Dear samsung team,

I have always respected samsung as a brand, much above lg, whirlpool, sony or any other brand... I had all appliances of samsung, except refrigerator, for which i had placed order on 15.08.2018; with a promise to deliver it in 2 days..
Now, 8 days have passed, but i have still not got any confirmed delivery date and the same is expected to reach me at least 15 days from the date of placing order and tht too is not confirmed..

I am really tired of following up and am pissed off completely.

I have mobile phone samsung J2 2018 and bought from kapurthala (punjab) on 17 Aug 2018. this mobile heated and also at the time of charging more heated. I request you for solve my mobile problem.

    On 21 august, 2018 we had given a complain to the nearby customer helpline that our washing machine was not functioning properly. the customer helpline responded by saying that one of their mechanics would come to repair our appliance. However the person who was assigned for the job showed very little interest and didn't show up to repair our washing machine.
    We are very disappointed by this kind of service and will make sure that we don't purchase your product in the future.

      I purchased refrigerator model no. RT34M5538BS/HL (Samsung) from crystal mall, reliance digital and I get delivery on 20/8/18. I have launched complain on same day 20th Aug on customer care no. [protected] . It is regret to state that after completion of more than 50 hrs of delivery time, installation is still pending. This poor after sale service effect on image of reliance digital and costomer satisfaction. You are requested to send technician for installation with in time limit.

        This is the 4th repair call & 2 replacements of the panel (In warranty). I have been asked to replace panel again today at rs 2000. I was not given product replacement in warranty period inspite of 3 failures in warranty time. Now its failed again & out of warranty. I am told its company policy that we cant help out of warranty.
        I need an escalation here.
        I have bought an lg microwave as i am not satisfied with samsung refrigerator & service. Response.
        I need the email id of national service head to resolve this.

          I bought a s3 tab and within 40 days the camera stopped working and so did the power.. (The tab switches off automatically in 2 hrs).. The service center confirms it is a faulty device... And so i donot want just the tab to be repaired i want it replaced... How can we trist a company that cannot ensure the quality of its products.. I would have otherwise gone for. A second hand one... As a new owner i would expect things to be working fine.. Its like buying a new car and taking it to the garage for repair works.. My complaint no at service center [protected]

            Am using samsung s9 plus mobile. I bought last 3 months before.. Now finger print not working.. When i approach service center people told this is out of warranty.. U chargeable that part... Why giving 1 year warranty.. Only 3 months phone do this like that.. Why am used samsung product.. Last 10 years am using samsung product.. This is full disappoint for me..               I am facing this pink line issue on samsung s7 egde since past 8 months which is getting more thicker day by day. On enquiring with samsung care center, there are saying that my handset is out of warranty period and it is display issue on handset and demanding rs.15, 000 with no further defect warranty.

              On searching over internet and various social networking sites, i came to know that almost every s7 edge owner is facing this pink line issue, which clearly depicts that it's manufacturing defect and it's samsung's responsibility to replace or repair my mobile as soon as possible.

              Spending over rs.52, 000 to buy this handset, it's totally waste of my hardearned money.

              Please acknowledge my issue at earliest possible.

              I am also facing this issue it has only been 3 months since i bought my phone when i took it to the sevice centre they said that it is a physical damage which came from my hand and wont get any warranty actually i havent even dropped my phone once ...
              I thought of samsung as one of the big companies...which is so helpful ti its costomers but this...is so bad...

                I bought a refrigerator on 30 november 2017, in summers i found that it is not making ice properly... I called customer care 4 times and three engineers visit happend.. But problem is as it as it was... No follow up by service centre about complaint... I was regular customer of samsung but now after this kind of service.. I am not happy with samsung...in last visit, engineer said that problem cannot be solved... Now i again called customer care and another engineer visit will happen... I am fed up with this... Please give me solution not visites... Or replace it.

                  I have purchased samsung j8 on 9th july. Display got blank. I took that mobile to service centre they told me to replace the display but they were not doing that and even not taking the responsibility. Even told me to get it replaced from other store.
                  I din't even used mobile 2 days n it got blanked. Not i dont find any option. I want you to replace my mobile or get it repair. I waited alot but i dont see any scope till now to get it done. Inwant replacement of that mobile any how. Or else i wold have to lodge compaliant. And even i will put it on social media that samsung does not respond to the customer problem and they dont have concern for customers and dont provide post sale services. I am suffering a lot after purchasing this mobile. I have invested 19000 for this. I want results now or else i will definatly take action against this. Kindly replace my mobile.

