Dear all,

Hope you will accept the below grievance under top priority. I would like to express my extreme unsatisfaction on a purchase made by paying my hard earned money and getting feedback like zero value to its customers from a well-reputed brand.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from lulu connect, kochi. I have enclosed a photocopy of related documents.

Unfortunately, the item does not function same week after purchase made, and informed the supplier for replacement as i was completely unhappy with the same. I got the replacement product after regular follow-ups made but it seems like the item provided was simply like a refurbished one, as it has dents on edges. Informed your customer service teams as the response from the dealer is neutral. Escalated issue to various level of samsung customer grievance team, but no positive response received even after samsung engineer has inspected the same and made report on replacement as well. About 25 calls has been made and 4 tickets created regarding the same, but no action been taken from any end yet.

It seems like totally unacceptable from a well known brand showing nil response to its customer and zero value towards customer satisfaction.

I have been a loyal customer for last few years and have always been perfectly satisfied and happy with my purchase. This is the first time something like this has happened with one of your products.

I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product or direct me to a store where i may return the faulty item for a new replacement within the next 3 days.

I am not satisfied or believing samsung customer care anymore. The purchase has been made by april and now its almost 3 months. I am really fed up with the service. I am not sure If customer care has taken bribe from the service center and trying to make them safe. Anyhow I am waiting for CEO and head level reply.

I have purchased a brand new mobile samsung g885f galaxy a8 star black : samsung m - mobile [protected] on the date : 16/09/2018 with the invoice number ssi/madi/177. I was really satisfied with the samsung mobile as i'am a regular customer of samsung and previously i had samsung s6 and moreover, the outlook of the mobile was too good as usual with the excellent latest updates and processor so i purchased with complete satisfaction. It was working well and good for 4 - 6 days later i was aware that the device is charging for more than 3 - 4 hours to reach 100% battery with no heat. I was not taking that serious as i thought there is no fault with device since it was super brand.
    Later after the 20 th day the issue has become more serious and the device was charging so badly so i raised a complaint to samsung service center on the date 08/10/2018 that i need replacement for my new mobile and they requested me to submit the mobile and the charger to keep in observation and i took my mobile to the center as they asked me to submit the mobile for 2 days. The very next day they called back to receive the mobile and they informed me that there is a problem with the adapter and the cable and they have replaced with the new one after receiving my mobile i came to know that they have flashed my brand new device. They made a call back for the feedback and i asked the people what have you done in my brand new mobile they told me that they have flashed – software update from which i had some heating issues which never happened before even if it was charging more than four hours. They flashed my mobile without my knowledge and they argue with me that they have not done (But the executive have accepted that they flashed my new device). So i need a refund now, as am very disappointed with the service provided to me and i really don’t want to face the issues again if i choose replacement.

      I have pi have purchased a top loader machine on dated 30.07.18, from deekay electronics ludhiana, the day i purchased this machine i am facing problem. Earlier i complained that your spinner is not working properly but i got no solution. Almost it took 1 month for giving no result. Now 1 month passed away a new problem come up. Now there is gap in drum. Day before y'day your representative came and check the machine and take some pictures for defective part. He told that we will replace this piece. Machine also release current.

      As per your engg current is normal, gap is normal, drain is normal.

      Kindly suggest do i wait for something happens, only then you people will take action.

      I have family continuously machine release current, your engg. Mr. Sanjeev says we will get back to you. But when i contact him and ask him about my complaint status, he clearly says i have closed this complaint as there is no problem in machine.

      Without my consideration without my knowledge how he can do this.

      Worst service worst machine
      I am not interested to change the part. Either you change the machine or refund my money. You people do not care about your customer.

        Here is what happened: we purchased ww60m204k0s front loading with smart check & touch led panel 6.0kg ww60m204k0s on[protected] at veejay world of electronics, anantapur. From the date of purchase to 3 months it works fine after 3 months we started facing problems with this product continuously. So many times we contacted the service team and got serviced even though again and again, we are facing the problems with this product.
        The problems are
        1. Continuously 4c error even though sufficient water available.
        2. It stuck at a particular time.
        3. Heavy noise from the machine

        In the span of 8 months, so many times we contacted with the customer care and they sent the service engineers so many times even though the problem was not resolved. You can check the log tracking details how many times we contacted with the customer care and also we wrote the mail regarding this issue, without solving the issue they closed the case from the resolver.
        If in case we can't find the solution from the samsung we go legally for this issue. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

        We struggle a lot with this product and with the service from samsung. We never expect these type of services from the samsung.

