We had a complain for samsung washing machine (Wf550bobkwq/tl - sn no. Wo145pcd701372t) which been purchased on sep 2014, front load one which was running fine till 22nd sep 2018 in which it has 10 yrs warranty.

And 23 sep 2018 it shown an complaint with digital adjustments and start button, it suddenly stop working, in which via samsung toll free number conveyed to customer care the whole issue and they have further connected to the service person mr. Zaheer khan ([protected]), reliable services, wilson garden, bangalore. He came and repaired the mother board and taken charges of rs 4500 from our end.

Within 10 days again (11 oct 2018) issues started and start button stop working wherein adjustments buttons are working fine. And when he were trying to connect reliable services which been provided by samsung cc desk none of the numbers ever responded - [protected]/ [protected] when we tried to call to recheck the issue. Even mr. Zaheer call is not reachable till date.

Its just insane from samsung team when they themselves have connected us with third party service providers, and when reverting back again to samsung, samsung technician persons listened the entire history and told there can be two options for the unit to solve the issue -

1. Again need to pay rs 5000 odd amount to replace the mother board. Or
2. Customer need to buy a new model itself. (Again investment - 25k-40k)

As a customer is it really ethical with samsung for a minor issue with start button without verifying the unit they are telling again in to invest rs 5000 for replacing the mother board orelse to invest for new machine entirely?

They are just looting the customers on it and in terms of providing services they are telling the customer even though the mother board is replaced it has only warranty of 3 months itself.. After 3 months again the issues can pop up..

Should only customer has to suffer again and again for it?

Not yet.. nothing been clarified totally from Samsung.. Atleast they can file a case against such person whose numbers are been shared in complain box.. as the service person Zaheer Khan and other numbers are switched off.. Why such numbers been connected through fake Samsung Support centers in Google to Customers.. When any customer shares any such numbers atleast Samsung can take corrective actions to protect its customers and ban them totally... Refund condition, Free service nothing been informed yet too.

    Hi, i am writing this complaint email about the samsung galaxy note 9 (Imei 1- [protected]/01 imei 2- [protected]/01) [sn - rz8k721uxvk].
    This note devices is one of the most innovative device from samsung which forced me to switch to samsung from iphone. But all my excitement was vanished after 15 days use as it stared to attract scratches on screen even after a protection layer. I never got this kind of issue with my high end devices from apple or lg. Now, this forced me to write a product review and complaint directly to samsung. At this price point we expect a solid build which it is obviously not. Samsung which is known for best quality displays is supplying it’s own devices with a cheap build that is not even scratch resisters for cotton. Yes, cotton because this is what my pocket is made of and the only thing it contains is by far, the most innovative samsung mobile device - “samsung galaxy note 9”. Please take a step to stop utter dissatisfaction and disappointment by not using this type of components in your products.

      I have an extended warranty from Bajaj Allianz..my LED TV got spoilt for the same reason the second time. They are fixing it..but my request is a new tv as this has happened for the second time..if it happens again and the warranty is over. I shall be in a fix. Please suggest an amicable permanent solution..request the authorities to get back with the best solution

        Oct 1 :- service engineer came, assured the remote control change in 2 days time or within 1 week time if stock is not there
        Assured from office that it will be delivered by last wednesday, thereafter again silence
        Today oct 14, 45 days is required for a company to service a customer

          I, rk chatterjee has purchased as samsung lcd tv, on 03 dec 2010, invoice no pn 1860 from paradise electronics, tp nagar, korba (Cg), model no sam lcd 32c450, model name - la32c450mxlxl.

          Same has got faulty, on 03 oct 2018, and lodge a complain [protected], not yet received a single call/service engineer from your company for repairing, again contacted to customer care on 12 oct for status of complain, they told me, shortly our senior will contact you, but they also not yet contact, status as it was on 03 oct. And customer care sent sms about my satisfaction.

          I need email id & contact no, head of india operations or md/ceo of samsung india. Also this is a pathetic service level from a company like samsung.

          Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so i escalate the matter to consumer board, govt of india.

