead for some other phone.

                  I request you to do the needful for the same. Otherwise i will be found to forward it to higher authorities regarding this. Watling for your reply in positive.

                    I buy S7 Edge on 1st January 2017, and as I was having backup mobile I did not start using it immediately after purchasing it.

                    Now unfortunately my display got damaged and I submitted it for one time replacement. Service center is costing me 15, 000 for display change and not under 990/-.

                    This is Unbearable, I purchased a mobile of 50K + and now I am treated like this as I haven't activated the SIM on the mentioned date.

                    Though other customers are getting benefit at the same time.

                    This is unfaithful by Samsung to their premium customers...

                    Dear samsung,
                    I have a similar experience with samsung service on my S7 Edge screen replacement on 990 scheme .I have submitted my phone for screen replacement in Hyderabad. Due to GST issues the service center delayed accepting my phone 2 times asking me to submit on 5th july 17 even though i'm a premium customer. And after submitting the mobile i received an update that my phone is ready for collection, after approaching the service center and after waiting for good 2 hrs i was given the phone to check initially THE POWER BUTTON IS UNSERVICEABLE at the 1st place and before even pointing at that i was told they cant handover the mobile as they have no clue on the GST revised prices and how much to charge. I WAS NOT PROVIDED A BACKUP PHONE TO USE, THE MOBILE WAS NOT PROPERLY REPAIRED, I WAS CALLED BY THEM TO COLLECT TO COLLECT THE MOBILE WITHOUT HAVING A CLUE ON GST POLICY AND DENIED HANDING OVER THE MOBILE.
                    And to my surprise no one was taking any responsibility on that and i was given the harsh replies .
                    I wasted l my TIME and EFFORT to run behind the service center which was useless and unprofessional.
                    where can i approach / write to samsung you on this ?

                      Dear Concerned,

                      I received the Handset from the Customer Care after PAID REPLACEMENT OF DISPLAY but without s-pen. The Service Center confirmed that by mistake they forgot to put it back and it is lying safe with them and that i will get it back when i send someone to collect it. I went to receive it back but the guys there told me that they have lost it and can't provide the same.

                      How can a so-called authorised Service Center do so? Samsung seems to have lost it completely.

                        Sir/ma'am this is to inform you that last month i gave my samsung mobile phone J7 on their nirala nagar service center for to change the display of it. They assured me for a week to do the job and a landline number to call before coming, but they took around 15 days and still the job is not done properly. I paid a lot for the original display but i m not very much satisfy. There are some sofware issues. And i m feed up now with my phone. Now it seems more problematic then the earlier.
                        Plzz look at my problem and take some serious action because they only keep on saying, "hum kya kar sakte hai company ka issue hai". There is no body to whome i can complain.their are many other customers those are not really satisfied by the srvice of the samsung service centre nirala nagar.
                        Plzz do something i will be highly obliged.

                            My name is parth desai, software engineer in software base company in SURAT, and i owned a samsung s7edge and on 27/10/2016 in surat city.
                            Iam facing battery swelling to battery failure under normal warranty period itself, the above said problem was identified on 04/07/2017 by me, idont have any idea from how long it was there.
                            I visited your service office for the same complaint and your service people advised me to get service repair under warranty for foc.
                            Since the failure happened with in the warranty period i want my hand set to be replaced and avail a new hand set, because the battery swelling happened purely because of manufacturing defect as samsung is clearly known for battery issue, even though i got my phone battery replaced i need some acknowledgement from the your service people that the battery which have replaced will be bearing further warranty for 1 year.

                            I request any responsible person to take over my case and take responsible action because i believed in samsung, now let know why i should believe in samsung.

                            It is very sad to say that buying such an expensive phone, my hard earned money is gone in to the drain.

                            It is my humble request to Samsung Mobile to replace my mobile.

                              Hi,

                              I am writing this after so much frustration from the AC and the service provided by Samsung.

                              I have called some 15 times and had conversations with the engineers some 10 times at my home about the same issue.

                              After 2 months of complaint they have replaced my Inside unit because of the smell issue which was coming from the AC which none of your engineers could resolve.

