Defective vegetable basket. Front hinge has given away. Representative from samsung customer care haridwar visited and verified the problem. Although he agreed that problem is defective manufacturing but nothing can be done since it is plastic part and not covered under warranty/guarantee. Neither he gave any report in writing. May please let us know where the customer should go. We are banking on samsung product for last many years. We have samsung television, refrigerator, air conditioner, micro wave. Till date satisfied with product quality but very unfortunate that in a product which is use for only 5/6 months has developed defect. Further it it is worth mentioning that there is no sign of breakage only hinge and slot for fitment where not compatible.Also this problem has developed in one side only

    I have purchased a new samsung galaxy s9+ coral blue 128gb from reliance digital on the 9th of april 2018. The phone cost me rs.68990. I was using the phone normally without facing any kind of issues. Now, after a month and a half, the phone's fingerprint sensor has stopped working and also the battery started draining out very fast. It would barely last for 8-9 hours a day. That was very surprising to me, as i am not a very heavy user, neither i use my phone very roughly that i had to face all of this issues. Along with all of these problems the phone also started heating up very badly, which was not normal. However, i took the phone to the service center and they have replaced the fingerprint sensor and the battery and also took care of the heating problem. I was asked for a replacement of the phone as the phone seems to be faulty because a new phone would not cause any hardware dysfunction, which resulted in my fingerprint sensor to go wrong. Now, master mechanic at the samsung service center (Loudon street) educated me that according to samsung's policy, they can only replace the phone if it is 14 days from the date of purchase. However, after getting the phone back from the service center, i started using the phone and it was causing the same problem with the battery and this time the screen was flickering. I reported that again, raised a complaint with the customer service manager. Had to submit the phone again, now after getting the phone. The battery concerns remain the same as there is no improvement in the battery life. I had to go there 2 times with new and some old issues. I strongly believe that the product is faulty due to which i have to face so many issues. I would request you if you could please look into the matter and help me with the refund.     I have taken the matter to the consumer forum, however, Samsung did not turn up on the day of discussion from the consumer forum. They later gave me a call and asked me whether I want a refund or not. When I agreed to a refund, they confirmed me with a promise to give me a callback after 24 hours, which I still did not receive even after waiting for a month. This is becoming very ridiculous and irritating. The phone clearly has a manufacturing defect and they are just not ready to do anything about it. I need a full refund along with compensation.

        I have purchased a automatic samsung w/m wa 65m 4000ha from incs, ernakulam. The service request no. Is [protected]. Since, the time the product is purchased, no service engineer or customer care had even bothered to call us and attend to install the product and brief on the usage. Repeated calls to the customer care yielded no results. The so called service engineer never attends our calls. The end result is the product is lying unattended for days.

        I earnestly request you to look into this issue and arrange to send a rep of yours to install the product as we own other samsung products as well because of its quality and performance and never faced such a situation.

          Am big fan of samsung smartphones but was really shocked when my note 4 purchased at 57000rs was deadly totally in just 2 to 3 years o[censored]sage and repairing cost was so expensive for replacement of motherboard

          When i google problem i was facing for have came across so many users facing same problem with same handset which was enough to make me understand that it was not my fault or mishandling it was manufacturing fault

          Did company made so poor quality product and sold it at so high price and cheated their fans and product lovers?

            My mobile handset J2 2018 purchased on 5 august 2018 from M/s M R Mobile Store Rampur Jagir, Greater Noida is giving numerous problems like Home screen button not working, ON/OFF button not working. The part GH82-16307A is still not available with the Service centre M/s Aadrika Enterprises, Jagat Farm, Greater Noida.Even they are not accepting the mobile phone after 5:30PM and their landline number is always busy.
            Regret to say that such pathetic after sales services was hard to imagine!!!

                My colleague recently purchased a Note-9 and was entitled to the pre-booking offer of a samsung smartwatch for 4999, It's been more than a month now and he hasn't got the coupon for the same.
                We have gone through multiple emails with the team and they keep asking for the same documents that have already been shared with them over email multiple times. We've also raised the issue over twitter and facebook but they keep redirecting us to the Redemption team which is highly incompetent and hasn't been able to resolve this.
                I keep asking for a direct contact number to explain the concern better but even that has not been provided, we've finally decided to come to the consumer forum and if this doesn't help we'll take it to the consumer court and settle this legally.

