I want to replace my samsung mobile for softwear issue but company denied my request. I have new samsung mobile purchase date[protected] model samsung galaxy a7 2017.
Mene[protected] ko samsung ka naya mobile samsung galaxy a7 2017 purcase kiya mobile purcase krne ke 10 din ke ander mere mobile me jaha 2nd slot hota hai usme proublm aane lag gyi mene mera mobile jaha se purchase kiya us shop pr diya to unhone softwear issue bta kar softwear update ka bola or mobile service center par bhej diyasame day evening me jab mera mobile vapas service center se aaya to vahi proublm vapas aa rhi thi mene mera mob vapas shop vale ko diya to usne mob vapas service center pr bheja 2nd time servuce center se aane ke baad bhi vahi proublam thi usne vaps service center bhejne ka bola is reagarding mene[protected] ko jab samsung ke customer care me mere mobile ko replace krne ki baat boli to unhone ye kah kr mana kar diya ki replace 14 working days me he hota hai jabki mera mobile 14 working days se pahle he service center pauch gya tha or softwear proublam bar bar aa rhi thi.
Me apne mobile ka replacement chahta hu aap se niveden hai aap jaldi jaruri karvahi karvaye.

    Sir,
    My name is parth desai, software engineer in software base company in SURAT, and i owned a samsung s7edge and on 27/10/2016 in surat city.
    Iam facing battery swelling to battery failure under normal warranty period itself, the above said problem was identified on 04/07/2017 by me, idont have any idea from how long it was there.
    I visited your service office for the same complaint and your service people advised me to get service repair under warranty for foc.
    Since the failure happened with in the warranty period i want my hand set to be replaced and avail a new hand set, because the battery swelling happened purely because of manufacturing defect as samsung is clearly known for battery issue, even though i got my phone battery replaced i need some acknowledgement from the your service people that the battery which have replaced will be bearing further warranty for 1 year.

    I request any responsible person to take over my case and take responsible action because i believed in samsung, now let know why i should believe in samsung.

    It is very sad to say that buying such an expensive phone, my hard earned money is gone in to the drain.

    It is my humble request to Samsung Mobile to replace my mobile.

      Hi,

      I am writing this after so much frustration from the AC and the service provided by Samsung.

      I have called some 15 times and had conversations with the engineers some 10 times at my home about the same issue.

      After 2 months of complaint they have replaced my Inside unit because of the smell issue which was coming from the AC which none of your engineers could resolve.

      after replacing the AC after a week i again get DUST smell from the AC so i cleaned it by myself multiple times just to not make it an issue again. But that cause me headaches and allergies. so i had to call engineer again and he agreed that there is an issue and he checked my entire home and could not find any smell from the room but the AC. His name is Yousuf he spoke to his manager informed the same i asked him why is this Samsung AC causing trouble, He himself said that these Inverter AC''s are facing a problem many complaints have come and also suggested me to change the model itself and he left the place saying he would call back.

      I waited the next day he canceled the ticket he was told by his manager to cancel ticket saying the AC is working fine
      1. Did he take my signature - NO
      2.Did he ask me if he can close the ticket - NO
      its been just 3 months i am using this AC and suffered so much loss to my health and also couldnt no use it properly.

      Preethi from head office had helped me previously for replacement, and i tried to contact her now but i did not get a reply i called numerous times and dropped multiple emails but did not get any response.i have raised a ticket again asked for a supervisor call again still no response.
      again some ine else called named pramila from head office she sent some one to my home for checking he also checked and found there is an issue and later no more action she says that the technician people said that there is no issue, i have the voice recording of the same.
      next again yogesh has been assigned he also sent someone to my home again the technician checked he also said some factory person will come and repair it. after 2 days i get a call from this senior executive saying he checked with technician people and they said its an issue with drain pipe. when i checked whom he asked he said he checked with someone who never came to my home.
      so i again forwarded the voice messages to him also i have recorded the next call as well.
      I wonder why a company as big as yours has to put weak customer service and ruin your name and value. I can simply advertise what has happened to me through social media but i i felt i need to talk to someone big before i do something which is not necessary.
      now i dont want the AC anymore i just want my refund.

        Today, I am writing this complaint in respose to the service that i am aviailing from your service centre. I have a problem with my mobile phone as my ph was dead..i give mobile to your service centre..for repaire..they said the repair cost was 10k approx..which is out of my budget..now..i want my mobile back...so i have to wait for hours..and it take 2 days..just for giving my property back...such a poor service that i have ever seen in my life...hope you will look into the matter and try to improve the service.

