I have been complaining about my fridge at the call center for more than 15 days now. I have 760 litre fridge. I am giving the call center a call twice a day and every time my call last 30 mins and every time u tell me a technician will visit today. But nobody is coming and noting is happeneing after talking so many times also. Pathetic service, very very disappointing customer service. Your service centre is saying they have been intimated now and will take a sometime to arrange technician. I can’t understand what is going on. Very very disappointed.

    I had purchased a mobile on[protected] with my hard earned money. However i ended up with technical issues after 3 month of purchase. I made a complaint to customer care and the dealer about the charging issue. I gave my handset to barshi service centre and they formatted the same without creating job sheet. Again i got issues and new issue of moisture also started. I called up customer care and they again insisted me to visit service centre, i did the same and they re - formatted handset. Customer care made a concall with service centre. After few days issues added up with heating too. I followed up customer care and they insisted me to visit service centre again. I got transferred to mumbai and visited omkar electronics, vashi navi mumbai and they resolved my issue and finally created job sheet too. But in this period due to heating and charging issue my back panel got completely faded and i requested to change the same, but service centre informed me to get approval from customer care. I finally lodged complaint via mail to samsung customer care, again they told to visit service centre and create a new job sheet. I approached service centre and informed about my back panel. I escalated the issue to their head office and they again insisted me to approach deepak telecom at khar, mumbai. Finally job sheet was created to replace my back panel via job sheet no [protected] by deepak telecom. My product is under warranty but deepak telecom intenally booked under out of warranty and not provided any standy by mobile also. After 12 days i got a mail that it can be replaced by paying 8000, and they insisted me to take my mobile from deepak service centre. Deepak service centre again charged rs 177 to return my product. I have sent many reminder mails to samsung office to provide further escalation, which they never responded. I request you please help me in solving this prolong issue. I am harassed mentally bu samsung customer care and service centre continuously. Hope you will help as its a last resort as a consumer for me. I have all the valid proof to justify my right. Ex mails, pics, videos, watsapp chats etc..

    We bought the Smart TV on 13.6.2018, Now the TV display has been spoiled in just 2 months. sumasung company is not giving a TV repair even in the warranty policy. I m not satisfied with Sumasung company services.

      I am a customer from Kerala . Recently we were affected by flood and our samsung washing machine was out of order . I tried to contact the customer care from 31st of August but could not place the complaint as the call was not getting connected . They had an offer period till 6th September . But I could connect only on 13th Sept . For this reason they have charged Rs 3773 for repairing and I didn't get any concession. It's really disgusting from the part of a company like samsung. I wanted all my friends to be aware of the poor service provided by samsung, when kerala is facing a pathetic situation . How can they limit their offer period for just 2 weeks during this time, when the whole world is with kerala

        As per service center call for my inverter ac pcb is fire and they will demand to 21, 000. For change
        Ac outdoor. Samsung company making product is very loose and dirt to 3 or 4 year and they will demand to change to part
        After 2 or 3 yerars. And make money to more. Please stop to this loose manuferering and support to customer if are you loose your narrow mind work
        To throw in indian market and global market i will say to repaier or replace they demand moneyy. Moneyy money. Please change to my outdoor and replace to me
        On new as per our regulation. This is very big mistake by comany. This is very fail model to i purchased and cheated to me.

          My samsung washing machine was under repair. So, i gave complaint to the customer service people in the first week of june, 2018, as it was under warranty period. They had taken two months time for that but still they could not done it. Finally, they shifted it to district service station for repair in the first week of august. Till i didn't get my washing machine back. I called many times to the local technician, customer service toll free number, even l spoken with manager also. Still no response from them. I a backache patient, also a working woman and a mother of two small children. Washing machine is my regular need. Can you please send me the washing machine back.

            It's been a year since i brought c9 pro and everything was fine until last few days. Had kept the mobile for charging and then there was this message pop up saying "moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it is completely dry before charging your device. Drying the port may take some time." it was not at all wet. Even then i waited for sometime but the problem continues and i charge my mobile using the fast charger which somehow works but takes too long to charge. This is not what i expect from 30k worth handset and that too from a company like samsung!

