I like Samsung''s mobile very much. I have mobilized every company''s mobile but Samsung seems to be the best. I now have Samsung''s three mobile phones. Always talk about Samsung buying mobile. Because it''s full confidence in its quality and service. But now days, I was buying Samsung''s mobile. There was some problem in it as it was to be hot but it was still running in it because because of my job I had to stay out mostly because time was getting new.Was out in 26-6-17 on the whole day in my hotel and in the evening I was watching the picture in my mobile, it was almost two hours'' picture. As soon as my picture was over.My phone had become very hot and after that some color on her screen began to appear ''I understood something new What happened? So I put it off and I thought it would be so, that''s why. In the morning when I turned it on, the display was black. Soon after completing his work, he came home. I had to face a lot of trouble without mobile. But I was still sure that the service center would be fine soon. When I went to the service center, I called for an hour after giving the mobile and showed a crack on the side of the display.There was no crack before giving mobile. Now how it came, he said that it was already when I asked what would have happened, then said that your pocket must have been buried in. It will be not in warranty.If I get it, then I refused and brought the mobile back. It''s a matter of confidence that you talk about it. The first thing was that when the first crack was not there then came later.And if the value is also kept in keeping my mobile in pocket, then its display is so weak that its display is so weak. If I had fallen off my hands, I would have considered it, but nothing happened like this.If this is not so, then Samsung mobile will not be used in the future. Nor would anyone advise buying it.

Today I received a reply from Samsung India Representative which itself shows that they least bother about its loyal customers.I have attached screen shot of that reply.
My reply to this attached mail is as follows
Dear Ma'am,
But who is here to blame? Your representative should have told me to how to activate it?
Your representative has not given any demo then why you are telling that I have not followed TNCs?
I will not accept this Explanation at any cost.Since I'm a genuine buyer I have to get my Tumi free cover which is my right.
You can't simply deny my right by saying that I have not followed TNCs.
Ask your representative why he has not educated its customers about TNCs?
So I reject your silly explanations out rightly and if you are not giving me my free Tumi cover which is my right then take back your mobile and refund my full money without delay?
Failing to which I will proceed legally.
