I bought a samsung led on 14th afternoon, till date no engineer has reached to fix that.
After continuously calling and enquiring, they are not justifying the oroblem appropriately.

Product bought from: sadana electric stores, alambagh, lucknow.

Please do take some necessary actions and hence make me believe in the company name and value.
Don't make me doubt my choice of going with samsung.

    We have bought samsung double door fridge dated 6th may 2014 (Bill attached). From one year onwards, it started creating problem, in cooling. Its upper section gets the frosting and doesnt allow the cooling go to downward section. As, it is no frost fridge. The frosting should not happened. But, sometimes tecnician comes, change some or other sensors.
    But, our problem did not get resolved. Than lastly, they confirmed that there is a quality issue in this fridge. As, it should not frost. But is start frosting, which is now not repairable.

    Now, they are just killing the time. We want replacement of this fridge. We suffered alot due to non performance of this fridge. We bought this fridge with good faith and renowned name of company "samsung".
    At the time of buying, we have been confirmed, that this fridge have lot of good features, like no frost, 10 years compressor warranty, 15 years of life, inverter friendly. (Pics of all these features attached).

    But, sorry to say till now we have suffered alot. None of above things are seems comply to commitments of samsung. As, in spite of confirming that the fridge is having quality issues, and now it cannot be resolved. They are just killing the time and making us suffers physically and mentally.

    We complaint many times (More than 50 times) to samsung customer care. But, now we are forced to go further for complaining.
    We want the replacement of this fridge. You are requested to do the needful

        I recently relocated to Gurgaon and wanted my Samsung split AC installed. On calling the customer care centre, they told me that I will be charged ₹300 as visitation fee and ₹800 as installation fee. When the technician called, he said installation alone will cost ₹1, 500. On calling the customer care number, they said they will send some one to install the AC on the initial agreed upon price.
        The technician finally came and upon installing the AC said that all the gas in it had leaked and that it will cost an additional ₹3, 500. I called the service centre again to check how much it usually costs to get the AC refilled. The woman who picked up first kept me on hold while she kept talking to someone else and when I asked her to tell me the exact cost, not only did she refuse to divulge the details, she also yelled saying ask you technician and that she wasn't going to divulge that information.
        I'm so annoyed by the sheer rudeness if the female at the customer service. Never will I buy a Samsung product again.

            The issue i was getting the very first time on 6th aug 2018 and i submitted to customer service center one which is in hsr layout, banglore.
            They are telling its because of motherboard and they don have surety that this problem wont occur again, and they are orally strong enough and try to convince me that this problem wont occur. So i asked them to write a letter and give to me saying the same. They are not ready.
            So please take this phone back and give my money back as the device is in warranty also i don't want to take risk on a phone.
            Even if i collect back the device i really scared to charge, samsung is forcing me to take up this risk.

                Hi samsung team,

                I have purchased samsung j7 prime on 23 september 2017 (Imei1 - [protected]/02 ; imei2 - [protected]/02) with 1 time screen replacement warranty.

                My screen was broken and i went to samsung service center tonk road jaipur on 13.08.2018 and customer representative confirmed that my mobile is covered with the screen replacement warranty plan and confirmed it after checking it multiple times but they have not taken it due to lack of documents availability.
                Today (14.08.2018) when i again went to service center with all the doccumnets another representative said that the mobile is not covered with screen replacement warranty plan.
                As system is saying that mobile was not active during the plan, however i activated my mobile just after getting it from amazon.

                Could you please help me getting my screen replace as it was purchase on 23 september 2017 and activated in september.

                Points to be noticed -
                On 13.08.2018 my mobile is covered as discussed with samsung service center representative, but on very next day they said that is not covered in screen replacement warranty. (Not sure what miracle you guys did)
                It was activated once i received from amazon that was with in plan period but why system is taking different date for reactivation.

                Please help me in getting my screen replacement warranty, would appreciate your help & support.

                  Dear all
                  I had given my mobile set j7 for repairing in your authorised service centre in kolkata s - care, 51 b garcha road, opp hazra law college, kolkata - 700019. Initially it took mire than 10 days to get the camera and the glass. As a matter of fact nature of problem was explained to me in bits and pieces. Finally when i went to collect the mobile i was told that they charge additional 2% over the bill amount as i was making my payment with card. I was astonished to find this and the service engineer connected me with the manager / owner over phone as i initially denied to pay the extra amt of rs 58 above bill amt. My bill amt was 2919 and i paid 2968. Payment of excess 58 rs is not a big deal but absolutely unethical in todays date when govt is pushing for cash less payments. Request all to investigate the matter, i have scanned and attached the bill herein.