              I bought a samsung a7 phone last thursday and the phone was not getting turned on so the dealer asked to charge the phone for almost 2 hours and check and if still not getting turned on give it to samsung service center. The nearest one for me was indiranagar bangalore. So gave the phone to them and pathetic service and rude behaviour so far. And it's disgusting to know that they even have an authorized center like this where the only fault of customer was to buy the phone and they are asking zillion internl process or back end related things to us to get it, which is atrocious. So samsung if we buy a phone and it's not working do you expect a customer to get hundred forms or will you do you from the back end and issue the new phone as replacement immediately? And the service center is telling that they are going to provide a declaration stating that they could not do anything on this to help us... So is this how your service is going to be like i'm dumbstruck and have no words to explain my disgusting or worst feeling towards this kinda reply. Bill no [protected]. So if the unit is one year old and is not getting turned on... Is it the customs fault to go with samsung. I would want you to declare the same on a hoarding rather all those #... Ads. I'm forced to use profanity as i'm really is rated.

                Respected sir/ madam,
                I am writing in lieu with the mobile handset i have purchased on 22nd august 2018 from kabir world, gandhinagar - gujarat.
                The product is samsung galaxy j6 worth 14, 990.

                It was working perfectly fine however, on 25th august 2018 onwards the phone started to warm a little bit while using which i thought wasnt much of concern. Same was on 26th aug, 27th aug, 28th aug.

                On 29th august 2018 i had put the phone on charge around 8am in morning when it was charged with 100% battery. I had started using it. On the same later around 3:00pm afternoon the phone showed 34% i switched it off to go to sleep. At around 5pm i woke up to switch on my phone it didnt work. As i had some important detials and phone numbers i went to samsung service centre on 29th august 2018 around 5:30pm to show the phone and why it cannot be switched on.

                After checking they said the phone has been burnt from inside. I couldnt understand the reason. Hence they asked me if i have used any other companies charger to charge the phone. I denied as this was a new phone purchased 7 days before there is no need to use another charger.

                Thus, they kept the product with them for further investigation.

                As after 2 weeks i didnt receive any information i called the service station they said "its out of companies policy to repair the phone" this was on 14th septmeber 2018. I mean i have used a phone worth 15k for 7 days it stopped working, its burnt. This could have been fatal,

                Hence, the matter was escalated to a supervisor at samsung cust care. The lady assured that she would help me.

                Later i received a call from mr. Ravindra at samsung from delhi he is a higher authority person. I dont knw the designation, spoke with me to the length and assured help.

                However, i was out of station hence he emailed me stating "that the phone needs to be repaired and i have to bear the expenses".
                After this email, i have contacted the samsung service centre from 24th sept to 27th sept requesting them to arrange a call back from mr. Ravindra or any higher authority. Hwoever, i have not received anything yet.

                I do not need any assistance i need my refund back from samsung i cannot trust the company where the phone is burnt within 7days which could have lead an accident and caused me more harm. As i have a child too who had used the same phone.

                Hence, i am requesting you to kindly logde this complaint and assist me to get my money back,

                Im not asking for anything more the way their customer care execuitves have accused me spoken very badly and insulted me with their tone raised. This happend again when i called on the toll free customer care too.

                  I have been using samsung s7 for the last two and half years. But recently the battery got bulged and the back cover came out. I approached samsung authorized centre to find out that there is a short in the motherboard and it can only be repaired by replacing the motherboard and battery which would cost around rs 15000.00. It is really shameful that samsung is charging high amount for old models.

                  I purchased a washing machine on 2nd April, its spin tub is not working, it stops working in 15 minutes..I lodged a complaint on 8th September and again on 20th September but no technician has visit till date.

                    This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with samsung product, services, service center and samsung head office. I bought samsung galaxy s7 edge apr'17 where in just few months i had replaced lcd screens two times due to damage of screen and for that i had paid 10500 and 13850 respectively, then after some days i got to know that there was some network issue and i contacted the service center and they have changed the motherboard.in just few months of instrument screen got replaced two times and one time motherboard got changed, you can think about the quality of products, which samsung is using, so i had denied to accept the instrument from center, then after so many calls from samsung ho, they convinced me about the product quality and collect from the center along with this they had extended my phone warranty for another six months, so i am a big thankful for this thing, but but things is not over here.

                    After some days again i am continuously facing the same network issue in device, i have submitted my device five time to the service center and it was there for more than 7 days in service center at one time but till now my problem is not yet resolved. Still my device is with service center.

