Samsung galaxy a9 pro coolant about display replaced by samsung service center went blank screen without any single scratches and damages. Warranty 3 months for i paid 6000/- for the replaced new display. Qulity was very poor not durabletywith this brand.

I visited the service center now customer service people saying the warranty over 3 months again I have to pay for the Undurable bad pruduct. So am not satisfied with this product.very bad experience I don't recommend never this pruduct.

    This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with samsung product & its services. I bought samsung galaxy note8 in the month of sep'17 where after some days i got to know that battery backup is very very low in my handset and handset is over heating. I need to on the speaker and can talk as heating is unbearable.

    I have submitted my device thrice to the service center bangalore and it was there for more than 30 days in service center but till now my problem is not yet resolved. Still my device is with service center. Job no-[protected] bangalore

    Service center executive saying there is no problem in the set as this has heating feature device, as per service executive this handset is having less battery backup there is no problem in the set.. i asked them to give thir comments in qriting . They are not ready to give in writing nor they are ready to dolve the issue . They are straight away challenging me to ho to consumer court and fight with the court. I paid the full amount 65000/- Rs. to samsung then i bought the device it is not one rent something like. If i m facing issue then only i am approaching to the service center and moreover for this i m spending my time and money to submit the device in service center again & again.

    It has been almost 1 month, however i m in touch with samsung team but sorry to say there is no resolution has given by samsung.

    I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought samsung.

    Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from samsung customer care.

    Hence i request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of samsung.

    Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

      It's been a year since i brought c9 pro and everything was fine until the last few days. Had kept the mobile for charging and then there was this message pop up saying "moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it is completely dry before charging your device. Drying the port may take some time." it was not at all wet. But the problem continues and i can't charge my mobile using the fast charger as it somehow works but takes too long to charge. This is not what i expect from 30k worth handset and that too from a company like samsung!

        Samsung galaxy a8 plus 2018 3 days back my samsung a8 plus got automatically dead. 60 days month back my phone fell down from 12 inchs space where my black glass was damaged. I took the phone to service centre. They checked the phone and said that the mother board (Pb) is dead. When i checked there is no internal damaged in motherboard. It was a technical issue from thier side. Same issue happened with my friend but the phone was not damaged so it was repaired. Even before this i purchased samsung galaxy c9 pro but i agreed to replace motherboard because it was water damaged.

        There is no point to pay for motherboard because my phone was fallen 60 days back and the issue has caused to my phone yesterday.

        When i first learned of this problem, i contacted service centre located in ghatkopar west, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because i has purchased this phone just 3 months back. I would like a written statement explaining how the mother board has been dead.

          I had bought a j7 pro mobile from reliance digital bokaro on 07/10/2017 which falls under never mind offer for broken screen. But when i submitted my mobile for repair in samsung service centre on 20/09/2018, after few days they are telling that this set is a demo set and there is no warranty for this. But i want to ask from samsung india that how can a customer know that the set is a demo one if i was given a packed one that from a repute showroom where your representatives wearing samsung dresses work. I request samsung to either get my mobile repaired or replace my set.

          I had bought a mobile on 07/10/2017 from reliance digital which was under never mind offer. Now my lcd broke and the samsung service centre where i deposited on 20/09/2018 is telling that it is a demo set and can not repair under warranty. The complaint bill no. Is [protected]. How a customer can know that the set bought was a demo set. And what action samsung india will take so that my mobile is repaired or replaced in case the shop has sold a set which they are not supposed to sell.

            Last week i have talked with mr manuji and he told me, sir your replacement has been approved and will be changed within a week, by the service center end.
            Yesterday i talked with mr amitji owner of service center, he told me that we have not received any confirmation mail for replacement.
            As a normal customer you are giving me lots of harassment, if this type of complaints come from big personality, then you do solve the problem.
            Now i don't want the replacement, i want repayment.

            As you are doing lingering with me, i have do payments against emi.

            You just think what's going on me.

              Dear sir,

              I have written many emails to samsung regarding my complaint but not receiving any response.
              I have booked samsung on7 pro mobile for my father on[protected] with order id[protected] and amount was paid online. I have lodged a complaint on[protected] for non delivery of mobile. Another email was sent on[protected] and received a complaint # [protected]. The strange thing is no one has called on the number given while booking the phone and my father has received a phone call on[protected] and the person was enquiring the delivery address. Another call was received on[protected] and shocked to hear that phone has already delivered but it was not.
              I have send another email to mr. Abhishek about this matter and next day my father has received a call saying that the phone will be delivered either in 2 days or the order will be cancelled. After that i have send couple of emails to mr. Abhishek and asked him to cancel the order and refund the amount since my father has purchased another phone. But no one has replied to my email and update me on the matter.