                  I brought my samsung j6 phone in august and it was working fine till now until i noticed that the back panel chrome (Of samsung logo) of my phone has got dull and today the chrome went of the logo which is very bad.

                  Spending such an amount and still getting such a low quality finished product is not at all tolerable and upon that customer representative response "sir this part is not under warranty" has put me in to worst situation. Customer care no where i called is [protected] (Samsung care ludhiana).

                    1. I purchase above product from vishal sales dehradun on 27 jul 18 for rs 56000/-. However we are delivered a peice with totally torn and shabby looks.
                    2. Our request to replace initially agreed but denied thereafter till 03 aug18.
                    3. Approached samsung officials on contact no provided in fridge n conveyed my problems including recording of my complaints for senior officials of co. To following :-

                    (A) mr ankit (B) mr vishal (Twice) (C) mr gaurav (D) mr deepak
                    (E) mr prashant (Thrice) (F) ms shahiba (G) ms garima (H) mr ananth
                    (J) ms janhavi (K) mr ashok and (L) mr virender - told as seniormost.

                    4. My version of problems are supposed to have been recorded n most of officials are aware of
                    5.in view of all above, i may please be :-

                    (A) refunded rs 56000/- from vishal sales since the dealer resorted to
                    Harassment instead of providing properly fresh packed product.
                    (B) if highest authority too not able to persue his dealers to make his cu
                    Stomers happy, then delivered piece be replaced with properly packed fresh refrigerator.
                    (C) incase both above actions not accepted then this delivered refrigerator be taken as gift by the samsung co. From a senior army officer who has given more than 41 years of service to this great nation.

                      These guys are not capable of resolving any issues because there service engineers work on the base of trial and error mechanism and they really don't have experience.

                      I have sent several emails to "niveda.[protected]@partner.samsung.com" no response

                      I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 1July 2018 for around Rs.43000. With in 20days refrigerator is not cooling. I registered a complain on 25th July 2018 there is nothing than could be done by the service engineer as he himself doesn't have knowledge of the product, so I ask for a replacement.

                      Got a replacement on 20th August 2018 after waiting more than 25 days just to find that it was severely damaged, so I registered a complain on 21st August no response till 30th August.
                      Again registered a complain on 31st August no response till 11th September.
                      On contacting customer care I need to tell the whole story again and again but no one is providing a solution. Spoke to service centre incharge Bala[protected] he says it's against company policy they can't give refund. Gives me manager no[protected] this guy doesn't pick up the call inspite of calling nearly 5 to 6 times.

                      Still i have been following up but no one is providing a solution to this.

                      The call center each time says that they will arrange a call back, but that never seams to happen.

                      Can any one give me a number of a manager or any higher official in samsung who could solve this issue

                      What type of customer care is it if they can't connect to samsung head office?

                        This is regarding refrigerator i purchased in june, 2015, brand samsung, model no. Rt39, there has been a constant complaing in cooling for lower compartment i. E refrigerator. Multiple times complaint has been registered and every time i get a very temporary solution.

                        I have marked several times in the start to replace the faulty piece but of no use, it seems samsung india is really careless about after service and no quality check department is there to make sure if problem has been resolved, in my case it is since purchase.

                        I am really fed up with this refrigerator and do not recomend anyone to buy this refigerator when after sales is so poor. I did a mistake to have bought samsung.

                        Everytime i have to explain same situation to new caller executive and there are no top executive looking at complain.

                        Again, a humble request to samsung to look into the matter at seriousness.

