The claim is requested under warranty period by online as last service center was closed and they hav confimred that all help will be given but when i visied next day to center they were denied to repair mobile in warranty. After confirmation from call center service center took my mobile. Mr vikash from samsung is handing my request. Yesterday mr vikash confirmed me my claim has been approval and within a ween mobile will be repaired. Today again mr vikash called me told me that repair time will be more then a month and offered me to get lumsum amount against my mobile. Very bad experience with samsung.

Really very happy with the response they have given and now i have decided for all time i will use only samsung mobile and also recommend others to go with sansung only because after sales what response we expect fulfilled by samsung.

My mobile not repaired properly by samsung service center authorities.

He not solve my mobile heating problem.
Dealing of Patra electronic Rourkela, odisha towards customer is very bad. They don't want to listen any kind of problem of customer. Even manager of the showroom is not showing any interest to solve the problems.

    I get my mobile a5 repaired on 24th september 2018. Invoice no [protected], yesterday i again went to samsung service center for software update as my mobile was to slow to operate, but after software my my mobile camera failed. How did they update software that it effect camera of my mobile.. Kindly revert me back.

      I have already raised 1 comsumer complaint against samsung india - samsung india — reference# [protected] - paint peeling off from fingerprint sensor.

      Till now no updates from them. Please tell me consumer complaints board, if samsung india entertains complaints filed against them in this forum or they are just not bothered??

      I bought samsung s9 in june mid 2018 and in august first week itself the paint started to peel off from the fingerprint sensor. I reported this to customer care, they asked me to go to the samsung service center. I live in faridabad and i must say samsung team - the team present at the sector 16 service center they do not even know how to speak to the customer. They said i need to talk to the customer care service in order to get the phone replaced, i did the same and the lady on call told me that i ill get a call back in 2 working days. Till 20 days i did not get any call back from samsung. So i called customer care again on 16th sept'18. They said that on 17th i will receive a call and this time i did received a call and unsurprisingly even he was behaving as if he has provided this phone to free. His words were "we wont replace the phone in any case". I said i will raise consumer forum request he said"fine".
      I want replacement for this phone. It looks as if this is some reassembled phone. If i compare samsung with iphone in this regard, they have thousands time better service then you people. To apple if we report any such thing they will simply replace the phone, but samsung, horrible service you people are providing. And the customer service providers which you have, please tech them how to speak to customers first, then ask them to attend calls.
      Within a month how can the paint start peeling off???
      I want a my phone to get replaced.

        Dear team,
        My self rahul dey, on 4th july 2018, i purchased a samsung j6.
        From the date of purchase till today i visited service center (Jadavpur near south city mall) 3 times for the same problem (The loud speaker of the phone was not working properly). On 19th september 2018 at 13:45 i visited service center for 3rd time. The call no of 1st time visit is [protected], 2nd time i didn't get any call number but the gave me the first call no. & 3rd time call no is [protected]. Last time i requested them for the replacement of my phone but some how the call was rejected. This happened 2 times with me but the service center didn't inform me. When i called service center they let me know about the problem.
        I am really confused if i got my phone or not because from 19th september 2018 till today my phone is in service center but they didn't help me about the replacement.
        So, i am requesting your company to check this matter seriously. Either replace my phone or refund the money.
        I really didn't know about the poor service of the company.

          we had submitted the J6 SM J600 32 GB BILL DATED 7-8 -18 for the check as upper part of the display having darkness .
          we approach the customer care they initially submitted the phone for the checking the phone .

          Now after one our they called back for charges 3500.

          so ridiculous.Cellophane is underwarranty

          plz look into the matter to avoid to lodge the complaint in consumer court

          Engineer making fool to the customer by trick because nobody knows the term @ condition.

            Sir my name is Rajesh with mobile no [protected] on Saturday 6 October @7 pm I brought a mobile near rtc x roads in happy mobile store as they had shown me the product when I came back to home I had seen that the earphones are damaged and the for 5 hrs of charging only 50 % had been charged as the store people said that if any problem then contact the service centre as I went to service centre on Mon at 10 am they had replaced the earphones and regarding about the charging they charged the mobile for 30 min but only 6 % had charged for 30 min then they said that this model will take 10 hrs for charging and I got a doubt and made a call to the customer care and then the service people changed the word from model taking long charging to the word that they will monitor the mobile and check and after 1 hr they brought me the mobile now the charging is ok but the power became so much loosen as seems like a second hand mobile and immediately I asked for that they said that the power will b the same that we can't change the mobile or repair it,

