Dear Sir,
Sorry to inform you that my cell phone Samsung J2 LCD broken, I have replace the LCD at your end on dated 07.06.17 with repairing cost was Rs. 2690.47 & invoice no. [protected], dt- 07.06.17. After 4 to 5 days the same LCD prop-out from frame that's why, i have visit at your point 2 times, you just press the LCD & delivery me the same. Finally during attend my call automatically the LCD fully dismantlement from the frame, on same day I have complain at your end on dated 24.06.2017, but till date no action your end regarding repair. I received call from your end on dated 28.06.17 & he inform that sir your mobile repairing cost will Rs. 3000/- are you want to repair & your battery is damage it is also replace other wise problem is not solved like that. This type of call not acceptable from Samsung care. recently i have expenditure Rs. 2690 & how now will again expenditure Rs.3000/-

I think the LCD is not suitable or not fitment properly, so please take needful action.
I am waiting your replay as soon as possible. by mail. My cell phone at your end from 24.06.17 FYI.

    Hello sir/ madam i bought a memory card at 19 july 2016. Invoice no. MH- BOM[protected] And 10 YEAR WARRANTY HAI then my memory card corrupted show in my mobile. I called you service centre ludhiana[protected]. He told me stock nahi aa reha 6 month ho gye aaa app 208 kothi no. Goal markit bala ji chale jao .jab mene bala ji ka number maga toh onho ne kha k hamare pass bala ji ka number nahi hai. Sir/madam je kesi custmer service hoyi je toh custmer ko tang karna hoya. Mera brother pehle bhi vaha se ho aaya hai onho ne baat nai suni ab app hi bataye main kya karo ja aage se samsung ka koi bi product aa buy karo.

      I have a purchased a samsung j5 2016 mobile last year in 2016, and my mobile started creating problem within 6 months of buying and that I asked the company for a replacement but they didn't provided the replacement and asked me to visit the nearest service centre in my place. Though that problem was solved but now again a new problem has shown up. Now my samsung mobile is charging very slow and it takes whole day to charge from 30 - 100 %.After having the problem i have gone through many sites and i have seen that many samsung users were having this problem since years but samsung have done nothing to solve this issue, looks like samsung is now concentrating on quantity not quality because they know they have no competitors in the market after nokia has gone.
      Now, I request samsung to look into this matter seriously, if samsung mobiles is having charging problems then why company doesn't comes up with a solution. And also i want to tell samsung that the services provided by samsung service centers is not good at all, they make you wait for months to solve the problem because they didn't know the causes of the problems and ends up with messing up with customer's product.Looking for a positive response.

      Your customer service guy phoned me and he never seems in a mood to listen to me and what want to say... now he is sending email with an excuse that "we can't reach you", what a dumb excuse.. grow up man... listen to customer what they want... looks like he already assumed that I am gonna file a case against them... how stupid.

        I was purchased Samsung refrigerator model no RT34M3743UT/HL/2017 the amount of rs 31000 on cash payment dated 30/06/2017 and dealer given the same amount bill( copy attached), but 1000 points redeemed by the dealer on my registered mobile no and cheat me and also given wrong information about the free insurance for 1 year which is provided by Samsung and iffcotokio as dealer said during purchasing the product but there was no insurance policy provided by company nor dealer neither iffcotokio after the purchased product.when i ask about the reward point, insurance and bill amount, the dealer done very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Than i was called samsung customer care and told all the matter. The customer care executive tell me aap meri baat dealer Se karwaiye bt dealer did not ready for talk customer care executive and tell me very rudely " Samsung customer care wale to kuch bhi bolte he...apko Jo karna he karlo."

        Sir, i am your valuable customer from last 3 years and purchased many home appliances and other products because Samsung is a great brand name but dealers behaviour create wrong and negative impression of company and brand name.

        I kindly request you to refund my 1000 points on my Samsung smart club account (details attached) and take desciplinary action on dealer Mehta automobiles Pvt ltd vijay Nagar indore for unprofessional and rude behaviours and cheating on redemeed points. Your kind and early action is solicited.