                    Recently (1st aug 2018) i brought a curved tv less than a year old into india from uk when i shifted residence here. Tv model no ue49mu6500. On 20th aug the led suddenly started bleeding internally without any visible cause. Maybe electric surge i suspect. Anyway the india samsung engineer and the service center folks were an absolute disaster to deal with. They have zero professional courtesy, skills, nor the need for customer service. They gave me 2 different types of estimates for the repairs & then were unsure if they'll be successful in replacing the panel at all. Plus they wanted to charge me 6 times the normal service charges since mine was a imported tv. Apparently that's samsung india's policy to discriminate between their patrons.
                    Ok the engineer (Suvankar) wanted me to give at least 50% advance payment for the panel. And was not sure if the indian panel will work or not. I asked the engineer as to why he's unsure & ill-informed, he couldn't answer. He was reluctant to even try to replace my tv's panel. Kept saying what cant be done instead of can be. How come samsung india wants to turn a blind eye towards it's own customer & product even if it was from uk. It's still samsung & i as a customer have the right to a resolution. This is after all a new age ultra smart tv. I cant imagine a samsung engineer doesn't know which is a compatible panel for my uk tv. But he wanted to charge me almost 6k inr for service but he wasn't sure he cant do the job or not. He had no will to even find out. Kept blaming samsung policies. It's a sad sad experience and 2nd time in a row with samsung tvs. I guess i didn't learn my lesson. I need a new panel. Can anyone help or should i sue samsung?

                      we have purchased your samsung UHD TV model - UA43NU7100, from your authorised dealer - QRS - plamood. yesterday - 20.08.2018, with great excitement. they have promised to deliver and install the product the next day ie. on 21.08.2018. and we have received a call from your office in the morning at around 10 am. and they have promised that the engineer will come and install it today itself. and we have been waiting all the way long from morning till now. unfortunately, no one has turned up till now. is the way you are giving the after sales service ? QRS was in a hurry to bag the money. but today when we raised the concern to them, they were reluctant to accept it. and said the installation must be taken care by samsung team and not their concern. is this the way to talk to the customers ? they have already got their money. so it doesnt matter at all.
                      and now take it for granted that myself or any of my relatives or friends will never opt to buy from QRS or samsung.

                        My parents are living alone. They registered a complain against non-functioning of samsung make refriegerator with the following details:

                        Call number - [protected] dtd 13/062018
                        Service person visited and told that some parts need to be changed and told that they will change tomorrow. They kept the fridge opened. They also charged rs 354 which we paid.
                        After few days on enquiry on the toll free number it was informed that the call has been closed as the problem resolved. It was very surprising.
                        Again i registered a call number [protected], [protected],[protected] and every time it was closed without any visit of the service engineer. After much follow up it was lastly got repaired on 27th junne. They kept the fridge opened till 27th june and after repairing my parents couldnot use it due to aome foul smell coming from inside.

                        Again the fridge went out of order with same problem on 16th july. Registered a complain with call number [protected] on 17th july. My parents are still waiting for some one to visit and reaolve the issue.
                        I request samsung to send some competent peraon to reaolve the issue as my parents are suffering for the last one month due to this issue. Now they have again closed the complain without resolving the issue. Again on 21st july talked to cuatomer care for resolution of the problem.

                        Continuously purauing with samsung for the last two months for repair of my freezer. Last complain number is [protected] dtd[protected].
                        This problem is persisting for the last two months... Parents are passing through great mental trauma

                          Purchased a J6 2018 model. awesome very much satisfied

                          with its features & looks.

                          finger print scanner is outstanding, engineers are very

                          much creative, when i attempt to open the notification via

                          fingerprint scanner, the notification dropdown never

                          responds.

                          i dropped in for checking at your Esteemed service centre

                          but your engineers are at the best failed to diagnose the

                          problem trying to fool me that i am not a mobile friendly

                          guy *funny* and forcing me to take the delivery from them

                          that dummy piece of S**T.

