    Delayed installation of TV, installation due date crossed

    I have bought a Samsung TV which was delivered on Thursday and Installation completion due date was 1st july. Till today(3rd july) none called us from Samsung india to get the installation done.
    I got a message from Samsung india mentioning the Service order no:[protected] and the assigned engineer's name and mobile number. Assigned service center is in barrackpur.
    But that assigned service engineer is denying duty saying that...

    I am a user of samsung s7edge and extremely disappointed with the phone. I bought the phone around 5months back but never thought that i would get such a defective piece. The phones display got changed at the customer service center (Mass communication, kotla) just 15days back and they said that it's a manufacturing default.. Now just an hour back my phone has started blinking and in the safe mode as well which proves it's deffectiveness.. I am extremely fed up with the phone set and needs replacement. My phone would again go to service centre tomorrow but i need replacement as this problem might occur again.

        I have raised sr #[protected] for refrigerator issue on 28th june for which a technician subhojit saha visited on 29th june and told he have rectified as it was a issue in the jack (Power chord). On asking further, he added refrigerator is absolutely fine and nothing else happened. I have paid him the servicing amount as per details: samsung book no. J38 and cash receipt no. J1890 dt. 29/6/2017. Once he left my house the refrigerator has gone totally off within an hour and on calling him he was saying entire back circuit board need to be changed. Make a note that the person who told that refrigerator was absolutely fine then how can the back circuit board to be changed within an hour, i really doubt on his technical skills.
        Thenafter, i reported the incident to samsung customer care where they have told me that they would arrange for an alternate senior technician to visit my place. I am writing this now i. E. On 2nd july but no call or visit been done yet.
        Now i am quite sure that calling customer care would not help me and it needs attention from higher authority.
        I have already paid for a service which has not been done rather i should say incorrect investigation been done otherwise how could a problem in power chord get changed to replacement of circuit board. Please check with the service centres why they are acting as a no-bothering attitude where samsung says to provide 24*7 service.
        I am really worried if it is so difficult to get a response from samsung.

        Is it that difficult to send a technician to visit my place and investigate the issue where you have already taken the servicing amount?

        This is very clear that when you take a product you will be given several false assurances which doesn't stay long when you actually require their help during services or when the product has some issues. It is very hard to get servicing for which you need to be like earthworm with the Product guys. On every hour you will expect a call from a new person to whom you need to brief all the problem and this would go on and on which being taking care of the fact that could be done to resolve the matter. Your request and effort to explain one person would go in vain as you need to do it on a repeated basis and that too as a daily routine. For people like us who buy this products after saving money from monthly salary are really concerned for the product if it doesn't function correctly, but this inter-action with the company made me feel that nothing bother them as it is just a business for them. I am simply marking the case as resolved as the issue has been address. Frankly speaking I am not at all satisfied with the service as the technician itself not sure what the defect is but being with them means to waste your entire days. It's better to fix with local technicians as it is difficult to get a good service as there is no proper way being designed for how to give services or act with customers. Really disheartened !!

        Inefficient technician sent who could not able to identify the problem but took money in the name of service charge. Tried every possible way to get the servicing done: called customer care (it's not working as they could only pass my message to the service centre), called service centre (very arrrogant, rough behaviour, don't bother attitude), CEO Email Service via Samsung site (3 days over - no resolution received), putting over consumer complaint got call from a person who has intimated that he will look into the issue and arrange for technician, but no technician visit happened yet and calling the person is not picking up the call. I have no words for Samsung unless be in shock what blunder I made to blindly chose Samsung products for electronics.

        On 8th July, finally a technician came from Serampore Samsung Franchise Centre namely Mr. Santanu Pandit who has changed the entire circuit board against Rs. 2955 including 28% GST.
        On asking about GST number, he told that they didn't yet receive it but they have been instructed to charge the GST amount without having the registration number, really strange !!
        After repairing the same Mr. Pandit asked to check if this helps to resolve the issue. After two to three hours we have checked that refrigerator is working but one of the problem still persists – the lower deck of the refrigerator is freezing at a higher rate which forms ice over there as well. We have informed the same to Mr. Pandit over call and he suggested to adjust the temperature. We did the same as per his advice but it didn’t help us to sort the issue. Like eggs been put got broken, liquid foods turning to chilled ice. Further informing to Mr. Pandit, he told to check for another couple of days and to inform him the status.
        This is our earnest request to Samsung if you could arrange your in-house technician with depth knowledge on refrigerator who can able to bring back the refrigerator in steady condition as before. We have to already struggle a lot to get a technician visit at our place which we have already intimated you time to time. Further on, we have also paid whenever we have asked for any charges.
        Keeping everything aside, we really want a proper technician who could fix the issue. It’s really turning to be a worst experience for us that in spite of spending money, the underlying issue is not getting rectified. This is clearly understood that this franchise are simply taking chances on the refrigerator without being able to identify the exact issue. Hence, this is an earnest request if you could arrange for a proper refrigerator specialist technician please.