          Respected sir,
          I am geetha vs. I got a message my parcel arrived in the morning in indira Ganthi airport New Delhi 2017 January 7th . Samsung representative Mr, Tomas bernad called me and said the news, later customs senior officer Mrs.Renusharma called me and said that my full details, email I'd and parcel contains things later they are wants customs duty charge and money transfer fund (28000+ 84000) RS .
          Sir I am sent to this money, after they want RBI Cot charges 18500rs.but i can't send this money because my financial and family situation is very bad . First time I sent to money others gold loan.
          Sir I am believed their message because three months ago I am waiting this parcel and I am contacting ops courier service
          In New York (Samsung us mobile award winner) so I'm believe it.
          But my parcel not delivered, sixth months ago.lost my money and mental peace.
          Sir please help me. I know it's true or fake

          Sir please i request you check this day mail an enquiry January 7th regarding my the parcel.

            Hello sir/madam i have brought smasung j7 prime phone from vijay sales on 8/1/2017 date .Phone number or serial no 35471/08/187115/5 my mobile phone blast but i do not know why it was blast when i was checked my mobile phone to samsung sevice centre they told me that your phone is blast .i have visited samsung service centre on 22 june and received my phone 4 july .. for last 12 days they just saying me that we have send the email to samsung company and waiting for they replay and today i got a call from service centre and they said that samsung company do not give us a permission to repair your mobile phone under warranty. bill no or (job sheet no) is [protected]. may i now why ? smasung is well brand company how they rejected my phone under warranty . sir this is not a my fault it is company fault so why customer pay every think . please dear repair my mobile phone which is under warranty another i will go to consumer court ...

            please tell me what king of step i have to take against samsung company

              Worst service from kolkata samsung service centre. Never call kolkata service centre [protected]... Not sure wether this is fake number or a way to cheat customer... I searched on google and got this toll free number... and after receiving the call... operator says technician will get back to you within 24 hrs... and he didnt provide any case number ... technician called me and he told me that he asked my address details and provided him the same... He came 2 my house checked the refrigerator and told that PCB and relay is damaged and will be replaced with the new one which will cost around 3900 and I agreed for the maintenance... Since i was not in home i could not able to validate wether he was lying or telling truth... after repairing my wife paid for the bill and technician told me that refrigerator will start cooling after 1 hrs... Verify it and if its not cooling then give him a call. Since then i am trying to call him as refrigerator is not working and he is not taking my call...

              Request Samsung to resolve my issue. If this is not related to Samsung service centre then please take action this fraud company and take action appropiately.

                I have samsung galaxy s6 edge purchased in something about jan 2016 for 49 k . Recently i have a problem that the phone running normally and suddenly switch off. Phone is not getting charge nor switching on showing any activity. Just heating while charging . I have the same issue with my brothers phone with same samsung model . As soon as the year passed the phone is out warranty the phones are dead . Something like they know that our warrentys are over .i am also shocked coz the same issue is with brothers same samsung s6 edge . I contacted samsung care they told me cant do anything coz its out of warrenty . I said its two times the same issue in my house . Your phone not lasts after the warrenty gets overs . And also i am just using the phone normally for clicking pics . This is like that means warrenty gets over throw the phone .Fraud samsung .

                  Very distressing to buy Samsung A.C. On October 05, 2016 i bought one 1.5 T AC. Obviously it was towards end of last summer. This year when tried to switch on, it didn't. I called the shop Aditya Vision, Purnea, Bihar on 18th & 19th May. Thereafter on different dates, mechanic continued to repair at weely interval and i continued to suffer. Having suffered a lot, i sent a letter to Aditya Vision on 20th June through email asking for replacement with new one. Again the same drama played. After 1 1/2 month, a.c. couldn't get repaired. Lastly on 26th june i wrote to Aditya Vision requesting the same but it was like flogging a dead horse. I have well concluded that the a.c. has manufacturing defects. It seems I will have to search help using social media, newspaper etc and to proceed for legal action. Can anyone help?