              Dear sir - since the phone is not delivered and we have wasted lot of time on this. I request you to please cancel my order and refund the amount.

                I ordered samsung wireless charger duo price rs 5999 from samsung estore on 14th august 2018. Order number[protected]. Product was not dispatched to me after calling several times on samsung toll free customer care number. On 20th september 2018 samsung suddenly cancelled my order. I don't no who and why did they do so. I didn't get refund of my first order till yet. Again on 20th september 2018 i ordered the same product from samsung estore. I got a call from some 0120 number on 21st september 2018, they told me product will be delivered to me till monday 24th september 2018. Today is 30th september 2018 product is not yet delivered to me. Again i called samsung customer they told me that product is not in stock. If the product is not in stock how can i place a order. Payment was made successful from my side and my order was placed successfully. Samsung is fooling customers. I want that product and a compensation as well for troubles i have faced by calling and sending emails many times. My new order number is[protected] placed on 20th september 2018. On webpage kt was displaying delivery in 2-4 business day.

                  I've already launched a complaint on 21st september 2018.
                  I'm writing in reference to the same.
                  I've spoken to one of the customer care staff of samsung named wasim who had assured of all the assistance regarding the microwave oven and the samsung service center but till date i haven't received any update through email or otherwise.
                  I've tried responding to the same email but it shows delivery failure, please revert with the updates.

                    Hello,

                    Regarding - Samsung Note 9 Service bill# [protected] – CSR Print Date[protected]

                    I’m Akilan Rengasamy from Chennai. I gave my 10 days old mobile phone for replacement due to below issues.

                    • Battery Fast Drain / Hanging / Heating / Reverse Processing

                    I visit US Samsung Service on 19/09/2018 regarding this issue and refused to do service because I bought in India. They asked me to do the Factory reset & ask me to review. But still the issue not resolved.

                    After I came to India I went to Chennai Nungambakkam service center and requested for DOA replacement because it’s a brand-new phone. They asked me to wait for 24hrs time to do an observation on these issues. NOBODY called me and update the status.

                    Again on 28/9/2018 went to service center and met Mr. Venkatesh (Floor Manager) he informed me they done all the test, and everything is fine and can’t replace my handset. They showed the mobile and I checked the device nothing is FINE. They just watched Youtube video’s and done system application test and try to give the mobile phone back to me. Within 1hour phone gets drain up to 12% when there is no sim/no WIFI/no brightness & service guy telling me its normal. I asked how come battery will go down within 1hour to 12% for 4000mAh battery, no answer from service center say’s its normal drain. I asked about heating ‘He took IR thermometer to check room temperature and found (26 degrees) same time checked in my phone its (32Degree), a phone was Air conditioner for 1 whole day, but he said its normal. Asked about Reverse processing he said they checked YouTube video and its working fine.

                    I asked them how come you people check the processer reversing issue while watching on online videos no answer from service people. I called customer care and spoke to Kavitha supervisor regarding this issue, but no effective care taken to my phone.

                    Again 29/09/2018 I went to service center and met Mr. Venkatesh said no issue with the device. I checked back everything nothing was changed, and they didn’t even care to understand the issue raised by me. I spoke to Shiva Kumar from Samsung escalation supervisor he said escalating issue to head team for the result. I haven’t take my phone back because the issues were not resolved.

                    • They didn’t flash my phone to check whether the hanging issue was resolved,
                    • Nobody used my phone more than 1hour to confirm the Battery drain & Hanging issue.
                    • I informed them to play games to check reverse processing issue.
                    • I clearly informed them while charging & while in call my phone heating is very high, but they didn’t check that heat.

                    After the big argument, they gave me Samsung S7edge for Standby until this issue resolved. Because I was using a very basic mobile from 26/09/2018 to till date. I’m using Note service from the beginning and being a premium customer, I complained for a genuine reason and nothing was resolved that made me PISSED OFF.
                    I’m going to write a letter to Consumer complaint regarding this issue due to the WORST SERVICE. I WANT MY PHONE TO BE REPLACED.

                      One of my friend works in samsung india.
                      I want to purchase few electronic appliances through the internal online offers of samsung company.
                      I want my company's gstin number on that invoice. But my friend tells me that he can only write name and address in the invoice.

                      How can i get my company's gstin number on that invoice to avail input tax credit. Is there a particular column where it can be put.?

                          I have purchased the above product on 18/01/2018. After 8 months battery charge draining fastly and the device gets heat while charging and after on use . I have reported to the nearest customer care at kollam, kerala, India on 20/09/2018. They returned the set after service on 22/09/2018. They told that they have replaced teh battery and charging slot. But the problem was not solved. Again I submitted the phone on 24/09/2018 and returned to me the set only on 29/09/2018.. Still the problem exists.So I request to make necessary arrangements to replace the set intermediately

                            Sir,
                            I have registered a complaint with Samsung support on 27th August, after repeatedly calling the customer care center for 10-15 days-a service engineer had come to inspect the TV. After visually inspecting the TV he had claimed that the black lines in the TV is because of manufacturing defect. Please find attached a copy of my guarantee card. Also note that the TV is found faulty during the guarantee period offered by Samsung. Also find attached a copy of the bill receipt from the shop we purchased. Pittapilli is the name of the shop we have purchased.