        Cooling is not there only little cooling in freezer since from last two months we r complaing in Bijnor samsung centre but they r not responding to us . Bijnor is not so big city we can call any private mechanic to repair. it Is our fault that we bought a product from samsung .Badly disappointed by your service.

          I purchased 32inch k5570 tv on 2nd nov 2017. Within 5months the tv display was failed. I raised. Complaint and service person came and said tv display unit was failed need to pay 14000 for service...
          They have not submit proper report. They juat said in oral and left. The tv is in warranty.
          I need replacement... Or service in free of cost...
          After few days from delhi 1 customer executive called and said they sending another service person to inspect. Service person came and said the ant was entered to tv through speaker and display connecting strip was shorted so it was failed. It will not cover under warranty. While buying sales guys says if any problem occurs during warranty period it will be serviced in foc... But now they says call customer care. We cannot do anything. This is the way they handlin g customer. We bought 3 tv in one lot.
          And in warranty terms nothing mentioned about this problems will not cover in warranty... Why should i need to pay... The product was not manufactured properly.
          First the connecting strip area was not covered. So the ant was entered. So it's manufacturer fault... So i need the service to be done in warranty...

            My samsung washing machine is not functioning at all. This is after only one year of occassional use. Support engineers are assigned but they dont call you back. They don't even pick up your calls. You have to follow-up hundereds of times to just check the status.in return you are said, the faulty part is not available in their service center. Waiting for the faulty part to be replaced for ther last 6 days. When i called their support call center, they asked to cooperate and wait for another 4 days giving lame excuses like gst impacting parts availalibity.

              Dear sir
              I mukund kumar mobile no-[protected] purchased samsung microwave oven from aditya vision, baily road, patna bihar on 24/06/17. While purchasing they assured me that demo will be done by samsung engineer within 48 hours but despite my several complain on your toll free number as well as aditya vision nothing has happened. Your service centre has also assured me every time that demo will be done next day after each complain. So tell me why it has not been done till today. If you are not able to give service than why you are selling your product and why your retailer aditya vision patna is selling on false word. Give me your reply otherwise i am force to move in consumer forum or other avenue.

                Respected pm Ji we are complaint about GST,
                we have a mobile shop on which we are selling many companies recharge on which companies provide margin only 3% on my turnover/sale and we are also selling mobiles on which companies provide margin 3% to 7 %. But ratio of sale monthly/yearly was 7%mobile and 93% was mobile recharge.
                For Ex. If we have yearly turnover was Rs.60 lakh to Rs.70 lakh but in this turnover mobiles & recharge ratio was Rs.5, 00, 000 & Rs. 65, 00, 000.
                So we earn on mobiles was Rs.35, 000 & on Recharge was Rs. 1, 95, 000. Total income was only Rs. 2, 20, 000 which is less than taxable income.
                If we adopt composition scheme in which we pay 1% tax on his turnover means Rs. 70, 000 out of total income Rs. 2, 20, 000.
                So we pay nearly 30% tax in his income.

                So please do the amendment because one site you r telling to do business and other side u charge 30% tax so how can paid 30% tax on income up to income tax exemption limit.

                  Hello,
                  This is regarding my new samsung s7 edge i purchsed in may 2017. I am facing many issues in the phone.
                  - i cant make any internet call without restarting my phone. Every time i have to restart it if i want to do call. E. G whatsapp calling.
                  - i cannot see any video stored in my phone without restarting my phone and everytime gets error - failed to load. Video, unknown error.
                  - i cannot watch any video on you tube or facebook without restarting my phone. It just stuck at video and does not start.
                  - my phond goes to silent at its own and i dont know whether i am getting any call or message. Everytime i have to adjust sound setting to make sure this is not silent.

                  I request to. Please address this on priority as this is extremely irritating and frustrating and that too with a brand like samsung who is at top in market.

                    i will inform you that i have one Samsung 32 inch tv, have small complint, the techanishan his name is rajesh working in haripad area, his home also haripad. he told he is the techanishan in samsung, he took my tv more than 2 months, and also take money for advance . everyday asking and he told no problem we will solve, yesterday he will return my tv. my complint is he wil open my tv and not properly fix same as before. i will complint tech, rejash, still very bad reply, actully he is cheating for customer, he need money he will take after 2 months return cut also service charge 300, what is this. like this type people for your service tech,