                    I have purchased Samsung A5 2016 mobile on 13.03.2017. With in one month I had issues with phone i was not able to hear voices while making calls. The main purpose of mobile was to make calls which was not possible. I took it to service centre and they told that there is some issue with motherboard and need to replace. It took around 1 week and later got it back. Initial 2 days the phone was working fine later again the same issues got back. Again took to service centre and they claimed they reuired to change all parts of the mobile. Ridiculous!!!.again git it back after 1 and half weeks.
                    The same issue repeated again. And i took it the shop from where i purchased the mobile and asked for refund. The guy promised me the same and collected my mobile. Now samsung has rejected my refund stating that its due to nougat software update.
                    The issue started befire software updation which i have stated initially itself. And what was that made the service centre guys to change the mother board and parts? I cant understand.
                    Samsung is not ready for a refund and I have to face the loss? I need a response back.

                      I bought a Samsung j7 in 28 apr 2017. and when i unbox my mobile phone.
                      there is problem is images. while clicking or receiving both it shows a blur in every images and vidoes. when i complaint my shopkeeper about it he told me that he is unable to do anything. nothing in his hand. and he suggest me to go service centre. and when visited service centre.. they agreed with my problem but they did not give me any solution. they was trying to satisfying me. and after that when i did a complaint in samsung website there agents called me and trying to gave solution.. but my problem is remaining same. they told me that u should again go to service centre.. iam a working person. and i don't have extra time to waste on it anymore. 10 to 12 times i complaint with samsung website. and many times their agent called me.. but no one gave me a solution
                      so now i want to complaint againt samsung.
                      Samsung is cheating there customers.
                      Firstly they do a manufacturing mistake and after that they don't have any solution for it.
                      only a customer is fool who is purchasing your product.
                      firstly we purchased your product and after that we only facing so many problems..

                        I Bought new Samsung galaxy S8 64 GB phone 10 June 2017. At the time of purchasing representative of the dealer log IN my Galaxy app with my airtel number and them he inserted my JIo sim in slot 1. I had not got any kind of intimation of not changing the sim of slot 1 so i changed the sim according to my convenience. Now i am not getting any offer of galaxy app. I consulted it on customer care and they said i am not eligible to get any offer. Now i was not having any intimation regarding SIm changing, so is this not my fault that i am not getting any offer. I request you to do the needful for the same.                             I am a user of samsung s7edge and extremely disappointed with the phone. I bought the phone around 5months back but never thought that i would get such a defective piece. The phones display got changed at the customer service center (Mass communication, kotla) just 15days back and they said that it's a manufacturing default.. Now just an hour back my phone has started blinking and in the safe mode as well which proves it's deffectiveness.. I am extremely fed up with the phone set and needs replacement. My phone would again go to service centre tomorrow but i need replacement as this problem might occur again.

                                I have raised sr #[protected] for refrigerator issue on 28th june for which a technician subhojit saha visited on 29th june and told he have rectified as it was a issue in the jack (Power chord). On asking further, he added refrigerator is absolutely fine and nothing else happened. I have paid him the servicing amount as per details: samsung book no. J38 and cash receipt no. J1890 dt. 29/6/2017. Once he left my house the refrigerator has gone totally off within an hour and on calling him he was saying entire back circuit board need to be changed. Make a note that the person who told that refrigerator was absolutely fine then how can the back circuit board to be changed within an hour, i really doubt on his technical skills.
                                Thenafter, i reported the incident to samsung customer care where they have told me that they would arrange for an alternate senior technician to visit my place. I am writing this now i. E. On 2nd july but no call or visit been done yet.
                                Now i am quite sure that calling customer care would not help me and it needs attention from higher authority.
                                I have already paid for a service which has not been done rather i should say incorrect investigation been done otherwise how could a problem in power chord get changed to replacement of circuit board. Please check with the service centres why they are acting as a no-bothering attitude where samsung says to provide 24*7 service.
                                I am really worried if it is so difficult to get a response from samsung.

                                Is it that difficult to send a technician to visit my place and investigate the issue where you have already taken the servicing amount?

                                This is very clear that when you take a product you will be given several false assurances which doesn't stay long when you actually require their help during services or when the product has some issues. It is very hard to get servicing for which you need to be like earthworm with the Product guys. On every hour you will expect a call from a new person to whom you need to brief all the problem and this would go on and on which being taking care of the fact that could be done to resolve the matter. Your request and effort to explain one person would go in vain as you need to do it on a repeated basis and that too as a daily routine. For people like us who buy this products after saving money from monthly salary are really concerned for the product if it doesn't function correctly, but this inter-action with the company made me feel that nothing bother them as it is just a business for them. I am simply marking the case as resolved as the issue has been address. Frankly speaking I am not at all satisfied with the service as the technician itself not sure what the defect is but being with them means to waste your entire days. It's better to fix with local technicians as it is difficult to get a good service as there is no proper way being designed for how to give services or act with customers. Really disheartened !!

