I, rk chatterjee has purchased as samsung lcd tv, on 03 dec 2010, invoice no pn 1860 from paradise electronics, tp nagar, korba (Cg), model no sam lcd 32c450, model name - la32c450mxlxl.
Same has got faulty, on 03 oct 2018, and lodge a complain [protected], not yet received a single call/service engineer from your company for repairing, again contacted to customer care on 12 oct for status of complain, they told me, shortly our senior will contact you, but they also not yet contact, status as it was on 03 oct. And customer care sent sms about my satisfaction.
I need email id & contact no, head of india operations or md/ceo of samsung india. Also this is a pathetic service level from a company like samsung.
Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so i escalate the matter to consumer board, govt of india.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
when we complain to Samsung customer care for repairing the tv, he hold that international warranty is not applicable in india.
please guide me what to do for next step.
