A green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after March 2023 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many s20 plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't acknowledged publicly but instructed their service centers to replace faulty hardware for free only if their own set of rules are met though out of warranty. I submitted my mobile last week at a Samsung service center and they inspected my mobile and notified me that my device had couple of scratches/micro level dents on the frame and Samsung didn't approve for replacement of their faulty hardware on my mobile phone. The scratch/micro dent on the frame are entirely unrelated to green line on the screen and it is very unfair that Samsung didn't publicly acknowledged their mistake and making almost everyone like me to pay for the mistake they have done. I have appealed multiple times to the samsung customer care service asking them to escalate it to their higher level authorities and all those came up with same reason citing the scratches/dents that I have to pay more than INR 18000 for the defect they have introduced without any negotiation which is unfair. A flagship priced mobile phone bought for INR 50000 and above if doesn't even last for more than 2 years due to the fault introduced by the Manufacturer and the Manufacturer doesn't even hold the responsibility though aware of their mistake, then it is the matter to be brought before justice to make them treat their customers fair enough.

    Hello,

    we bought a samsung tv and screen is completely blured and stopped working. when i raised a complaint someone from samsung visited my home and said screen has to be replaced with a new one. When i called customer service today they tild it would take approx 10 days tondeliver and fix my issue.

    firstly a bearly used tv is stopped working and customer has to wait approx 10 days to get it fixed. cheap quality tv and worst experience and insuggest all never buy a tv from samsung

      I recently upgraded the Samsung S20+ Android software on 07th April and exactly after the upgrade i seen a green line on the left side of the phone. The phone has never been to subject to any fall, water leak etc.

      The phone was working fine till the upgrade. I would like to have a free replacement for the screen

        Our Air conditioner not working so I called samsung customer care it's under warranty they are telling that they only deal with private service no one responding to us . everyone are saying call to warranty people we are calling customer care they should respond it's very bad service from samsung we expected a good service but they not even responded to us

          Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 has a black line along the folding area. This occurred suddenly yesterday . It started with slight discoloration along the folding area which increased to a dark line. I did not drop it anywhere and this was triggered when i opened the flip after charging it for a few hours.

                I have purchased Samsung TV on 25th March 2023 from Samsung e-shop and unfortunately we have received the defective product.
                As per their guidelines installation should take place. FYI, The same day installation team came up for installation and installed the TV and left and they not even provided demo just install the TV and went off.
                When we start using TV in the evening we saw many white patches on the black screen.
                We have raised the concern to the samsung team they are not listening to us, just forwarding the calls from one team to another. From last 2 weeks i am waiting for them but didn’t receive any positive reply..

                Samsung India is doing a new scam these days, sending defective products to their customers. If you directly buy products from their website, their service center won’t be able to help you as per their policies. They will not handle our request as we have bought directly from Samsung center. They are delaying from last few weeks and now they are saying that they will not replace or return the product.
                I am going to take a strict action towards Samsung.

                It is the same for me, I too brought the same product but from Sathya Agencies based on the sales guy, where in showroom i did not find this issue, But the product which was delivered has the same problem the right top white light will be bright .

                I raised for replacement, but it is the same treatment they are closing the defect saying it is part of the design.

                I am surprised to hear that from a electronic giant, who have a separate R and D team.

                It is almost 7 days, I am following up, but no proper response yet.

                We should avoid buying Samsung TV .

                    Bough this phone jusy 2 years ago for longterm use purpose and the brand is and after last sw 2 update months back the phone is restarting everynow and then, took it to samsung service i am informed that the motherboard has to be replaced.

                    DONT TRUST ON SAMSUNG.

                    thay push faulty software which damages the phone and later service center asks for 6500 approx for motherboard replacvement. Good way to extort money from common public of country which is struggling to earn good for maintaining good lifestyle. Sent mail to customer care but they are not ready accept the same.

                    I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THIS BRAND AND WILL NEVER RECOMEND SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONES AS MY 2 PHONES ARE DEAD WITH THE SAME REASON I SOLD OFF 1 AS IT WAS SOMEHOW IN WORKING CONDITION.

                    Hi, Team Samsung reached out to me and tried to sort out the issue at the earliest. On their request i had handedover the handset to Samsung mobile service in Raipur and upon close inspection it was found out that the handset is not suffering from any physical or water damage. The service desk in Gurgaon called me and said that Motherboard needs to be changed and as the phone is out of warrant Samsung can only provide discount of 10% overall. I resisted and finally it was closed on 50% of the cost to be borne by Samsung and 50% by me. Some how i wanted it to close it it was getting irritating for me to negotiate on daily basis for the cost to be borne by me and co. In ideal world it should have been 100% of the cost should have been incurred by the samsung as it was the company who had launched a defective product in the market and i was the person who suffered the most due to data loss and trauma caused due to the whole ordeal. The matter is resolved but somehow i am not satisfied.