                                Inefficient technician sent who could not able to identify the problem but took money in the name of service charge. Tried every possible way to get the servicing done: called customer care (it's not working as they could only pass my message to the service centre), called service centre (very arrrogant, rough behaviour, don't bother attitude), CEO Email Service via Samsung site (3 days over - no resolution received), putting over consumer complaint got call from a person who has intimated that he will look into the issue and arrange for technician, but no technician visit happened yet and calling the person is not picking up the call. I have no words for Samsung unless be in shock what blunder I made to blindly chose Samsung products for electronics.

                                On 8th July, finally a technician came from Serampore Samsung Franchise Centre namely Mr. Santanu Pandit who has changed the entire circuit board against Rs. 2955 including 28% GST.
                                On asking about GST number, he told that they didn't yet receive it but they have been instructed to charge the GST amount without having the registration number, really strange !!
                                After repairing the same Mr. Pandit asked to check if this helps to resolve the issue. After two to three hours we have checked that refrigerator is working but one of the problem still persists – the lower deck of the refrigerator is freezing at a higher rate which forms ice over there as well. We have informed the same to Mr. Pandit over call and he suggested to adjust the temperature. We did the same as per his advice but it didn’t help us to sort the issue. Like eggs been put got broken, liquid foods turning to chilled ice. Further informing to Mr. Pandit, he told to check for another couple of days and to inform him the status.
                                This is our earnest request to Samsung if you could arrange your in-house technician with depth knowledge on refrigerator who can able to bring back the refrigerator in steady condition as before. We have to already struggle a lot to get a technician visit at our place which we have already intimated you time to time. Further on, we have also paid whenever we have asked for any charges.
                                Keeping everything aside, we really want a proper technician who could fix the issue. It’s really turning to be a worst experience for us that in spite of spending money, the underlying issue is not getting rectified. This is clearly understood that this franchise are simply taking chances on the refrigerator without being able to identify the exact issue. Hence, this is an earnest request if you could arrange for a proper refrigerator specialist technician please.

                                  I purchased 32inch k5570 tv on 2nd nov 2017. Within 5months the tv display was failed. I raised. Complaint and service person came and said tv display unit was failed need to pay 14000 for service...
                                  They have not submit proper report. They juat said in oral and left. The tv is in warranty.
                                  I need replacement... Or service in free of cost...
                                  After few days from delhi 1 customer executive called and said they sending another service person to inspect. Service person came and said the ant was entered to tv through speaker and display connecting strip was shorted so it was failed. It will not cover under warranty. While buying sales guys says if any problem occurs during warranty period it will be serviced in foc... But now they says call customer care. We cannot do anything. This is the way they handlin g customer. We bought 3 tv in one lot.
                                  And in warranty terms nothing mentioned about this problems will not cover in warranty... Why should i need to pay... The product was not manufactured properly.
                                  First the connecting strip area was not covered. So the ant was entered. So it's manufacturer fault... So i need the service to be done in warranty...

                                    My samsung washing machine is not functioning at all. This is after only one year of occassional use. Support engineers are assigned but they dont call you back. They don't even pick up your calls. You have to follow-up hundereds of times to just check the status.in return you are said, the faulty part is not available in their service center. Waiting for the faulty part to be replaced for ther last 6 days. When i called their support call center, they asked to cooperate and wait for another 4 days giving lame excuses like gst impacting parts availalibity.

                                      I mukund kumar mobile no-[protected] purchased samsung microwave oven from aditya vision, baily road, patna bihar on 24/06/17. While purchasing they assured me that demo will be done by samsung engineer within 48 hours but despite my several complain on your toll free number as well as aditya vision nothing has happened. Your service centre has also assured me every time that demo will be done next day after each complain. So tell me why it has not been done till today. If you are not able to give service than why you are selling your product and why your retailer aditya vision patna is selling on false word. Give me your reply otherwise i am force to move in consumer forum or other avenue.
