I bought Samsung Galaxy M31s on Oct 2020. It works with smoother for two years. But now the restarting problem started and again it is not on till now.

The Samsung authorised service centre told me you have to replace the Mother board of the phone.

Please replace my phone Mother board with free of cost by Samsung.

If it is not done, Samsung company will broke my 15 years of hope with
Samsung.

It is very heart broking and my ever first complaint from my side to Samsung..

    I bought a Samsung Galaxy M31s on Oct 2020 (I attached Invoice copy).

    It was work with smoother for two years. But it is continuously restart and hang on Samsung logo till now.

    The authorised service centre told me you have to replace the Mother board of my phone at Rs. 9000? cost.

    But it is their rights to replace the Mother board at free of cost. Or to takeback the phone and return the money. Or do some other software updates in service centre to solve the issue. Such a great world wide best group is Samsung. Very very User friendly for innocent peoples.

    Most of the Samsung people leave their hope from Samsung to other products and decide their own after this heart breaking problem. Now days mobile phone is one organ? of their body of the peoples. Samsung will choose to cure the part of the body or let it dead..

      Hi,

      It gives me great disappointment being a premium user of Samsung products from appliances to Mobile etc since last 15 years and I here felt so disappointed when I ordered a " Samsung 225 L 4 Star Inverter Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator(RR23A2F3X9U/HL, Paradise Blue" product and below are the point wherein I would like to highlight the not even worst quality of the product but also the way Samsung customer service team handled this issue and I felt there is an immediate action required in this department to improve customer services

      Product is purchased on 2nd Oct 2021 and it has started having Defrost issue from Dec month which is just after 2 month
      Complain has been registered immediately in the month of Jan'22 with the name of Neha Singh ( [protected] ) and engineer came and suggested to replace the part which was surprised to hear just after 2 months of time of purchase
      Then after in April same issue arise and then another complaint number [protected] using same number, again another engineer visited and replaced a part, looks like this is how this team is trained
      Again after that issue arise and I asked engineer to replace this product or give me refund of the same and it was said that team will raise QNA and do the same however not sure what this engineer has done and after sometime I realize that my complaint was closed without even taking consent from me
      After having various call with useless customer care team, I forced them to raise another complain [protected]
      Worst part is. This team has kept moving this issue from the last 10 month till the time the product warranty got over and now they still kept saying that 1. now display is dead or wiring dead so door will be changed and you have to pay for the same
      Still from last 15 days, first team said, display issue then they ordered the same and somehow able to manage 20 days as waste then now they're saying that wiring issue and again from last 5 days they have disappeared, that's how this customer care team passed their time out
      Now at this moment, as a frustrated customer, I appeal to the management of the Samsung India team to give me the last and final solution as to replace the product or refund the money because I can't tolerate this product anymore and if this can't be then please make a note that being a lawyer I will be compelled to file a complaint in the consumer forum including across social media

      Do refer the communication in attached and the list of complaint can be traced using mobile number

      Looking for an immediate revert from service team and to followed by immediate solution of this issue

        30th oct 2022 complain about my refrigerator no complain no. provided neither service provides from your end
        31st oct 2022 again complain about my refrigerator complain no. [protected] registered name Laxmi Sharma same as above technician kept us on hold till 8.pm
        1st Nov 2022 again follow-up with customer care as well as technician thrice but no response technician kept us on hold till 8.pm
        what kind of service is this not accepted from such a reputed brand

          Hello All,

          I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in Sept 2021, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre bareilly) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.

          There were over, at least,[protected] people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones ( Exynos 9611). The update caused the motherboard to fail.

          Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount

            I have ordered a mobile on[protected]. Due to non delivery of product on time I cancelled the order and requested for refund on[protected]. Samasung has acknowledged the cancelation request by the same date. On 20th I have received a mail from Samsung confirming that my refund was initiated and the fund will be get credited to my account in 3 to 5 days. but till now I have not received the refund.

            I have communicated Samsung for the pending refund in number of times but every time I am being told that concerned team is working on your issue. But no action for my refund has been made till date.