          Respected sir/madam,

          I had purchased a mobile phone on 3rd sept 2016, model num is sm-j700f from samsung showroom, address : city electronics samsung smart phone cafe, shop no 8, 9 kalika chambers, v v road, margao, goa - 403601, behind grace church.

          On purchasing, sales rep told me to purchase a insurance for the phone, i bought that also which i paid 1300 inr, now 1 week back i met with an accident and my phone fell and screen broke. I went to the same shop mentioned above and told the problem and said about claiming insurance. The guy on the counter was very rude and directly told he will not give as they dont have the contact of insurance company. I spoke with suraj, then one girl in the showrrom gave me the number of manager, his name is amjad. I spoke yo amjab and its been 6 days since i havent received any response as he had told me he will be calling me regarding the same. Im really having a bad experience over here and if this thing is not solved i have to approach consumer court regarding the same. Please i hope you will get my querry solved at the earliest.

            I bough a s7 edge galaxy mobile phone in feb 2017. There was an offer of cashback at that time which was to be credited in my account by 31 may 2017 but i haven't received it yet. Samsung says that they have sent the cashback but i haven't received it yet. Also, the bank is denying the cashback as they say offer was not on online orders but on samsung's website it was given.

            I bought this device from hyderabad store, initial days it was working fine but in the recent past for almost 4 months i have been facing issues of frequent restarting of the device even when there is a charge of 40%, at times when there is full charge of 100% and trying to connect to internet device automatically discharges to 40%.

                Hello,

                I had contacted the official Samsung customer care center requesting service for my refrigerator which was not cooling properly. When the Samsung personnel arrived, he checked the fridge and cited the problem of gas leakage, following which he serviced the same. For this, I paid him an amount of INR 2655 plus mandatory visiting charges of INR 345 (copies of both bills attached as reference). After just a matter of two days, the same problem arose, with the refrigerator beginning to leak water. Upon contacting Samsung again, the same service personnel visited and this time identified that the problem was with the heater coil. Accordingly, he mentioned that this would require changing of a part that would cost us INR 3800. Since then, the personnel has been incredibly elusive, and hard to get in touch with. When he finally answered my calls, he mentioned that the above mentioned part is no longer available, and since then has forsaken any responsibility or accountability whatsoever for the service requested. My complain arises because of the following:

                1) If the problem of the refrigerator actually lay in the heater coil, as mentioned the second time, this problem should have ideally been identified on the very first visit. Because of the apparent ignorance of the personnel and inability to identify the core problem in the first go, I had to shell out money for a repair that was neither required, nor relevant.

                2) When the problem was identified the second time, there has been no proper response on Samsung's part, neither in getting the refrigerator part, or in following through the service that was promised.

                complaint procedure so far has proven to be abysmal, to say the least, as I have tried calling your call centers, only to be met with indifference from your customer care personnel. They have since either given me contact details of servicemen who remain elusive and incommunicable, or made me wait for callbacks from managers that never happened.

                It is highly disappointing that a reputed company such as yours cannot follow through on a simple service. Expecting your immediate attention and action on this matter.

                  Sorry to inform you that my cell phone Samsung J2 LCD broken, I have replace the LCD at your end on dated 07.06.17 with repairing cost was Rs. 2690.47 & invoice no. [protected], dt- 07.06.17. After 4 to 5 days the same LCD prop-out from frame that's why, i have visit at your point 2 times, you just press the LCD & delivery me the same. Finally during attend my call automatically the LCD fully dismantlement from the frame, on same day I have complain at your end on dated 24.06.2017, but till date no action your end regarding repair. I received call from your end on dated 28.06.17 & he inform that sir your mobile repairing cost will Rs. 3000/- are you want to repair & your battery is damage it is also replace other wise problem is not solved like that. This type of call not acceptable from Samsung care. recently i have expenditure Rs. 2690 & how now will again expenditure Rs.3000/-

                  I think the LCD is not suitable or not fitment properly, so please take needful action.
                  I am waiting your replay as soon as possible. by mail. My cell phone at your end from 24.06.17 FYI.

