I had given my mobile in an authorized samsung service center on 7-6-16. They had taken 2000 rs advance and didn't generated any job sheet, just given me a manual bill on which bill no. Is also not mentioned. When i forced them to generate job sheet then on "4-7-17" then they had generated my job sheet. And its about 6 days now they are just giving me excuse that, your display is done but now your mobile network area is not working & again they use to say your motherboard is not working and bla bla bla.
I just wanted you to take some legal action against them.
My bill no. Is [protected].
Kindly take some quick action or i have to take some legal action.

    Sir, i have purchased samsung galaxy j7 prime on 02.4.2017 but unfortunately on 15.6.2017 this handset automatically inactive. Then i go to samsung authorised service centre (S. R. Electronic, hakim para, siliguri, darjeeling, west bengal). Service center told me that my hand set's circuit burned and battery is damaged. Inspite under warranty period they demand 8, 500.00 from me for repair the handset. I can't understand that although it is under warranty and i am not responsible for this internal damage, why service center demand 8, 500.00. It is very unfortunate that i brought this handset to pay 15, 900.00 and not cross six months but it is damaged. So i pray to you that you consider my matter and step necessary action. Thank you

      My mobile is under warranty and less then 6months it means my accessories are under warranty.
      Visited service center at 3pm and called up at 4. After diagnosis they said the cable is damaged. I shows that there is a damage but there is no internal damage.
      I asked them a receiving so they said you have to wait for 1hour for getting a receiving.
      When there is no damage then why they are not replacing and when i am asking for a job sheet then why should i wait for more then 1hour.
      Still i am waiting and not getting any response. The person name is tushar prusty.

      Please help me in resolving my issue.

        Why the shopping portal not competent enough to not allow no more orders to be places if the stocks are completed we are taking about the it web shopping portal why a simple option not in place?

        Lets think our samsung systems and web sites are not competent, something went wrong with my transaction you would have called and politely informed what happen. I was excited to c my vr arriving to my place, all of sudden i saw my order cancelled in shopping portal i called up customer care they informed this story.

        Could you please step in to my shoe as a customer and think what opinion i should have on samsung after investing 60, 000 on a phone?

        Please explain this or escalate this speak to to me first, do not close this until you speak to me and stop sending sms that the ticket is close. I will keep on raising until this solved.

        Money of 3000 is not a matter for me.

        Back ground of the story

        I need the details of the refund status, please pass the ticket to them, i need detailed information about when it was refunded and to which account. Its been 16th may 2017 how many days you need to refund the money.

        Please escalate this asap to highest level. Scrap support.

        You cheat people taking money for vr and cancel the order with out any intimation and never refund money need to chase you for my money. What is going on with samsung.

            I bought this mobile on march, from kolkata mobility world kankurgachi branch. This was bought on the very same day it was launched and costed me 29000 bucks.
            But i m so disappointed with this set. Within 4 months the lcd had to be replaced for which i paid 8000 bucks. And now d centre button is loose. When i showed in samsung store they said its a manufacturibg defect. I amso disappointed with the set that i will never advice anyone to buy samsung again. Kindly look i to the issue and get the set replaced. I am not ready to use set with manufacturing defect.

              I'm complaining about mobile ph which i bought from italy i have warranty but my phones battery is not working and samsung service center is refusing to repair this handset they said international warranty is not acceptable.. Even i'm agree to pay for new battery but they refused to repair... Now what i will do because i can't use 3rd party batteries for safety reasons... Service center staff suggested me to go into local repair shops and get 3rd party battery... Is it samsung customer service? They are not agree to repair his product not in warranty or not with money

                I get phone number for authorized service center from google
                and called to Bright Engineers D.No:9-13-79, VIP Road, C.B.M.Compound, Visakhapatnam-530003.

                They sent one person for servicing our washing machine non warrantied and get some of 350/- and did not provide me a bill I suspected and asked him and he gave me A bill with out date nor model number or serial number of washing machine
                and I forced to give detail of estimation but they told me you may charged for 3500 rupees for repair this washing machine If you agree I provide you Vehicle and we repair that washing machine, that the serial number of washing machine is taken in mobile that is gone and asked me to give one chance to get that number to provide estimation.
                and I wondered that they asked me the bill to return 350 rupees, after I called number of times but they does not given estimation nor replying properly even we call to the service center number they does not providing perfect address after I called toll free Samsung service center they told me they only deal with air conditioners not for washing machines.
                We don't know that servicing for large appliances are different in this situation I am providing bill also.now I want what is going on with service centers to collect money with customers to run there need and playing game with customers to gain money only.