                          This letter is in regards to a handset, samsung galaxy s7, which has been given for repairing of the front screen under “never mind offer” scheme on 11th aug, 2018 at your b2x service centre, chinar park, kolkata. While taking the charge of the phone the concern persons, ms. Moupriya dey and mr. Dol gobinda das (Not sure of the name) informs me that due to a small scratch in the camera protection glass at the back side of the handset they won’t be able to do the water resistant test. They have also provided a mail mentioning the above issue and i have acknowledged the same in the reply mail. But then after 2 hours when i went there to collect my phone, they tried to deliver the phone with broken back glass, while the camera protection glass was intact and same condition as i handed them. When questioned about the same they have given lame excuses and asked me to take the delivery and also informed me that they will not repair the front screen also and to my surprise they even threatened me that i need to shell out a hefty amount of rs. 4729/- to cover their mess and when i denied they arrogantly told me that no one not even samsung has any power while i denied taking the handset in that condition they behaved in a rude manner and arrogance. Even after many polite requests they couldn’t provide me the proper reason of the breakage and when i told them about my intention to complain against them for the improper handling and rude behavior they furiously said “do whatever you feel like, we’ll also see what you can do.”
                          I am a regular customer of samsung products but never thought of getting such outcome from the company (Staffs). I haven’t taken the delivery yet and hope to get a proper clarification for the same. Please look into the matter at the earliest and sort the matter.

                            Previuosly i have mailed but, yet my problem is not resolved.
                            Last week parminderji came from samsung service center and telling that we will change the drum and the vibrator part.
                            Previously three engineers came and visuled the machine, but didn't find the problem and the new engineer is coming and telling we will change the drum and vibrator part.
                            But my is machine is newly, not far then one and half months, within one and half month i am facing this problem of clothes tearing and stitching breaking in washing.
                            Yesterday i talked with mr. Sureindarji head of samsung service center, kalyan west. He told wait for two days, as the part will come, i will replace the part. But i have told him to change the machine and give replace of machine.
                            Till now the clothes which are torn by machine, who will pay the loss to me.
                            Please reply.
                            How can i assure and also how i can promote that sasmung is best.
                            If the new machine is giving this much problem, then i humble request you to replace the machine and send a new machine.

                            I am not having faith in samsung. Other's promote me of samsung, so i buyied this product.

                            On 10th sep, 2018 i have told to mr suriender yadavji, not to change the drum and the refleclator, lower part in the machine. I have told him not to change the part, but change the machine and give me a replace. He neglect and told me, sir, we can't direct replace the machine.

                            I buyed the machine on 27th july, 2018. Which is not more than one and a half month.

                            And the compaint is running for over one month. When it will be solved.

                            On 12th sep, 2018 they have changed the both part drum and reflector, still i am facing the problem of tearing clothes, distrotion in clothes and stitch breaking.

                            I have purchased the product for my useful, after problem occured, you are sending engineers one by one and doing experiments.

                            What is the use of this kind machine?

                            Still you are telling we will solve the problem.

                            On 17th sep, 2018 mr. Sanjay pandeyji has come to my house and done the process and took all machine and the teared clothes photos.

                            I have talked with mr. Pratik bhatnagar, he told me. On 18th sep, 2018 i will reply.

                            It's my humble request to give me a replace through store end, so i can take a new piece.

                            I have no trust and faith in samsung and i don't want the samsung product.

                            The clothes which are torn by the machine, who will give me the compensation.

                            Yesterday i have gone to digi1 snehanjali, kalyan east branch, what is the service of your and samsung you both are not solving the problem. How i can trust with you and the company.

                            How i will promote anybody to come to your shop nad purchase the product from your shop and also the samsung company products.

                            Please give orders to change and replace by store end today.

                              Firstly i am surprised that samsung such a reputed company the sender of the msg does not reflect name /designation and contact numbers i. E the full style of the company/ person who is corresponding on this subject which is related to a samsung product.
                              Also your text "thank you for patronizing samsung product" is a bit presumptions, if going by the response time and suggested course of action by samsung...
                              If you are not a samsung employee then i need to be put in touch with the samsung sr representative. Their full style.

