I bought a phone last year June, 2016 and it started creating problem before the warranty period ended. Battery drains out at 30% and phone gets switched off. I showed it to the service centre and they mentioned there is no problem with the battery and they updated the phone. When I got phone back, the problem wasn't resolved and now the phone was getting switched off at 45-50%. When I showed them, they mentioned that it is not under warranty period and I will be charged for the battery issue. When it was under the warranty period, they did not rectified and now they are telling me to pay. They were waiting to finish off the warranty and charge the customer.

Worst service from Samsung. Very disappointed.

    Hi,
    I have booked for regular service of my 1.5 tonne split AC with additional requests for changing the pipe covers of outdoor unit. Yesterday one of the engineers called and confirmed that for doing complete service along with change of pipes will cost me only the normal service charges but someone just called me and asked for two types of process for changing the pipes. One will be free of cost but another one will cost me Rs 350+tax which is over and above normal service charges. Now I am worrying about the services rendered by a brand like Samsung. There is neither any standard schedule of charges for different types of services nor anyone has any particular charges details. Different people say different rates. Request to please call me once possible to clarify the charges I need to bear for the services as service engineer will visit tomorrow around 3 pm.

    Hi I m pankaj I am having problem with Samsung led TV and also with the services. I purchased led TV 1 year ago n just when warranty expired TV having problem. And when contact to customer service got bad response and after so many of calls got service engg.who is not able to give quick service... What the hell cheating... Worst service ever

      Hi,

      I have lodged a complaint about gas leaked from my fridge on 2nd July via call centre. After several reminders one technician visited my house without any gadgets to resolve the complaint on the 3rd Day. He just checked the details like model no serial number etc which I have already provided while lodging my complaint. Again yesterday I have contacted Ms. Pooja in your Call centre and she have confirmed that I will get a call yesterday before 8 Pm and the technical will visit my house on 6th July to solve the problem. But I didn't get any call or nobody visited my house. Today Morning one Mr. Ranjith from local service centre called us and informed that he will not be able to attend our case today as he is busy with other work. he told me that he will be visiting my house tomorrow ie after 6 days of lodging the complaint via Call centre. From the call centre I came to understand that your Turn around time to close the complaint is 48 Hours. please tell me

      For Samsung is 48 Hours means a week
      what would be your action plan if you couldn't close the case within 48 Hours
      As per my understanding the local service centre is simply lagging the closure only because we have complained about the service centre through call centre. if it is So what would be your action plan?

      Samsung is such popular brand but your service centres are doing such a ######## business and that is the reason why people are not opting your products. the performance of your service centres are not at all up to the mark even if it is in terms of mobile phones or in terms of home appliances.

        Dear Samsung team yesterday I (Rajesh Yadav) go to Samsung care at Rewari (HR) location with my ON 8 handset with powerkey problem .

        I handover my handset them against request no [protected] with 'out of warranty' status with a charge of Rs 500/.

        But when they handover same device to me, they had taken only Rs 450 against invoice no _[protected] . I have doubt at that time how can such difference in payable amount.

        Today I have received a message from AM-SamCCC same as below mention.
        Plz check this and confirm that what I paid such amount is right or cheating ?

          I have purchased FHD tv model UA43M5100AR on 30.6.17 . Till date the tv is lying at my home and even after so many requests neither your engineer Manoj ([protected]) whom the work has been alotted nor the dealer has taken any attempt to install that. I am repeatedly requesting both of them. They are taking time. Always telling tomorriw. What can we do then? I urge upon you to take steps so that it is immediately installed.

              Sir,

              I placed an order No.[protected] online with Samsung India Mobile division on 29 June 2017. The copy of the order is attached to this email. On placing the order the website said that the goods will be delivered in 2 to 4 business working days. However, today is 6 July 2017 and nothing has been couriered by the company nor have I received any tracking number from Samsung.
              On speaking to the customer care on 03 July 2017 they said that because of the new pricing issues because of GST their ware houses were closed from 30 June 17 to 02 June 17.
              On contacting them today i.e. 06 July 17 they said that matter was escalated to some higher authority for which I have not yet received any record and that they are requesting 4 more business working days fro the product to be dispatched.
              The saddest part is that if you try to go to www.shop.samsung.com the website is not reachable.

