Pathetic product from samsung.

There is a proverb i. E. One who knows no dance claims that the stage is tilted same is the case with samsung who has no idea in home appliances manufacturing but they have started to manufacture ac and freeze.in my opinion, they are good at making tv and mobile phones and they should continue that only.

I am really frustrated with my samsung ac (Ar18mc3udmcnna) which i bought last year in the first week of april and same got installed after 15 days. Now after one year and four months, ac stopped cooling and i complained and asked for the engineer visit. One engineer came to my place and said gas refilling will be done and it will cost rs. 2400 and i agreed and asked him to do the same, he said another engineer will visit to refill. One day after two engineers again visited my place and now they are saying complete cooling coil is damaged and it will cost around rs. 13000. I will pay this amount as well but the explanation which i received from the engineer that it was damaged because there is a lot of pollution in delhi. As we all know delhi is among the most polluted city then why the brand like samsung manufacturing such poor quality product which will stop functioning after one year and 4 months of its purchase. Please stop fooling the people of india.

      The subject tv was purchased in december 2015. Some patches started appearing on the screen in 2017. Complained to customer care many times. Finally directed to communicate with a company executive. Company techician checked and diagnosed they were dust patches. Denied free change as out of warranty. More patches have developed and is very painful as one paid rs 71, 000/-for the tv.
      Pl consider changing the screen free of cost as it is clearly a manufacturing defect.

        This product is very bad... As well samsung customer care response also very bad, they are very irresponsible, whenever refrigerator stop working they never support and to rectify the problem took 1 week to 2 weeks.
        As per my experience, i would like to suggest do not buy samsung refrigerator his customer support is worst.
        I complained samsung customer care and complained no [protected] in 4th june-18 and it get resolve on 15-june-18 almost 11 days, now you can imagine without refrigerator 11 days in very hot session.
        This is the customer care service?
        And now again refrigerator stop working complained no [protected] now again 11 days

          My mobile has got water damage.in service centre they change bord which cost of rs 4633. After 1day screen began to shake again they serviced. On 10.08.2018 i took my mobile from service centre but still i am facing same problem. It's very shameful thing such company haveing service centre like this uncollfed service persons this my 3rd samsung mobile i never expected such a thing form this company

            Sir,

            I anu ajayan own a samsung led tv of 40” which i purchased a year an half ago from dubai.

            During the month of april 2018 i faced a power supply issue with your product. As a concerned customer i approached the authorised samsung service centre here in coimbatore to rectify this issue. Later on a service executive visited my home and identified the issue was with the smps board, now after identifying the issue i was instructed an amount nearing rs 6000 (Smps unit-₹2756, service charge - ₹2950 & inspection charges - ₹295) needs to paid in order to get the problem rectified. Now as a loyal customer is this how you treat me? For trusting such a valuable brand i was forced to pay an amount of ₹3245 as service charges which is apparently more than the smps unit itself

            Now moving on to the present day after three months o[censored]sage (I. E may, june, july) i have come across the same power failure issue for your product (Mind due which was repaired 3 months back by paying an amount more than the smps unit) and again the whole procedure of contacting the customer service was carried out.

            Once *again*, the service executive identified issue is with the smps unit which i had replaced three month back and again i was instructed i need to pay an amount nearing rs 4000 this time (I. E including all your additional charges which you guys keep changing time to time anyways back to matter in hand)

            I am strongly disappointed with the service offered from samsung and i have lost the trust in samsung. As your tagline implies “ designed for human” it should be purely for the human but not for ones money which you incurred as service charges. I had a strong faith in your products but this scenario changed everything. I will strongly recommend everyone i know personally not to purchase anything from such a company.

            So what you expect me to keep changing the so called smps unit quarterly and pay for that as well?

            If this is the stand the company is taking, how can a common person like me afford your products.

            I hope you will take necessary action towards this.

                I bought a samsung galaxy note 5, it developed some issues. Sent it to the service center on 16/09/2016.

                They informed me the phone has water damage, it is not covered under warranty and the cost of repair will be 25, 000.

                I accepted the charges and gave consent for repair.

                On the 4th day, i went to the service center to take delivery, i was informed the phone wasn't repaired because parts are unavailable.

                I kept enquiring every second or third day with the service center.

                By mid october after being fed up, i escalated the matter to the head of the service center.

                I was asked to deposit the bill of the phone and i will receive a refund of the bill amount, 59, 990 - 25, 000 = 34, 990.
                They also told me it might take 15 days to a month as samsung head office has to give approval.

                I kept following up, all they said is they are waiting for approval.

                Around 20th december i was told, the refund was denied by samsung and subsequently they have made the parts available. I should pay 25, 000 and take the repaired phone.

                I refused to do so on account of me buying a new phone on the basis of being offered a refund of almost 35, 000. Plus, it had already been 4 months, the phone was at the service center.

                I got a called from a samsung customer service executive saying since the repair was pending for so long. I refused the offer, because of already having bought a phone on the basis of the refund. I insisted on the refund.