                    1st time - 26th jun 2017 - lcd replacement - paid 10500/-

                    2nd time - 29th july 2017 - lcd replacement - paid 13850/-

                    3rd time, (3rd aug '2017 - approx), (Service request no - [protected] / ho compliant id - [protected]) service center executive expected the issue and they had replaced the motherboard,

                    4th time (Date 23rd april'2018) - (Service request no - [protected] / ho compliant id - [protected]) service center executive saying there is no problem in device, and surprisingly they had deleted this service id from their system, if there is no problem then there is no mean i am contacting the service center. I paid the full amount for this instrument which was cost me around 50k, i spent/invest this money for peace of my mind not to invest into time to visit service center, if i m facing issue then only i am approaching to the service center and moreover i m spending my time and money to submit the device in service center again & again.

                    5th time (Dated 31st aug'18) - (Service request no - [protected] / ho compliant id - [protected]) service center executive has confirmed that, there is a problem so they need two days time to check your instrument and then after 2 two days they have confirmed that motherboard has been replaced, now again i have denied to accept this faulty instrument and i have asked for refund of money as i had invested 50k, initially they had denied to refund and told to collect your instrument it it working fine now, still i was stick on my decision not to collect this instrument and i had demand for refund or upgrade to me on next level of instrument because i did a survey on s7 edge and most of the person told that there is a network issue in s7 edge, so i had denied to take fresh instrument of s7 edge, and then again got a call from samsung mobile ho that company has decided to give your refund of 60% of your invoice value as per their refund value, which comes around 30k, now do you think i can buy similar category phone in 30k, i had invested 50k but in last one year, my instrument was at center for more than 3 months, then how come they deducted 40% of invoice value, i faced this issue because of the faulty instrument.

                    It has been almost 1 month, however i m in touch with samsung team but sorry to say i am not satisfied with the resolution given by samsung, i should get at least 40k (80%) of invoice value so i can buy a new flagship after adding differential amount.

                    I always invest my money into premium instrument of samsung, earlier also i had used note 2, s4, s6edge, s7edge all these was premium instrument of samsung of that particular year

                    Hence i request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of samsung in other model if any access amount is there will make the payment of difference amount for the same.

                    Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

                      I am using Samsung C9 phone, display has been damage. I visited the samsung service Centre- F1 Info Solutions & services Pvt Limited.

                      Series of Incident Happened.
                      1. They have asked for the 50 % advance, why they have asked for i am giving them my 24k phone.
                      2. They have asked for two days time to resolve the issues, now they have asked part is not available and will take about minimum 5 more days.
                      when asked for substitute phone, they said we cannot provide.
                      3. I am without phone who will bear the loss and inconvenience caused to me.
                      4. I have not negotiated about the price, even though customer care is not able to resolve the issue on time.
                      5. They are not customer focused and behavior is not professional.Only rigid and stuck to one point.
                      6. No communication has been provided from their side.
                      7. Compare to Apple, Samsung is just looting not providing services, i will never recommend their phone in future to anyone neither i will go for it again.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have purchased once Microwave as per the above referred Invoice and the same was delivered at my place on 27th Aug 2018.
                        The necessary payment was done for this purchase on 25th Aug 2018.
                        The Microwave supplied to me is damaged / defective. This has been communicated to your staff on 2nd Sep 2018 during my visit to your shop.
                        I have also raised my complaint to the Samsung Call Centre on 1st Sep 2018.
                        This issue was not raised before 1st Sep 2018, as I was out of town. I have been following up with your team as well as Samsung Call Centre and till date this issue has not been resolved and I am still awaiting for the replacement of Microwave.
                        This matter is related to Cheating as well as Customer Harassment as I have paid the money for new Microwave but I have been provided the damaged / defective Microwave.
                        I have called customer care several time and also send few emails.
                        Till date I have not been provided with the replacement of the Microwave.
                        I have made more than 100 calls and written so many mails but every time they are asking for time extension.

                            Display damaged because it got hard press due to keeping it in pocket which is not my fault
                            No scratches on phone no signs of shattered screen
                            I was told to pay 13000 inspite of being in warranty.
                            So i am putting up a case in consumer court beacuse i have no other option.
                            As when i went to your service centre in adarsh nagar they were so damn rude and trying to just maks me go away and not trying to solve problem

                              My grievances are primarily due the following facts, further I have described the matter in details below.

                              a) Unprofessional service delivery and lack of commitment from Samsung mobile support center at PSIXL Building Kolkata.
                              b) Wastage of my time out of day to day professional activities and mental agony due to the same.

