Hello team samsung,
I'm sure your guys are putting sincere efforts in bringing quality products to your customers worldwide, want to mention have experienced that quality in the samsung products i own. However i feel that with time the focus on quality/customer service is diluted somewhere.
People buy the products expecting a descent life span of the product, which then forms the foundation of loyalty towards the brand.
In recent past i had a very bitter experience with one of your product, a product which was once your flagship model for the year, a top of the line mobile phone with stellar specs and design... But lacking in the most basic element of a product.."product life".
I would like to inform that i have used galaxy note 2 for few years and the experience was so overwhelming that had opted to buy samsung galaxy note 4 last april (2016).
Ever since i purchased this phone it worked flawlessly, liked it so much that was already setting my eyes on you upcoming galaxy note model..
However as i was closing to warranty end, phone started developing issues with the motherboard, i was skeptical o[censored]sing it as i had read news of note 7 model bursting into flames due to internal issues.
I took the phone to you service centre where i was given a blunt statement that "note 4 is known for motherboard issues" i was left to wonder how come a top of the line model being known to have issues still not getting addressed aptly by the company.
Phone was taken for motherboard replacement under warranty (Few days were remaining for warranty expiry)... Happy again
Phone was again brand new, working flawlessly again... Awesome customer service... Great experience.
Within a month the phone was dead. Took it to same service centre... Only to hear that the phone is out of warranty, and motherboard costs more than 60% of the cost if not full value of the product.
I'm highly disappointed with this experience, a phone expected to set standards performing so poorly, not even lasting a month over 1 year (Even after replaced parts) and being called a flagship model.
I am not writing this email expecting you to favor me in any way or extend any support whatsoever, i just wanted to convey how poorly your best engineered products fair in real life having such in-descent product life that even a low range phone can outperform it.

Thanks if you actually go through this email and act on it, else good luck.
Never-mind, we indians have habit o[censored]sing low quality products... And that is what i just experienced.

    I have purchased the above mentioned fridge on 15/10/2012.
    The model no is rt-2935tnbbl. The sr no is r3534. The price was 25700/. But for the last two months the lower chamber gets over cooled resulting formation of ice in the materials kept inside. I have lodged a complain with the helpline. They sent a mechanic. The person came checked the fridge & told that the problem is in the thermostat inside which is cracked from inside.
    He also told that this is unrepairble. The company can compensate only 10% i. E rs.2570/ & will take back the fridge.
    My question is why should i suffer so much from a reputed company like "samsung" for a manufacturing defect? My fridge is within warranty period. I am not responsible for this defect then why should i bear the loss?
    I hope that the company will reconsider the case & will change my fridge otherwise i have no alternative to go to the consumer court.

      My complaint regarding my tv is still pending after one year when it was under warranty. Technician came 3 times but could not resolved the problem, actually tv remote was not working meaning tv was not coming in by remote. Now they want me to pay for the part costing around rs 10000.         Purchased samsung galaxy s8 on the 6th june 2017, phone went blank on the 18th june 2017, the phone was given to customer service located at sion (Mobile world). Complaint no. [protected], after several calls and emails made to the customer care, i received a call saying that the phone will not be covered under warrant as there is water damage on the phone. When i asked them to give a written statement that the reason for phone getting damaged is water traces found they are not willing to give. As this model galaxy s8 has been certified with ip68 certification that the phone is water resistant and can be under water for upto 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes. Even the advertisement shows that the phone is submerged under water and still works.
        When i told them to give me a written statement, that the phone was under water for more than 1.5 meter or above 30 minutes for which samsung claims their phone can survive under that condition they dont have any answer to that. I asked them also if the phone is water resistant then how did the water get inside the phone at the first place, they dont have a reply to that. The phone was purchased on the 6th june 2017 and it stopped working on the 18th june 2017 with in 12 days. And the company is not willing to accept that it must be a manufacturing defect.
        If the company has received ip68 certification which proves that this phone samsung galaxy s8 has passed dust and water test, then how did my phone get spoilt. Has the certification department check the product properly?? I have requested for a replacement of the phone.
        I have explained to more than 15 customer care representative, names below
        Ms. Saili, ms, manica, ms. Priya jha, ms. Ashwati and many more, no one is able to give me in writing about the report. They have given me an repair estimate of 40, 740 rs on phone. The person who had given me this figure is ms. Ashwati. I have requested her to send me everything via email, but still i have not received any correspondence from samsung

          As intimated earlier to the samsung customer care representative (Ref no. - [protected], complaint no. - [protected]), i had purchased samsung s7 edge on 6th march 2017. There was 10% cashback offer when i had purchased it which was promised to be posted in the account in 3 months period, but haven't been received yet. As instructed i had gotten in touch with my bank, but they haven't gotten the amount either.

