Mere mobile ke display mein right side colour dis-colour ho gayaa hai.. jab main service centre gayaa to unhone mere phone mein Paani jaane ki baat keh kar mera phone in warranty mein repair karne ke liye manaa kar diya hai..
Ye problem 20-sep-18 ke raat 11:40 pm se aa rahi hai.. jab ye hua hai tab ek Bahut hi chhoti baal ke jaise ek red line display par aayee thi uske baad agle din subah mein ek gol black spot ban gayaa uske baad one inch tak black and pink colour ho gayaa hai display par..
Service centre wale refuse kar diye hain ki warranty mein nahi banega..
Main apne mobile ko itna safely rakhta Hu ki isme Paani jaane ka koi chance hi nahi hai sir..

Dear Sir, abhi tak mujhe SAMSUNG ke taraf se ko response nahi mila hai..
Aur sabse badi baat to ye hai sir ki service centre waalon ne mere mobile ko bhola tak nahi tha. Only upar ke condition ko dekh karke bol diya water damage hai..
Main khud KHALSA ELECTRONICS ME kaam karta Hu. Aise Bahut saare cases hain jiska customer ko direct yahi kahaa has rahaa hai ki aapke mobile me Paani gayaa hai..
Sir, sochne ki baat ye hai ki ek-do customer se ye galti ho sakte hai ki Paani se bheeg jaye.. par Kya har customer jiske display me black spot aur colour dis-colouration hua hai usne mobile Paani me giraya ho ya mobile par kisi bhi tarah Paani Gaya ho..
Khas karke J7 PRO Me to ye wala problem aata hi hai..
Phirr kyun customers ko pareshan Kiya jaa rahaa hai..
Main abhi apne complaint ki ek copy ka image add kar rahaa Hu sir.

Samsung ek chor company hai..
Mera mobile kharaab hone me meri koi galti nahi hone ke baad bhi mera mobile liquid damage bol karke mujhse charge manga jaa rahaa hai..
Phirr bhi Maine apna phone jaldi banwane ke liye unse offer Kiya ki 1570/- rs main de dunga aap banwaa dijiye to kahaa jata hai ki 3474/- rs lagega..
Unke J7 PRO Me liquid damage ka problem automatically aa rahaa hai..
Phirr bhi SAMSUNG wale accept nahi kar rahe hain..
Main apne ek friend (RAHUL KUMAR) Ka number share kar rahaa Hu sir uske paas bhi SAMSUNG ka J7 PRO THA Uske mobile me bhi same problem aaya tha to service centre ne ye keh kar repair karne se refuse kar diya ki aapke mobile me Paani gayaa hai..

    My mobile model is sm-b310e and my sudoku game is incorrect.

    The software is defective and the game is wrong.

    Several stages are unsolvable.

    I have been using all samsung products for several years.

    If my mobile has an issue in solving the sudoku game, then all other mobiles of same batch should have that same software problem.

    The numbers are repeating at several stages and the game is incorrect.

    It is definitely a wrong software.

    Kindly advise solution.

    I have ordered mi combo offer 25000 mah power bank and i got samsung power bank which is duplicate and product is fake .my details are

    oday I got the material . but very very dissatisfied with the product after I open the box.

    Very old and damaged power bank came in box, another 128gb memory card is just 16gb card came in box.

    Its very very worst from seller. I totally dissatisfied with this all.

    Kindly help me to return the product and refund the money.

      Kindly note sudoku game in my mobile is incorrect.

      At various levels the game is defective and unable to complete.

      This is purely negligence of qc department, who failed to check the software prior installation.

      I have been using all products of samsung with great belief in the product and quality.

      Kindly advise further course of action.

        I am a huge fan so samsung's note series mobile phones. I purchases galaxy note 2 mid of 2013 and after using it for around 2 years i have upgraded to galaxy note 4. However, after usage of 18-20 months note 4's battery started loosing charge very quickly and stopped working within a month. From that time, to be more specific from last one year i am trying to replace the battery on my galaxy note 4 as the handset is in excellent condition. However, non of your authorized service centers or authorized stores carry original battery for galaxy note 4. This is unacceptable. I spending 40 k on a mobile which works only for 2 years. Great!!!
        I thought o[censored]pgrading to galaxy note 8, but again why should i spend 60 k when your after sales service is so pathetic!!!

          Hi team,

          I have given repair to one of the service agent from samsung two weeks back and now he is not lifting my calls nor anawering my texts. He took mt machine to service centre in jayanagar 1st block. I have now ordered a new machine and do not want that one anymore. His number is [protected]. Olesse give him feedback orvtake actions as appropriate as the attitude is very disgusting and telling lies to consumer is not expected from cimpany like samsung.

