I have purchased Samsung J6 from Gurgaon Cyber Hub store, the phone started creating charging issues and software related issues right after the purchase.
My father was hospitalized, due to which i was not available in Office, Upon return, i have shared the issues with Store guys and they, simply asked to visit samsung service center for a phone which is not even used so far, although they have said at the time of sales that software...

We are one of the premium bakeries in visakhapatnam and had purchased 4 various sizes of fridges. We are having a problem in one of the fridges which is not cooling since 2 weeks. We had raised a complaint and the local service centre had checked the fridge and had told that they will be taking the fridge to their workshop for further checks and repair. It has been already 1 week and everyday they give some reason and are postponing the repair....

Bought a samsung note 10.1 in the year 2013. Now the motherboard is having issues. I have approached to the service centers (Padma communication) with job card bill no [protected] on 14.08.2018 when i asked can we repair the board, they said no. And more over they say it as e waste and waste as no spares for the tab are available from past 2 years.

I prebooked the device from croma, that time samsung offered 6000rs cashback which should come in 90 days, but till date i haven't recieved any amount and neither croma nor hdfc bank is taking responsibility for this. Pathetic product from samsung.

There is a proverb i. E. One who knows no dance claims that the stage is tilted same is the case with samsung who has no idea in home appliances manufacturing but they have started to manufacture ac and freeze.in my opinion, they are good at making tv and mobile phones and they should continue that only.

The subject tv was purchased in december 2015. Some patches started appearing on the screen in 2017. Complained to customer care many times. Finally directed to communicate with a company executive. Company techician checked and diagnosed they were dust patches. Denied free change as out of warranty. More patches have developed and is very painful as one paid rs 71, 000/-for the tv.

This product is very bad... As well samsung customer care response also very bad, they are very irresponsible, whenever refrigerator stop working they never support and to rectify the problem took 1 week to 2 weeks.
As per my experience, i would like to suggest do not buy samsung refrigerator his customer support is worst.
I complained samsung customer care and complained no [protected] in 4th june-18 and it get resolve on 15-june-18...

My mobile has got water damage.in service centre they change bord which cost of rs 4633. After 1day screen began to shake again they serviced. On 10.08.2018 i took my mobile from service centre but still i am facing same problem. I purchased samsung S9 plus with ICICI bank credit card on 9th May 2018 from a samsung authorised store in Mumbai. As per terms of sales, cashback of Rs.9000+ was to be credited within 90 days. However till date no cashback has been credited to my account....

Sasumg J7 Next was brought from MAA comunication Ghilamara for Nodal Officer, Swachh Bharat Mission Cum Assistant Engineer, PHE Ghilamara. The Screen of the mobile got dead after 12 days. The mobile was handed over to the said store and he sent the mobile for repair to Purnima computers, lakhinpur cistomer care but they said the mobile is crack and didnot look into the handset. But the mobile screen was not cracked when handed to the store....