                    It is about our recent complaint number [protected] about our samsung refrigerator of sunday august 12, 2018. Accordingly, today, the 14th august 2018, a service engineer, mr sayyad, from milap enterprises, nagpur visited my home. As usual he advised us to switch of the refrigerator for one full day.in response to it i asked him can he guarantee that this time the complaint of my refrigerator would get completely resolved. He said that it cannot be guaranteed. Thereafter, he left my house even without providing the tentative cost of repairs. The origin of this demand on my part lies in our past one year's experience of recurring the same problem for about 10 times since july 31, 2017 (You can check it from your records). Of course, the said problem started just after the expiry of the warrantee period of 5 years on 28th july 2017. So for, for all the previous 9 service requests we have paid full charges. It shows that the same problem of water leakage from the front door of the refrigerator starts after 1 to 1 and half month after your service engineer attends to our complaint since july 2017. However, i am surprised to receive today (August 14, 2018) a sms at 19:48 hrs that the service order [protected] has been cancelled due to the estimate not approved. This reporting of your service engineer is totally false. Therefore, can you look into this matter with some seriousness because the reputation of the samsung company and its product is at stake. Or let me know whether you don't care how your customers are treated shabbily. If you do not attend to this complaint then be prepared for facing the music.

                        I am writing this email because i did not get proper help or any good service from samsung. I purchased product only by thinking samsung is best company but i now realize that i made a mistake.

                        I had a problem with the remote controller of my led tv and i had replaced with the new one for rs 550 /- on 9th july 2018 and now the same remote got failed again. When i call the customer service i was told to contact local service center, when i spoke to abdul and prakash from ss associates kukatpally, hyderabad – 500072 and they asked me to pay rs 550 again to get new remote controller. I even spoke after with samsung customer service kavitha who even can’t help me and said the same thing.

                        My concern is i purchased a product and it failed two days after one month then i asked to pay again, why should i pay for it again. Is this my fault? I am pretty much sure i have received defective product. This is really frustrating am i not eligible for free replacement? If that is not the case then do i need to keep paying for remote controller as it fails again and again. Is this unfair customer service you provide to the custmers and betray them on the products and charge. I may not be the biggest customer but yes i did purchased item from you with my hard end money and this is how it get benefited.

                        Probably this might be nothing to you but this is a lot for me. Thank you for bad service.

                          Myself Nehal Jain residing in Vapi, Gujarat had registered a complaint for my Samsung Refrigerator on 24th July 2018.

                          Within 48hrs of my complaint the technician was sent to my place and after the check he said it will take 3-4 days time to repair. We waited for that period and post that I started calling the Samsung toll free no. to get an update of my refrigerator. Firstly everytime I called I had to explain my problem to different executives who answered the call all the time. Inspite of requesting of talking to 1 person about my problem they never heard. After this everytime I called I was given a next date which never came till now.

                          Later when I found no point talking at the toll free no., I thought of contacting the local service center. When called them they were super careless about there service. They kept fooling me with next dates. And inspite of so much delay, we still haven’t found solution to our problem. All they have come up with is our refrigerator cannot be repaired and we will get our money back with 15% depreciation. Our refrigerator is around 1.5 yrs old and we bought it for 70000 Rs, now we have to bear the depreciation. Why should we bear such huge loss??

                          We buy such expensive products under big brand names and we considered Samsung to be one of the leading brands but we were so wrong. I am highly disappointed with their service, will never ever buy it’s product nor recommend anyone to buy it.

                          If there is little shame left, I would expect the company to respond. Waiting for reply.

                            It has been more than a year since we have been waiting for the application enginner's visit to update the echocardiography software installed in the ultrasound machine sonace x7 in our premise. But to this date no one has visited for the same.

                            To further elaborate the things, we purchased the soncae x7 machine s/n - xxxxx on date xxxx (Details to be furnished on request), and it was upgraded with echocardiography (Cardiac pack) in may' 2017, but the machine was never configured/upgraded to use the cardiac pack to this day.

                            We have been calling mr. Sham misha and mr. Pawan safaya from radian technologies pvt ltd (Authorised service partner for samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd.) repeatedly since then, but they have been extending the dates for their visit by their excuses. It has been more than a year now, since the equipment not being used to its full capabilities just due to the unprofessional and work ethics displayed. This in turn is causing huge loss to us as we are unable to use the desired functionality in the equipment.