            मेरा फोन पिछले 30 दिनों में 22 दिन आपके सर्विस सेंटर में रहा मुझे पिछले 21/9 को 15 दिनों के बाद मेरा मोबाईल मुझे मिला लेकिन इसका फ्रंट कैमरा से पिक पर दाग आ रहा है क्या यही समसुंग की सर्विस है पहली बार बोला गया की डिस्पले नही है हम मोबाइल वापस लेंगे सभी तरह के असोसिरीज डब्बे और आईडी पासबुक की कॉपी के साथ मांग लिए फिर 7 दिन में मोबाइल मिला बना कर 2 दिन बाद चार्जिंग की समस्या फिर 1 दिन में मिला फिर 3 दिन बाद मोबाइल डेड फिर 14 दिन के बाद मिला उसके बाद कैमरा खराब क्या यही समसुंग की प्रोडक्ट की स्तर है

              Brought samsung s9plus just 2 mnths ago and the color on the fingerprint sensor faded and due to which fingerprint also is not working properly totally disappointed from the phone and also i went to the service centre of chandigarh in sector 22 where they r asking 2k for the repairing of the fingerprint sensor i want to say tht is totally worthless spending 65k on a phone whose color faded i. E the quality of the product is so low of totally 3rd grade evn i week definately suggest others not to buy samsung i brought out for the first time and i totally had an bad experience i hope a good solution soon

                Hello sir/ma'am
                I brought samsung washing machine (Model no. Wa62h4300hp) on 10/10/2016 from reliance digital.
                Today, i mail u to inform that i found some problem in my machine from last 10 days and i registered complaint before 9 days but nobody come till now. We are customer it does not mean you will not give us a proper response and it is not a first time, it's 5th time.
                After 15 days of purchasing, we founded same problems in that and company's service man came at our home. We registered complaints 5 different times for same problem (If you want to check previous records then you can). Once, they took it at their work shop but didn't get proper solution. They guys know that this piece of machine is defective but they don't want accept it and our warranty period is going to end next month so what we will do after that. My humble request to you to replace this machine.
                Hope you will understand my situation and take a proper steps in this matter.

                  I pre booked my galaxy note 9 and got delivery on[protected]. Bt when i checked my galaxy app after logging into it with the number i used to prebook my phone to redeem the galaxy gear it is not showing me the coupon. Kindly let me know what to do and how to generate the coupon code to redeem my watch.

                  Is there any other way i can order galaxy gear?

                    My order no[protected] shopped from shop. Samsung india has not been delivered. It's estimated time for delivery was 15-20 days when i ordered it and it was in stock and my order was placed successfully.

                    Even after multiple follow up with samsung care it is not delivered. Now they mailed me its delivery time is 40 days how ridiculous! Please help me

When i complained to your representative no positive response given to me. So do needful immediately. Otherwise i have to go against the company in appreciate forum /court.                         It's 15th day today i have given my phone note 8 to the service centre for display change under never mind offer scheme and still the reply from everywhere is we/they haven't got the approval so we can't do anything.. Seriously, no approval in 15 days.. What kind of service is this.. I would not have given my phone if i knew they will keep my phone for weeks and still no assurance of anything... Bill no.                           Hi team,
                          I purchased a samsung washing machine on[protected]. I contacted samsung customer service in 16-sep-2018 for the installation n then l was told that there will b an installation fee as it's been over 180 days from the date of purchase. I explained them that due to some urgency i was out of town n hence i could not install it for last 7 months but they told me about policy and hence i had to agree to pay the installation fee.

                          The samsung engineer came to my place to install it and after 8-10 minutes, while he was installing the washing machine he told us that 2 shockers are damaged. I was startled that it's a new product and we had just opened the box same time and it was the first installation to be done and hence the washing machine was never used till date. The engineer said that i can either contact the samsung cust service or the dealer. I spoke to the dealer and then the samsung customer service. I have been talking to the customer service for last 7 days and they have been casual in taking care of this complaint. They keep saying that they will call back but they have never contacted me, in fact i have been taking follow up from last 7 days.

                          Today, again i contacted the customer service and they informed to me that they will repair it but they will not replace it.

                          It's a new product and have never been used so please replace it. I had lots of inconveniences for last 7 days and i am not able to use my samsung washing machine since its faulty. The fault is from the start as shockers are internal part so please look into this and help me quickly without delaying it further.

                          I am not happy with the way my complaint has been ignored. I have all the call recordings.

                            This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with samsung product & its services. I bought samsung galaxy note8 in the month of sep'17 where after some days i got to know that battery backup is very very low in my handset and handset is over heating. I need to on the speaker and can talk as heating is unbearable.

                            I have submitted my device thrice to the service center bangalore and it was there for more than 30 days in service center but till now my problem is not yet resolved. Still my device is with service center. Job no-[protected] bangalore

                            Service center executive saying there is no problem in the set as this has heating feature device, as per service executive this handset is having less battery backup there is no problem in the set.. I paid the full amount to samsung then i bought the device it is not one rent something like. If i m facing issue then only i am approaching to the service center and moreover for this i m spending my time and money to submit the device in service center again & again.

                            It has been almost 1 month, however i m in touch with samsung team but sorry to say there is no resolution has given by samsung.

                            I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought samsung.

                            Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from samsung customer care.

                            Hence i request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of samsung.