              What should I do?

                Refrigerator part Bill

                I had a problem in my refrigerator ... called customer service ...they send me a person from service center in (ANAND - GUJARAT).
                change RELAY SWITCH and not providing proper BILL. i was not satisfied with the amount which i paid ..so asking for COMPUTER INVOICE (BILL).
                this is what i get in 1.5 month. 3 different bill for same product...u can see the MRP price change in all 3 bills...i m still not getting what kind of business...

                    I had given my Samsung J7 2016 phone for service center in shivmogga they have taken already 16days still my cell phone is not ready and they DIDN'T even revived my call finally after 10 days they received call and they said will let you know in 1 Week and behaved arrogantly with customer same thing happened with my brother too so please give them proper instructions regarding this thank you.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I had purchased a Refrigerator Model code RT33JSRFESL/TF on 8th March 2015. From the date of purchase, the lower section of the refrigerator was not giving proper cooling and all the vegetables/other items were getting spoiled. I had raised the matter with the dealer and also with Samsung. So many engineers have visited to rectify the problem but instead of getting it rectified, they have broken the upper (Freezer Section). Then I went to the consumer court and the honorable consumer court has given the instructions to change the parts which are not in proper condition and then again I started getting letters/calls regarding the replacement of the parts. Every time the engineer visited we have been cooperating with them and served them with Cold/Coffee/Tea. But I am surprised to receive a letter from your service desk saying that we are not allowing the engineers to fulfill the compliance.

                      Request your intervention to look into this matter and get the needful done.

                          I have samsung z2 tizen supported 4g phone. When i purchased it that was sufficient to surprised me that this doesn't have play store like open platfrom but however relying upon the branding of the device i compromised and tried loving this phone for some of its aesthetic features and happily used the most basic available but the main problem is that its touch screen is very over sensitive and even starts working weirdly after getting touched by a sweat wet finger and that is too annoying especially in the summer when such is the most probable

                            Hello Samsung -Support,

                            This is in reference to the side by side refrigerator model no. SBS Samsung RS55K5010S9, I purchased from Sargam Electronics Invoice no.MAYURVIH-1767, Mayur Vihar phase-1 New Delhi store on (13th May 2017). The day the refrigerator was installed by Samsung engineer, it is making exasperating noise(Like a Siren type).
                            Numerous times communication was made with the dealer, Samsung customer care to rectify the issue, but none helped and the issue could not be resolved till now. I did all the check as advice by Samsung customer care but the issue remains persistence. It was indeed shocking to see that new refrigerator is the infelicitous product that came with a manufacturing defect.

                            Well, I am writing to the complaint that I am not interested in getting my product repaired since it is a defective piece. I demand a new working piece in replacement. I have been your customer from past 15 years and had a great trust in your Brand, but look likes its now the old day's story, the Brand Trust has broken, distrust quality product.

                            I am really disappointed with the quality of product and service provided.

                            Its been 50 days now, I am facing the same noise issue and no resolution has been made by any of your engineers.
                            eight times different engineer had visited but none of them had the resolved the issue.

                            I have contacted service desk many times and all I heard from them is 'Your case is escalated and tomorrow engineer will call you.' and none called me from last week.

                              I bought a RS51K5460SL by spending one lakh rupees and received a defective product. It stopped cooling after less than 2 months use and since than the service engineers have been giving me run-around. They have no clue on what went wrong in the refrigerator and keep passing the buck. I asked them to replace it but they are not willing to do so. It is absolutely abhorrent that they take 1 lakh for a piece of junk and shamelessly waste my valuable time. I wish we could file criminal complaints on this big international companies who defraud the customers via false promises and defective products.

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                I am really upset to inform you to get the permanent solution, would like to bring your kind notice that, i have purchased one new 230 lts single door direct cool refrigerator (Samsung rr23k274zdz/230 ltr ref, s/n: 0a6h4zah600901) on 19/10/2016 from your dealer m/s great eastern electronics (M/s great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd.) bagnan, west bengal, vide invoice no bn/sa/1617/06622 dated 19/10/2016, amounting rs. 17, 600/-, which is still under warranty period till date.

