My name is nisha goyal.
The problem is that there is ice freezing in the lower compartment of the refrigerator.
I've complained about this on 17 january 2017.

Every time the samsung engineer comes and says to switch off the refrigerator for 10 days. When the ice melts, he updates the software but all in vain.
I want an exchange for my refrigerator as soon as possible. Samsung company has given me a defective piece. Please find me a solution, or else i will go to the consumer court.

      Hi neha,

      You have confirmed to provide the solution/wireless charger by june 07, 2017 which is pending still.

      I've been following it up since april 04 after getting online delivery of samsung galaxy s8 mobile but pending to receive wireless charger still.

      This type of response has not being expected from such a professional company that no resolution has been seen even after 75 days.

      You are requested to please act on priority and provide wireless charger as committed by your company.

        From nizamabad i am on 15/06/2017 i have purchased led smart tv on 16/06/2017 they have installed tv. After 2days on the screen black spots has occurs so i have complained to your samsung authority.

          I hv a double door fridge of samsung worth (Inr-45000) nd i hv spent (Inr-20, 000) on its repair from last 3 months. I m highly fedup with ur services. My fridge is not a training instrument on which u people can be trained.             I had purchased a 1 ton ac on 19th june from sathya agencies at krishnagiri and i was promised to do installation free of cost yesterday, however no one turned up, also understood that i have to pay extra for drilling a hole for installation, i fail to understand, installation means they have integrate the indoor unit and out door unit and show that is works.

            Also, there is no response from samsung for installation.

              Hi dealzkart, i want to return order reference no. [protected] of samsung power bank 25000mah led light with 64gb memory card in just rs 799. Because the dealzkart send me duplicate products and also power bank not working properly. The memory card send me samsung but its poor quality, couldn't store data as well as unable to fetch from it and data cable of power bank not working. They was not actual product that show in images. So i want to return this products and give my money back

                Worst service from kolkata samsung service centre. Never call kolkata service centre [protected].. I called on dat no. On saturday at 8.36am regarding my washing machine outline pipe... N within 1 n half hr i got a call from [protected]. I told my problems which i was facing... So he said wil send a technician. N dat technician came at around 2pm. Opened all d parts n said something has to be changed... So he told me total cost wil be 3050 n i said ok. Dat day technician was supposed to cum again before 5pm after buying d parts. But he didn't came. I called twice n already it was 6.30. All d parts were open... Before leaving my house he didnt close d backside of washing machine. Called d technician again at [protected].. N told to come immediately n close d parts. I 've small kids at home n all d parts were lying in d balcony. Is bande ko itna bhi sense nahi ki parts lagake jaye... Agar der ho bhi jata to atlst parts khule to nahi hai na.8pm k karib aake xcuses dene laga... Pata nahi kaise karke parts lagaya... Drain hi nahi kaam kar raha. 20th june 2017 ko jab kapde dhone lagi tab jake pata chala drain nahi ho raha. Again technician ko phn kiya... To usne bola ki dopahar ko aayega. Phir uske boss ka phn aaya... Main use just bata hi rahi thi problem.. Ki saturday tak thik tha... But suddenly he became very rude... N told me... Dekhiye... Hamare technician k baare me aisa mat boliye machine hai kabhi bhi kharab ho sakta hai. Tis is nt the way how to talk to a customer. If they are running a service centre its their duty to listen to a customers complain what he/she is actually trying to say. Uska technician bhagwan thode na hai ki galti ho hi nahi sakta. Raat 8 baje lagake gaya... Abdhere me... Balcony me light nahi tha... Shayd galti ho gaya ho... But service centre wale bole ki yeh sab baat bolke faida nahi hai... Technician aake dekhega. When i asked about d charges ki dubara se service charge dena padega kya... Dn he rudely said... Dekhiye yeh sab baat mat boliye... Parts kharab hone se charge lagega. He can say nicely if they will charge or not. I also know if parts r damaged dn 've to be replaced. Tuesday i called thrice but they didn't came... Jus bcz ki mera thoda bahas hogaya... So they won't repair. 1st day saath hi saath kaam ho gaya... N tuesday ko bole ki complain karne k within 24hrs aa jaynge. Yeh baat to 1st day nahi bole the. Aur technician mera machine ka pipe leke chala gaya yeh bolke ki kuch din baad yeh kharab ho jayega... Naya lagwa lijiye. But mera machine ka outline pipe to leke nahi gaya. All these r frauds... Kharab hai karke original parts leke chale jate hai. Aur achi tarha se problem solve bhi nahi karte. Very bad service in kolkata. Mujhe laga tha kolkata jaise metro city ka service acha hoga... But it is worst than dhemaji (Assam). Dhemaji is a small town in assam but service was quite gud.