                            Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

                            Till date company has not initiated any step to solve my problem. My handethe is with samsung service centre (Review Logic system Bangalore) job sheet no 4268466423 dated 9th September, 2018. Service is not ready to listen my problem . My handset is given to service centre 3 times in warranty. Till date same problem. Handset is over heating and having very poor battery backup.

                                I brought samsung galaxy j7 max in dec 2017 and the phone is still on warranty period. After 4 months o[censored]se phones usb port stopped working and i went to the service center and tell them the issue. I don't know what they did they took my phone and opened it and returned it and tell me that sir due to moisture the your phone is having the problem and we need to change the whole mother board and we need 7000 rupee. Damn. My phone was only 6 month old and you are telling me that you need to pay 7000 though the phone is still on warranty period... Thats not good i refuse then the return me the phone without any bill and after that i went to another samsung service center and they also refuse to help because the phone is already opened by somebody so we can't repair your phone. Man whats going on..

                                I was a big fan of samsung bcz if someone ask me for suggestion regarding which phone to buy i suggest him to buy samsung and now this.. Seriously samsung.. : (This is not expected from you..

                                  I have been suffering with my Note 8 device since a month, visited 5 times to service center, paid extra Rs. 3700/- for the extended warranty. On every visit service center provided me same job number for different issues of my phone. It has been more than week that my phone is in service center and they dont know what exactly the problem is. Customer care people are also arrogant, they are just same like service center employees. I asked for replacement of device because i could not afford to leave everything and run behind Samsung for claiming warranty. They told me impossible to replace the device.
                                  Hats off to Samsung for sheer arrogant answers from their employees and fooling their privileged customer of flagship mobile phone like Galaxy Note 8.

                                  Now, i have decided not to buy Samsung products in future even though i am having Samsung's appliances like F7500 46 inch TV, refrigerator and many more.
                                  I have lost faith, and i dont trust on Samsung hereafter. Apple, Sony you are true genius, i don't mind your product prices, your customer-centric policies are awesome.

                                    Dear sir / madam,

                                    This is in regards to a samsung micro oven which was not functioning.
                                    The complaint was made in july 2018 by senior citizen mr. Chittaranjan das residence of lake town regarding the issue to one of the samsung service center based @ jessore road near bangur avenue.

                                    One of the technician himadri had come and checked the micro oven and had informed us that he will submit a report to the service center and we still have 3 months of warranty period before it gets expired.
                                    After some days some one contacted us from the service center and informed us that we keep a cancelled cheque and a photocopy of an id ready which they had collected. They had also informed us that the company has assessed the valuation and have confirmed a reimbursement amount of 10% of the original price. We had agreed to the same.

                                    We've followed up with the service center several times and they've informed us that it is being taken care but with no result till date. We have called up today 21st september 2018 again and they have informed us that it is too late and the warranty date has expired and nothing can be done.
                                    On informing that this is poor customer service and harassment, they did not even bother to behave properly or courteously. When we informed them that we're going to lodge a complaint they told us to go ahead with our complaint and they won't take any further steps. The employee who spoke was rahul ghosh and he mentioned about his manager saif rahman who did not acknowledge the call.
                                    This has really brought a bad reputation to samsung company and i would personally discourage people to buy products of samsung including me.

                                    Please revert and take necessary steps before i post this incident on social media regarding samsung services.

                                      I have purchased Samsung J7 Prime in October 2017. 10 says after I faced a lot of problem. Software issue, Charging point issue, Charging Cable issue. Many times I have given the set for repair at Bhilai and Raigarh in Chhattisgarh. My problems are not solved and Raigarh customer care in not able to solve my issue. Samsung custmer care Raigarh has repaired the set and said all ok. But when I reached home and checked after restarting the mobile again same issue of Not register on network. It's requested that I may please be issued with New set.

                                        ​on 16 sept 2018, i placed an order for a samsung galaxy note 9 from samsung online shop.​ order id:[protected]. I have not received the product till date. When i placed the order, the customer executive who was assisting me told me that i would receive the product in 2-4 business days. After i placed the order, the website informed me i will receive the product in 4-6 business days.

                                        The tracking information i received did not have the correct website details. I had to find the correct website on my own. Even then, the tracking details were not updated and i could not track my order.

                                        Finally today, i called customer support, and was informed that there was an error with the billing and therefore, the order is being re-billed and will then be dispatched. The person also said that he has no information on when i will get the product. When i asked why i was not informed about this, he said that it is my job to call customer support and request for information! Do you even train your customer support executives?

                                        This is absolutely ridiculous and callous on the side of samsung. I ordered the most premium samsung phone and this is the sort of treatment i get from samsung. If i had ordered the phone from any other website, i would have received it one day. I have always used the note series phone, but i will now reconsider my options.

                                        I sent an email to support.[protected]@samsung.com about this issue. Their response is equally hilarious. They say they will respond in 3-4 business days. Samsung really needs to work on its customer support and turn around times.

                                        I had logged a complaint 4 days back for LED Tv..but still now no response from the service center at Cochin kerala..there even no response from the Dealer Bismi Electronics..i had bought tv from bismi.
                                        samsung is the worst Electronics company now..poor very poor
