I bought samsung on7 pro from amazone on 2/may/2018 for my mom.in august/2018 we wanted to insert a memory card. After inserting we realized it wasn't getting detected at all. When we tried same memory card on other phone it worked. Since it was just after 3 months of purchase we went to samsung service center located in margao-goa (Osia complex). They told us they cannot do the free repair since its a manufacturing defect. When we asked them to give the letter of service denial they denied that too. They were extremely arrogant & rude. They almost threw us out of the shop with their attitude and arrogance.
They said we should have immediately exchanged the product after purchase and manufacturing defects wont be repaired later.

The phone is still in the same condition.

I would like to complain about 2 things here

1) samsung company for not repairing/replacing our phone-which had a manufacturing defect & under warranty
2) service center margao-goa for being extremely rude/arrogant

    I went to service centre and asked for the software re installation. He took my mobile and asked me to wait half an hour, after half an hour he returned my mobile and said warranty void so you have to change the mother board I was very much frustrated, it is already a running mobile . How he said that after that I tried my self to install software by watching YouTube videos and I was successfully installed. Then I understood that how trained persons are at service centres 😕

      Dear sir,
      i (mr. Simanchal panigrahi) have purchased a samsung automatic washing machine from digi1 snehanjali, kalyan east on 27/07/2018.
      My invoice number is v574579 p, model no samsung w/m wa70m4000hp.

      I am facing problem of tearing clothes. I have already given complaint on 12th august, 2018. On 17th august, 2018 mr. Sanjay pandeyji came and gave instruction how to use machine, but my mrs. When told about clothes tearing, he told that clothes must tear infront of me.

      He took a complete process for washing, in wet condition the tearing was not seen. After little dry the clothes were seen teared, and i called and told to mr. Sanjay pandeyji that the clothes are yet tearing.
      He told me sir, i have not closed your complaint, you use for two days and tell me i will again visit and see the problem occurs or not. But on 19th august, 2018 i received a message that your compliant has been closed due customer not at home.

      On monday i called to mr. Sanjayji, he told i will come, but he didn't came. Again on tuesday i called him, he told i on off, you please call at service centre, they will send another executive. On 21st august, 2018. In afternoon mr. Chandan yadavji came and physically viewed machine and took the pics of teared clothes and told me our senior executive will visit, but i told within one month clothes are getting tearing i want a replacement.

      On 19th august, 2018 i went to digi1 snehanjali, i talked with mr. Pushparaj about this matter and told him within one clothes are tearing, i want a replacement, but he refused and told me that company will cahnge the machine, but we can't.

      On 27th august, 2018 mr. Tajendarji came to visit the complaint and seen the teared fabrics and again done the complete process, after completing the process, we checked the fabrics, along with old fabrics which were teared it was more teared and some new fabrics were also tored. He told i will come on wednesday and do some changes, but he didin't came.

      Today on 31st august, 2018 i called at service centre they to mr tajendarji will not come and from our mumbai branch executive will come today or tommorrow.

      But i request you to change the machine and give me the new machine. The loss which i have beared by the clothes teared, who will pay.

      I have told to digi1 snehanjali, that the customer is not satisfied, then how he will promote about the shop and the product he purchased.

      Can you tell me, how i can promote samsung is the best. Already also i have got shocked after buying samsung j5 mobile.

      The same company and same model is lying at my mother's house, for last six months, but they are not faced any problems.

      Please do the needful and changed the machine.

        Dear Samsung India,
        I bought my samsung Galaxy S8 Plus G 955FD on 27th June 18 from DENOVO stores in Salt Lake Kolkata. I was Promised that a cash back of Rs 8, 000/- from Paytm will be sent to me.(I paid Rs 51, 990.0) for the above mobile telephone.
        Till date (31st Aug'18) the Rs 8, 000/- from Paytm has not come. I have sent repeated requests to Paytm for the cash back, & every time it is the same answer that I will receive the cash back in a few days.They are playing a mischevious game, & I request you to inform Paytm to pay me the amount immediately.I have earlier sent my Bank details to them.

          After two days he said ur complain has been rejected .
          U guys are sooo UNPROFESSIONAL .
          In emergency two days we trying to connect ..No body is helping us .
          This is last product we are buying from Samsung .

            I had made a complaint in the month of June for my refrigerator which I bought in 2012. It's a double door refrigerator.its handle is broken and bottom bottle rack too is broken for which I requested for a replacement. The technician said that he would revert back as soon as the parts are available. Till date I have not got any response from the company. Today when I called customer care, the lady said the parts are still not available as the company has stopped making this model. What's the solution of my problem. Should I throw away my refrigerator which I bought just 6 years back for RS 55000/- or I should stop buying Samsung products in future?

              I placed an order on 27 August through shop.samsung.com which was due for delivery on 30th August but today is 31st August and still Samsung has not handed over my package to courier.
              Everytime I call the customer care I get the same response that we have raised the concern with the management team and we have not received a revert from them.

              I had raised a service request, but simply executive came and told that spare parts are not available for refrigerator as it is old more than 10 years, but he knows the information before visiting my house, but still visited to collect the money for doing nothing.

                Fraud happened with me. I paid Rs 8638 for extended warranty of 4 years on my refrigerator but the company claims that payment has not been received. I am attaching the receipt for this payment made. Please check.
                I also called on the number on the payment receipt and the person told me that he never came to collect payment. Please help as I have been cheated and need to get this resolved.

