On 26th Aug 2018 i've purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9.

But while using it, i've faced several problems like

1. Lines on Display

2. Phone gets overheat

3. Battery backup is disastrous even in idle condition

My first week experience have killed my love on this phone.

I've approached Samsung service center on 7th September 2018. I've explained them.

Representative said will update the software and give. I was not convinced with that solution as i was aware of the technical functions related risk with these sort of devices.

As a service engineer in reputed multinational company having experience of 4 years on Laptops, PCs and Servers, i know what works, what doesn't work.

So i've asked the representative to register my concern for solution. The service representative telephoned some other in front of me and said to keep the phone till next day and give back.

I was angry when i listen to his instructions. I've questioned him on this. As it has become habit for them to return the customers without registering any formal complaints, they tried to do the same to me. When i've rejected to accept their act, they couldn't able to digest. So he have decided to oppose me at his ability.

This incident killed my interest on SAMSUNG brand as well.

Because of purchasing Samsung phone i got troubled by an unknown person (representative), wasted my valuable time, unnecessary nuisance, disturbance in my personal life, couldn't concentrate on my work.

Unless and until i get a satisfactory resolution on this issue, i will take firm action against every body involved in it.

    Such a Pathetic product quality of Samsung Galaxy A7 2016 Edition (Gold, 16 GB) (3 GB RAM) phone as Battery got swollen on its own, due to which the back panel and LCD display got pulled out and battery came out.
    I am going to write to HC Hong if this issue is not addressed.

      I have purchased new Samsung J7 pro before 5 month then within 2 month I got minor color spot on display then my display fully black after some time(1day) He told me your display broken from inner side. I repair my handset from Raj Nagar Samsung care centre. He have charged for that and now I have facing same problem from today at same point on display. Plz do necessary action.

        I want to bring in your notice that I purchased a LED 1 year back on 20 July 2017 via flipkart paying Rs 170000.
        It was installed approximately on 26-27 of July.
        On 24 August approximately 1 year and few days more my TV broke down.
        The service team says it is out of warranty now and they can't help.
        They are giving an estimate of 41000 for panel change.
        Please help me out as it is a big Harrasment on the part being a loyal customer and trusting your company. Any person makes such investment for atleast 4-5 years and is a huge loss to our family and our hard earned money.

          Reference: samsung galaxy j7 prime (S. No. Rz8j91bqtfk ([protected]) - under warranty invoice date 21.09.2017.
          Problem: mobile getting heated up. Not regularly charging and getting intermittently charged. At times message coming charging paused due to overheating. Facing problem for last 15 days.
          Visited samsung service centre d-1 sector 3 noida on13.09.2018. My submission is :
          1. Informed the above problem and asked to move at service counter no. 10. Before opening the set was informed that mother board may have to be changed. Set was not opened in front of me and was opened inside. Was told moisture has gone inside and rs.7000/= estimate was given for replacing mother board.
          2. My submission is that phone has not come in contact with water. I was told moisture is there near the charging point inside the mobile. The phone is sealed and there is no possibility of entering moisture except due to absorption of humid air. Had the instrument wrongly handled the moisture should have been there everywhere but was there only near the charging point. There is a possibility that due to atmospheric humidity - moisture may enter through the charging hole due to temperature difference (And not because of any customer fault). It is my submission that my mobile may be repaired without any cost since - 1. It is under warranty but required support service not provided citing reasons which are beyond customers control. 2. No mishandling at my end.3. Possibility of atmospheric moisture entering through charging hole may be looked into.
          3. I am a loyal customer of samsung for many years but this incident under warranty has shaken my trust and loyalty towards the brand.
          It is kindly requested to look and help in mitigating my complaint at the earliest.

          Kindly refer my Complaint ID : 2076455.

          My Complaint is yet to be addressed satisfactorily. During the discussion with one of the representative I did inform the facts stated in my Complaint and the same need to be investigated. I did not get the satisfactory reply.

          I would kindly request to look into my above Complaint in light of the facts stated during the warranty period. Had there been any mishandling at my end I would not have persisted with my complaint during the warranty period. It seems that CUSTOMER IS DENIED WARRANTY REPAIR RIGHTS sighting reasons which are hard to believe.