                              This is regarding a free mobile screen replacement under Rs 1999 offer provided by samsung India for my s9 mobile phone. I have procured the mobile phone during this offer period from Reliance Kolkata on 14/June 2018.

                              During 17th of September, I contacted Samsung Customer service center at Chinar Park Kolkata (PSIXL BUILDING, Atghara, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal 700136), where I reported a problem of broken screen and subsequently as advised by Samsung service center, I visited them during 17th of September 2018. It was verified and acknowledged by the service center that I am eligible to get a free replacement of the screen under the purchase offer. Thereafter, knowing that the spare delivery will involve 2-3 days time, I requested them to book the spares and let me know on availability of the same for my convenience as I don't have any spare mobile, therefore I may bring my mobile phone to have the replacement done, once the spares arrive in place. The customer service center took xerox copies of my invoice and and voter ID card, further they also provided me a docket no against this booking, the docket ID is GH97-21696A. Subsequently, on the 19th of September 12.56.50 hrs in the afternoon, I received call from Samsung service station stating delay in availability for the spares and requested me to wait for 2-3 more days. During my subsequent followup on this issue with the service center dated 25th September 16.43.07 hrs, I was appraised by the service center that the spares will arrive on 26th September 2018, they also insisted I should visit them during 5pm on that very day as the day after might be a busy schedule for them. Today, being the 26th of Sep and before I planned to visit the service center, I called them during 15:45 hrs, I was thereafter mentioned that the spare has been allocated to someone else.Further when I demanded them for an escalation point, the representative at extension 232 said that he will get back to me in an hour. Subsequently, I received a call from another representative at 16:07:42 hrs and this time I was given a different story, I was told that I have to submit my mobile for the replacement and the parts has yet not arrived. When I asked the representative whether they have any SLA, she was not able to provide me any timeline commitment. Whereas I clearly remember, that prior to visiting the Samsung Service center on 17th September, I had an online chat on Samsung portal where I shared details of my mobile procurement and the description of damage, I was assured that the replacement will take place within 72 hrs. I can find that Samsung post sale support doesn't possess a professional approach as they have no value for their commitments neither their CRM representatives are aware of any SLA which is almost a must for service delivery, it is surprising that a professional organisation like samsung is not aware of the same. I seek intervention of legal into this problem please to sort this out without involving further waste of my time. Please let me know if you require any further details including details of calls etc with Samsung Service center as a part of any evidence and I will be happy to produce the same.

                              I have not received any update or plan for resolution from Samsung yet, firstly the Samsung Customer wasted my time for a week and still there is no resolution proposed by Samsung, personally it seems to me that free screen replacement within one year offer is a marketing hoax, probably given this kind of post sales support for mobile phones and the harassments they have to go through, probably one would forget to avail the offer.

                                Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime - Under Warranty (Model Code SM-G610FZKDINS / Serial No. [protected])

                                Sir,
                                This is regarding my Samsung GALAXY J7 Prime (Model Code SM-G610FZKDINS /Serial No.[protected]) which is under Warranty.
                                I would like to bring to your kind notice the issue of DENIAL OF WARRANTY REPAIRS CITING REASONS WHICH ARE NON ACCEPTABLE AND BEYOND CONTROL OF CUSTOMER.
                                For about last 15 days it is observed that above Mobile is not regularly charging and getting intermittently charged and getting heated up. Sometimes it is getting charged and sometimes message coming charging paused due to overheating.
                                I visited Samsung Service centre D-1 Sector 3 Noida on 13.09.2018 and was really disappointed the way reasons were given to deny services under warranty. My submission regarding my visit to service centre is:
                                1. I was asked to move at Service counter No. 10 where I informed the above problem. Before opening the mobile set I was informed that mother board may have to be changed. The Engineer opened few screws and then went inside along with the set. Set was not opened in front of me and was opened inside. I was told moisture has gone inside and Rs.7000/= estimate was given for replacing mother Board. It is my observation that the problem was prejudged and informed before opening. Set was taken inside and not opened in front of me. Open set was brought from inside (can be verified from the recordings if available). After opening, I was told moisture is there near the charging plug.
                                2. It is my humble submission that Phone has not come at all in contact with water. I was told moisture is there near the charging point inside the mobile. I suspect there could be possibility of absorption of humid air from opening of the charging point since there was high humidity in recent months. The phone is otherwise sealed and there is no possibility of entering moisture.
                                3. I am not justifying my point but requesting to kindly investigate the matter of POSSIBLE ABSORPTION OF HUMID AIR FROM THE CHARGING PLUG DUE TO HIGH HUMIDITY EVEN IN THE CLOSED ENVIRONMENT.THIS IS POSSIBLE DUE TO TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE. Customer has also to be believed and I am stressing upon when I am sure.
                                4. Had the instrument wrongly handled the mobile would have stopped immediately and the moisture should have been there everywhere inside and not only near the charging point only.
                                5. I would like to add that I am a regular and loyal customer of SAMSUNG for many years and there are 4 Samsung phones which I and my family are using. This incident, of denial of service repairs under warranty has shaken my trust and loyalty towards the brand. How we are at the mercy of a Service Engineer who can deny any Customer its GENUINE WARRANTY RIGHTS even though he is not at fault.
                                I am astonished how the things could be handled and manipulated under warranty so as to deny the customer of Warranty benefits. You may kindly verify these facts so as not to deny me my genuine service warranty rights . After verification and investigation of the facts and if you are convinced with my above words, it is my submission that my mobile be got repaired without any cost since it is under warranty and there is no negligence and mishandling at my end and the factors could be beyond any customers control.
                                Looking forward for a positive response for addressing my above complaint at the earliest..