          I'm attaching the payment receipt of the order, where the 10% cashback is clearly mentioned. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

            I purchased samsung j7 (J700f) gold. Imei : [protected] mobile on[protected] at sangeetha mobile chennai 600073. (Note: attached the original bill copy) from the past few days i got some trouble with my mobile, it was frequenty switched off (50 to 70% of battery) and unable to turn it on. I have to wait for few hours to turn on my mobile. Finally today[protected] i was unable to turn on the mobile phone. I went to samsung service centre located in tambaram west chennai-600045. They checked my mobile phone and informed me that the board & battery both needs to replace. (Note : attached the service receipt)
            In this situation i spoke with customer care toll free number[protected] at 14:06hrs today and informed her that i’m not interested to service my mobile at this situation (Both battery & board gone) i need to get the replacement mobile phone, she informed me that it is not possible to replace they can only change the component.
            Please note that, if my mobile is having any single problem like battery or with the board, i never ask for replacement.in this worst case i do not want to service my mobile, i need replacement only. If not never purchase any samsung products and never suggest to my customers too. (Running sales & service centre in chennai)

              I have buyed samsung (J7 2016 model) in august 2016. And it has started changing screen colour fading screen since it has not even completed 6 months and now even setting window has stopped working full phone is turned off. Not even completed 1 year of the phone.

              Very bad model or worst productivity of samsung nowadays.

              Samsung company revert me back or else i have to take strict action against this product and company too.

                  I wish to acknowledge you that i am highly disappointed with the kind of hospitality and services being provided from samsung service centre in ludhiana.

                  I want to inform you that recently i purchased a j7 prime set in which the headphone jack is not working, earlier when i used initially for first time with earphone i thought the earphone may be not working thereafter again after few days i tried the same twice with alternate earphones but it doesn't work and it's just 2 months back i purchased this phone.

                  The service centre people are telling to get it repaired from them, but i don't wish the same. I need the replacement for this device immediately because getting it repaired just 2months back after purchase is not worth the brand image..

                      I ordered on samsung estore a mobile samsung on 7 pro on 8th june but still no updates. It's already 23rd june and they promised to deliver within 5-7 days as declared on site.
                      Call centre people keeps on telling me to wait when i call them daily as they do not have any updates.

                      No idea when shall i get my mobile even after paying in advance.
                      If i cancel, i do not expect any return. So i am just waiting.

                        Respected sir,
                        I have been registered a complaint about the refrigerator which is not working properly on 09/06/2017, the request no. Is [protected]. The complaint is that the food and vegetables that we keep in the fridge is getting frozen. The temp. Setting is -20 and 3. I bought this fridge on 20/12/2014. When i register the complaint they told me that i have to pay rs. 575 (500+75). I'm ready to pay the same.
                        One of the engineer visited my house on 12/6/2017 and ask me to off the fridge for 24 hrs., & i did the same, but still it is showing the same complaint. I call the service center a number of times but no response. I'm not able to use the refrigerator form last month onwards.

                          My microwave is unserviceable since mar 17. I have been continuously giving complaints for the same. The complaint numbers are [protected] [protected] [protected] and [protected]. Despite repeated phone calls, complaints and false promises from the call centre, the product is still not working. It appears that the company is not interested in getting the product repaired and if that is the case then they might as well take it back.

                          Samsung india... Any hope of getting it fixed?

                          yes they contacted me and an engineering team visited my place. seems like the pcb which they had broght for me three months ago is not compatible... a model of samsung microwave ... one pcb it has and the one that the team gets is not compatible. attempt to fix the microwave or eye wash????

                            I have been cheated by the samsung service center (Service center - toll free number[protected]. There were some "current shocks" coming on the body of my washing machine, hence raised complaint. Some technician (Name : salman) got assigned, he came to my home and said.. Shortage in"inlet" valve. He had taken the valve for checking at service center but refused to return it back. He said, samsung service center will issue new valve and the same cost rs. 3200. I have paid the amount and he fixed valve.. But the issue didn't get resolved.. He called somebody in his gang over phone and made some connection change in mother board.

                            Post that the machine worked for two days and now its stopped completely. The service center charged me 3200+450 (Service charge).

                            Post this incident, when i checked the inlet price... I came to know that.. Its cost only 400 rs. I contacted samsung service center, they say they dont have my earlier service request. I tried to contact the technician and his mobile is switched off.

                            Currently my washing machine is not working as well, i have lost money too. Its a pure cheating.

                            I suspect this is done with the know how of somebody at samsung. Post cheating the technicians are changing mobile number as well