          It is my submission that as we trust Samsung, so need Samsung trust its CUSTOMERS. It is not that Customer is always at fault.

          I would kindly request to revert with an early suitable response to address my above Complaint ID 2076455.

          It is regretted that SAMSUNG is not honouring warranty and EXPECTING CUSTOMER TO BEAR HIGH REPAIR COST EVEN IN WARRANTY. I had lodged my complaint to Samsung and engaged with them for past 25 days without satisfactory solution. After exhausting various complaint redressal mechanism and failing any positive response from SAMSUNG, I had approached consumer helpline. SAMSUNG STANDS STILL SAME. Received a phone call from SAMSUNG asking to bear 75 % repair costs even though customer is not at fault. I am still offered a discount of 25 % rebate in repair cost. Samsung has not provided satisfactory solution to its customer and expects to bear 75 % of repair cost even in warranty. CONSUMER VOICE NEED TO BE HEARD. SAMSUNG OUGHT TO :1. Honour warranty.
          2. Repair cost is almost close to the product price. Provide economical repair.
          3. Provide component level repair.
          4 SAMSUNG DONOT LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF CUSTOMERS AND IS UNETHICAL IN ITS APPROACH POST SALES.
          5. I regret for engaging and approaching SAMSUNG for 25 days without any convincing solution. They donot have any Consumer Grievance redressal Mechanism and consumer is left NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT IN FUTURE.

            I am in possession of double door fridge purchased from reliance store pentagon mall, sidcul, haridwar. Within few month o[censored]se, vegetable bucket located at bottom has a problem. Complaint for same was lodged at store. I was informed, repair team will visit and set it right. Except, two phone calls (One from dehradun and one from noida) nothing happened. Now, suddenly, i get message that service request no [protected] has been completed and request for satisfactory feedback.. Request necessary remedial action at the earliest.

              Hi samsung team (Ms. Rajni - floor manager),

              I am writing this in utter disappointment that my samsung galaxy s9+ is damaged internally by the delivery boy who came for delivering samsung galaxy note 9 (Order id:[protected] in exchange of my samsung galaxy s9+. The touchscreen has been misbehaving since and i'm not able to either dial a phone number properly or even type a normal message with the keyboard. It starts misbehaving and randomly clicks any button on the keyboard or opens any app on the home screen. It was not happening before that person came and was working just perfect!

              Please find attached two photos and a video of the misbehaving touchscreen as requested after being mishandled by that person.

              Additionally, i want to quote your device exchanging conditions which clearly state that "ensure that the mobile phone is in working condition with its display intact, and that it is not damaged, broken, or otherwise tampered with. Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Ensure that you share correct details of the used product, so that the partner’s associate can validate the same successfully at the time of pickup."

              The above condition does not mention anything specifically about the touch sensitivity of the display at all. I am not sure why my phone was not accepted at first place even when the display was perfectly normal and had passed the "touch" test; and not at all damaged (With not even a single scratch on the screen as seen in the screenshots). This is highly unacceptable as the delivery boy has damaged my phone and will never be the same as it was.

              I expect samsung to provide either a completely new replacement of a samsung galaxy s9+ (6gb/128gb variant), refunding the amount i've already paid for the galaxy note 9 by cancelling the order; or deliver the order of samsung galaxy note 9 (Order id:[protected] taking this damaged samsung galaxy s9+ phone in exchange (Which was due to samsung's/third party's handling/negligence).

              Do any of your members know what a timely follow-up means? And if so know how and when to do so? Why did you ask for my personal details when you didn't bother to call back or email.

              I have followed up multiple times over emails and nobody is following up. Seriously, it's disgusting to know that you spend 1lac on your crappy phones to encounter such a pathetic customer service.

              Never going to buy and recommend Samsung in my life to anyone.