I called you service centre ludhiana[protected]. He told me stock nahi aa reha 6 month ho gye aaa app 208 kothi no. Goal markit bala ji chale jao .jab mene bala ji ka number maga toh onho ne kha k hamare pass bala ji ka number nahi hai. Sir/madam je kesi custmer service hoyi je toh custmer ko tang karna hoya. Mera brother pehle bhi vaha se ho aaya hai onho ne baat nai suni ab app hi bataye main kya karo ja aage se samsung ka koi bi product aa buy karo.

                      I have a purchased a samsung j5 2016 mobile last year in 2016, and my mobile started creating problem within 6 months of buying and that I asked the company for a replacement but they didn't provided the replacement and asked me to visit the nearest service centre in my place. Though that problem was solved but now again a new problem has shown up. Now my samsung mobile is charging very slow and it takes whole day to charge from 30 - 100 %.After having the problem i have gone through many sites and i have seen that many samsung users were having this problem since years but samsung have done nothing to solve this issue, looks like samsung is now concentrating on quantity not quality because they know they have no competitors in the market after nokia has gone.
                      Now, I request samsung to look into this matter seriously, if samsung mobiles is having charging problems then why company doesn't comes up with a solution. And also i want to tell samsung that the services provided by samsung service centers is not good at all, they make you wait for months to solve the problem because they didn't know the causes of the problems and ends up with messing up with customer's product.Looking for a positive response.

                      Your customer service guy phoned me and he never seems in a mood to listen to me and what want to say... now he is sending email with an excuse that "we can't reach you", what a dumb excuse.. grow up man... listen to customer what they want... looks like he already assumed that I am gonna file a case against them... how stupid.

                        I was purchased Samsung refrigerator model no RT34M3743UT/HL/2017 the amount of rs 31000 on cash payment dated 30/06/2017 and dealer given the same amount bill( copy attached), but 1000 points redeemed by the dealer on my registered mobile no and cheat me and also given wrong information about the free insurance for 1 year which is provided by Samsung and iffcotokio as dealer said during purchasing the product but there was no insurance policy provided by company nor dealer neither iffcotokio after the purchased product.when i ask about the reward point, insurance and bill amount, the dealer done very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Than i was called samsung customer care and told all the matter. The customer care executive tell me aap meri baat dealer Se karwaiye bt dealer did not ready for talk customer care executive and tell me very rudely " Samsung customer care wale to kuch bhi bolte he...apko Jo karna he karlo."

                        Sir, i am your valuable customer from last 3 years and purchased many home appliances and other products because Samsung is a great brand name but dealers behaviour create wrong and negative impression of company and brand name.

                        I kindly request you to refund my 1000 points on my Samsung smart club account (details attached) and take desciplinary action on dealer Mehta automobiles Pvt ltd vijay Nagar indore for unprofessional and rude behaviours and cheating on redemeed points. Your kind and early action is solicited.

                          I am geetha vs. I got a message my parcel arrived in the morning in indira Ganthi airport New Delhi 2017 January 7th . Samsung representative Mr, Tomas bernad called me and said the news, later customs senior officer Mrs.Renusharma called me and said that my full details, email I'd and parcel contains things later they are wants customs duty charge and money transfer fund (28000+ 84000) RS .
                          Sir I am sent to this money, after they want RBI Cot charges 18500rs.but i can't send this money because my financial and family situation is very bad . First time I sent to money others gold loan.
                          Sir I am believed their message because three months ago I am waiting this parcel and I am contacting ops courier service
                          In New York (Samsung us mobile award winner) so I'm believe it.
                          But my parcel not delivered, sixth months ago.lost my money and mental peace.

                            Hello sir/madam i have brought smasung j7 prime phone from vijay sales on 8/1/2017 date .Phone number or serial no 35471/08/187115/5 my mobile phone blast but i do not know why it was blast when i was checked my mobile phone to samsung sevice centre they told me that your phone is blast .i have visited samsung service centre on 22 june and received my phone 4 july .. for last 12 days they just saying me that we have send the email to samsung company and waiting for they replay and today i got a call from service centre and they said that samsung company do not give us a permission to repair your mobile phone under warranty. bill no or (job sheet no) is [protected]. may i now why ? smasung is well brand company how they rejected my phone under warranty . sir this is not a my fault it is company fault so why customer pay every think . please dear repair my mobile phone which is under warranty another i will go to consumer court ...