                              On the below proposal of less 22% deprecation.. I have made my views very clear to you on the phone as well and reiterate as below.
                              I refute samsung offer of settlement less 22% deprecation. Samsung has sold us a defective unit and this unit needs to be replaced with a new unit or refund the amount in full.
                              Why should we bear the loss of a deprecated value return. Its samsung fault who have sold a faulty unit. Samsung should replace the fridge or return us the inv amount in full.
                              Fail to understand why samsung cannot replace the faulty fridge sold to us. Kindly explain.
                              "engineer found excessive condensation on outer body".. What is the reason that a relatively new fridge can cause such condensation on the outer body. Is this the case on all the samsung fridges and especially with this model...
                              Why have you not provided me with a copy of the inspection report as we discussed the other day. Is it not a standard process that samsung provide the customer with a copy of the report.
                              As mentioned above it is a samsung product and i need to also communicate with a samsung company employee and not an individual with a gmail id???
                              I would insist on an immediate replacement of the fridge or alternatively full refund of the invoice. Any further delay will be the sole responsibility of samsung.
                              I would appreciate a detailed reply to the foregoing points at the earliest.

                                I have bought a samsung 275l 3 star frost free refrigerator from amazon (Order no[protected] and got it delivered on 29th august 2018, waited for 2 days no installation engineer came for the installation. After making multiple phone calls an engineer came and did the installation. I was told not to open the parcel and to wait for the engineer and i did the same. While installation we found that the right of the refrigerator is bent. We asked the engineer (Dakshnamoorthy) what to do and can samsung repair it? We were told we book another technician by calling samsung again he will come and can fix the leg. I called samsung again and shared the concern and the next day a samsung technician came to our house. He took the picture of the leg and said will come back with the leg because they have to replace the leg. After that, on 5th september i get a text s, saying “your service order [protected] has been cancelled due to repair refusal”. I called the technical (Sethuraman) again and said why did you cancel my complaint. He was unable to communicate in english and said his manager will call me, i waited for his call and got no call from his manager. I called samsung the next day and shared my concern, they said we are again booking a technician for you. Again i got a text saying the service engineer (Sethuram) has been assigned to me. I waited the entire day for the for sethuram but he didn’t come. And i get a text again that says your sr no: [protected] is pending for your confirmation. I called sethuram that when are you coming and what to confirm? He said i have to pay rs.900 for the leg. I was shocked, the damage was found by the installation engineer we haven't even opened the cardboard the why we have to pay for the leg. On 8th september i called samsung again after getting a text that said sr no: [protected] has been cancelled due to estimate not approved. I had a work with an executive named shant kumar that why is samsung charging me for the leg? He clearly told me that i don’t have to pay and the technician doesn’t know that’s why he is telling you to pay, because you have bought the product from amazon please share the sr no and amazon will pay samsung. I called amazon and shared the same and they said okay. The executive also shared that because the leg is not in the warehouse please wait for 4 days and the technician will visit your place and will replace it. I waited for 4 days nobody came and got no call. On 11th september i received another text that says sr no: [protected] has been cancelled. I called samsung again and had a word with an executive named aslam, he said he is booking another technician for me. I wanted again the next day and nobody came. I escalated the matter and wanted to talk to some supervisor. On 12th september i got a call from sachin from samsung head office and said there is a miscommunication going on we will do a conference call with the warehouse. I was there on the call and came to know that they haven't even ordered the leg and going on cancelling my complaint without even taking my permission just because i said i won't pay for the leg. I said no for the payment as a samsung executive told me i don’t have to pay and amazon has to pay and whatever was told to me i have done everything. Sachin said not to worry and he will give me a better resolution. I got no call from sachin after that and on 14th someone again called me and said the case is pending because you refused to pay. I said please tell sachin to call me back because he knows the entire scenario and he said he will follow up with the case. Till 17th september i waited for sachin’s call and have called multiple time on the no that he had shared with me ([protected] ext no: 9902) but nobody answers my call. I called samsung on 17th september that what is happening and where is sachin. The executives (Vishnupriya) kept me in line for 15 mints and said we have escalated the matter and you will get a callback. On asking who will call me she had no answer i asked will your supervisor call me she said no. I said that them whose call will i wait for? Is he/she a senior person? What is the designation? She said i don’t know! I mean really? A person working there has no clue what is going on. On 17th september i get a call from a person called ankit, absolutely rude have no clue about my problem and said you said no for the payment. I said i want to talk to sachin please tell him to call me and he said sachin is my colleague and he had a clear conversation with you and you refuse to pay. My question is why will i pay??? As a samsung executive told me i don’t have to pay. He was not ready to listen to me. He says i am changing my sentence and i should have followed up with amazon. I said why will i have to follow up when i was told just to share the sr no and samsung will settle the matter with amazon. I said i have to go to consumer forum and he said yes you can go ahead. Ankit is rude and no knowledge about the problem and what i have gone through and how frustrated i was. An absolute pathetic experience from a company like samsung. I got a damaged part, had to go through all these situations, was told that i don’t have to pay and now what i am getting is samsung so-called senior people’s rude attitude and no help.