                              after replacing the AC after a week i again get DUST smell from the AC so i cleaned it by myself multiple times just to not make it an issue again. But that cause me headaches and allergies. so i had to call engineer again and he agreed that there is an issue and he checked my entire home and could not find any smell from the room but the AC. His name is Yousuf he spoke to his manager informed the same i asked him why is this Samsung AC causing trouble, He himself said that these Inverter AC''s are facing a problem many complaints have come and also suggested me to change the model itself and he left the place saying he would call back.

                              I waited the next day he canceled the ticket he was told by his manager to cancel ticket saying the AC is working fine
                              1. Did he take my signature - NO
                              2.Did he ask me if he can close the ticket - NO
                              its been just 3 months i am using this AC and suffered so much loss to my health and also couldnt no use it properly.

                              Preethi from head office had helped me previously for replacement, and i tried to contact her now but i did not get a reply i called numerous times and dropped multiple emails but did not get any response.i have raised a ticket again asked for a supervisor call again still no response.
                              again some ine else called named pramila from head office she sent some one to my home for checking he also checked and found there is an issue and later no more action she says that the technician people said that there is no issue, i have the voice recording of the same.
                              next again yogesh has been assigned he also sent someone to my home again the technician checked he also said some factory person will come and repair it. after 2 days i get a call from this senior executive saying he checked with technician people and they said its an issue with drain pipe. when i checked whom he asked he said he checked with someone who never came to my home.
                              so i again forwarded the voice messages to him also i have recorded the next call as well.
                              I wonder why a company as big as yours has to put weak customer service and ruin your name and value. I can simply advertise what has happened to me through social media but i i felt i need to talk to someone big before i do something which is not necessary.
                              now i dont want the AC anymore i just want my refund.

                                  I had purchased a mobile phone on 3rd sept 2016, model num is sm-j700f from samsung showroom, address : city electronics samsung smart phone cafe, shop no 8, 9 kalika chambers, v v road, margao, goa - 403601, behind grace church.

                                  On purchasing, sales rep told me to purchase a insurance for the phone, i bought that also which i paid 1300 inr, now 1 week back i met with an accident and my phone fell and screen broke. I went to the same shop mentioned above and told the problem and said about claiming insurance. The guy on the counter was very rude and directly told he will not give as they dont have the contact of insurance company. I spoke with suraj, then one girl in the showrrom gave me the number of manager, his name is amjad. I spoke yo amjab and its been 6 days since i havent received any response as he had told me he will be calling me regarding the same. Im really having a bad experience over here and if this thing is not solved i have to approach consumer court regarding the same. Please i hope you will get my querry solved at the earliest.

                                    I bough a s7 edge galaxy mobile phone in feb 2017. There was an offer of cashback at that time which was to be credited in my account by 31 may 2017 but i haven't received it yet. Samsung says that they have sent the cashback but i haven't received it yet. Also, the bank is denying the cashback as they say offer was not on online orders but on samsung's website it was given.

                                        Hello,

                                        I had contacted the official Samsung customer care center requesting service for my refrigerator which was not cooling properly. When the Samsung personnel arrived, he checked the fridge and cited the problem of gas leakage, following which he serviced the same. For this, I paid him an amount of INR 2655 plus mandatory visiting charges of INR 345 (copies of both bills attached as reference). After just a matter of two days, the same problem arose, with the refrigerator beginning to leak water. Upon contacting Samsung again, the same service personnel visited and this time identified that the problem was with the heater coil. Accordingly, he mentioned that this would require changing of a part that would cost us INR 3800. Since then, the personnel has been incredibly elusive, and hard to get in touch with. When he finally answered my calls, he mentioned that the above mentioned part is no longer available, and since then has forsaken any responsibility or accountability whatsoever for the service requested. My complain arises because of the following:

                                        1) If the problem of the refrigerator actually lay in the heater coil, as mentioned the second time, this problem should have ideally been identified on the very first visit. Because of the apparent ignorance of the personnel and inability to identify the core problem in the first go, I had to shell out money for a repair that was neither required, nor relevant.

                                        2) When the problem was identified the second time, there has been no proper response on Samsung's part, neither in getting the refrigerator part, or in following through the service that was promised.

                                        complaint procedure so far has proven to be abysmal, to say the least, as I have tried calling your call centers, only to be met with indifference from your customer care personnel. They have since either given me contact details of servicemen who remain elusive and incommunicable, or made me wait for callbacks from managers that never happened.

                                        It is highly disappointing that a reputed company such as yours cannot follow through on a simple service. Expecting your immediate attention and action on this matter.