        Note*: looking for refund/ replace. (Not for servicing)

        Today customer care executive contacted with us regarding the issue what we raised in the complaint, the way he responded is very bad and very irresponsible person and careless answers to the customer, he is not listing the problem about the washing machine. Such an irresponsible, very bad response to the customer, we never expected these type of service and these type of behavior from the customer service of samsung.

          It's been a year since i brought c9 pro and everything was fine until the last month. Had kept the mobile for charging and then there was this message pop up saying "moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it is completely dry before charging your device. Drying the port may take some time.". This is not what i expect from 36k worth handset and that too from a company like samsung!

              Guys i did the biggest mistake in my life by visiting barasat samsung service center (Ms mitra traders) for samsung electronics.

              A team of seasoned unprofessional guys are sitting there headed by the tom boy unprofessional manager ms. Anita das. She is not a manager in any way she should be called as damager as she is ruining the place by her unethical behaviour. She is rude and stubborn lady who is just playing with customers feelings and trust me one day no one will visit that service center. She needs to under go a professional training immediately before she totally ruins samsung's name.

              Finally my phone was not repaired as she wanted to leave early just bcoz it was durga puja. It seemed she was doing all the customers a favour by working on this auspicious day 16th oct 2018.

              Bad experience and totally disappointed by ms. Anita das.

              Never visit that place again. They will rob you or say that your phone is not repairable.

                My tv repaired on 28th august 2018 and register a complaint in the toll free number. On 4th august a technician from appolo sustems, karamana. Tvpm visited my house and checked the tv, then taken away the mother board by saying that it will soon return after maintaining it. But unfortunately no reply or report availed from the mechanic or samsung service center. So i reminded my complaint several times and no response availed. Finallyon last week, i got call from samsung customer care center from chennai enquiring whether the tv get ok. I replied the history and complaint still alive. Then they make contact with local service center at karamana, tvm ant assure that on 13th october 2018 itself the must return or solve repair of the motherboard. But they cannot keep the word till the timeand my tv is still remain dead. Whtat shall i do? Give a solution.

                  I purchased a refrigerator from samsung in may 2014 and in year of purchase it got defective and samsung had replaced part, but now same problem has been occured and also the pcb is working as per samsung technician but the refrigerator is not working and now they are charging very high amount for repair and it seems to be a manufacturing defect and i want replacement of part.

                    Dear sir/ ma'am,
                    I had bought samsung j7 mobile model codesm-j730gm/ds serial number rz8k30tk5mp purchase date 05/04/2018. It display stop working without any physical damage was done to the mobile.
                    I took my phone to service centre they asked me that your phone is physically damaged and rs. 4500 was estimated for it's repair, but they fails to prove or show how the phone is physically damaged. Then i write to ceo office of samsung, and they asked me take my phone to service centre once again, and after which i got mail that phone is physically damaged and total estimate for the repair is rs. 9945. The price of j7 prime is around 9000 and price of repair of screen of same mobile is more than its original cost. Moreover they fails to prove that any physical damage is being done to the phone.

                    Model codesm-j730gm/ds serial number rz8k30tk5mp purchase date 05/04/2018 request number [protected] product symptoms hi i had purchased samsung j7 in month of apt 2018, but i am very sorry to your product quality is very poor. My phone stop working. When i showed it to your service station they told display is break but i can’t understand how can it be possible as i have never dropped my phone or not physical damage is done to my phone ever. I am really disappointed by phones performance and your service centre employees behaviour. Hope you people will take it seriously and reactify the fault. Else i have to go to consumer forum.                       Warm greetings of the day.

                      This email is to drafted to give you a clear update on the horrible and pathetic services for customers from samsung.