                    I gave my mobile to change the display and rare penal. After 5 day i got msg as well as cal from the service centre. When after a long wait when they showed my repaired mobile in the first glance itself i notice screen was not fitted properly. I give back to repair it and contacted customer care to register a complaint on a priority basis. Even i made customer care supervisor to contact the service centre people reg the issue. They spoke. And that's it no more action. Again i raised a complaint to look into to the issue. Till now i hav not got cal from any of the concerned team. Very next day i got my mobile. This time they have fixed the screen but they made visible scratches on the new panel. When no one will look into the issue no use of raising the issue again. I paid then the entire amount of replacing the panel and screen.

                    This is in short. Just to repair my mobile is visited these service centre more than 5 time. Frist time i visited rt nagare service centre bangalore they issued token and they looked into to mobile they told the charges and they didn't accepted it. They told me to come next day as if they except my mobile it will take them hours to entire the details. After a day i thought not to visit that service centre i visited indiranagar, bangalore service centre. There they accepted my mobile and told it will be fixed by evening and they will handover my mobile at around 5:30 and they confirmed all the parts needed are available they just need to fix it. I double confirmed with them that i'll be waiting as i came from far palace, till 5:30 over there itself. At around 4 i asked them the status they told i'll get it with in a hour. After 30 min they told they can't fix it same day. After waiting entire day really got frustrated and took back my faulty mobile.

                    Again i took my mobile to rt nagar service centre. Later updates are mentioned above.

                    We are paying for the repair but they are behaving like as they are doing it for free. And samsung customer care of no use. We just need to suffer. Even i am getting the new issue like battery draining very fast.

                        My sim got stuck in my samsung phone. The service centre girl at mira road (Fraslin), told me that the motherboard or pba must have got damaged & that it would cost us rs.7400 to get it repaired. I walked out and went to a nearby local shop, who removed the stuck sim card for free!

                        This mail is just to point out the ridiculous & the ineffecient service & staff of your service center.

                            Hello. This is my feedback regarding the services of samsung service centre in guwahati.

                            I would rate 0/10!!
                            The samsung service centre guwahati (Rgb road) provided me with worst service.
                            A. 5th june 2017
                            B. 20th june 2017

                            My phone had the issue of just not charging. The only thing needed to be replaced was the charging port which costs around 500 rupees but on both these dates on my visit to them they told me that u have motherboard problem which will cost you around 5000 rupees. But later in another mobile repairing store when i gave my phone (Today evening), they replaced only my charging port for 500 rupees only. So it is clearly observed the service centre technicians are fraud just to rob people.

                              I had chatted online with samsung customer support representative & lodged my complaint on 14th june that my freezer had water droplets forming on the inside of the freezer compartment, near to the door, some of which was freezing into icecles. I was told to manually defrost the freezer for 4 hours, but defrosted it for almost 12 hours. Going back to the chatline the next day (15th) i informed the person on the other side that droplets were still forming. He mentioned that a technician would attend & i received an sms to that effect. Nobody called nor attended. On 17th evening i again went online and complained about the non attendance of the technician and again i was promised that a technician would attend. Nobody attend until about 8pm on monday the 19th and hence i called & all india number to find out what was happening. I was told that my somplaint (Id[protected]) was still open and that a technician would definitely attend today the 20th. Till now (7pm) nobody has come. An sms stating the a mr. Arjun with his mobile nbr was sent to me. His phone is only ringing and he is not picking it up. What kind of aftersale service do you give. Besides, this two door refrigerator rt55kzrsl1/2013 has been giving problems ever since we purchased it in 2013. Each time some new problem is cropping up. I need this to be sorted out soon else i shall be forced to take up the same with the consumer forum.

