samsung service centre job sheet without no. and executive misbehave

Dear concern

We had handover our Mobile Samsung mobile to samsung service centre
( Techno Solutions, Old HB Road, RANCHI 834001) on 24/08/2018 and as per their commitment mobile will be ready to delivered after 7 days but after 15 days, they have not taken any responsibility to deliver the mobile back even not behave correctly to us Customers. Also they are not provided us complete Jobsheet . attached jobsheet for reference...

Hi i would just like to verify a few details as i have received a message from your online coordinator saying that you have such promotions?     I had upgraded to samsung s7 from a7, and purchased it under never mind offer, screen got broken last month and i been to samsung service centre in meerut (Aadhya networks metro plaza delhi road and paid ~rs1000 upfront for the screen replacement, (Service order no: [protected]) my brother collected the handset on my behalf and surprised to see back side wholly damaged, middle and back button also not working correctly and when my brother approached the centre stakeholder and told him precisely warranty is going to expire on 23rd september 2018, but they gave the excuse it is working fine. (Contact person: pradeep and number is[protected].
    Today i have been one of the biggest service centres in delhi to get it to fix, but they were unable to take the request as warranty can't be covered owing to handset back side is damaged and asked me to visit meerut service centre which was not possible for as it almost 80-90 km
    Finally, i called up at customer care and narrate the complete story to supervisor janvi shared the reference number [protected]
    Please help me my warranty is going to be expired on 23rd september 2018 and why should i get it fixed without a guarantee when the service centre damaged my handset

      I placed an order for Samsung S9+ on ship.samsung.com on 06/09/2018, and offered my old phone (iPhone 6) under exchange, for which I got a discount of ₹6, 750/-. I made the payment there itself on the website on 6th itself. But at time of delivery, they refused to accept my old phone saying that it has a pale shade on side of screen. This is not as per their terms mentioned on website. Nowhere it is mentioned on their website or their email that they won’t accept a phone with a pale shade on side of the screen. I rechecked their website and it states “Ensure that the mobile phone is in working condition with its display intact, and that it is not damaged, broken, or otherwise tampered with. Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Ensure that you share correct details of the used product, so that the partner’s associate can validate the same successfully at the time of pickup.”
      My old phone complied with their terms. Even more, they did not communicate it to me in written or even verbally. When I asked the delivery team, they asked me to talk to their senior, who straightaway told that the logistics company has instructions from Samsung. When I asked them to show me the clause which stops them from accepting my phone, he said that he doesn’t have it in written somewhere but has been communicated by samsung. I then called customer care of Samsung India. The customer care executive to my surprise told me that Samsung can cancel any order without any reason! This was the last thing that I had expected. I again asked him if it is written somewhere in their policy that they don’t accept a phone under exchange if it has a pale shade on the screen, he said he can’t show it anywhere, but it is Samsung’s policy. I am totally frustrated because of this. The delivery team made me to wait for 2 hours before they came and after that they told me all this. It wasted my entire day as I had to cancel my plans to go to receive the new phone. But I feel totally harassed. I am denied a service without a valid reason. Also the payment has been done in advance of a hefty amount of ₹53, 150/-. Why do they accept the payment before they can promise the service. I no longer want to buy the phone and want compensation for my time and the harassment I underwent. I have attached the order details and exchange terms displayed on Samsung website and also pictures of my old phone to prove that it is intact, not damaged or tempered with.

        Never buy samsung products, it's a company thriving on plagiarism, theft of copyrights and the products are just trinkets. I bought a samsung s7 edge and after one and half year shifted to s9+, but when i tried to take out the sim from s7 the very fragile plastic tray broke down inside, there was no pulling or any force applied on it by me. I took it to samsung service center in dehradoon they immediately told me that the display is damaged and motherboard is gone. Total cost 30000, and a new gone comes for around 35000 plus. Come on samsung what stupid product you are makimlng, it breaks down because you have just copied others but never worked on plastic sim tray that it gets disintegrated inside the mobile on its own.
        And on top of that the attendants at the service center were mocking at me and insulting me that i don't know how i broke the tray. When i called the consumer complaint desk these people after hearing my complaint that the staff has misbehaved and insulted me, asks me whats your complaint. Can the ceo of samsung tell me is it the culture of the company that the customers are insulted by their staff. The manager at service centre inspite of cooling the matter, had the gumption to shout at me and he was telling me cars are also damaged by wrong driving, accepted but when you go to garage did the mechanic insult you.
        This incident happened on 7th september 2018 in evening at samsung service centre in balaji tower at rajpur road dehradun.
        Will any top management at samsung india or korea will respond to my complaint. I m not going to buy samsung products and will propagate this incident on every platform of social media unless a proper resolution is done by the company. You can reach me on [protected]

          Hi,

          I had bought 3 major items from croma ghatkopar last year aug 2017.. Uhd led tv, ac and fridge.