                      Why do you think a person makes a visit at a doctor's place and waits there in a queue? Is it because he/she have more money or might be because he/she has ample of spare time or might be because has nothing to do at home or because he has a problem?

                      Samsung is india’s biggest mobile phones and consumer electronics company. It is also india’s most trusted mobile phones and consumer durables brand, as per the economic times-brand equity survey 2016. Thats what i have read on sumsung website under company in india executive team. But * how far is that true?? *

                      I have been facing intermittent issue with my samsung handset bearing model no. (Sm-n950fzkdins), bearing serial no. (Rz8ja1tt9pl) for quite a long time and to get rid of this issue, i visited the ss jaan ss services, margao and reported the issue on the counter about phone getting automattically off and phone getting fully stucked which looks like a demo phone. It has been a intermittent issue and becomes very irritating when it occurs when i am busy, needs to operate the phone on urgent basis.

                      And also i had taken my dad's samsung handset bearing model no. (Sm-j200gtkdins), bearing serial no. (Rz8ja0etllv) having issue of screen going fully blank and having signal issue (Calls getting cut in between) which occurs suddently. I had bought and gifted this phone to my dad with lot of love on his special day cause he was using nokia keypad phone but all my excitment went in waste when i heared him saying what sought of phone you bought to me, my previous phone was quite good.

                      So i reported both this issues on the counter on 17th september 2018, and girl on the counter i. E. Ms. Minal aguair said she will do software update and data will go. I said ok and she said if there is still any issue then get the phone back we will keep it and check.

                      But yesterday i. E. 19th september 2018, when i visited the service centre at around 12:50; i had a horrible experience and insult done to me infront of all the customers by the 2 staffs (Ms. Shewta & ms. Minal) along with the owner's wife.

                      Ms. Minal aguairi telling the owner's wife, madam you saw the name of the person? She is the same girl. So the madam is asking me in a rude way does the phone really belong to me and from where did you purchase it? I told her the date of purchase and asked her to check from the seller from the information given by me if you have doubt. And all 3 were whispering slowly something among themselves.

                      Really the service centre here in margao has professional way of handling the customers? Are your samsung staff and owner here are trained professionally or is that they treat the customers like a fair buyer (Were we get cheap items)?

                      So i asked the girl on the counter ms. Shewta kulekar, why you'll asked whether the phone belong to me or not? She says i dont know. She called one girl inside (Ms. Minal) and told her something. When she came out, she whispered something to shewta, which i could see from the samsung big glass board reflection.

                      Shewta asked her madam what to do, but the madam was not ready to keep the phone and from her instructions the girl on the counter was refusing to keep the phone and create the jobsheet.

                      Madam had to say that on my phone there is no data at all. She was just insisting where is the data. I clearly mentioned her that my data is in the memory card which is in the phone. When i was clearly told that data will be lost then why will i have to wait and waste my time taking the backup of my data in the service centre?

                      Everytime i heard them telling and sending the customers back stating take the backup of the data and come. She directly refused to keep my note8 phone under observation and j2 phone she said show me the problem now. She refused stating show me the problem right now and that to on the spot. If not then she won't give me a jobsheet and wanted me to take the phone back.

                      I was fully in tears and did not knew how to react, i told her if you are not ready to help then i will see and talk to someone. She replied me stating what someone will do? I just stepped out cause i was feeling frustrated there because its like i bought a robbed phone and came.

                      After 10 mins i again entered the service centre and asked for acknowledgment stating you checked my phone, there is no issue at all. So that time the main owner was there sitting and my friend to came on my request.

                      So the owner asked me why i am sitting as he saw me sitting there and i told him how rudely her wife behaved. I even asked him what right she has to ask me whether the phone really belong to me? What she thinks that i have a business of collecting all my neigbours phone or purchasing it on my name? He called her out and she really dint have respect to talk to a customer and respect them.

                      Rather then apolizing, she is trying to save her side. And after several requests the owner agreed to take the phone and told her update in the remark that no defect found. But while creating the jobsheet, i heard the staff (Ms. Minal) telling the boss that really there is screen issue and not getting connected to iqc. She mentioned my phone as dead.