                The executive informed me the refund approval was denied because i did not submit the phone box and accessories. I told him i was only asked to submit the bills and my bank details, nothing else.
                I also sated i will only accept a refund and nothing else. I offered to deposit the original box and accessories, to which he shockley said not needed.
                He told me the he will in three working days re process the refund process upon consulting with his seniors.

                In january of 2017, i was traveling and was informed by my office that the samsung customer service executive had called the landline and said the refund was denied by seniors as the repair parts are available and instead of the refund samsung will waive off the 25, 000 and repair the phone for free.
                I asked my office to refuse the offer and insist on a refund.
                The next day my office received a call and was told the phone has be repaired for free, i need to collect the phone.
                This was mid january 2017.

                Since then me and my office have been trying to get the refund processed, samsung does not even respond to our email nor does customer care call us back.
                Today is 18/08/2018.

                The phone was submitted in the service center two years ago.

                  I am using samsung mobile since 2004 and never changed the branch due to durability. I have purchased a mobile on[protected] with my hard earned money with same enthusiasm. However i ended up with technical issues after 3 month of purchase. I made a complaint to customer care and the dealer about the charging issue. I gave my handset to barshi service centre and they formatted the same without creating job sheet. Again i got issues and new issue of moisture also started. I called up customer care and they again insisted me to visit service centre, i did the same and they re - formatted handset. Customer care made a concall with service centre. After few days issues added up with heating too. I followed up customer care and they insisted me to visit service centre again. I got transferred to mumbai and visited omkar electronics, vashi navi mumbai and they resolved my issue and finally created job sheet too. But in this period due to heating and charging issue my back panel got completely faded and i requested to change the same, but service centre informed me to get approval from customer care. I finally lodged complaint via mail to samsung customer care, again they told to visit service centre and create a new job sheet. Meanwhile my mobile handset screen was damaged. I approached service centre and informed about my back panel and screen issue. Omkar electronics, authorosed service centre insisted for invoice copy for the first time as it was under warranty, which they and barshi service centre never asked before. Finally again i visited customer care and submitted the invoice in original along with my id proof. They said we can not repair the handset as the invoice is hand written and submitted job sheet. I requested them to provide complaint register which they said " we dont have complaint register nor grievance conatct with us. I request you please help me in solving this prolong issue. I am harassed mentally bu samsung customer care and service centre continuously. Hope you will help as its a last resort as a consumer for me. My conatct no [protected].

                    I purchased samsung j2 2018 model mobile 03/06/18, but mobile display gone black, i visited okhla service center and samsung people said you used your display hardly, sir plz tell me how should i use your mobile because i have a another company phone and i m using last year but your people said our mobile is very fragile so you had to used softly, what kind of people u selected, i m worry about u and your future of your company, they treated me very wrongly, i lost my money and my time. My phone is under warranty and no solution received from your side and your people they just want to make money. Nobody care about customers.

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I have bought samsung ac 1.5 ton model number-ar18mc5mdtrx in 2017. And in first season for three months worked fine. But in second season in 2018 since march it had several issues like gas leakage automatically.

                      Then i got it serviced by samsung engineer as my amc was expired just one month before they charged around 3000 rs. After three months the leakage happened again and this time they said to replace the valve in outer unit and refilled the gas for which they again charged.
                      And now after 5 days of service the gas is got leaked again and now they say that the inner unit coil is faulty and have to be replaced for which they are charging around 10000 rs.

                      Is this the quality of product that samsung india offers to its customer that is get faulty within less than one year of working condition.

                      There is no support for samsung customer care, as i have requested for several callbacks to see why the product is having so many issues. But did not got a single response from them.

                      They just want to charge there customer and make money by providing faulty products and making customer cry.

                      I request consumer team to kindly take action against this case for not providing quality products and poor service.

                      Samsung service charge 590 RS for every new visit as service charge, but they never clean the AC inner and outer unit.

                      Samsung making fool of their customer and no taking any action even when I tried to complain against them on there helpline number.

                      What a pity big brand with no customer response and respect.

                        This is to place on record the extremely disappointing and unprofessional after sales service provided in respect of the captioned refrigerator purchased by us not more than 12 months back from 13 August 2018. We have been complaing about the problem since few months from the date I have purchased. To ensure proper upkeep of the appliance, we went a step further and procured a 2-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with IDEAL TRADERS on 18th may 2018 in respect of the captioned refrigerator, and it is appalling to mention that the service provided by the dealer KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO PRIVATE LIMITED as well as the maintenance contract personnel has been totally substandard and unsatisfactory, and contrary to the stalwart reputation that Samsung enjoys worldwide and as would be expected to be of its dealers / distributors as well.

                        There have been repeated issues with the refrigerator cooling and inability of the freezer to effectively perform its functions. We have had many cases of food spoilage due to this product inefficiency. Consequently, repeated complaints have been registered with the company. Pursuant to a couple o[censored]nsuccessful attempts of technicians to resolve the issues, where they even replaced some parts Main PCB, fuse and sensor etc now the technicians have stopped entertaining our complaints and require numerous follow-ups from our end before they actually attend to the complaints.