                                    So I got a call back from Samsung head office on 19th September, again had to explain the entire situation, after writing everything in details was asked why didn't I follow up with Amazon? And every time they are failing to answer why I have to pay when I was told that I don't have to pay from Samsung only (please listen to 8th Septembers call with Shant Kumar). So in total, I had a word with 5 people from Samsung head office and still, nobody can resolve my problem. The lady I had a word with on 19th said she needs to discuss and will call me back on 20th. I got a call from Samsung but I missed it, I called the number back but was asking for some extension number. Called Samsung service centre and said to call them back. Got no callback. Waited today as well, no call. So can I please get an answer, what is going on? Why nobody wants to solve my problem and why multiple people from head office calling me several times and failing to resolve my problem. Is Samsung this incompetent? And who can give me a proper solution? I want my refrigerator leg to be replaced free of cost as 1) The fault was found in front of an installation engineer and he said Samsung can fix it. 2) Samsung executive said that it will be done free of charge.

                                      My Samsung S7 edge powered off just after last update & is not turning on. Its just been 1 & half years. When I asked for warranty extention they told me that it will cover only software issues so I dropped it. I am really e troubling a lot since te day I got this phone. My headphones stopped working just after 6 months & phone stopped working after 1 & half year. Also it took them 7-8 months to provide me cashback. I bought this one for Rs 56000/-. I have to constantly deal with the customer care about everything, calling them 2-3 times regularly.
                                      And now the people are not taking any responsibility for the damage caused to it by the software update that I got from Samsung itself. Service centre told me interior is burnt both for motherboard & screen and nor the charging point is burnt nor is their any moisture inside. They gave me a bill of Rs 30000/- apprx. I have never opened the phone & never is it in water or any sort of liquid. The Samsung person themselves are telling that it is burnt from inside & the last activity was the software update. I don't know if this is their business strategy or what. I cannot spend again this much amount within 2 years period. This damage is surely caused by Software update. Because no exterior causes caused the burn. I have written to CEO & they dont take any responsibility for the dead phone because of their update. I have gone through a news in economics times that the Oreo update is causing problems & it certainly has made my phone dead. And they are not even providing photos of my phones interior.
                                      I dont know why I ever spent my hard earned money on this phone. You can find on forums & news that people are facing such problems and Samsung is not bothered to give a damn about it.

                                      Samsung has contacted me & is trying to blame everything on me. Even though its very clear that damage is caused due to software update. There is internal damage in phone just after software update and no harm to charging point or no traces of moisture. I know my phone is out of warranty but Samsung is sending software updates & that's what I installed. If it cause damage to my phone they should look after that. They are not responding maturally & trying to blame everything on me t get rid of the issue. Its 56000 rs phone. I can mail all the conversations.                                         I bought SamSung curved UHD tv 55 Inch MU7350 in johennesburg South Africa, I gifted to my parents in India
                                        nowthe TV got problem, display is off, when we switch it on it blinks and stays blank, whem my Dad took the issue to customer care they simply said the warrenty is not intenational
                                        does the warranty works in India too, Customer care didn't provided us proper details on my request even we got purchage bill with us
                                        and the TV is new we hardly used for 3 months only