          The problem is with the led tv which i bought at a premium price for 73k. The tv had panel green lines issue just 1 month before 1 year warranty.

          I asked for a fresh led tv stable model replacement but they did not agree and they gave a panel replacement in june 2018 and asked me to buy 3 year warranty and i have paid for that as well.

          This week on tuesday 28th august 2018 the replacement panel showed a internal rupture when the tv is turned on. There is no outside physical damage visible while the tv is turned off.

          The samsung service person came and identified it as a physical damage.
          I told him that the first panel had a unstable circuit that is why the green lines appeared. The second panel showed the same signs of green lines in addition to a internal screen rupture.. However there is no physical damage line or scratch or any visible defect on the outside plastic while the tv is on or off.
          The service person says even if there is no physical damage sign outside he will still classify a internal screen rupture while it is on as a physical damage.

          I request you to give me a stable samsung or any other leading brand uhd or hd led tv fresh piece replacement.

          Sir pls do understand i am at a director engineering level with a mnc and i have already spent hours on these issues, had i spent so much time on my work it would have been so much more productive.

          I am expecting you would provide me a new fresh piece led uhd tv of a reputed brand and if required please loop in samsung ceo from your side as i have given up on samsung team. Last time they behaved extremely rudely and they have closed the current ticket and earlier ticket without any concurrence from the customer.. Its is almost as if they are running a harassment cell.

          This is more of a ethics issue rather than money. If this state of affairs continue we will soon have havoc all around us if everyone starts to earn money desperately by fraudulent practices and rest have to counter such horrible attitudes. Please understand that after having invested more than 80k rs if a samsung led uhd tv product needs another 26k rs investment it will be a horrid example for the world to know that this what sorry state samsung has stooped down to.

          During the first breakdown i had written to the samsung ceo mailbox for replacement. The ladies who called up were so disgustingly rude i would be ashamed of talking to such gross human beings who think their rude behaviour will supress the world and they can live peacefully and enjoy life doing fraudulent practices and at the cost of customers.

          What is the point of samsung having a customer care if the top executives there have to send threatening mails like since you did not accept the replacement within 5 days we will not give you anything now. A tier 1 company customer care ticket cannot be closed unless the customer is satisfied and such open tickets should be there for the world to see what transparency the company provides as a multinational giant with tier 1 processes.

          Expecting some decisive help from you as i cannot keep on wasting my precious productive time on such nasty issues.

            We are residing at mayur vihar ph-2 & using all electronics gadgets like lcd 4 nos, washing machine, microwave, ac & refrigerator. When any of our know seeking advice on buying electronics we always recommend samsung as brand but with a recent experience on repair of our front loading washing fully automatic machine is pathetic & lost our trust in samsung. Details of the episode is as under :-

            We lodged complaint on 9th aug for error 4e i. E water was not in flowing in m/c & on 10th service engineer visited, inspected machine & stated that pcb is damaged & need to be replace with estimated cost of rs 4800/- we agreed to it. On 19th aug engineer named as rakesh replaced pcb with old one, tested empty m/c (Without load) & found that water problem was resolved thus taken the bill amount of rs 4688/-. (Bill attached) on the day later when we loaded m/c with cloths the observed that drum was not rolling as per the speed earlier it used to be i. E very slow movement. We again requested service center to check & rectify, they came checked in my presence & observed the same problem of slow drum movement than i asked them to replace & fit our old pcb wherein we found that drum started moving as per its original speed but earlier error of 4e was observed. The se agreed that new pcb is not ok thus has to be replaced, we agreed & after a week they came back with new pcb but the problem remained. Post tried new pcb they suggested to send m/c to workshop for proper check & on 3rd sep they sent back m/c from a transporter & charged freight @ rs 236, to our surprise m/c was not accompanied by a se, we tried the machine on our own & found the problem was persisting hence called up service center & informed about the same. Next day i. E on 4th sep se came & post examined he also taken a call to again send back m/c to service workshop. Since 4th sep we were chasing over phone to almost on all the numbers available with us & yesterday evening we got a call from service workshop stating that m/c drum have been replaced & we need to pay another rs 3666/-, on our query how this is possible they simply replied that if we want our m/c back we have pay the said amount. We spoke to mr. Thapa (A senior office of workshop he offered us a discount of 10% on the amount.
            Now our request to samsung authority to inquire on the above with the service center & revert on following points :-

            1. The compensation of harassment faced by us during this one month.
            2. We were forced to wash our cloths by hand & from loundary.
            3. My wife has a fracture hand & because of inefficiency s. Engineers my wife should not be punished.
            Finally request you to please look into the matter & do the needful.