                      This is really disgusting and unbearable situation. Refer their cctv footage. Jobsheets are created at 14:06 and 14:47. Shewta is asking madam whether to upload my photo on call and she says wait i'll show you. Might be i am a most special robber.

                      Their token machine is also not working the day i visited and who knows since when it is not working. There is no notice put stating its out of order. Just have to sit and no proper order.

                      So on my previous visit, the girl on the counter simply did the software update to me whithout checking the warranty? Everytime staff is asking madam what to do? Whether to create the jobsheet or not? My point is why are the staff appointed? Are they not trained? Then rather then asking the madam only everything, better to make madam only to sit and attend all the customers.

                      I use my device to the maximum extent and more time span. I can identify and be the right track to say want really i am going through. A person using a device for just 05 or 15 mins will be in a possible to justify the fault? How can samsung ill-treat their customers? Samsung service centres only resolve visible issues? But what about intermittent problems that trouble the customers?

                      Also note on my request my dad got the sim cards changed 4 times but the problem dint resolved. sim operator also suggested it can't be network issue as its the problem with the handset. i even tried using the sim card in other phones and other samsung devices but its absolutely working fine.

                      Do i need to share my personal photos, data which is confidential to the staff or the owners there? Or will they take the backup? Or is it they are giving free wifi service and hard disc to store the data? Or are they gonna pay the customer for the time wasted in the service centre the way how they are paying their staff for the services rendered and how they are generating revenue? It is their duty and task to serve the customers and not to insult them.

                      Well this service centre has their another private business of all mobile repairing & accessories shop in cuncolim (Image attached) and even u can google ss jaan ss services. By the way their is lot of difference in attending a local customer and a brand user. Hope everything is extremely fine and going on smoothly and updated about the same well in advance...

                      Even the girl (Ms. Minal) on the counter is asking me whether the seller has not giving anything complementry on purchase of note8? What a service centre has to do with all this? And above all the girl on counter is telling me that the tempered glass will be removed but you don't think that you will get a complementry glass here. (See the footage of 29th september 2018)

                      Is this the right way to inform or speak to the customer? Cheap and third class service of margao service centre.

                      Did i come to buy a complementry tempered glass there which is costing just rs.150/-? Is the tempered glass more expensive then the phone cost of the phone or the samsung original clear view cover what i had bout worth rs.3699/- along with the phone?

                      I am not a begger or a robber, but just remember that i am a customer and i have a bill of my purchase. They are not doing me a favor but they are people appointed by the brand name samsung.

                      What sort of people you'll deal with represents the status of samsung brand. There are no manners only to the madam and what manners the staff will have? do you think this approach is really supporting the motive of samsung - samsung always believe in providing best service to customers?

                      Samsung has five business principles and out of which the third principle states that we respect our customers. My point is how far it has true? Can you please justify me on this?

                      Really is it true or just to attract the customers? Dis-satisfaction, insult, making fun, rude behavior this is actually the full package of samsung service centre. Let them keep their pride and their attitude in their pocket cause i don't need any.

                      Again and again customer face issues but not given a single resolution or no improvement step happens towards the customers but just the insults. They have to face the same difficulties if they have taken samsung product. Only robotic words of stubborn people having a parroting habit to say everyone has to visit service center although no update, you will get the solution or not but you have to visit service center.

                      This time this is a serious situation which i am facing issue and how can i trust such people who are appointed in your terms working over there. Is it me as a customer don't have right to report my phone problem to the service centre?

                      Why are service centres meant and for what? Is it to insult the customers of samsung? Better you suggest to change the logo of samsung to - buy samsung and suffer.

                      I am really frustrated with my note phone, also my dad's phone issue and above all this service centre has really spoiled my mood, my peace of mind which inturn encouraging me to write this to all social media mediums, the consumer forum and the press.

                      As i work for a private firm, its not possible for me to visit the service center several times and can't take offs as i want because we have to take to go and sit for hours till the the number comes and its very irritating when the person on the counter is not ready to listen to your problem and only want to dominate and dictate their terms on you in spite of knowing that the customer has waited for long just to get solution as its not a matter of 05 or 10 or 30mins.