                              Dear sir,
                              With reference to the above, we bring to your knowledge certain facts regarding nonfunctioning of air conditioner (Make of samsung vrv system) for almost last one month.
                              1. We have installed capacity of 52.2 tons, having two outdoor & 14 indore units.
                              2. The air conditioner (Vrv system) was installed and commissioned in october 2016 and we had paid rs. 18.20 lakhs for equipment and rs. 7.30 lakhs for commissioning, agreegating rs.25.50 lakhs. The equipment had come from samsung india & commissioning was done by hitech air systems.
                              3. As the unit was commissioned in october-2016 (In winter) so actual functioning of air conditioning started only in march-2017.
                              4. This year (2018) exactly after one year we contacted mr. Emon of samsung india calcutta, for annual service, but he did not take interest rather he started insisting for annual maintenance contract for which we did not agree (Due to too high rates)
                              5.in the meanwhile in june 2018 (3rd june-2018) one of our outdoor unit stopped functioning and when we contacted mr. Emon he reffered our matter to united air conditioning service, patna. They took almost 15 days (18.06.18) to rectify our problem. We suffered a lot during scorching heat of summer as there was no air conditioning working on one of our floors. We made payment of rs.16200/- for outdoor unit pcb.
                              6. Again in july 2018 ground floor air conditioner (Connected to 2nd outdoor unit) started troubling us. We logged complain on 18/07/2018 (Reference no.[protected]) and engineer from united air conditioning services came and they said four pcb and one motor are not working. They could arrange equipment by 05/08/2018 and we made payment of rs.20000/- (80% of the cost) on 06/08/2018. The engineer from united air condition services finally landed on 11/08/2018 and they changed 3 pcb (In defective indore unit) and one motor, but defective units did not start functioning. Then engineer (Mr. Jacky) said compressor of the 2nd outdoor is defective and since then entire ground floor air conditioning is not working. Our departmental store as well as restaurant is closed (As there is no alternative cooling arrangement including fans)
                              We are suffering heavy losses including reputational loss everyday. The united air conditioning (Patna) is irresponsible service center with little respect for the samsung’s reputation. They themselves close the logged complaints with sheer cleverness.
                              Mr. Emon (At kolkata) representing samsung india the contact person for us right from the beginning has also been indifferent in resolving our issues.
                              Samsung being an international brand and taking into account of investment made by us of rs.45 lakhs (Including equipment, wiring & commissioning) after sale service is disgusting. Moreover the quality of equipment also seems to be quite inferior as entire air conditioning system could not even sustain one & half year. The compressor, pcb, motors all became defective within one & half year. (The quality of electricity is good as we have separate transformer to cater to our needs). If this is the condition why one should go for vrv system of samsung. The united air conditioning service centre also lacks expertise and they are only interested in extracting money from the clients like us. It speaks very bad about samsung india’s product and the service provided thereafter.

                                This is bring to your notice regarding Samsung monitor which purchased on 23rd of April 2018. On 1st Aug. due to manufacturing defect the monitor display has been cracked and liquids spread over the screen. Now Samsung not ready to repair/replace the unit because Samsung does not consider the product in warranty once it get liquid/cosmetic/physical damage internal/external/cosmetic parts damaged thus all the services in this regard would be on chargeable basis. They charge around Rs 4000.Now my question is that is it justify that, once I purchase the monitor spent around Rs 5600 just 3 months back, again I have to pay 4000 to repair purpose?Attach, please find the details of invoice and email communication with Samsung till date.Hope I expect the proper judgment from you.

                                This is the latest update by today.
                                Service engineer (Mr Avhijit [protected]) has been visited for the inspection of the said monitor and unfortunately his version was same like first engineer. As he tried to force that It has been broken by physically. As a technical person, myself repeatedly asked - Is there any physical/impact mark over the screen or any where in the monitor? If not, Then how you determine that this is physical damage? he replied that it happen internally. If it’s happen internally then what’s our fault. we are end users. why we are unnecessary creating a fake crisis for a brand new monitor? Service engineer also comment that he can break the screen in front of me by a single tap, I agreed to him and put down in writing that I am liable for the entire incident. However he come backward. Again I am confirm that there are no scratch marks anywhere in the monitor, surface is smooth. The top panel is OK. It is the underneath layer that has broken by manufacturing defect.