                        Never expected such a pathetic customer service from Samsung. One of worst experience I had after buying your high-end product. Bought Smart television ON 25TH JUNE 2017 from Maharashtra electronics Pune, Maharashtra. Many times I had call to customer care service center for installation of TV. They only get registered my request and after every registration of request i received cancelation SMS.                         After that I received call from escalation department and they are also told me the new concern that is “your phone is not reachable”. They still follow-up of my requests.
                        I really frustrated due to looking for quick response from your pathetic customers care division and service centers.
                        Today I received call from service engineer and he told me that “I will be there in one hour but he is not came. I waste whole day in waiting of service engineer. Then again I call him at 8 PM, he told me I am coming in 10 min but he not came and he switched off his phone  after I called customer care and again they have registered my complaint. But no action .

                        I have called 10 times to customer care in a day and 5-6 times I have called service engineer.

                            Have been yr customer for over decades, regular user of Galaxy tab first version, until now version S3. I find you treat Indian market as a kind o[censored]nwanted, but money making market where you never bring your products in complete range with accessories. Even now I bought Tab S3, but unable to buy the accompanying keyboard + case suitable for travel.
                            None of your authorised show rooms knows when and if this important supplementary item available.
                            If you don't learn to respect Indian customers, we will find better alternative.

But company provided total 6 six counters and here only 6th counter is taking complaint. And im waiting from 1hr but still my token didn't came.                                 My Samsung washing machine wasn't functioning properly so I called up samsung customer service who booked my complaint against this no. [protected]. The technician who examined the product assured me that after ordering the machine parts from a nearby city he would fix my machine. More than 10 days have passed with no avail and when i called up that same guy he picked it up and then put it down deliberately. Such an audacity was not expected and now I am helpless. I hope this matter is looked into fast.

                                  My refrigerator is not cooling consistently for past 10 days. i made a request to Samsung to repair the same on 02 july 2017. the request number is [protected]. one engineer, name sanawaz, visited on 03 july and after working on the machine for just 5 minutes stated that the problem has been resolved and the machine will cool consistently. took Rs 354/- as service charges. asked that if problem persists I can contact him on the telephone number he gave. well, the problem persisted and i have tried to call him but he does not take the call. then I have repeatedly been calling Samsung helpline who always assure me that some engineer will turn up. no one has come and the problem persists. on top of it, today, 08 july I get a message from Samsung stating that the problem has been resolved. pathetic customer service and I feel cheated .

                                    The authorised person from Samsung Service center not picking the call from a particular number when I tried to contact them but they are picking the call from the other number. I asked about repairing status of my smartphone (Galaxy Core 8262) but they are not providing the adequate information, really very bad customer service. I am not expected this from Samsung at least.

                                      I purchased my washing machine in oct 2014 in hyderabad.
                                      Four months back the heater thermostat was replaced by Samsung . The washing machine worked fine for 2 months.
                                      Same error started showing on the machine and the heater stoped working.
                                      For last two months I have been trying to get it fixed with Samsung but no one is visiting my home to fix it .
                                      I received a call a month back from the same technician that the machine has to be taken the the service center for repair without even checking it .
                                      This is just a money making trick as Samsung will change for transport etc .
                                      The machine is working fine only the thermostat switch which was replaced has given up again

                                        I have been chasing for samsung service center from last month, but there is no resolution yet. There is a defect in part of TV, which senses the signal from the remote. Samsung service center from Koperkhairane, colortrak had sent one engineer for verification. He said there is issue with the part. After that this part has been ordered by them, and its been more than 3 weeks the part is not delivered yet. Excuses they are giving is because of GST, part delivery is getting delayed. Such a pathetic service from Samsung service center.

                                        Kindly look into this service asap. Or I need to raise this issue in Consumer Forum of India.