                      It was a horrible and unforgettable experience i had in my life. Customers don't have any value when a samsung product is bought and when defect is mentioned. Really horrible services of samsung. It was an insult for me in front of other customers present. Don't even have decency to talk to customers and give respect to girls being a girl. What type of service is this? Is this what samsung is talking about satisfaction to customers? Samsung customers are treated as street dogs by service centre.

                      Frankly speaking i have really lost my trust in samsung and their horrible services. Never had such a horrible experience in my life. I think samsung is paying their service centres to sit in the centralized ac. No one understands or gives helping hand to customers. Giving harassment, misbehaving, dominating, refusing to help, wasting time of customers, asking to go and come take backup several times for the same issue are the after sale services of samsung buyers.

                      In samsung there is no value for their words cause they don't know the really worth of customers. I have lost the faith on samsung products now cause of such attitude and horrible experience given by service centers which are meant for customers.

                      Well i have realised and noticed sitting in the service centre that in these days there are not even a single customer who has become happy and gone after the service from the service center. Or else plan a suprise entry to service center without informing anyone and see how the treat the customers. But service centre people are very happy to entertain samsung customers having out of warranty phones because they get business.

                      Even try to discuss your phone issue on the counter and see the behavior of the staff on the counters. samsung can't keep and maintain their customers or have any happy customers that's what i have believe.

                      Even vivo mobiles give far more better service to the customers in spite of having very low reputation in the market. Their services are really awesome. But samsung has only name and they can only play with customers emotions and feelings too by troubling and frustrating them.

                      Sorry to say this but shame on samsung brand. Samsung are not looking for customers satisfaction but i should say they want their service centre to be the best infront of mr. Sunil cutinha. Samsung are not meant to resolve customer's issues related to their products. If samsung has valued their customers then i would be a proud samsung user.

                      I want permanent solution of refund to my devices of rs.67900/- plus rs.7700/- which i have been facing and service centre is not entertaining to my issue and also note8 clear view cover. I am not a begger and it was my right to be treated well which is not provided to me at all.

                      For every single little thing, i have been insulted and does the company given the phones free?

                      I can't take a risk now, when i know what sort of people i have given my phone too. And i can't afford to repair the phone again and again where i don't have respect at all. My phone will be repaired free till it has warranty and only when the problem is identified on the spot.

                      I don't have time to sit there till i try to identify the issue. It is there job and duty to repair the phone but they made me cry and hurt me badly inpite of having warranty. I have not paid rs.67900/- and rs. 7700/- for problematic phone and phone without warranty. I bought a phone for a long use and not for use and throw purpose. Phone ones start giving problem then it will create the same and i can't afford to waste more money. i will have to take a legal action to get justice for the repeated issue caused to the in my handset. And who want dead phone?

                      When there is warranty they are refusing to check the issue, so might be if the phone is not under warranty then they are without any issue ready to do anything cause they are now earning on checking fees and even they must have their markup on the repair quoted amount. Well whats the guaranty that my phone will work fine after taking it back after them creating so much drama? Even after repairing my phones, the same problem occur then there is no guaranty that i will be treated well and my phone too. I can't afford to pay again and again their checking charges.

                      When i had warranty, i was ill-treated so how can i expect that iwill get good treated from such people? I really can't take a risk.

                      Samsung service centres are setup to do the repair work and give solution or to do the detective work of checking with the customer and find out with the seller whether really the product was purchased or not? What do they think a customer really is? A fraud or a cheat or a robber? Detectives and police are already there in goa and if that was the case then you guys would have suggested to go at police station atleast they would treat me well.

                      My concern was with my handsets and i want solution for it but it landed in horrible way which hurt my emotions. also informed that i will go only for refund as i have faced a lot of problems with the phone and also personally from service centre buying samsung product.

                        I have a samsung washing machine which was got compliant on2 october. So i had register a service request through sam sung customer care number.. On 4th october and 10th october... Order number [protected] &[protected]... Which is surprising that i am yet to get a single call back from samsung servicing team.. Still my issue is not resolved... I am never expect such an irresponsible behaviour from samsung company...