              I brought samsung c9 pro smart phone approximately before one year and two months. After one year and 15 days, my phone screen got damaged during its fall from my hand.
              I submitted to samsung care for repair and handed over to me without repairing citing non availability of spare parts. Samsumg offered me rs. 15000/- approximately for the mobile citing 45 % depreciation and deduction for damaged screen. I was not agreed for the same as i felt cheated considering the buying cost of rs. 33000/- approximately against the offer money and decided to wait till the availability of spare parts. Approximately after 20 days and finally got screen replaced paying approximately rs. 7800/-.
              After 15 days of working, phone suddenly stopped working and went to samsung care and they told me that mother board needs to be replaced and that will cost rs 12000/-.

              I wonder how a costly mobile from reputed company like samsung requires such high maintenance cost after a short duration.

              I also felt that the failure of mother board is either due to poor work during screen replacement or it was deliberately done as i was not agreed to return at less offered price and filled negative feedback before screen replacement.

              Also, i argued a lot prior to screen replacement regarding the non availability of spare parts as it was hard to believe the same for anyone as mobile was reasonably new.

                On august 20 2018, i bought a samsung automatic washing machine from pittapillil stores, pala, kerala. From that day the installation and demo request is pending. Now it's almost 3 weeks. I used to contact the service centre person and every time he used to say, he is coming the same day. We cancelled some of our daily plans and waited for this guy everyday.
                There is a limit for everything and still he is playing with our patience. This is not the kind of service expected from samsung. If the basic support cannot be provided, then what service guarantee is samsung offering?

                  My samsung note 8 phone is constantly facing problems even after replacing parts of it under warranty.

                  Within six months of purchase the phone started showing horizontal and vertical lines which is serious display glitch and after the authorized samsung service center replaced the screen and battery i am facing the same issue after 3 months o[censored]se. And the second time they have done the same but i am doubtful if anything will change from that. I do not want to keep facing this issue because my warranty will run out within three months.

                  I want the company to replace the phone completely or give me a refund on the phones bill amount. I was of the impression that buying an expensive flagship phone from samsung will keep my business running smooth but i have face more problems with it because most of the time the phone is in the service center and the company does not even offer a standby phone. Instead the company is forcing me to extend the warranty which feels like a complete scam to me. I have already spent inr 70, 000 on the phone and i do not wish to keep adding to that. The previous samsung note 7 was face the “explosion” issue and this note 8 has a [censored] screen that keeps glitching. Other people are also facing the same problem and i am attaching the links for the same which you can refer.

                    Bluetooth and hotspot of my mobile phone was not functioning properly. Therefore i submitted the phone at service center in jalgaon as it was under warranty period. They returned it after two days saying water damage and asked for repair cost of rs.2300/-.

                    Kindly resolve my issue as i submit the fact that the phone never came in contact with water. And the phone comes under warranty therefore any charges must not be levied on me.

                      I, rajesh kumar joseph has purchased as samsung led tv which was delivered to me on august 18 2017. I was totally happy with the tv. Suddenly 6 of september evening tv got off, i don't know what then i have checked all the cables and points. Everything was correct only but tv was not on, so i called your engineer. He also said the same things to do check all cables. After that he have check warranty and all. After all checks done finally he said sir your waarnty period got over by last month so you need to pay 299 for visiting cost after that if your gonna service you need to pay 1200 and spare cost.

                      I said ok and they send your service person morning then he visit my home and checked my tv and said sir you need to change board of your tv that cost comes around 5000 i asked him 1st tell me that what happen for my tv suddenly he said again board problem so we need to change that.

                      I was not happy with that then i asked him this what your samsung tv quality?? Not even 14 months still i'm paying my emis for that now your saying need to change this..

                      He said sorry i'm not responsible person for that you can talk to samsung head office. I said ok.

                      So now i'm asking you that sir, is that your samsung tv worth for only one year???

                      Because i didn't broken that tv i didn't done anything wrong in that tv then how come board will go off??

                      Hance i receive call from helpline yesterday, he said our person will call and updates things but so far i didn't receive any thing from your side.
                      Hance i asked for escalation matrix and email id of your md & ceo he bluntly told me that you can do that and will give it to me if you want.

                      I need email id & contact no of head india operations or md & ceo of samsung. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung.

                      Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so i can escalate the matter to consumer board, govt of india.

                      Hope you understand my issue also can pull out recording in 24hrs of the call which i made to your service center through which you will come to know that it was kept abruptly, which is not a good gesture for a consumer brand like samsung.

                              Being a brand endorser and a faithful customer of samsung for more than 15 years now, using most of the product from the brand because of the quality and right commitments. It is very heart-breaking that in today’s customer centric world a brand like samsung can use misleading advertising and promotional campaign to sell a product.