                My parents asked for my suggestion for a TV, and I recommended the Samsung smart tv. We bought it from Sanket Sales India, Anand, Gujarat.
                After a week the tv stopped outputting audio. So, my parents called the Sanket Sales India about the issue and they came up with a solution that we need an HDMI 2.0 cable and then only the issue will be fixed. We bought a Rs.500 HDMI 2.0 cable and tried but the same issue persisted. We called them again and now they said the set of box is not updated version. What kind of ### is this????
                Rather than accepting that the TV is faulty they are blaming everything else. We need a refund and Samsung should be banned from selling it in Indai.

                    I bought M31s Samsung mobile in Sep 2020. Upon two years o[censored]sage, the phone freezes, hangs and restarts automatically. It is a strategy by Samsung to buy new mobiles.

                      Samsung fraud company hai, 150000 ka samsung Galaxy fold 3 mobile 9 month me hi uski fold hone wali jagh se main display screen me black spot aa gaya hai . samsung wale mera 20 din se samay kharab kar rahe hai . screen par na to uper or na back me koi damage hai vo jaha se fold hoti hai waha se kharab hui hai . fold hone ki vajah se par ye usko change nahi kar rahe hai kahte hai hai phone gira hai agr gira bhi hai to pehle to uper ki screen damage hogi na ki ander ki . dusra agr damage hai bhi to kaha hai . kuch bhi tuta hua nahi hai na koi nishaan hai par change karni na pade to bahane bana rahe hai

                        I purchased a Samsung mobile S20 FE 5G from the website https://www.samsung.com/in/ under the Festive offer on 28/9/2022. I received the mobile on 1st October 2022. The offer shown was a flat exchange of Rs 3000/- and a deferred exchange of Rs 2540/- on an old mobile. I was informed that within 2 - 3 days my old phone would be picked up and receive the amount of Rs 5540/- into my bank account.

                        I have sent repeated emails and made a number of calls on[protected] but no response on the pick up or amount. They have asked me to contact Cashify which does not serve my location. Now Cashify says that the exchange model Samsung Galaxy M11 is not in their system so they cannot purchase. Until today no body has come to pick my old phone and no response on the cashback offer.

                        Why did Samsung had to put up such an offer and not to check withCashify before I made this purchase? Now Samsung is not providing the exchange offer of 3000 rs and Cashify is not accepting to buy the old handset.

                          My sister who had been using an iphone which lasted for 6 years and was also sold for Rs 8000 before she upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G 128 GB on 04th November 2021.

                          I was always against her buying this phone as i did not think it would last as long as an iphone or any other regular phone but she said that its a really good phone and got it.

                          The phone started acting up in June 2022 and would only work when it would connected to a power source and the screen was also getting delaminated around the area where it folds.

                          She took it to the authorized service center in Ville Parle Prime Mall where the engineer told her that since it was physically damaged it wouldn't be covered under warranty and that there was a huge dent on the hinges whereas there were only minor superficial scratched on the phone which is a normal thing since it is handheld phone device not something you keep a safe that it wont have minor scratches.

                          She kept following up with Samsung over emails and but they did not pay any heed just sent automated replies on mail no action was taken.

                          All this while i wasn't aware of this and she did not even tell me about it as i had opposed her buying that phone as i had a feeling that its not a great phone because of the folding technology.

                          She was using the phone for 5-6 months after june 2022 with it always connected to a power source since Samsung never gave her any support with the warranty.

                          Just Imagine buying a phone with an MRP of Rs 95, 999 and not being able use it while you are travelling by public transport or out and about as it will always be required to be connected to a power source, otherwise you have to carry a bulky power bank four times the size of your phone just to be able to use your phone.

                          Since Samsung had left her with no option but to carry multiple chargers for wall sockets car chargers and power bank just to keep the phone on otherwise it would not work.

                          Recently during Diwali time she had gone to a friends party where she got late, we were very worried and her phone stopped working altogether even if she would connect it to a charger or a power bank or the car charger and we could not reach her and everyone got worried and when she came home we found out that her car got punctured and she was stranded couldn't use any apps or calls to get help and which is why she got even more late.

                          Upon inquiring about why the phone wasn't working she told me the entire episode that Samsung had denied her warranty support.

                          I got really agitated since this was a major threat to my sisters safety because the phone will not work when needed.

                          There are many SOS features on the phone but they can only work if the phone works when you are out and about but Samsung required her to be connected to power source 24/7 since June 2022 to be able to use the phone.