                                In spite of recurrent followup I am yet to get any positive feedback from Samsung. In this connection I want to convey that the samsung service engineer who visited my home, they are not at all listen any word from us, myself tried to make him understand that this is the case of not any physical damage. Simply service engineers are not at all admit. In fact they forced us to say that this is a physical damage. I am attaching a mail communication which I had with Samsung till date.

                                  I am complaining about the sound bar hw m550 which i purchased from sadana electronic kapoorthala lucknow on 12 aug 2018. They deliver it 13 aug 2018. Bt the product was used and that i saw on demo at store. It is used and opened. They packed it without all accessories and delivered to me. I saw scratches on soundbar and subwoofer. I complained it to them they told me that they sold packed and demo all product. And we deliver a working product dent or scratches are not important. So help me. Till today i purchased many products from samsung bt i never get any faulty product. This time i feel cheated. It will reduce samsung image.

                                  Samsung dealer SADANA promised me on 20 Aug 2018 that they will replace my soundbar but today 6 sep 2018 and I got no response from dealer. Now I am going to unpack the sound bar for use. At last I would like to say that I ll never purchase any samsung product and also say to other's not to buy a samsung product.

                                      Hi, I bought Samsung A9 pro for 19000rs from amazon, that time one festival offer was going on for 1 time damage screen replacement in 990rs for 1 year. unfortunately my mobile screen got damaged and i have submitted it to service center in nashik on 14JULY18. after 1 week i received call saying submit additional doc like adhar card original bill cancelled cheque company has asked. then i submitted and told me i will get call from samsung india. after few follow up and complaint i got call from samsung that display is not available we will refund 18000rs after deducting 1000rs screen replacement charge she didn't say anything else and i agreed to same. after 10days i vist service center they arrogantly said your cheque is not received. then after few days got call cheque is received, come along with box, charger, headset.. i said the charger and headset was having 6month warranty which already failed and was not replaceable due to warrant finish. he said i dont know you have submit all to get cheque. or buy it from market and submit. i have compaint to samsung india also but there representative is saying you have the accessories and you don;t want to give it back. i asked him that if the parts are in 6month warranty how you can asked to submit it after 11 month, but not listening, i said i will go to consumer court he said go wherever you want to. i said i dont want money kindly give me the A9pro mobile in replacement he said it was in offer so it cannot. i said was it my fault i bought samsung mobile in offer he said i don't know. i have all recording available in phone. i am tired with samsung service center and customor care arrogancy.. kindly suggest me the way forward...

                                      There is update yesterday 16AUG18 i have been called by Mr.Mannu and told your compalint is resolved and go and collect the cheque. again today morning i have received follow up call and went to service center. to my surprise service center started procedure for giving cheque i asked him amount he said Samsung would have told you for that i said ya they have told 19000rs is your purchase price after deducting 1000rs for display i will be paid 18000RS. he said ok.. but i still insited to him to show me the ammount and the amount was 13000rs, i asked howcome he said rear is damaged i said show me the rear glass is intact for what you are charging me 5000+ rs. he said it is bend, i asked him give me CMM report he said no visuily i am saying its bend. and the aluminium bidding frame has dent. i said i can accept that but bend is not there and rear glass is intact so how can you deduct 5000rs, he said know company has promised to pay only for disaply damge. i recived call from MR. Manuu Sharma from samsung head quarter he was saying the same. i asked him if company has promised me to change display only why you are paying 13000rs just pay 1000rs offered display price and close he said no after calculating you amount is coming 13000rs. i said i was promised to pay 18000rs and on that basis i have accepted the offer. or else give me a new handset keep box and all accessories with you.. he said no it means you are not accepting our offer, your damaged handset will be courier to your adress. and DD will returned to samsung India.. dear samsung kindly install some gaming console to all your offices so that your employee can play with that and will stop playing with customer. from 14July18 this was my 5th visit to service center. every time i have to take halfday and go. because they work 10to 6.30 and we work 9 to 8 in our company. and have to spend 1 litere of diesel every time... and lots of frustration every time.. so in 19000rs Samsung has given me all the above things for free... i am very much thank full to Samsung for the same...

                                        I am facing touch problem in this mobile (On nxt 64gb), i visited service center three times. 1st time they updated software and handed over to me. Still problem not resolved, i submitted mobile to them and received after few days but still problem not solved. Again i visited service center, they checked mobile and changed 3-4 parts (Including display), still problem not solved. I submitted mobile again and got call from their side saying that they won't repair it as mobile having 16gb mother board and mobile is of 64gb. And its my fault that i purchased it.

                                        So, i request you to help me to get repaired device or a new replacement.