                      Sir,
                      I have purchase Samsung 32FH400381 81cm (32) LED TV year[protected].But at present my TV has power supply (SMPS) problem so that TV not on condition. Already I have request Samsung customer care several times. My product request number is ‘’[protected]’’.Alreay Service Engineer Mr. Dhiman was came and checking the problem. He has advice me TV was not repair here, so that he kept on his office. I am also agreed his proposal. But he charged RS. 680 for SERVISE CHARGES. In the meantime already I have discuss with Samsung customer care, they have told to me for Service charges Rs. 250 + service Tax. That’s why I am not agreed to pay Rs. 680.I am also talk to him please contact customer care executive. But Mr. Dhiman not interested to talk with customer care. After all he was gone without any servicing. And also Service engineer Mr. Dhiman’s behavior absolutely rough and tough. He was threatening to me ‘’you bring the TV my office, I am not come.’’
                      Sir, we are also know that Samsung is the reputed brand name in the World in electronics sector. But such type of servicing engineer do the decreasing of Samsung Brand name.
                      So, sir I have requested to you please solve my actual problem, and collect the actual service charge.

                        -i had bought samsung galaxy c7 pro in samsung e shop with the emi payment as option with the SBI credit card for rs 25990/- for 12 months.
                        -{My Order Number is[protected]} i had bought the device on June 15th 2017
                        -i got the statement from the bank saying to pay the full amount and i had called the samsung customer care saying the it had not converted to emi but they had informed me that it will be converted in 4 to 5 days but it didn't happen and i called them saying that it is not converted after 10 days but they informed me that they will see the amount will be reverted back.
                        - i had called them 5-7 times regarding this but they informed me that it is not in our hands we will see it is resolved but my payment date of credit card bill is on 7th of july 2017.
                        -it had been 16 days i had complained but no response.

                          Samsung Galaxy S8 has Featured Its IP68 Water resistant which can resist water in 1.5mt for 30 minutes, this was the main features of Samsung Galaxy s8 but after having such a feature my phone samsung galaxy s8 got damage due to single drop of water.if the phone got damage due to single drop of water than the information featured is fake.The company Must be change that feature.As samsung is trustful brand but after this i dont think so that the company may be trasted again.The worst service and phone i experience till now.

                            We have purchased a Samsung freez from Kohinoor Electronics. Dombivli east.. Dt. 16.6.2016.after purchased water likage from feez and we had lodge number of times complain about it.. Mr Pankaj service person who came and inspect the freez but no proper solution done.. He told us I will report to company for replacement due to technical fault in this freez. But till today no one turn up nor replace the freez. From 16.3.2017 under warranty lodge the complain but not responding..
                            Today I went personaly to Kohinoor Electronics. Dombivli. And discussed with owner as well as service centre... They have given your number... So called you but switch off your cell phone..
                            Today at afternoon from Mumbai some one who called my wife mobile and stated that your warranty expired... Sir it is nothing but cheating with the customer.. So do the needful.. And replace our freez coz it is not properly working...

                              Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 from a Samsung retail store with 10% cash back facility on 12th March...

                              3 months done and still not received the cash back, so checked with Samsung regarding that, mail attached which samsung has replied.

                              One of the unethical ways to selll a product by giving a 10% cashback facility and later on denying that no cashback facility was there.

                              also got in touch with the customer care on phone, calling them since past 4 days, they say they have escalated the issue and will get back in 24hrs or same day will call back, but still waiting for the call, just praying if i get the call in 2017 or before my galaxy s7 dies...hopeless customer service...

                                    sir my complaint is regarding your's company blue wave board...my shop's blue wave board was misplaced in storm...i requested company's T.L Mr pradeep by same day to solve it...but after 15 days, no progress happened..yesterday i called him and say that i[censored] are not capable to do this, i will contact to other companies like Oppo, vivo for their boards...then he replied rudely that-" okk, as ur wish, we cant help you, you can contact other companies, i shocked after listening their reply, bcoz we are selling the samsung products in large quantity...if they will not co-operate with us, then who will do? after this incident, our interest to your company is decreasing day by day...
                                    And 2nd thing, i m contacting to Oppo staff to board...we are unable to work with you in this condition..

                                      Service Centre playing games with customer they himself damage the screen of Mobile during repair and then ask money for repair of same. I have submitted my mobile for speaker problem and they change the motherboard as told to me and during repair they damage the screen as a small dot appear on screen at right corner which is not noticed at the time of receiving mobile after repair which increased and by the next day full screen turn to blue/ green now black. When I again visited customer care they told me that screen is physically damage so we charge for it when I ask them to show me the physical damage they not able to show the damage as my mobile not having a single screch on body or screen. They now turn their statement that screen is internally damage. Can I tell me how screen dmge internally without any visible damage. my complnt no [protected] Ref no[protected]. No help received from customer care/ service centre no[protected]. No help received from customer care/ service centre. Today I received a call from senior customer experience according to him they can't prove that screen is faulty due to physical damage but you have to pay Rs 2660 for repair