            SIR THIS IS THE 40 TH HOUR THAT I BROUGT THE MOBILE SINCE AND I HAD EXPERIENCED THE HEADPHONE PROBLEM, CHARGING PROBLEM AND THE MOBILE POWER BUTTON PROBLEM WITH OUT USING THE MOBILE IT BECAME SECOND HAND IN THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE HAND AND I ASKED FOR REPLACE BUT NO ONE IS GOING TO REPLACE AND SAYING THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN THE MOBILE INFACT AS IAM SHOWING THE PROBLEM AND THEY CHANGED THE SOFTWARE

              Dear Sir,

              This is to inform you that i have been a loyal customer of Samsung brand for almost a decade and have bought numerous appliances including televisions, refrigerators, microwaves and a recent bought S9 plus flagship a few months back. Recently one of my appliances i.e the washing machines caught fire but hats off to the service, the organisation took good and prompt care in solving the issue. But bringing this to your grievance for the first time regarding my refrigerator which is just about 5 years old and stopped working. After contacting the Samsung care the technician advised the Compressor has stopped working and needs to be replaced. I questioned him since it was working perfectly till last night and now how has it stopped completely. He says he has no idea what happened overnight. A few queries which i would like you to please address :
              1. Is the quality of the product exactly limited to only 5 years exactly since it stopped working exactly post that?
              2. The new compressors have a 10 year warranty, did we purchase a sub-standard 61, 000 Samsung refrigerator?
              3. The new part would cost about 10, 000 including installation, is it worth sticking to the Samsung brand with such an experience for appliances. Also the new compressor would only have a warranty of 3 months only. Should i keep replacing the compressor every 3 months by paying this good amount?

              Look forward to your response to my query. Otherwise i should also consider replacing a few months old phone, an year old microwave and further avoid buying samsung appliances to avoid digging holes in my pockets.

                I bought a galaxy j7 pro in the month of jan2018. The warranty period is 1 year
                Suddenly the display turned reddish colour, when i went to service centre they said that a small scratch is (1-2 mm) appearing at the back edge of the phone so they denied to repair the phone under warranty.
                How can a consumer use the phone without a small tiny small scratch for 9 months and for this reason how they can reject my request.
                For that small scratch they say the phone got broken and it will not be covered under warranty.
                Is this the service is being provided by reputed samsung company.
                If i would have aware of such type of silly resons i wouldnt have bought samsung washing machine and refrigerator last month.
                I need clarification and service from samsung india

                  I have purchased samsung c9 pro, mobile was working very fine till now. But when i checked today there was no signal showing on phone, i selected restart phone option pressing power button to fix network, but now phone is not getting switch on..
                  I am worried for my data and mobile too..
                  Phone was not wet/ was not fallen down/ nothing happen before this incident.. This was all of sudden.

                    Sir,
                    On 14.8.18 my wife from her jio no.[protected] reported to your toll free no.[protected] that our above ctv is out of order. Accordingly, on 15.8.18, your engr. Mr. Umasankar agasthi, sri ram services, cuttack came and attended to repair. But he took some parts of tv for repair in his service unit in cuttack. Next day on 16.8.18 he came and fitted the parts and brought the tv to working condition. He submitted a bill dt.16.8.18 for rs.3320/- with a warranty up to one year from the date of repair. The copy of bill is attached. Again tv went out of order on 2.10.18. My wife lodged complaint on 2.10.18 and 3.10.18 to your above toll free no. Vide our request no.[protected] and ref. No.180040-samsung[protected] as said umasankar agasthi did not receive our several calls. Then, your service engineer mr. Sukant kumar, bhubaneswar contacted us to come to our house for repair. But he demanded about rs.600/- for inspection fees. We did not agree as only two months back we have paid rs.3320/- which includes inspection fee of rs.350/-. Hence, he did not come. But from discussions with him, it transpired that earlier person umasankar agasthi was not the authorised person of your company. Hence he is a fake person. But question now arises how your company could depute such fake person on receipt of our calls in your above toll free no. On 14th and 15th aug 2018? That means some racket is there and persons attending toll free no. Calls have hands-in-glove with such fake persons like umasankar and cheating the customers. We have lost rs.3320/- in the process. But we request you to kindly enquire in the matter to save the reputation of your company. As it is very serious matter -

                      i purchased this set in Aug 23 2018, now my set is dead i donot what is the reason, i went to janakpuri service center, First they told me charging port need to replaced after open they told sir some issue in your motherboard so
                      we will change, My complaint is why i repaired my set with in one month, i want to my set replaced . high end mobile set with in one month mother board is faulty how is it possible ? I am not satisfied, (Samsung N960 128Gb ([protected]). PLease resolve my issue .

