this is chishti and i purchased an ac which is under warranty with 5 years period. the ac is not working so i called to samsung support the the eng came and check and took money as service charged and he told me to pay for parts although part is under warranty. i need to fix this issue, because when ac has a warranty then why i will pay to them?

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      On 03/08/2023 we Purchase New HP Laser Jet Pro M126nw Printer from Croma- Mulund West (Tax Invoice No.: SLRS3903437 Dt.03/08/2023.) with 2Yrs extended warranty.
      On 04th August 2023 at 12.34pm, I registered the complaint regarding the Display Not Working. At that time, Mr. Amit Kumar (HP Customer Care Person) told me that the company's engineer would contact me within 48 hrs.
      Today is the 10th August 2023, it's been 6 days, and yet I have not received a call or message from the engineer. Please look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.
      I am trying to contact your company since last few days but still I am not receiving any proper response. If my problem is not solved today then, I would like to get Refund the amount Rs.23631/-.

        Samsung mobile service center not accept card payments

        Hi,
        We given a samsung mobile (Model - galaxy s20 fe) for repairing the display to their authorized service center "3s touch service solutions" pvt. Ltd., 1st floor, sreevalsam building, west nadakkavu, kozhikode-673011.
        After the repairing the above service centre not willing to accept card payments. And they told here only accept cash & upi payments. Also in that bill they mentioned one offer if the customer...

          Green Line Immediately After Software Update #GreenLineClub

          A green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after July 2023 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on Galaxy Fold 2 5G mobiles...

          I purchased Samsung split 1.5-ton AC in Mar. 2021. We use AC products in summer, so technically it's the 2nd year of put to use. In the last 2 years, the PCB problem has occurred twice and I am not able to use the AC, last year it was under warranty So I was okay and assumed it was fine for one of the issues and a small expense on my side, however, this year as well we have got the same problem again I am not able to use the AC.

          I contacted customer care and they have come up with a solution of around 13K. So my issues and concerns are below.

          1) What is the exact issue behind the reoccurring issue.
          2) is the product quality so bad that every year we need to invest 15k+ amount for the repair of trash?
          3) Is it an issue with installation? Your local service engineers are of no use to me.
          4) Please help to check the issue as soon as possible, I bought it for 33.2 K and every year I can't expense 13k in repair of this scrap.

          Please help to check ASAP and take quick action on this faulty product as never seen such waste products and customer service.

          I am following up with them since July'25 but till today there is no action for resolution of the issue

            I purchased Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 on 1st Feb 2023 on EMI for 6 months. I took it directly from Samsung Store to avoid any fraud. The store manager clearly mentioned during the purchase that the watch is water and dust resistant However, in less than 5 months my watch screen came up on its own. I immediately rushed to the Samsung store and shared my concern. The store manager saw my phone and acknowledged that it is a manufacturing defect. He also shared that this has never happened before with any watch. He continued to claim that watch is water resistant so even if by any chance rainwater has gone, the watch should not face any problem.
            He asked me to visit the service center and suggested asking for a replacement as he saw that we had genuine concerns. When we visited the service center, after almost waiting there for more than 4 hours the center guy shared that water has gone into the watch and we need to pay 11000 Rs for the repair
            There were no water droplets, vapor, or fog inside. How can he say this? Even if worst case rain droplets went inside. My question is “Is the watch so fragile that the screen came up so easily in just 5 months o[censored]sage? Then how can Samsung claim the watch is water resistant? To our next surprise, the service center said that such defects are not covered by warranty and said that we will have to pay to amount to repair.
            He later told us to speak to Samsung customer care and blamed it on Samsung and said we can’t do much. I am extremely disappointed with the Samsung store, service center, and the product (watch). I have earlier used Samsung Gear Sports for almost 3 years in the same weather conditions. However, this issue never happened. My EMI’s have not even cleared yet and on top how can they ask me to pay for something I haven’t even done anything? Was it my mistake that I trusted Samsung and its features and purchased this watch? I really felt mentally harassed and disturbed by this overall experience. This is a clear case of FRAUD, where a defective piece is given to the customer. The service center has dismantled my watch so badly that I fear using it again. They have closed the ticket as Liquid Damage without providing any resolution to me. Need Help

              I complained regarding my fold 4 display issues. Then I got mail from their side and they asked for my ph nmbr. The executive called me and after the conversation he said that he wll provide me a voucher code and I can redeem cash in my account. He was on call and asked me to do some steps in the bank app. I did that and after 2 hrs 20000 was withdrawn from my bank account. I called him and he said he will transfer back in 10 min. But it's been half hr, I can't contact him neither do I got my amount back. These ppl are fraud from samsung. I am sharing that nmbr.. [protected]. They said they are calling from Cannaught Place. Be careful.