                                They have delivered the product on 20/10/2016, after taking delivery i have found there is manufacturing defects as mentioned below.

                                1. Bulge out on the body, where magnetic strip of the door is seating. Which will cause leakages of inside cooling air in future & will result low cooling and high electricity consumption.
                                2. There were are waviness in side wall of the refrigerator body.
                                3. Cracking noise coming from the refrigerator during running condition.

                                On 22/10/2016 service engineer mr santanu manna has visited for attending the complaint and i have shown him those defects. He has taken photographs of the defected areas and told the product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

                                On 29/04/2017 service engineer mr asit kumar pal has visited for attending the complaint and i have shown him those defects. He has taken photographs of the defected areas and told the product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

                                Till date i have yet not been received the replacement of same product, for your kind reference please note one of the complaint no – [protected] which has been registered to your toll free no, i had called-up total 9 times for this reason and for replacement of the product (Some of the sms copy also enclosed, fyip).

                                I have kept all the cartoon packages and booklet for replacement purpose as it is condition, fyip.

                                Please note, this is purely a manufacturing defects & i need immediate replacement of the same product, kindly arrange accordingly.

                                For your kind reference please find your Service Engineer visit Job Sheet copies, where the Manufacturing Defects are clearly mentioned and requested for Replacement.

                                1st - On 22/10/2016 Service Engineer Mr Santanu Manna has visited for attending the complaint and I have shown him those defects. He has taken Photographs of the Defected Areas and told the Product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

                                2nd - On 29/04/2017 Service Engineer Mr Asit Kumar Pal has visited for attending the complaint and I have shown him those defects. He has taken Photographs of the Defected Areas and told the Product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

                                I would request you for Immediate Replacement of the Defective Product, without any further Delay and within the Warranty Period.

                                Kindly note the Enclosed - 2nd visit on 29/04/2017 of your Service Engineer Mr Asit Kumar Pal & the Job Sheet (which is self explanatory), He has already taken several Photographs of the Defected Areas and mentioned On the Job Sheet.

                                Therefore I feel, and you will also accept that, there is no necessity for further inspection of your Service person.

                                Kindly arrange for Replacement with Same Model Immediately.

                                  Hi, Dear Samsung.
                                  Deepesh Sharma this side complaining about the (SAMSUNG LED 32) worst product I bought. I am facing red patches like negative images on my screen. Its been around 1 year hardly and this is the second time that I am facing the same issue. First time I saw it after 1 month of purchasing it and second time the day before yesterday. As well as there are black patches those are on the panel I guess. I used to think that its a dust on the screen but when I cleaned that then I found its a panel issue. And this panel problem is persisting for last 8-9 months but I came to know 2 months before. I bought it from VIJAY SALES noida SEC-18. They gave me used LED which they display to the customers. They said that they don't have another same model. I bought it on the same price they didn't even give me any discount on it. If there is any possibility of replacing my LED I'll be very thankful to SAMSUNG. Otherwise I am sorry that I bought a Samsung product for the first time with faults.

                                    Now iam facing some battery charging amd discharging problem so i have went to my nearest Samsung authorised service center ( Alpha Electronics ) located at, 7th cross Thillai nagar, trichy . I have went 3 times but they are telling to come tommorow this only they are telling 3 times also. Please provide me a better service .

                                      I am having pink line on my Galaxy S7 Edge display. since 2 month after an update and i thought its a software issue anc can be solved in next bug update but unforunately i didntnot contact the service centre and now when i contacted the service centre my cell was out of warrenty and they asked for charge as the screen has to be replaced.
                                      and then i came to now from them that every day we are replacing the screen for the same problem.. its a manufacturing defect
                                      and i contact samung via chat they too are not ready to provide any solution
                                      Samsung has apparently confessed about knowing this issue exists on various S7 edge.

                                      Now they are refusing to repair the smartphone. If this would have been issue with only my S7 Edge I wouldn't complain, but as the issue is existing in a very high percentage of same smartphone across the world it can be easily recognised as a sale of defective goods with inferior quality.
                                      1st note 7 blast case now s7 edge its worst from samung..