                              Sitting in dhaka i bought a samsung gear fit 2 pro for my son in india on his 17th birthday on 4th august’18 from flipkart. The product showcase stated that it is wonderful product with strength to go in a swimming pool but oh boy the first dip itself proved it to be a fake and misleading marketing stunt. On top of it the customer care or the service centre in gurgaon did not even knew that the product exist or even has a capacity to perform such a activity. Even after a month of struggle with everyone in samsung customer care i'm forced to write to head of the co. For such a small thing.

                              Would request you to guide your concerned person to revert back before the damage to reputation and brand is done because of non-performance of people in-charge rather than the brand itself.

                              Below is the facts narrated by my son.

                              Let’s go swimming with a gear fit 2 pro, oh wait "it is water resistant and not water proof" but how does samsung put forth a video of a guy swimming with the watch and still no water damage. I was extremely surprised to see my birthday present go away when samsung told me my device (Used 4 times) had lost its warranty due to water damage.

                              Let’s recapitulate, a human being on vacation with a new smart fitness band from samsung which has labels all over it of a 5atm water resistance.

                              According to google (A trustworthy brand), 5atm = 50 meters = 164.03 feet. Now this human being takes the watch inside a swimming pool (Which can obviously not be 164 feet) and comes out of it to see a cracking oled screen with shattered colours and surprisingly water damage.

                              Now for the fact stated above that it can go for a 'dip' in the pool, isnt true. I took it to a samsung service centre post the wreck but the way i was treated and bugged away was not a nice experience. The service centres' technical expert had told me that water had gone inside and due to decolourisation of the litmus paper inside i agreed that water had gone inside. But my question was how. The company states in the guide that “water moving with force isnt appropriate for the watch."my pool had no waves neither did i dive and nor did i swim. Was just in the pool for a leisure time but the brand couldn’t back its product and had no reason for this case.
                              I called samsung service centre and they told me the same thing 20 times that “warranty is void due to water damage."

                              Now, what is an average consumer to do, just keep an expensive watch lying around? Samsung should realize that its reputation has already dipped due to the galaxy note 7 and now seeing all the forums on the internet about the gear fit 2 pro has forced consumers to imagine another product failure in the near future.

                              After 1 visit to the samsung service centre i was bugged away so smartly. The service centre expert did not even know how to open the box of the watch. They did not know i was educated. They started behaving with me appropriately after i fluently spoke english on a call. First visited was a sheer waste of 2.5 hours. Few days later i received a call from the technical expert. She didn’t know anything about water resistance. I had to explain her everything myself being in the technological field. She told me that my issue would be escalated to the national team and told me to visit the service centre again. I agreed and have it another go. This time it was pathetic, they created a job sheet for me and said as soon as we get a call from the customer care we will repair it under warranty. I said ‘ok’ an gave in my device with a little receipt in my hand. Reaching home i called the customer care to explain everything, she said my job sheet was cancelled. This got on my nerves. A week later i got another call from the service centre saying that i could collect my product. It has been lying there in the dusty corners of the service centre for a week. Surprised to know this, i went to take back my product in knee deep water from the ‘gurujam’. Still have the product with me and it just stopped charging saying battery needs to cool down.

                                  I am using a front load washing machine last 8 years last week my machine break down i filled a complaint to samsung care vide complaint no [protected] on 2.09.2018 but till date my problem not solved despite of this i personally drooped machine to service center okhla phase-1 new delhi and concern person say it will take 5 days more. How third class service provide samsung i am very much surprised if samsung willl take 10-15 days for resolved the problem how we can manage. Samsung staff also talk very rudely.                                     I have given s8 for service 3 weeks back and i am trying to reach them on the phone for checking the status but none of them are picking the call.

                                    Once i had been there they asked me to pay completely we will give immediately.

                                    When it is under never mind offer it is the duty of the service person to at least inform number of days required to get the phone repaired.

                                    Dear friend,

                                    My relation with samsung family started almost 2 decades back when i bought a cd player (3cd changer). That was just a beginning of the relation which is followed by adding washing machines, televisions, microwave oven, refrigerators, tabs, smartphones, smart tv. Things were fine so far except we had some issues with control panel of a washing for what i got fantastic service on payment and smart tv's display replacement last year. Absolutely no complaint about it as i have got wonderful service from my beloved electronic partner.

                                    However, sorry to say that my last 2 bitter experiences with the flag ship smartphones during this year compelles me to think about an alternative. (My s5 is still working with same vigour even after these many years).

                                    Coming to the problem i have faced / have been facing:-

                                    1. Last year i bought an s7edge 128 gb which refused to serve me immediately after expiry of warranty period. Nature of fault was handset was getting reboot abruptly.

                                    2. Still, being a fool or an addict to samsung brand 'samsungo mania' bought a note 8 to replace the su edge-the cheat. Everything was fine for 3 months but now started following the footstep of its senior s7 edge.

                                    Please, advise me what am i supposed to do with flagship handsets of yours?

                                    Samsung mania may turn into samsung fobia soon.