                          i bought her a new phone the next day as she was going out of station for a friends wedding.

                          I went to shop where she had purchased the Samsung Z Flip Phone from, the shop keeper said that the service center would open after two days due to festival season so i went back after 2 days, the shop keeper sent a person with me to the service center where we waited for about an hour and then that person left as he had other commitments, and they were again giving me stupid reasons like there is physical damage on the phone, whereas there were minor scratches which is normal and there was not a single scratch on the screen except for the delamination which had started happening in June 2022 which is a manufacturing defect in the product as reported by hundreds o[censored]sers I came across online facing similar issues.

                          Upon trying to reason with manager and a few hours of talking on the customer care helpline no[protected] about the warranty and the hardship faced by my sister finally the person Mr Pravin who was very considerate and he said that the ASM i.e. Area Service Manager would contact me within 24 hours as they had some protocol that he couldnt contact me right away. Finally the service center manager took the phone submission said maybe if you had come earlier then this problem would be solved in June 2020 itself he was hinting that maybe because she is a girl she wasn't very effective in getting things done, which is very sad as she had tried really hard but they didn't give her any support in fact this phone is a security problem for her as it wont work when needed.

                          After that i went back to the shop where we bought it from and the shop owner called someone in Samsung and requested them to also do the needful and ask the ASM to call ASAP, the shop keeper tried his best had even sent a person with me to the service center but the service center manager said that Samsung has rejected he cant do anything.

                          I got no call in 48 Hours also from the ASM so then i decided to call the Samsung Helpline again which my sister also had done but this time they escalated the case to Head Office and later on after a day or two i got a call from one person from the HO who was also not ready to listen had passed a judgement already that the phone is dented and will not be covered under warranty whereas the phone has few minor scratches which is a very normal thing since its a hand held device.
                          He also said that my sister when she had entered the service center in June 2022 she had connected the phone to a power bank which is not right but then if the phone isn't working what do they expect and i was shocked that they got that minute detail about her visit to the service center in June 2022 but they did not resolve the problem.

                          Then Later on i got a mail from the same person asking for the bill of the phone which must be updated in their system but yet they asked me for it i sent it over and i also found multiple similar posts on this website where they have denied warranty to customers of the so called premium phone and only after long term time wastage they have given solutions and there is not a single girl or woman whose complaint has been resolved.

                          In a time when we are talking about equality and UN SDGs this is how a Huge Electronics Brand is treats its customers.

                          I want them to give my sister a solution in the form of a working phone and Extended Replacement Warranty/Guarantee of at least 2 years along with a hardship compensation as she had suffered for 6 months because of Samsung's Negligence.

                          over the calls they kept saying again and again that they would not give any free of cost warranty whereas warranty is something which the manufacturer gives and is a defect liability period wherein if any problem arises its covered and my sister has suffered since 6 months despite having bought such an expensive so called premium product of Samsung.

                          First three pictures attached are of the phone submited by service center to Samsung in June 2022.

                          The Video is when the Service Center manager was removing the scratch guard in OCT 2022 which they had told her in JUNE was a part of the screen itself.

                          The last four pictures are the ones which have been taken by the manager to be submitted to Samsung.

                          Request you to do the needful and make sure the flip fold users get justice as i see many many people who are being harassed by Samsung.

                          as we can see others are also facing similar issues and this clearly shows that Samsung is just here to make money selling unreliable phones to Indians and and not honour their warranties.
                          they are also increasing the amount of e waste on the earths surface by making such unreliable phones which dont even last for 6 months in most cases.
                          If you read one of the comments in videos another woman has have to writeoff the phone because Samsung is not giving warranty support

                            It's been 2 month since I have bought my new phone but instill haven't received my exchange bonus. This is looking like a fraud to me.
                            I have sent 8-10 mails and yet no results.
                            Pls don't fool people by making big promises if you'll don't intend to keep them.

                            I don't want another reply saying you are working on it. I want my money credited immediately.

                            Appreciate a prompt reply.