                          This is regarding warranty concern of SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR purchased on 25/03/2013 from your shop/dealership. Few days ago my refrigerator stops cooling and for resolution I register a complaint to samsung toll free number[protected] regarding this issue on 30th Sep 2018 with Registered Service Request No. [protected]. Samsung Customer service then assigned an engineer (MOHD Tariq, Mob:[protected]) for resolution my issue. After investigation he told me that the compressor is become faulty. And he also told me that it is under warranty of 10 Years (from the date of purchase). So it will be replaced and he noted all details of the appliance to his service book. And ensure that on next working day (03rd Oct 2018), he will bring the replacement compressor with him and overall services charges & accessories he will charge Approximately Rs.1700/-.
                          Finally we agreed upon the same as he said. Next day I received a call from a Lady ([protected]) who claims that she is from “Samsung Service Desk” And told me that my refrigerator’s compressor is out of Warranty. But as per given document I saw it is under warranty (as per warranty card). An Inverter Compressor having 120 months of warranty. Then I called back her again after sending a proof (terms on warranty papers, receipts and s/no stickers etc.) to her given WhatsApp no. [protected]. She clearly refused to process anything with an unusual cause (An Sticker on Body of the Refrigerator, Which I never seen since purchase of the product). Therefore I checked again on whole body of the appliance for that sticker, but I was failed to find any such sticker. After calling again she told me that the product I have purchased may be counterfeit, so contact seller for the same. I was shocked after her words that I have been cheated. So I finally thought that I have to report “ASHA & COMPANY” the seller first. After all it’s a major issue of genuine of the product sold to me.
                          Some Information I would like to share with you of my refrigerator (as given in receipt)
                          Brand/Model: SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR FF – RT26FAJSASL/TL
                          Serial No: r5824pad201979. Date of Purchase : 25/03/2013
                          Net Amount Paid: Rs. 23000/-
                          I have already attached scanned copy of receipt and warranty terms with this mail.
                          Then I asked to know that I am actually cheated by you or not.

                          After 2 days I received a call from samsung service desk and Area Manager of Samsung talked me about to install a replacement compressor to refrigerator. But as samsung previously told about the product genuineness, I asked to check the same. But he doesn't respond for the same.

                          One week passed then I got call again from Samsung after talking Asha & Co.'s owner Mr. Praveen Malviya about the issue. Again the same thing happens and finally told me that "we are unable to check genuine issues of the product". This simply proved that Samsung Electronics is playing a game with customers and they are pushing rejected and refurbished products to customers. As I seen other samsung appliances for the same I found the same Sticker on the product; but my product doesn't have.

                          After few minutes I got a call from Mr. Malviya; and he told me to go to consumer court for this issue. And now this is required to file complaint to the consumer court for clarification of the things.

                          All the consumers should know the things before purchasing any appliances from showrooms.
                          1. Sticker pasted by Company having Barcodes/QR should be compulsory.
                          2. Product bill should be kept safely for getting warranty of product.
                          3. Read the warranty guidelines before buying any product.
                          4. No fear should be their if you are complaining for genuine issues.

                            I have purchased Note 9 on 3rd October 2018 but it started hang 3rd day from purchase, Have visited Samsung Service center Okhla Industrial Phase 1 New Delhi 110020, on 9th Oct 2018 and same was returned to me on 11th Oct 2018 with assurance that problem is sorted out.
                            But I have faced the same issue with my device on 13th and revisited to Service center on 14th Oct 2018 and i didn't get any update till today morning and they told me that they are still checking .
                            I want DOA on my device now and don't want to pursue with current one.This seems a pathetic quality product by Samsung in approx 70000 bugs.
                            This must be taken up seriously and DOA on my Device to be issued .
                            I am feeling cheated now and seems made a mistake to go with Samsung, there are many option in this price tag.
                            My only request on this either provide me DOA by EOD else I will fire an FIR along with a case in consumer forum tomorrow.
                            Don't treat this statement lightly .