                                I have been complaining for a washing machine not letting water out for 2 weeks then a engineer came a day and took it for repair after which it came back after 2 days.
                                The very next hour i got a phone call to give feedback right that time, and they made me to do so by calling after every few minutes till they did not get the confirmation at their end.
                                The second day itself the machine stopped working and from then i am having multiple references of complaint but of no use. It has been a month the washing machine is stinking with the water it used to wash but no one came.

                                  Sir,
                                  I bought a samsung tab a last year in july 2016. After 5 or 6 months, tab started overheated and auto restart so i went to samsung service center, mathura. Where they said that there was a problem in motherboard and that will change in 2 or 3 days.
                                  But, they just updated the software and returned it to me. Even, i asked but they said that sir it will work now.
                                  After few days, the problem started again.
                                  Meanwhile, my samsung tab's screen cracked from the top mistakenly. It's a small crack but now they are not ready to give the free service.
                                  There is not any connection b/w small crack of screen and motherboard and even the problem is old.

                                  Please help me regarding the same.

                                    The screen of the phone is coming out due to the paste/gum with which the screen is stuck to the phone is not appropriate. This is the second time i am facing the same problem.
                                    For the first time i took my phone to the service centre they charged me around rs 8000 and again on screen coming out they are asking me another rs 8000 in a span of 6 months.
                                    Please revert with confirmation that do i have to pay rs8000 every 6 month, i am a college student and such cost is not at all bearable by me.

                                    Please look into the matter and help me with the same.

                                      I would like to inform you that my double door refrigerator of model name 05934zaz400005z is give trouble to me due to rubber cut below side the door for quite some time. I made complain to samsung custom care using their number[protected], several times. My complain no is [protected] after that their person visited my home and vide call no. [protected] and replaced the rubber of complete door and take the both charges of services and produce. After changing by refrigerator door’s rubber. We are facing some cooling issue i complain several time after they visited and change parts and committed and problem resolve now but situation was very disgusting. Now my refrigerator become a box. My point is :-
                                      1. First time my problem is for rubber cut
                                      2. After replaced rubber we are facing some cooling issue.
                                      3. Now my refrigerator become a box after several time visit of your well trained technician.
                                      4. Now your customer care services person and technician said parts are not available so problem cannot be resolve.
                                      5. My refrigerator was in working condition before your technician visited and after visit its become a box for me
                                      6. They suggest to me purchase new refrigerator which are not possible to me.
                                      7. We all family members are using different product of samsung for last 10 years and now it was very painful situation for me and my family members and its was very difficult to trust in your product. Therefore, i request you to take necessary action in this regard.

                                        I, anil verma from sohana distt mohali punjab, i had buy a washing machine (Wt1007ag) cost 13500 from raja electronic sohana distt mohali punjab dated (06\08\2015). I would like to share my worst experience with your product, at the time of purchased to till today i faced number of times problem regarding drier part like not working properly or heat generated and too much noise. I complaint to the shopkeeper about this problem several times and your company expert has visited and resolve the problem for that time but after some days again it will happen. This will happen 8 times continuously from the time of purchased but now its enough for me. I don't know why this happening again and again but now i donot repair my product anymore because it has some technical issue which your company expert can't handle or not understand so please change my product or to give back my money, so i switched to another trustworthy brand who commits and deliver accordingly because i used many of your appliances but now its totally break of my trust in your reputated brand.