                  Dear Sir, I Would like to inform you that I buy Samsung Refrigerators Model no. RT30K3983BZ date on 19/10/2016. But date 19/08/2018 my refrigerators have some issue. I called shop keepers (Where I buy Freeze) and also called to Samsung Company toll free Phone No.[protected]. they registered my complain and second day 20/08/2018 they arranged 1 service engineer to come my home and he checked freeze and said that Its Gas Leakage. same time I paid 1000 Rs. as advance and 600 left.
                  He said that he will be come second day with gas feeing tools. but he never comes. I complained many times to customer care they always replied your issue will be solve with in 24 hours. every day I call him. but they replied same answer.                     On 28 august 2018 / i have gone to samsung customer service centre in guwahati zoorod branch... I hv small problem in my phone... They have said me sir you have to wait for 3hours... Ok... I have came after 4hours then also they said that sir your phone can. T connect to our server if they can't solve my problems... Then why they wait for me 3 to 4 hours... After that i have gone to local service center... Within 10 mint the local service center... They solve my problems... So i am 100% dispointed with the samsung service center zoo rod branch...

                      I have lodge a ticket with Samsung Customer care for my washing machine which is not working properly. Motor for taking water is automatically on irrespective of the options selected in machine.
                      Technician visited also and charged for the same but response has come from Samsung to replace or resolve the problem. when I called them again, they arranged a callback but we did not receive any calls from them.
                      They have charged for the visiting the technician but issue is yet not resolved and irrespective of following up, Samsung is not responding at all.
                      Really pathetic service, I must say.

                        Dear team,

                        I am waiting for a part replacement for the past 3 days and whenever i call samsung support (1 800 40 samsung), they inform that the part has arrived and the technician will reach today. This today never comes for samsung. I have been calling the number of service engineer - jithu and jigish in trivandrum since monday, and they never pick my call. I do not know as to when this today will come to samsung service center. I am logging this complaint as there is no escalation point of contact for samsung service. This is another brilliant service.

                        I hope the issue gets resolved asap.

                          I had purchased galaxy s9 plus 128gb under cashback offer with icici credit card on 23rd may 2018. I am entitled to receive a cashback of 9000/- inr within 90 days of purchase to my credit card account. I have not yet received the amount.

                          I am attaching the details of purchase transaction receipt which clearly states the cashback.

                          Following proof of documents attached.

                          1. Original purchase invoice.
                          2. Icici credit card transaction slip indicating cashback of inr 9000/- within 90 days of purchase.

                                Refer my complaint registered service order no. [protected]. No action so far for my new refrigerator since purchase. Already 4 months gone. Four complaints, technicians not able to identify fault. I have dissatisfied for your poorest response. Fourth technician completely opened the freezer and not rectified the fault and kept paper pieces in freezer fan, damaged the thermocool also. Finally i have no belief on your service, so replace the refrigerator immediately other wise i will proceed legally/consumer forum. Immediate response expected.

                                  I bought note 9 from samsung store elante mall chandigarh. I use to record songs and mic was giving so much of noise. I got the software uodated from retail store. Issue was not fixed. I consulted the sales guy he said go to service centre and if issue will he there then it will get replaced. I visited the service centre

                                  Mr. Mandeep or the senior level manager was not understanding my problem. They got the software tested and all. Come on it a new thing. After your software testing on new phone, if some issue comes after 14 days, u won't replace it right? What will i do then? Spending this much amount on a phone and still not satisfied. Vineet dheyani i don't know the name properly who came from supertech team refused to replace the phone. What i m gonna do with this # if in case any problem comes up after 14 days. I have to file a complaint against that service centre and you. Look into the matter and reply me fast. I bought it on emi. I just need a to get replacement done. They don't know how to behave with the customer. He said nothing and he let me go. I can't give the new phone for repair because if its faulty you have to replace it in 14 days. I don't need the repaired thing at all. I have to take some action.

                                    On the 26th evening, while doing house keeping, we touched the tv which was planted on the day of buying dd/mm/yyyy. It was shaking loose from the left side. We immediately called the call centre and booked the complaint on 26th of aug.

                                    On 27th, the engineer mr. Boopathy reported to address the issue.

                                    He noticed that the stand is loosely fixed due to the probelm in the thread in the stand and he immediately agreed the issue is withe oem of the stand and left with a promise to replace this.

                                    Today 28th morning, i got a call from mr. Boopathy that the spare part does not come under warranty and has to be procured. While i bought my new 55 inches television during the month of december 2017 and the set is under warranty.

                                    It is totally unbecoming of the response and i am deeply worried about the callous way of handling the warranty with a customer and i sincerely request the samsung management to intervene and set the process clear.

                                    Looking for an earliest response and resolution to the matter.

                                      It's been a year since i brought c9 pro and everything was fine until the last month. Had kept the mobile for charging and then there was this message pop up saying "moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it is completely dry before charging your device. Drying the port may take some time." it was not at all wet. Even then i kept it in the rice overnight to make it dry. But the problem continues and i can't charge my mobile using the fast charger. I use the normal one which somehow works but takes too long to charge. This is not what i expect from 36k worth handset and that too from a company like samsung!

                                        I pre-booked samsung note 9 in vijay electronics samsung store but while booking the sales person told already one person booked and ready to cancel i will divert that phone to you with your name and offer remains same.
                                        But after received mobile the store manager responds that only the previous booked person can use the sim and the told we will do some arrangements and make you to get offer.
                                        10 days over but still i am not received the mobile..
                                        While contacting they are just pushing the days.
                                        Even the premium mobile gets scam.