                              I am facing a lot of problem, in my new samsung galaxy note 9, the battery is draining very fast, its a 4000 mah battery, and it does not even last properly for 5 to 6 hours after charging it 100 %, this is the worst service i had ever recieved from samsung. The phone is heating as well, i do not play games or anything in my phone, i dont have time for that # as i work in corporate world, hope you understand. This is terrible battery buck up, do help me in resolving this issue.

                              Kindly look into this on priority and provide me solution.

                                I am following up on the above-mentioned complaint number since last 10 days. However, samsung india customer service is as pathetic as their products are.

                                As per them, my issue has been escalated to the highest authorities, but the senior management has no time to respond via email or call and update what's happening on my issue.

                                My samsung refrigerator which is under extended amc has been declared as irreparable on october 03rd, 2018 and since then i am continuously following up with samsung to provide an adequate response.

                                I paid rs. 46000 for a brand a new fridge and additional rs.6000 for extended amc, and now this where i stand. No one in the company has called or spoken at their own to update. Its always has to be me, as a customer to make follow-ups.

                                As usual its the same case, even with a company/brand like samsung, they have no empathy and professionalism, typical like government body wherein nobody cares about the common man.

                                I don't know where to go and how to get my refund or change of product. I am quite exhausted now and disappointed with the services of samsung.

                                  We had a complain for samsung washing machine (Wf550bobkwq/tl - sn no. Wo145pcd701372t) which been purchased on sep 2014, front load one which was running fine till 22nd sep 2018 in which it has 10 yrs motor warranty.

                                  And 23 sep 2018 it shown an complaint with digital adjustments and start button, it suddenly stop working, in which via samsung toll free number conveyed to customer care the whole issue and they have further connected to the service person mr. Zaheer khan ([protected]), reliable services, wilson garden, bangalore. He came and repaired the mother board and taken charges of rs 4500 from our end.

                                  Within 10 days again (11 oct 2018) issues started and start button stop working wherein adjustments buttons are working fine. And when he were trying to connect reliable services which been provided by samsung cc desk none of the numbers ever responded - [protected]/ [protected] when we tried to call to recheck the issue. Even mr. Zaheer call is not reachable till date.

                                  Its just insane from samsung team when they themselves have connected us with third party service providers, and when reverting back again to samsung, samsung technician persons listened the entire history and told there can be two options for the unit to solve the issue -

                                  1. Again need to pay rs 5000 odd amount to replace the mother board. Or
                                  2. Customer need to buy a new model itself.

                                  As a customer is it really ethical with samsung for a minor issue with start button without verifying the unit they are telling again in to invest rs 5000 for replacing the mother board orelse to invest for new machine entirely?

                                  Requesting you to acknowledge on urgent basis. And refund the amount too.

Atleast they can file a case against such person whose numbers are been shared in complain box.. as the service person Zaheer Khan and other numbers are switched off.. Why such numbers been connected through fake Samsung Support centers in Google to Customers.. When any customer shares any such numbers atleast Samsung can take corrective actions to protect its customers and ban them totally... Refund condition, Free service nothing been informed yet too.

                                      Hi, i am writing this complaint email about the samsung galaxy note 9 (Imei 1- [protected]/01 imei 2- [protected]/01) [sn - rz8k721uxvk].
                                      This note devices is one of the most innovative device from samsung which forced me to switch to samsung from iphone. But all my excitement was vanished after 15 days use as it stared to attract scratches on screen even after a protection layer. I never got this kind of issue with my high end devices from apple or lg. Now, this forced me to write a product review and complaint directly to samsung. At this price point we expect a solid build which it is obviously not. Samsung which is known for best quality displays is supplying it’s own devices with a cheap build that is not even scratch resisters for cotton. Yes, cotton because this is what my pocket is made of and the only thing it contains is by far, the most innovative samsung mobile device - “samsung galaxy note 9”. Please take a step to stop utter dissatisfaction and disappointment by not using this type of components in your products.

                                        I have an extended warranty from Bajaj Allianz..my LED TV got spoilt for the same reason the second time. They are fixing it..but my request is a new tv as this has happened for the second time..if it happens again and the warranty is over. I shall be in a fix. Please suggest an amicable permanent solution..request the authorities to get back with the best solution