                          Awesome customer support***** you guys provide.

                          You guys are behind holding the money paid, refusing to

                          provide replacement for your faulty C**P.

                            Samsung is the worst company. I bought ac in june 2018 & some how its internal socket got burnt & now no one is ready to help. Service centre people said the socket was not suppose to be a part of my ac model, then how this part is in my ac? Later i spoke with one senior name as majid hi is very unprofessional, he is not ready to understand the customers concern. When i ask him i will go to consumer court then he said go anywhere your ac will not get repair. It is just 2 months now i bought this ac from samsung & i got really very sick abt that. Kindly request all of the consumer not to buy anything from samsung.

                                Front loaded automatic washing machine: the machine is not working as the drum has detached from the rubber washer. When we switch on the machine, it just create some sound and wont work, as the drum is in detached stage. We registered the complaint (On august 9, 2018) with the local service centre thrice and no one is responding to our case. The assigned service engineers are not attending the calls, and they say something bla bla if they attend the calls. So please take necessary actions to repair it. We purchased the machine in 2016 and now the machine is in complete warranty period. So the situation is difficult, hence please repair it as early as possible.

                                On 10th August I give my mobile to service center for repair now 9 days passed but still not get my phone back. When I call to service center they give ascuge everyday .Pls help me to find any solution

                                  Hi sir,
                                  Product :- samsung washing machine fully automatic top load.
                                  Issue :- machine is not working since date of delivery.

                                  I had purchased samsung washing machine fully automatic top load from croma retail store sector 29 gurgaon haryana.

                                  Product delivered on 21 june 2018. Since day one product is not working. I had raised several complaints for same. But nothing is fixed. Each and every time a technician visit is assigned and technician came, opened panel and close it but still issues is there.

                                  As i am facing issues with day one and machine is not working properly i am seeking for replacement. But samsung customer support deny for replacement.

                                  Please help me here.

                                  Hello, I have Samsung Galaxy J7 prime.
                                  But whenever I tried to open contact and phone/ dialer, it's show Contacts has stopped working alert! I don't know why these happens but it is not working. Please suggest and resolve it !!

                                    We had bought a washing machine of samsung. But even after taking due care the water function stopped working suddenly. We contacted the professionals of the samsung company to examine and repair the problem but nobody provided the accurate details and satisfactory answers. We are so disappointed with the after sale services from the samsung group.

                                    Me ek retailer hum(Mobile Solution) se, me 6 month se taging karne keliye Samsung Company Asm ko bol raha he o nehi kar raha he osiliye mereko bahut problem ho raha he thora kuch kijiye joldi.
                                    Finance me Samsung ka koi brand sell nehi kar pa rahi hum.

                                      I have purchased Samsung J6 from Gurgaon Cyber Hub store, the phone started creating charging issues and software related issues right after the purchase.
                                      My father was hospitalized, due to which i was not available in Office, Upon return, i have shared the issues with Store guys and they, simply asked to visit samsung service center for a phone which is not even used so far, although they have said at the time of sales that software issues can be sorted there. but the moment i have reported a software and charging issue, they started to make excuses of Tempered Glass issue, i have removed it later but it was not the issue with tempered glass.

                                      I was in a better shape when i switched from Samsung to MI, but now when i returned back to samsung, my experiences are way worse than ever before.

                                      Pathetic Company even more sub-standard then Chinese brands and people are not ready to take ownership, they justify them self by saying, i was not the one who sold this to you OR i did not make fake promise, "XYZ" person does.

                                      Three cheers for MI a better, cheeper and more accepted brand.

                                        We are one of the premium bakeries in visakhapatnam and had purchased 4 various sizes of fridges. We are having a problem in one of the fridges which is not cooling since 2 weeks. We had raised a complaint and the local service centre had checked the fridge and had told that they will be taking the fridge to their workshop for further checks and repair. It has been already 1 week and everyday they give some reason and are postponing the repair. We cannot wait for so long for service centre to provide service and their attitude is also very laid back. We strongly complain regarding the very delayed service and so far nothing is being done inspite of daily calls to them./kindly advise urgently if the fridge can be reapired at other service centre.