            I have been using samsung s9+ from march 2018
            Issue with the phone is finger print scanner delay response, when the phone was purchased issue was found & got the replacement,
            & same thing facing with this
            I have been left un attended, no assisstance fdom the service centre people in service centre dont even talk to me & they dont answer me,
            Lot times complaint at samsung customer care but no response.
            No one is agreeing with the issue, they know that there a issue with phone. I didnt received any call from samsung but they are sending text that we have contacted the customer i. E me, attachment enclosed,

              I went to the samsung store and care located in phoenix market city, guindy, chennai, tamil nadu. I visited there for repair of my smartphone display which was an internal defect and no damage and even scratch was present on screen. And the lady named sharda checked my phone and told me that it will covered in warranty and told me to come next week as they didn't had the parts to repair. And clearly everything was fine with my mobile only some scratches on the back metal body, that too even cause of the back cover i was using. Dust particle used to get trap there and due to friction the color was removed resulting in formation of dot marks. I was ok with that.
              I visited the store on 12th october i. E after one week. And there was a guy on the counter named ansar. He was very rude and was not even listening to me. He told me that my device will not be covered in warranty and he made some irritating excuses for that. Then i asked for explainations and he started making false stories. Than same lady sharda came outside and told me same thing. When i asked about the thing she told last week then she told me that she told me wrong. I was pissed of completely.
              How can one person lie about same thing. They were just so irritating and not even listened to me. They made me believe that samsung is completely fake. I paid my rs. 5000 for the thing which wasn't even my fault. Can't these people stick to one thing they said in past. And also be less rude to customers.

                This is to bring to your kind notice that we had brought a fridge from samsung dealer m/s gurumaa enterprises, city square complex kashipur by pass road, model number of the fridge being sam rr 26n 373 zb8/hl, date of purchase being 03.06.2018, the fridge within 20 days of it's delivery was found to be defected and was not working properly. We made several complaints to the dealer and the engineers from there were sent to look into the problem. We were told that there was some manufacturing defect in the fridge. However, they replaced the fridge in some days with the same model. But that also had the same manufacturing defect. After giving repeated complaints to the dealer the engineer turned up twice accepting that there was manufacturing defect in the fridge like the previous one. We have been using several other samsung home appliances but unfortunately we only faced troubled with this.
                However, till date no action has been taken and it has become a harrasment to us, so we therefore request you to see to the matter and exchange the fridge.

                Kindly do the needful and respond at your earliest.

                  I am going through a horrible experience with samsung consumer customer support. I raised a service request[protected] for my microwave oven on august 23rd and till now there is no resolution. Called up around 20 times to customer call center and i all get a chat bot type reply.

                  If you cannot attend my request please convey the message, i will be more than happy to to take it to a local service center.

                    I bought a 49inch samsung television on 9 october, 2018 from sahil electronics, sarojini nagar which is an authorised samsung dealer. The television was delivered on 10 october, 2018. The delivery person opens the package and starts the television in front of my mother (Who was at home at that time).

                    On 13 october, 2018 installation person arrives and installs the television and then starts it. The television panel was damaged. The installation person says that it may be damaged due to careless handling by delivery person who opened the package. On asking the samsung dealer, he said that the product was working when they delivered and won't get replaced. Also, the installation person refuses to replace the product as the package was already opened.

                    I would request samsung india to replace my damaged television or else i will have to proceed in accordance with the indian court of law.

                      I have registered a service request in sep 2018 for my samsung lcd tv. Samsung engineer visited and collected 295 rupee and told that after receiving defective part he will visit but till now he did not visit and tv has not repaired till now and samsung also refusing for refund the amount. I am getting from samsung that service engineer will visit but nobody is coming. Already approx one month passed but no resolution done.

                        I preordered a samsung galaxy note 9 phone and i was told that i can claim a coupon code for purchasing gear sport at 4999/-. I was provided with a coupon code after a few days of purchase. But when i tried to claim the coupon code on the specified website there was no stock for the item. My coupon code was valid till 30th september and while i tried to purchase it there was no stock. After 2nd october the stock was available but my coupon code stands invalid. When i tried contacting them on twitter, facebook and livechat their response wasn't great.

                        I request all the consumers to avoid purchasing a samsung phone as their after sales support is pathetic and they don't care about their offers. Once the customer purchases a phone then they will not even care about them.

                          I have been a samsung galaxy series phone fan for last many years and thanks to samsung, for destroying that image.

                          I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge, which i purchased from oman. A few months back, it fall from my hand and shattered the front screen and back glass. When i brought that phone to the samsung customer care center in cochin, they happily announced that i will have to pay 17, 500 inr for replacing the front screen and back glass and since the purchase is from oman, i wont be getting any warranty for the products which i am replacing. I could have purchased two smartphones for that price, but as told, i was blind about samsung and get the items replaced. (Bp no : [protected], so no : [protected])

                          Next day onward the touch screen starts to make issues. I was not able to select system generated messages through touch screen. When i complete a call my call cost will appear on the screen and i was not able to touch that ok button on the message. Similarly when i connect the phone to my laptop, the phone will ask weather i should allow or deny permission to access phone memory. Here also i cannot select any options through touch screen. Since i was able to use the phone and with a busy schedule i couldn't get back to the servicing center immediately. When i went, they told me not to worry and a factory reset will solve the issue. But nothing happened even after doing the reset.