                My register mobile no [protected] / [protected], i have raised complain on 10 sep 18. Engineer was visited on 11 sep 18 and detect problem that pcb was us.
                Engineer confirmed from store that pcb also available.
                But till that no one bother about it.
                I want immediate action. And let me know the reason for delay. G

                * my service request no.[protected] dt 10 sep 18 and assigned to engineer mr akash (Mob[protected]) sms by samsung co. From samsung co some one was contacted at appx 830 for visit on that day, that time i was on outside, so ihad tell them tom next day as early as possible. At 1200 hrs on 11 sep 18 samsung engineer mr asit was come and checked the and told that pcb was un serviceable and contacted store and confirmed that parts was available. Same time service centre instructed to mr asit to wait at customer point by the time item should be reached. But mr asit was too busy that he was not wait and just leave the place. After that i was contacted several times but they are attitudes very lethargic. On 12 sep i had contacted to centre at 1145 hrs, thay were told me told me engineer was on the way and will reached by 30 minutes. At 1630 again they have that engineer is just leave the centre to customer for rectification. Now my question is that above the statement given by samsung co. Is digestible by customer? No time value for customer?

                  I've already registered complaint with samsung (Complaint number[protected] related to the subjected issue with my refrigerator. But not getting proper response. Refrigerator is under warranty and also i've signed amc for 4 years. I need replacement of refrigerator as it is not working and samsung said "we will not fix the issue". The gas leakage is also creating a huge risk. Kindly look into this issue at earliest.

                    I had purchased a samsung mobile over online on 25.7.2018 vide bill no. Blrri/[protected] for rs.6, 490/-. The day i got this mobile in hand i could not use the same due to various reason viz. Charging is not upto level as well hang out system and not at all in proper and running condition.
                    Due to above reasons after a period of 15/20 days i went to service centre at dum dum samsung, authorized service centre for repair but they indulged me to pay rs.3950/- and get it repaired. As you very much appreciate that after the sales service and in the warranty period how they can claim such money and i must get the proper phone set in hand and they are ignoring my logic which is not at all acceptable to me in this present moment.
                    The days i have had purchased the set it was in deteriorate conduction as well s water porn and liquid porn. Thus it is pertinent that you look after keeping in view the after sales service condition which comes under warranty or new purchase especially like samsung samsang glaxy j3 pro
                    In this particular case i have already paid rs.6, 450/- for a new set in anticipation of your warranty and service free condition but at the same time your charging rs.3950/- which is not at all payable by me as it was a manufacturing defect.
                    Your are requested to please look into personally and instruct your department concerned tnotify them repair the set which is nearly 1.5 month in bad to condition.

The technician visited my permises today but was unable to rectify the fault. Why such costly refrigerator has gone faulty witin two months. Kindly change the refrigerator immediately with new one.

                        Dear sir,
                        I'm great fan of samsung and a regular customer for many years. Samsung is a brand name for me. Recently i bought your newly launched NOTE 9 on 22 Aug 18 by pre-booking. It was my most expensive mobile till date.
                        But with in a week of delivery I found some problem in its camera. I back to the bajaj electronic store to resolve the issue they direct me to customer care, your very casual customer service didn't guide me well now when I asking for replacement of my new purchase they are denying.
                        Sir, I had a very good faith on Samsung but now it troubling me a lot. Now i decided to file a police as well as consumer court complain against your company. I'm very disheartened from your customer service. I still have faith on higher authorities of the company that they might take my issue seriously and resolve my case.                           Hi, I have bought new Samsung Note 9 on 9th Sep and today I noticed that it takes more than 2 hours to get 100% charged. Even with a fast charging technology and after spending such a hefty amount, I am feeling like cheating.
                          I spoke with Neeraj in the Customer care and call lasts for 50 odd minutes without any solution but promising for a callback. This is ridiculous. I have not spent my hard earned money to visit service Centres now and get the issue fixed. I need someone from Samsung who can visit my office and get this checked.

                            A semi-automatic washing machine model no. (6203) with sl. No.32987 was purchased from m/s. P k electronics, p k complex, main road, balugaon, dist-khurda, orissa for my age old parents living in our native village in dolomundai. Unfortunately the internal wiring was eaten by rats and a complaint was lodged on 04/07/18. Mr. Bapi rout (Ph. No.[protected] & another young lad (Both representatives from samsung, bhubaneswar) came and replaced some parts and promised to change some more parts as the same was not available with them and charged rs.2, 200/- from my parents but no cash memo/invoice was given. Time and again my parents are calling them to make the washing machine functional but they are not coming and now they have stopped responding. I therefore request your good office to look into the matter. I would like to mention that myself & my elder brother are working in police department and stay away from odisha.