                I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the unacceptable level of service provided by Samsung in addressing the persistent issues of my Fold 3 device (Model SM-F926BZKDINU, Serial Number: R3CRB0P8XXV). As a co-founder of the KarmYog Education Network and a long-standing Samsung customer, the indifference exhibited towards my distress is not only deeply unsettling but also forces me to reconsider my loyalty to your brand.

                For over a month, my earnest appeals for resolution have been met with indifference and inaction. The phone, despite being Samsung's most premium and expensive offering, has failed to deliver the promised quality and reliability, and your team's inability to provide a prompt resolution has added to the overall disappointment.

                Your repeated assurances of resolution have fallen flat, causing significant disruptions to my professional obligations and inducing unnecessary stress. The indifference displayed by your team starkly contrasts Samsung's professed commitment to customer satisfaction. It is an unfortunate revelation that Samsung's high-priced flagship device, the Fold series, encounters issues within 18 months of purchase, which is a clear testament to its questionable quality and durability.

                This level of negligence and the absence of accountability are deeply concerning. As such, I feel compelled to make my dissatisfaction public. Unless immediate and appropriate action is taken to resolve the issue at hand, I intend to express my grievances on various consumer complaint forums and share my experience on social media platforms. It is important for existing and potential Samsung customers to be aware of the challenges they might face and the lack of adequate customer support when investing in Samsung's premium devices.

                I implore you to give this matter the urgency it requires, and present a concrete plan for resolution. I anticipate a swift, satisfactory, and substantial response, demonstrating Samsung's commitment to rectifying the issue and restoring my faith in your brand.

                  I am using Samsung M31s from last 2.8 years, recently i updated device with software patch update..after that i started facing restart issue.

                  Mobile is getting restarted automatically, some times it gets hung and then restarts...this is happening from last week.

                  From yesterday, its not even starting...it stuck at Samsung Logo, i visited samsung service center in bengaluru(opera house), they said its mother board issue.

                  But i never used other chargers, never charged more than 90%, never dropped my mobile, never felt into water...then how come i got motherboard issue within 3 years.

                  Either samsung using low quality hardware or its because of faulty software update.

                  After research i found that many are facing the same issue after updating their mobile (only mobiles having EXSYNOS 9611 processor)

                  I request you to please replace my motherboard free of cost, as i cant afford to buy a mobile worth 18K to 20K which doesn't even give 3 years of life, where chinese brands are providing 4+ years life.

                      Bought a Samsung phone Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on the 27 December 2020, everything was fine till I installed an update and immediately a green line started appearing on my screen! I tried my best to switch off, restart everything BUT the green line still persists destroying a very expensive phone, is this being done deliberately to force people to buy new phones.. if so it is a very cheap trick by Samsung and I will lose all faith in the company. I searched the net and found that this issue has cropped on many Samsung phones after an update .. this goes on to confirm that there is something fishy going on from the Samsung company.

                        I have fold 4. All of a sudden it's display stopped working and a black line appeared in the center. I went to the customer care and they said that I wll have to pay for the display . My phone is in warranty and I have seen that issue is there in this model. It's company's fault. Two known ppl have faced same issue. I saw on internet that ppl r having same display issue. I am sending my job sheet and it's a request that plz fix my display.Its in the name of Arav, my son. If this type of issue is coming in such expensive phones then Samsung should stop producing such models. Please fix my display and I am not paying as it is in warranty.

                            I am the owner of a Samsung LED TV with the Model Number UA32D4003. This TV is working well and in 2022 I installed a HDMI Cable through Samsung.
                            On July 21st 2023 a service request was booked. No [protected] and the Engineer from the Mumbai Service Centre for TV''s, came and diagnosed the problem as that of a malfunctioning IR-PCB(Sensor PCB) which rendered the remote ineffective. He promised to get it replaced and said he would send me a quote. On 22nd July 2023 I requested for the quote and was told the part was not available. I followed up with the Call Centre and was told that the Service Centre Mumbai reported that the customer HAD REJECTED THE QUOTE PROVIDED THAT THE COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED AS WITHDRAWN. THIS IS FALSE AND A FABRICATED FEEDBACK. The Call Centre updated the request vide [protected]. The Service Centre Manager, Mr Akram said that the part would not be provided as it was not available. Suggested I sell the TV or use it without the remote functions. I have therefore decided to file a Consumer Complaint under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I am seeking provision of the IR-PCB(Sensor PCB) and compensation for mental agony caused and litigation costs.
                            I am happy with the Samsung TV I have and would not be forced to move Court and litigate, if the spare part IR-PCB(Sensor PCB) for UA32D4003 is provided to me at market rates within 5 days.

                              Machine not working 3month passed meny time complain but your engineer not helping me and not solution receive he ask only 2year warranty but my washing machine 3 years warranty please reaisd complaint and repair ASAP- free of cost(washing machine Drum crack ) engineering sys your product not repair with cost 10000