                          When i went to the samsung service center in cochin, the service executive checked the phone and told me simply that i have to replace the front screen and for that i have to pay the same amount. For samsung's credit, the customer service executive was not at all friendly, was prudent and behaved like he just don't care.

                          I called the toll free customer service people of samsung. They said they are escalating the issue and i will be getting a call in half an hour. Fortunately i got a call after 24 hours. A lady called me to say that i wont be getting a repair or help even if it is a mistake with samsung product/ samsung service. And the customer service executive simply hung up the phone while talking.

                          Thanks samsung for your wonderful customer support. 17500 inr may not be a big amount for samsung, but for people like me its a huge amount and i got absolutely nothing after spending that money.

                            I recently procured samsung fridge on dated 4-aug-18, model no rr20m1z2xb5 black inox, from the very first day i am facing door closing issue, front door is not getting closed properly henceforth mosquito, insects and other fine dust particles are getting entered from bottom of door. I thought its happening due to door rubber gasket, so i raised a complaint on 2nd oct through customer care helpline and token no given to me against this complaint was [protected]. After waiting a week time samsung technical person (Mr. Mandeep singh) visited my location on 8th oct, and checked door, when i asked him what is the issue with door, he replied there is big play in door and its manufacturing problem we need to replace door, i again asked about process, he reverted i will submit visit report to my team and accordingly they will arrange. Next day on 9th oct i again received a call from samsung and team replied that sir you need to pay for door changing as it does not cover under warranty. Though when i procured it was told to me that this product comes with two-year full piece warranty and ten years compressor warranty.
                            Again i contacted to samsung customer care on 10th oct and briefed full case, they again assured me sir we are escalating your matter to senior team and any one from our side will contact you within 12hours but its been more than two days no one contacted, this time given token number against this escalation is [protected].
                            I am really feeling very disappointed by the after-sale services provided by samsung. Please take necessary steps otherwise i will take legal assistance as i have paid hard earned money to you.

                              We cleaned with normal wet cloth of water only, even service officer has said it's not a customer side issue and the regional officer has informed to samsung about changing the door in free of cost but they are not responding me kindly help me in changing my refrigerator door.

                                I am an employee of orissa highcourt cuttack. Yesterday i went to your store at cuttack (College square) to buy a samsung mobile. A person named 'santosh' who was in charge of the "sansung mobile section" misbehaved, manhandled, and used abusive languages while dealing with me. These things not only blames the brand value of samsung as well as detrimental to the fame of reliance digital also.
                                Please take steps so as to keep continuing our faith in reliance digital. Action should be taken againest the fellow person.

                                    Really bad experiance from samsung service team - even after waiting more than one month my refrigerator - rt47h537eut is still dead.

                                    My refrigerator got affected from flood on august 15th. And i had raised a complaint on the same on august 20th. Service technician came and said need to replace the board which needs to be ordered. The service order number-[protected]. After that they said they will come once they get the part. It has been past one month. Till now i had not received any calls from technician or samsung. Still my refrigerator is dead.

                                    Such a really disappointing and worst service experience from samsung. I call every day to customer care and they say that i will get a call from service technician soon. They are cheating me for past one month.

                                    Please fix my issue asap. This will be my last purchase from samsung and will not recommend further. My contact number is - [protected]

                                      I repaired my handset display under warranty. But samsung service centre cant fix front and back cover properly 5 times within 15 days period. I complaint to ceo. Samsung india but i get same response which service centre persons replied me. I ask only 1 question to ceo desk person whose name was sarvesh kumar "i[censored]r mobile opened 5 times will u accept it by your service centre" he silent on this. I want replacement

                                        I have purchased samsung fully automatic top loading washing machine (Wa60m4300hd) sl. No. 03wj5pbj904907 from reliance digital db mall bhopal on 4.12.2017.

                                        I am facing a problem with respect to timer functioning. When the machine is started for a particular cycle, the time is initially indicated on the timer. However, invariably the machine's actual operation time is always more than the time initially indicated on the timer. Also, the timer gets stuck at a particular time for a long time, even up to 5 minutes.

                                        I am disappointed due to lack of response from Samsung even after so many days. I request Samsung to inform when my complaint would be attended to.
                                        Am using Samsung A8+, Am facing a problem while attending calls. Am not able to attend the calls in 4G mode, Its because Switching between 4G to 2G or 3G is not happening on time. Have changed my SIM as well. Not getting good responds from Samsung Service centre(TVS Electronics Service, Nungambakkam, Chennai).