                              Worst service from kolkata samsung service centre. Never call kolkata service centre [protected]... Not sure wether this is fake number or a way to cheat customer... I searched on google and got this toll free number... and after receiving the call... operator says technician will get back to you within 24 hrs... and he didnt provide any case number ... technician called me and he told me that he asked my address details and provided him the same... He came 2 my house checked the refrigerator and told that PCB and relay is damaged and will be replaced with the new one which will cost around 3900 and I agreed for the maintenance... Since i was not in home i could not able to validate wether he was lying or telling truth... after repairing my wife paid for the bill and technician told me that refrigerator will start cooling after 1 hrs... Verify it and if its not cooling then give him a call. Since then i am trying to call him as refrigerator is not working and he is not taking my call...

                              Request Samsung to resolve my issue. If this is not related to Samsung service centre then please take action this fraud company and take action appropiately.

                                I have samsung galaxy s6 edge purchased in something about jan 2016 for 49 k . Recently i have a problem that the phone running normally and suddenly switch off. Phone is not getting charge nor switching on showing any activity. Just heating while charging . I have the same issue with my brothers phone with same samsung model . As soon as the year passed the phone is out warranty the phones are dead . Something like they know that our warrentys are over .i am also shocked coz the same issue is with brothers same samsung s6 edge . I contacted samsung care they told me cant do anything coz its out of warrenty . I said its two times the same issue in my house . Your phone not lasts after the warrenty gets overs . And also i am just using the phone normally for clicking pics . This is like that means warrenty gets over throw the phone .Fraud samsung .

                                  Very distressing to buy Samsung A.C. On October 05, 2016 i bought one 1.5 T AC. Obviously it was towards end of last summer. This year when tried to switch on, it didn't. I called the shop Aditya Vision, Purnea, Bihar on 18th & 19th May. Thereafter on different dates, mechanic continued to repair at weely interval and i continued to suffer. Having suffered a lot, i sent a letter to Aditya Vision on 20th June through email asking for replacement with new one. Again the same drama played. After 1 1/2 month, a.c. couldn't get repaired. Lastly on 26th june i wrote to Aditya Vision requesting the same but it was like flogging a dead horse. I have well concluded that the a.c. has manufacturing defects. It seems I will have to search help using social media, newspaper etc and to proceed for legal action. Can anyone help?

                                    I have purchased Samsung A5 2016 mobile on 13.03.2017. With in one month I had issues with phone i was not able to hear voices while making calls. The main purpose of mobile was to make calls which was not possible. I took it to service centre and they told that there is some issue with motherboard and need to replace. It took around 1 week and later got it back. Initial 2 days the phone was working fine later again the same issues got back. Again took to service centre and they claimed they reuired to change all parts of the mobile. Ridiculous!!!.again git it back after 1 and half weeks.
                                    The same issue repeated again. And i took it the shop from where i purchased the mobile and asked for refund. The guy promised me the same and collected my mobile. Now samsung has rejected my refund stating that its due to nougat software update.
                                    The issue started befire software updation which i have stated initially itself. And what was that made the service centre guys to change the mother board and parts? I cant understand.
                                    Samsung is not ready for a refund and I have to face the loss? I need a response back.

                                      there is problem is images. while clicking or receiving both it shows a blur in every images and vidoes. when i complaint my shopkeeper about it he told me that he is unable to do anything. nothing in his hand. and he suggest me to go service centre. and when visited service centre.. they agreed with my problem but they did not give me any solution. they was trying to satisfying me. and after that when i did a complaint in samsung website there agents called me and trying to gave solution.. but my problem is remaining same. they told me that u should again go to service centre.. iam a working person. and i don't have extra time to waste on it anymore. 10 to 12 times i complaint with samsung website. and many times their agent called me.. but no one gave me a solution
                                      so now i want to complaint againt samsung.
                                      Samsung is cheating there customers.
                                      Firstly they do a manufacturing mistake and after that they don't have any solution for it.
                                      only a customer is fool who is purchasing your product.

                                        I Bought new Samsung galaxy S8 64 GB phone 10 June 2017. At the time of purchasing representative of the dealer log IN my Galaxy app with my airtel number and them he inserted my JIo sim in slot 1. I had not got any kind of intimation of not changing the sim of slot 1 so i changed the sim according to my convenience. Now i am not getting any offer of galaxy app. I consulted it on customer care and they said i am not eligible to get any offer. Now i was not having any intimation regarding SIm changing, so is this not my fault that i am not getting any offer. I request you to do the needful for the same.