                            My phone overheats for no reason. Even when it's on standby, nothing running, kept in my pocket. It's always warm from right edge.
                            I did all troubleshooting, reset entire device and did not restore anything. Even though I face this issue. Reached service center, poor support from them. Need help!!!

                              I purchased Samsung galaxy Note 9 online from Amazon on 23rd Aug 2018 in pre-order offer, where if we pre-oder Samsung note 9 the offer was to give samsung gear sport worth 20, 000 for 5000 rs. I believed and ordered samsung Galaxy Note 9, later there was few steps which need to follow which was done still i have not received the promo code for the offer. i called customer care multiple times and every time i call they ask me to send email to "mg.[protected]@samsung.com" i have almost sent 8 emails with my phone details, order invoice, booking summary, IMEI number, registered mobile number, registered email id. Every time i get a response asking for same information again and again, i dont understand if people at customer care at least read our emails or just copy and paste some info and reply back.

                              I hope Samsung gives some importance to its customer

                                This is 3rd time i m submitting complaint, i had given my samsung s7edge mobile for service on 06th feb 2018, by paying advance amount 5k.
                                Till today i fighting with that service center guy to return back our mobile and money. Had escalated case to samsung support, ceo and director also.
                                They are also unable to take action and provide resolution.

                                  Previuosly i have mailed but, yet my problem is not resolved.
                                  Last week parminderji came from samsung service center and telling that we will change the drum and the vibrator part.
                                  Previously three engineers came and visuled the machine, but didn't find the problem and the new engineer is coming and telling we will change the drum and vibrator part.
                                  But my is machine is newly, not far then one and half months, within one and half month i am facing this problem of clothes tearing and stitching breaking in washing.
                                  Yesterday i talked with mr. Sureindarji head of samsung service center, kalyan west. He told wait for two days, as the part will come, i will replace the part. But i have told him to change the machine and give replace of machine.
                                  Till now the clothes which are torn by machine, who will pay the loss to me.
                                  Please reply.
                                  How can i assure and also how i can promote that sasmung is best.
                                  If the new machine is giving this much problem, then i humble request you to replace the machine and send a new machine.

                                  I am not having faith in samsung. Other's promote me of samsung, so i buyied this product.

                                    I have logged a complaint regarding my ac to be repair on 23'july'18 with the request number of [protected], the engineer came and identify the fault and it will be rectify within 4-5 days they have asked me the copy of the bill as my ac comes in the warranty period, few days later i have following up the customer care executive for the the ac to be repaired which engineer has committed but my plea for that is not handled properly, and one day i got the message my request has been cancelled due to "estimate not approved". Then i again called customer care to re-lodge the complaint with the new request number [protected], again the engineer came mr sanjeev who again asked me the copy of the bill and committed me that your problem will be resolved in 4-5 days then again after 5 days i called up mr sanjeev that my problem has not been resolved till date as committed by you, he again refused that that your problem is not being handle by me he again diverted to his senior mr samshad again i called up samshad he is very rude and arrogant and telling me that i have forwarded you complaint to our management as soon as i will get the revert i will update you but till now no update have came and when i call mr samshad he is not picking up the phone and didnt get any revert.

                                    I dont know samsung as big brand and reputation are giving this kind of pathetic services i would imagine from the last 1.5 month i have been following with case.

                                    Kindly help me to share the md and ceo email id so that i want to share the pathetic services of samsung.

                                      So, the same happened with my samsung c9 pro in less than 6 months. I bought my phone in a online store because samsung's store in brazil doesn't sale this line. So i went to a samsung repair store and they tried to fix the problem but it wasn't possible and i couldn't change the motherboard because it's not being sold in brazil and the cost to bring this piece from abroad is to expensive. So i lost my phone, completely dead in less than one year. So sad.

                                      I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S9s for my wife. The speaker phone does not work at all. There is complete silence when I try to talk on speaker phone. I can hear who I am calling, but they can’t hear me. It’s not just one phone, so I find it hard to believe such a expensive and top of the line mobile of samsung.

                                        Had purchased samsung note 8, which had a one year never mind offer one time replacement for front screen. But when we approached the service centre they deny saying that the offer valid only for six months. It says check invoice.