                        Pre-ordered Samsung S23 Phantom Black on 15th February 2023
                        Got delivered on 25th February 2023
                        I skined my phone to protect it.
                        On 6th March 2023, the phone started shedding colour from its bezel/frame. Such low quality wasn't expected from Samsung.

                        Upon visiting the service centre on 9th March 2023, they sent the case internally to the quality team. In 24hrs, a representative from Service Center confirmed that the quality team had rejected the request for replacement/warranty.

                        Asthetics of my phone are compromised and customer care or service centre is stalling this case and refusing to replace my phone. Kindly help get me a replacement.

                          My Samsung fridge had an issue for which I raised a complaint with Samsung customer care. The technician came and inspected the system.
                          He said a part needs to be replaced.
                          Then he called someone and said that this part is not available and fridge cannot be repaired.
                          They still took 450 Rs charges from me for visit fee.
                          This is unfair. If you have no replacement part you should not charge anything to the customer.
                          I request samsung device owners to avoid samsung services and get it fixed locally with grey market parts when you have old devices that are more than 5 years old.

                            I am Ishan Kakkar, a Samsung customer. I purchased a Samsung Frame TV LS03A 55 inches in april 2022. Through my student advantage account I was provided an offer of free bezel. The coupon code provided never worked due to the fault of the Samsung website and I was never able to get the free bezel. Even after raising the complaint more than 9 times and even writing to the service head, the service team replied that since the coupon coun not be applied in that month the offer is no longer valid. Whose fault is that the website wont let me apply the coupon code?

                            The customer service kept on sending me coupon codes but no one bothered to check why the website wont let me allow applying the coupon. I even went ahead to tell them that there was a bug in their website but no one would listen.

                            For a bug in their website why am I the one suffering?
                            The ticket id for this incident is 52184499.
                            The free bezel offer and screenshot is attached.
                            I even raised the complaint with the service head on the 6th of June 2022.
                            Its about to be an year since my purchase yet samsung won't own up to its responsibility.

                                    I ordered a 7kg samsung front load washing machine on 20 March (Order id- [protected]), and estimated delivery date was 23 march.
                                    Its 28 March today, and after numerous calls to customer care and emails, there are just hollow promises and assurance, but no confirmation on delivery date yet.

                                    Very bad experience, i am thinking of cancelling the order and buying from somewhere else now.

                                      Hi I have a black s22 ultra. My screen cracked in a minor accident recently. I visited the service centre and asked for the repair on which they said the screen is not in stock and I have to place an order with some advance and it should come in 2 to 3 days and it's been 8 days now and i have been only chasing with no resolution only next date.

                                      Is it wrong to expect better service when you are buying a flagship device? I have my work registered on that phone and i didn't registered it on any other device because of these fake promises and now my work is getting affected so much.

                                      I reached out to official samsung customer care services whatsApp they are also saying contact the service centre again.

                                      This is so disappointing. I have to chase for a such a vulnerable part of a phone and that too a flagship device.

                                        Our brand-new Samsung refrigerator (Ref RT34A4533BX 3 Star 324) was purchased from LULU Hypermarket and delivered on February 16, 2022. On February 12, 2023 there was a slight gurgling noise, which we didn't pay much attention to because the refrigerator had cooling and was only a year old. On February 14, 2023, there was a strange odor and there was no cooling in the refrigerator, and on the same day we contacted Lulu customer service about this problem. The next day, we got a response stating that an engineer had been assigned (ref#[protected]). After a few days, the technician arrived and claimed that a compressor gas leak caused the refrigerator to malfunction.

                                        On March 4th, 2023, my refrigerator was hauled up, and I was promised it would be replaced or returned in 2 business days. After a few days, when we called the service center, they weren't even aware that the refrigerator had been picked up, which demonstrates their blatant irresponsibility. We spoke with a team leader by the name of Sajan Lal, and he assured us that the item would be fixed and delivered in another couple of days.

                                        When the professional examined the refrigerator he discovered that there was a gas leak at the location of a welding joint, and that if the junction were to be re-welded, it might later result in problems with the compressor itself. So the expert was recommending replacing the refrigerator as the item is a faulty one.

                                        Now as we can see, the fact that the problem is still unresolved at a service center even after 20 days indicates that the item's problem is complicated. As a result, we would like to have the item replaced rather than repaired because the refrigerator was defective. I was also informed that less than 1% of issues reported involving gas leaks were confirmed, further demonstrating the defective nature of the product.