                        It was only when we raised hell with the dealer KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO PRIVATE LIMITED and threatened to register a complaint with the parent company that a senior technician Mr. RAGUNATH AND MR. ASHISH came to inspect and assess the situation. We have now been informed by the said Mr. RAGHUNATH AND MR. ASHISH that we have been sold a defective product by the dealer and the problem is a major one requiring a potential replacement of the appliance. But later he again visited on 13th August and asked us to wait for couple of more days. He also tells me that you open the fridge more than 10 times in a day thus therefore it is bound to have problem. He has also stopped entertaining our complaints and require numerous follow-ups from our end before they actually attend to the complaints.

                        We urge you to look into this matter and provide us with a new refrigerator of the same category as a replacement for this current defective one. We request you to deal with this matter in a manner befitting a company of your standing and we expect that you will ensure our utmost customer satisfaction.

                          I am surprised to see a lot of similar complaints on this forum. India is in dire need of a stringent consumer protection law.

                          I am surprised to see a lot of similar complaints on this forum. India is in dire need of a stringent consumer protection law.

                            I would like to inform you that I have sent you the trail mail regarding my mobile phone- Samsung J6 problem. But till date I have not received any positive reply from your end which is very surprising and disappointed to me.I have bought this on 16th july 2018 which bills are attached but it is not working now. So that I have sent this your service centre for the third time.
                            I am surprised for the quality of the reputed brand like Samsung
                            This is to inform you that my confidence has gone down of Samsung brand as because it is repaired for the third times in your service center of a newly purchased phone.
                            I have purchased a new Nokia phone value of Rs. 5000/- on 09.08.2018 as only because of the non availably of my Samsung mobile phone which bill is attached for your reference.
                            I would request you please refund or replace my phone immediately.
                            Samsung is not taking care my problem as I am writing to you for the solution..seeking your help.

                              Sasumg J7 Next was brought from MAA comunication Ghilamara for Nodal Officer, Swachh Bharat Mission Cum Assistant Engineer, PHE Ghilamara. The Screen of the mobile got dead after 12 days. The mobile was handed over to the said store and he sent the mobile for repair to Purnima computers, lakhinpur cistomer care but they said the mobile is crack and didnot look into the handset. But the mobile screen was not cracked when handed to the store. So now tje store and customer care are blaming each other for the screen crack. So the nodal officer is not getting the handset which was brought of official purpose. So do take immediate action. Or else legal procedure would follow against the stor le, customer care samsung lakhimpur.

                                We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                                As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                                  I have been trying to resolve compliant for my new refrigerator for last 2 months now. This has been turned into a nightmare thanks to the Samsung resolution process.

                                  I would like somebody senior in Samsung hierarchy to please make note of the bad experience I am going through for last 2 months.

                                  After purchasing Samsung refrigerator 465 liter capacity from Kohinoor in May 2018 within one month we notice excessive sweating and complained on the Samsung customer care number. This case was assigned to Samsung's 3rd party service center Ashtvinayak. The first engineer who came could not understand the reason and took some photographic evidence along with other technical data. His response was he will submit his report to company.

                                  Since problem was not solved I made repeated calls to Samsung helpline. Consequently 3 more engineers made visit but without offering solution.

                                  Almost a month passed since my first complaint hence in desperate situation I asked Samsung team to send somebody senior from their own service center.

                                  Almost the same story repeated and I was not provided with any solution. Infact the problem with the refrigerator increased and the cooling stopped. Only freezer was operational. At this stage I requested the team to arrange for a replacement of my refrigerator or refund my money since Samsung has not been able to identify the problem or resolve the issues.

                                  Post this I have been following with team both Samsung support and the concerned person in Elphistone, Mumbai office. (Both technical and replacement team). Its a task getting in touch with them and there is no proactive response from team . Just a false assurance that Samsung HO team will respond soon.

                                  The entire 2 months have been a ordeal and left me exhausted and frustrated with Samsung team and with no resolution. Would vow never to buy a Samsung product again and ask others to think twice.

                                  If there is Samsung official reading this would ask him to make this a case study and change its Customer service process.

                                      We have bought samsung double door fridge dated 6th may 2014 (Bill attached). From one year onwards, it started creating problem, in cooling. Its upper section gets the frosting and doesnt allow the cooling go to downward section. As, it is no frost fridge. The frosting should not happened. But, sometimes tecnician comes, change some or other sensors.
                                      But, our problem did not get resolved. Than lastly, they confirmed that there is a quality issue in this fridge. As, it should not frost. But is start frosting, which is now not repairable.

                                      Now, they are just killing the time. We want replacement of this fridge. We suffered alot due to non performance of this fridge. We bought this fridge with good faith and renowned name of company "samsung".
                                      At the time of buying, we have been confirmed, that this fridge have lot of good features, like no frost, 10 years compressor warranty, 15 years of life, inverter friendly. (Pics of all these features attached).

                                      But, sorry to say till now we have suffered alot. None of above things are seems comply to commitments of samsung. As, in spite of confirming that the fridge is having quality issues, and now it cannot be resolved. They are just killing the time and making us suffers physically and mentally.

                                      We complaint many times (More than 50 times) to samsung customer care. But, now we are forced to go further for complaining.
                                      We want the replacement of this fridge. You are requested to do the needful