                              Hi team

                              My name is akshay arora and registered mobile number=[protected]. Serioulsy m very frustrated with your services samsung. First of all go to the point i am using a samung galaxy s7 edge your flagship phone thats right samsung. My mobile is to purchase on 8 nov 2016 and your warranty till 7 nov 2017.
                              I am using this phone last 8 months on issues regading any problem in this phone i am very happy till date and past one week m facing issue a charging point is not working and not showing fast charger. I have to go to the your samsung authorized service center and phone is to submit for 1.5 and 2 days around. Your service center call me next day your phone is reapired and receive the handset, i hav eto received the handset and told me your customer care exective/officer your phone its ok and i have to change a battery, screen and a dug tape water resistent. I hav to said that only one charging issue you have to change 3 parts m shocked. (Seriously)
                              And till now m using this phone its ok no problem and yesterday in evening a rain is faiiling down and i left the my office aroung 5 min. More than 7 min your samsung galaxy s7 edge is in rain water drop lets only. After 15-20 min. I have to check my phone camera is not working and power button is not working and screen is also restart. I have again shocked what the hell with my phone. Today on 22 june 2017 i have go to your service center and show my phone she a girl said to me its a water damage your phone will be repair in cost/money. What the hell samsung are you mad to be saying customer is chutiya on my face. And your service center executive rudely behavier to me and said m not helping you at any cost.
                              My problem is clear samusng ya not. Ok i have to eleobrate more in details.
                              On i think 16 june i have a problem only a jack issue for fast charging and u have to change a screen and also a battery and most inportant a dug tape for water resistent. Ohh my god what a service u have to give a delight services to be customer what the # samsung and this time some water drop lets with rain my phone is to a water damage. Thats right samsung and u have to mention that s7 edge is a water resistent for 30 min under ok and my phone is in 5-7 min only not in a under water only in a rain drop u r getting my point. Then you service center authorized is not a doing a good insert a dug tape ok its fault on ypu sercive center samsung.
                              For a human being i am a bludy customer only for u samsung u have to given not a resolution.
                              On 22 june 2017 i call to your customer care and his person name is abhishek i totally disappoint your services i hav eto request to hering my call record. Your exective rude behaviour and saying m not helping you m really shocked.

                              Note - main points is that faulty is your service center m defeinetly sure.
                              Its a fake services i have 56k used in this phone and your services fake.
                              Please help me to resolve this issue and revert fastly.

                              Then u have to not helpful to me i have to go consumer court with the petition file on yor samsung service center and also your samsung.
                              Really u have to provide a fake services.

                              Note = this line mention in the smausng website the galaxy s7 and s7 edge go everywhere you go.in the rain, the shower, or the pool. Up to 30 minutes or 1.5 meters under. We've also worked out how to completely seal off the inside components while keeping micro usb ports, earphone jacks open this line is to be mention on your site thats right samsung and u have to given a commercial adds.
                              Whats the # samsung seriously m sure its a service center fault.

                              And my not using this phone u have to repair that i want a new phone with seal packed ok samsung.
                              Tommorow i have going for a petition file in a consumer court and customer harassment file also. (M woking in a telecome sector airtel seriouly samsung u have to pay a money or a new phone)

                                I am s. Elangovan and i bought a abovesaid tvv on 27.2.2016 at samy elecyonics, kumbakonam, thanjavur district. For the past 5days a horizontal line appear in the screen. So i am contact with your customer care service and yesterday service engineer came to my house and he inspect the tv and told that the panel will be damaged and the cost of new panel is ruppees 25000. If you give the money i can change the new one. I belive samsung company is a branded one so i prefer the samsung tv. I am a middle class family and not spent the repair charge of the above said money. Before purchse of the tv i dont know the warranty period is only the life period of the tv. After purchasing your samsumg tv is under repair after only the 16 months i am personally affected and whatever you can do it i am invited. Take necessary action at the earliest

                                  I ordered on samsung estore a mobile samsung on 7 pro on 8th june but still no updates. It's already 22nd june and they promised to deliver within 5-7 days as declared on site.
                                  Call centre people keeps on telling me to wait when i call them daily as they do not have updates.

                                  No idea when shall i get my mobile even after paying in advance.
                                  If i cancel, i do not expect any return. So i am just waiting.

                                    I am really frustrated dealing with samsung again,
                                    I have bought the samsung galaxy s7 edge, blue coral 32 gb, from samsung india estore on 15th june 2017, because there was the promotion running that apply coupon code freewc and get a free wireless charger (Screenshot attached).

                                    The coupon code got applied successfully and message was displayed "congratulations! We have added free wireless charger along with this order" (Screenshot attached). Today i have received the package but there is no free wireless charger.
                                    As there is no response for my mail (Screenshot attached). I am proceeding with this complaint.
                                    Please help deliver the free wireless charger as promised before the purchase or help refund my money.

                                      I bought samsung galaxy s4 3.5 years back, and every year my battery swollen. Im a woking guy. So i dnt use phone while charging or overcharge. But what is wrong. This flagship galaxy s4 cost me 32000 rs. After tht the consumer seek a best quality produst. Im highly disappointed, the warrenty cover months but battery swelled up takes year in my case. God its my third battery., and is swollen so big. I followed every thing tht samsung service centre says. But nothing can give me satisfaction. Now after 3 years i rooted my phone cause im a programmer. Battery alone cost 1500 rs, and i already bought 3 of them. And i already spend almost 4500 rs for battery alone.. What is wrong with this world. Everything is corrupted i think.. Im disappointed after buying so costly phone. Refund is all i seek. Help i[censored] find this reseaonable.

                                        5 times complained nos.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Dt14.5.17, 18.5, 26.5, 6.6, 15.7.17 respectively to there call center every time people came from there service station at baroda. But could not repair my ac instead created another problem in it charged rs.1100/- including service charges, spare parts, and cartage.
                                        The complain was ac starts normal after cooling for 10 mts. The compressor stops and it again starts after 20 or25 mts. By the time room become hot again this cycle continues. And this complain still persist.