                                It is regretted that SAMSUNG could not go into the issues and concerned raised by me and could not provide any rationale solution.
                                There is no satisfactory solution provided during the discussion. It is understood that even in warranty Samsung is expecting its customer to bear high repair costs even though customer is not at fault. I was offered a discount of 25 % rebate in repair cost. Samsung has not provided satisfactory solution to its customer and expects to bear 75 % of repair cost even in warranty. I had raised the level for investigation but I am sorry customers voice is not believed and satisfactory resolution to my complaint has not been provided. It is a matter of trust only and now how can we trust Samsung and it's warranty. Any way it is how customer is trusted in warranty. No issue. A dissatisfied customer may not be your future customer. I regret to engage for last more than 10 days without satisfactory solution.
                                At this point and without finding any satisfactory solution and SAMSUNG not honouring its warranty liabilities I have just following to add :
                                1. SAMSUNG ought to honour its warranty liabilities.
                                2. We are in a competitive environment and Customer voice must be heard.
                                3. There is no point even in raising the level for complaints and same repetitive and non-satisfactory replies are given.
                                4. SAMSUNG ought to provide cheaper repair solutions. Think of providing repair at component level.
                                5. Just remember a satisfied customer is your advertiser and can go a long way in promoting the brand.
                                6. I regret for engaging for last more than 10 days without finding any solution and non-redressal of my complaint suitably.

                                It is regretted that SAMSUNG is not honouring warranty and EXPECTING CUSTOMER TO BEAR HIGH REPAIR COST EVEN IN WARRANTY. I had lodged my complaint to Samsung and engaged with them for past 15 days without satisfactory solution. After exhausting various complaint redressal mechanism and failing any positive response from SAMSUNG, I had approached consumer helpline. SAMSUNG STANDS STILL SAME. Received a phone call from SAMSUNG asking to bear 75 % repair costs even though customer is not at fault. I am still offered a discount of 25 % rebate in repair cost. Samsung has not provided satisfactory solution to its customer and expects to bear 75 % of repair cost even in warranty. CONSUMER VOICE NEED TO BE HEARD.

                                  The rubber from door of my front load washing machine has got torn i had bought this machine 5 months back from reliance digital outlet mahim, mumbai. Now they are asking 3000 rupees for repair which is absolutely unfair. Why should i use a which has got damaged in just 5 months. I want a replacement.                                       My note 8's display got damaged. And i took it to ashok vihar service centre. They said they will repair it under never mind offer for free of cost. I submitted my phone on 20sep 2018. They said they will return it by 22sep 2018. Next day i called samsung customer care and they said they have repaired it and u can collect it tomorrow but the service centre said they cant return it without some approval from compny. I again called customer care and they said there is no need foe approval. U can collect and customer care ordered service centre to return it. But still they didnot return. Then after one hour even customer care also started saying they cant return without approval. I asked how long will it take. They said they dont know. Wait for approval. What disgusting servicd. Its26 sep now. And i havent got my phone back.[protected] is my bill no