                        My wife purchased a samsung j2 mobile last year. It is still under warranty. However, for a greater part of the year, the mobile has malfunctioned, or functioned well below expectations. It was taken to the samsung service center in okhla thrice. On one occasion they even changed the motherboard. But there was no improvement in performance.
                        My wife finally took the phone to the service center last week and asked for a new phone. The center accepted the phone and now she is without a phone for the last 4 days and no one at samsung customer service is available to answer any questions. The most pathetic approach to customers and customer service.
                        All the so called senior managers are in meetings when my wife called. My question is what is the first job of a customer service manager at any level other than to attend to a customer? It is high time people realize how absolutely stupid the samsung customer service department thinks their customers are.                           New mobile purchased on 10.1.2018 at j. V. L. Electronics, thanjavur. Within the warranty period it becomes fault. Hence mobile delivered at service centre jvl electronics, thanjavur vide bill no.[protected] dt. 3.8.2018. As per receipt remark; bag no. (305) ad fees claimed rs.1500/- model name sm-j320fzdgins complaint already given to the company. But no response. The distributor has no response. When personally approached demanded more money. Please instruct to hand over the mobile set immediately within three days. Other wise complaint will be filed before the district consumerr redressal forum, nagapattinam - v. Palanivelu, indira nagar, m. C. Road, thanjavur.

                            Dear sir, maine apna phone 30 dec 2017 ko purchase kiya jiske bad mhhe mere phn me charger me dikkt ane lgi iski liye maine 10 july 2018 ko samsung service center me visit kiya... Jha pr mere phon ke chrger ki warrnty khtm ho chuki thi.. But charger khrb hone ki vjh se maine new charger purchase kr liya service center ki advise ki vjh se.. 1000 rs me maine new charger purchase kiya.. Jiski 3 month ki warrnty di gyi hai.. But this tym mere phn me vps same issue arha hai charging ka to maine dobra visit kiya service center me or unhone mjhe data cable replace kr ke de di hai.. Or kha data cable me dikkt hai.. But mjhe abhi bhi vhi dikkt arhi hai mera phon ka chargrr khrb h..

                              I thank to company and the staff who helped me, for my replacement of my washing machine, which is received today after two months.

                              But, i want to know who will pay the compensation for the clothes damaged by washing machine

                              If you have already changed and given the washing machine, the damages to clothes might have taken less.

                                I bought samsung galaxy note 8 on 14 nov 2017. I have faced problems such as hanging of phone, shut down/ restart of the phone on its own, etc. Since the purchase date. I raised this with customer care also. But now this problem is occurring very frequently. I have also observed that there have been many signal problems while using this phone. Signals are very low and most of the times it is not there at all. I raised this complaint earlier also and had given my set for repair on 15 sept 18 and got that back on 22 sep 2018. However, i am still facing the same signal problem and most of the time there are no signals on my phone. Today i. E on 6th october 2018, there have been no signals for many hours and i have faced the problem of mobile hanging, shut down/ restart many times.. During the time of repair, i had used different hand set and there was no signal problem at the same location (S) in the other set. This signal problem is on both the sims i have used i. E one of airtel and one of vodafone but was not there in both the sims when i was using the different mobile. I have raised this many times online as well as on customer care but samsung india has not given any response. Every time they say that the matter has been escalated and you will get the call back but nothing has been done.

                                I am unhappy with the way samsung has dealt with this matter. My phone is still in warranty and if samsung cannot resolve my problem they should replace it. Note8 is a very expensive phone and if a premium phone like this is creating so much of problem then it’s really bad on the part of the company specially the way they have not responded to my various complaints.

                                I am feeling very disappointed with samsung india and hope that now this matter will be taken seriously by samsung and they will take the necessary steps to replace my phone.

                                  I have purchased note 8 on dated 31 may 2018 and my 60k device is not certified. Why samsung is selling uncertified devices without getting android certificates. I contact with samsung care center and they updated the software but issue is not solved. Its still showing device is not certified.
                                  This is not good. I got uncertified device which i have purchased with hard earned money. If my issue is not solved, i will go to consumer court.

                                    I am karuna chawla and i had bought samsung s8 from cariano store on 5th nov 2017 under imei no [protected]. I bought this samsung phone without thinking twice as i had 100% trust on samsung company but it’s really upsetting to inform you that company claims that s8 has a gorilla screen and completely scratch proof but my phone got many visible big scratches due to one time fall from my bed. Also i took up this matter with your service centre ashok vihar, delhi branch but they didn’t resolve the same and they clearly denied to resolve my issue. Request you to kindly look into the matter or pls change my phone/screen if possible otherwise customer can loose their trust from the company.

                                      My mobile kept inside handbag got waterlogged due to a little leakage of water. Though it was covered with phone cover having safety locks for all the inlets of mobile accessories,... It has got water logged and not switching on. When given to nearby samsung repair and service center... They declared some issues in motherboard and replacement would cost rs12500... Yet cost of the mobile was only 14500. Pls kindly look into the matter.. And do the needful.