                              I purchase Samsung S22 Ultra on 10-03-22 vide Samsung Finance Plus (Loan ID- DMI[protected])with a promise from Samsung that i will receive the cashback of Rs.8000/- after successfully making the payment of 3 instalments.
                              But even after successfully making the payment of my 3 instalments, I have till date not received any cashback.
                              This kind of customer exploitation is not expected from a global company Samsung. It is very surprising that Samsung is causing mental duress on its customers by giving fake and baseless schemes.
                              I have also tried connecting with Samsung customer care and Samsung India Sales Head, but all the efforts gone in vain and they have started ignoring my calls/mails.
                              I again request you to kindly forward the scheme benefit to me and send Rs.8000/- cashback at the earliest or I will be compelled to file case in the consumer forum for this misdeeds.

                                My Order# [protected] for Rs. 2, 21, 000 was cancelled on 11-Sep-2022. I am supposed to receive the refund within 7-10 working days. It has been more than 45 days and despite acceptance about the delay in refund from Samsung’s end, they still cannot assure me of a date as to when I’d receive my refund. I need my money back along with compensation.

                                  Purchased mob. Model no. F127GLBGINS in Jan 2022 only within Span of 9 months the display has gone, when contacted the customer service they said motherboard is a problem. How within 9 months it is gone?How this mobile got clearance in quality test?????

                                  Need replacement or it is to be rectified. For the pastime week without my mobile I am undergoing stress and hopping between service centres for repair, need a free replacement o my motherboard.

                                    Hello all,
                                    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in october 2020, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre bareilly) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
                                    There were over, at least, 700-800 people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail. I have multiple samsung phones in my home. I got problems with 2 phones recently (both are samsung m30s phones). I paid hell lot of money to get them replaced as service centre's told mother boards need to be changed.
                                    Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. BEING A STUDENT(WITH NO EARNING) AND BELONGING TO MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY WITH NOT SO GOOD FINANCIAL CONDITION IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY TO GET IT REPLACED It's a blunder done by samsung and expecting customers to pay 9-13k.

                                        Im using samsung mobile devices since so many years, i purchase samsung galaxy m31, 8gb ram, 128gb storage mobile on 22.10.2020, But suddenly problem started on 21.10.2022 restarting, hanging on samsung logo so i visited samsung authorised service center near chaitanyapuri hyderabad telangana on 22.10.2022 after seeing the mobile he told me that your phone Motherboard has to replace that cost around 8100/- because its not under warranty, i said why should I pay after updating android 12 on september 2022 this issue has came so you have to do free of cost but he refused to do, samsung authorised service centers got the best opportunity to grab the money from us so they dont want to miss, But one thing i want to tell them if we stop buying than no use of samsung authorised service centers they have to shut down, i spoke with samsung customer care toll free no after telling all this, she said this is not a global issue, your mobile is not under warranty so you have to bare 8000/- what nonsense is going on no one is their to appologise, im shocked, well thanks to samsung ceo india for showing your real face, from now onwords im not a buyer of samsung brand, good bye.

                                        Good evening mam, i spoke with your relevant team member Mr.chandan Pandey on 7th of November 2022 he told me to send pics of mobile after sending 6 different positions of pics front, back, updown, left, right, after wasting 2 days 8th, 9th on 10th he is saying go to service center tell them to diagnose your mobile, i said already visited to service center on 22.10.2022 after doing diagnose he told me your mobile Motherboard has to replace that cost you 8100/- note: Motherboard has to replace; that means Motherboard is not working due to after doing update Android 12 so samsung company is responsible for this not myself but your relevant team member wants me to drill here and there what that means is this the way to handle the customer no sense at all, now i want my money back.

                                        To the respected sir/madam; indian consumer complaint forum, i am mohd shafique ahmed lodge a complaint against samsung india for not resolving M31 Motherboard automatically hanging, restarting, issue occurs after release of Android 12 (updating) i am unable to use mobile since 21.10.2022, hence new motherboard replacement free of cost or refund money 20499/- but they are failed to do so please take action, i hope you will do justify to me thanks.

                                        Today visited 2nd time to samsung service centre again they want to confirm is it Motherboard issue or any other but after diagnosing engineer confirmed Motherboard has to replace this auto restart problem comes after updating android 12 but samsung head department is not accepting their fault so they are using tricks, they are not doing any favour to me it's there responsibility to do, plz help me indian consumer complaints forum team.