                              I have been using samsung galaxy smartphones from 10 years. I have both flagship and mid range mobile phones.

                              I am very satisfied with the ui and performance but i am very disappointed with your concern about the mid range phones.

                              Your company is only looking for the high range phones. You are not even concerned with your low end and mid end smartphones like i am using samsung galaxy a8 2015 model a800f india it has got only 1 major android update for rupess 35000 but on the other side the other mobile brands are taking care of all their phones like moto g5 plus has received oreo update but i am stucked with marshmallow from 1.5 years and i am very disappointed with this. Rupees 35000 cant even provide a phone with 2 android updates.

                              I also chekedout live chat they are also stucked on saying the concerned authorities are working on it.

                              I hope that you will be take care of my this complaint and will be giving my smartphone another android upgrade. I hope that you will take care of your consumers and will reply me positively.

                                I have been complaining about my fridge at the call center for more than 15 days now. I have 760 litre fridge. I am giving the call center a call twice a day and every time my call last 30 mins and every time u tell me a technician will visit today. But nobody is coming and noting is happeneing after talking so many times also. Pathetic service, very very disappointing customer service. Your service centre is saying they have been intimated now and will take a sometime to arrange technician. I can’t understand what is going on. Very very disappointed.

                                  I had purchased a mobile on[protected] with my hard earned money. However i ended up with technical issues after 3 month of purchase. I made a complaint to customer care and the dealer about the charging issue. I gave my handset to barshi service centre and they formatted the same without creating job sheet. Again i got issues and new issue of moisture also started. I called up customer care and they again insisted me to visit service centre, i did the same and they re - formatted handset. Customer care made a concall with service centre. After few days issues added up with heating too. I followed up customer care and they insisted me to visit service centre again. I got transferred to mumbai and visited omkar electronics, vashi navi mumbai and they resolved my issue and finally created job sheet too. But in this period due to heating and charging issue my back panel got completely faded and i requested to change the same, but service centre informed me to get approval from customer care. I finally lodged complaint via mail to samsung customer care, again they told to visit service centre and create a new job sheet. I approached service centre and informed about my back panel. I escalated the issue to their head office and they again insisted me to approach deepak telecom at khar, mumbai. Finally job sheet was created to replace my back panel via job sheet no [protected] by deepak telecom. My product is under warranty but deepak telecom intenally booked under out of warranty and not provided any standy by mobile also. After 12 days i got a mail that it can be replaced by paying 8000, and they insisted me to take my mobile from deepak service centre. Deepak service centre again charged rs 177 to return my product. I have sent many reminder mails to samsung office to provide further escalation, which they never responded. I request you please help me in solving this prolong issue. I am harassed mentally bu samsung customer care and service centre continuously. Hope you will help as its a last resort as a consumer for me. I have all the valid proof to justify my right. Ex mails, pics, videos, watsapp chats etc..

                                  We bought the Smart TV on 13.6.2018, Now the TV display has been spoiled in just 2 months. sumasung company is not giving a TV repair even in the warranty policy. I m not satisfied with Sumasung company services.

                                    I am a customer from Kerala . Recently we were affected by flood and our samsung washing machine was out of order . I tried to contact the customer care from 31st of August but could not place the complaint as the call was not getting connected . They had an offer period till 6th September . But I could connect only on 13th Sept . For this reason they have charged Rs 3773 for repairing and I didn't get any concession. It's really disgusting from the part of a company like samsung. I wanted all my friends to be aware of the poor service provided by samsung, when kerala is facing a pathetic situation . How can they limit their offer period for just 2 weeks during this time, when the whole world is with kerala

                                      To throw in indian market and global market i will say to repaier or replace they demand moneyy. Moneyy money. Please change to my outdoor and replace to me
                                      On new as per our regulation. This is very big mistake by comany. This is very fail model to i purchased and cheated to me.

                                        My samsung washing machine was under repair. So, i gave complaint to the customer service people in the first week of june, 2018, as it was under warranty period. They had taken two months time for that but still they could not done it. Finally, they shifted it to district service station for repair in the first week of august. Till i didn't get my washing machine back. I called many times to the local technician, customer service toll free number, even l spoken with manager also. Still no response from them. I a backache patient, also a working woman and a mother of two small children. Washing machine is my regular need. Can you please send me the washing machine back.
