I have submitted a complaint for refrigerator. model no.RT42HDAGESL/2014 on dated 18.01.18, same problem continued i.e lots of icing in freezer, water is coming out from lower part of refrigerator.same problem persists since 2 month, not happy from last service

    Hello Sir
    I am Vinay, I bought an air conditioner (Model No. AR18NV3PAWK) on date 17th of June 2018. And it got installed on 19th of June 2018 from that date AC is not cooling and I am lodging complaining to all concerned authorities like :-
    1) Complaint to dealer for AC
    2) Complaint to Customer care Samsung
    3) Complaint to Service centre
    4) Complaint to Senior members in Head Office
    It is very necessary to brought this fact in to your knowledge that near about 35 people had come to my house for rectification (Several times gas top up and Vacuum activity also done) of this AC and finally it was concluded that the Condenser and compressor both are defective. And after so many follow ups with Samsung team they are just giving dates ahead. I am getting harassed from 21st of June Please get my problem resolved asap and I want my Money back from Samsung (Refund from Samsung). I want my money back only No Exchange or No replacement.

    And I did not find any positive response from these people but just fake commitments in return of my 37500(Air conditioner cost) +1249 (Installation and Stand) Rupees. I am fed up and really frustrated from the bad services of Samsung. Kindly resolve it asap.

      Dear Samsung,
      Thanks for Good Electronic products.
      I am writing here to tell you about the Pathetic Service center Services in Varanasi Uttar Pradesh.
      We bought 1.5 T inverter AC on 19 march 2014. For 4 Years there was no issue.
      In April 2018 we got some Cooling issue and called Customer Support on 17 April(Complaint No-[protected]).
      20April Service center guys Finally Confirmed GAS LEAKAGE and Filled gas again But did not FIND or RECTIFY THE LEAKAGE.
      Means no Root Cause Probing was done.Service Center Guy Came in Night and filled gas in Hurry, even after our request they did not check the leakage at all.

      AC Stopped Cooling Completely new next few days and we had to raise a Complaint again on 18 June (complaint No - [protected]).

      New engineer this time from Service Center confirmed that there was some leakage from last Servcing and It has Damaged the Condensor,
      it can even Damage the compressor Unit if AC is running.
      We followed his Guidelines.
      First time why Service center did not check and rectify the Leakage while Filling the GAS is completely lack of Ownership and lack of Serivce Quality.

      We have taken the Photographs of the condensor Unit and in 1 Month, there is lot of Leakage.
      Its highly unlikely that it happened in just 1 month.
      For Sure due to the IGNORANCE of the Service center during First vist for GAS recharging condensor unit has gone.

      Serice Center manager is Not accepting their Mistake and we have to Pay for Condensor(11thousand bill has been sent to us out of that gas recharging has to be waived off as its still in warranty).

      We are not sure if we pay for it and after 2 Months agian some issue comes then WHAT we will do??

      I request samsung Authorities to look into this and wave off the condensor Unit Price as well,
      it was all serivce center mistake not to check the Leakage when it was visible from naked Eyes(Attached the Photograph)

      We called Area Service manager as well NAME - Niklkant Mishra he agrees that Gas Recharging we should not pay, But on Condensor he said We cant do anyting.
      Its upto Service center.

      Samsung as a brand should Take Ignorance of the service center Seriously and work in the favor of Customer.
      We already had one incident with Varanasi Service center in Past for a Complaint on TV. Engineer Replaced the Motherboard to a Local brand and by the time we came to know
      he had left job at that service centre.

      Let me know if anything can be done from SAMSUNG to restore the faith in Samsung.

        Hi,
        I had bought a Samsung refrigerator model code RT47K6358SL/TL, bearing serial number 0DMM4DBJ200317B on 12 April’17.
        Within 2/3 months of buying a new Samsung fridge, the product underperformed twice which impacted me and my family for almost 5/6 days . This involved, we having to clean the fridge twice, as it failed while we were travelling . After we came back, the stuff kept in the fridge were all rotting & twice I have had to take leave from my office . This included spoilt medicines which are to be necessarily kept in fridge .

        When escalated, the Samsung technician replaced the main panel which has fan inside. When escalated to Samsung asking them to replace, their representative(Vikas Kumar, Senior Executive, Customer Experience, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd, vikas.[protected]@partner.samsung.com instead offered me 5 months additional warranty . Samsung shied away from giving me undertaking that during the remaining term of the warranty, there wont be ANY more technical failures ?

        In the proposed solution, Samsung didn’t address as to how they would trying compensating me for the mental agony which myself & my family went through, the leaves which I have had to take to clean the fridge & have it repaired, the chaos prevailing as we have had to house the fridge contents of daily usage (including my parents medicines) at my neighbour’s place .

        On 30 June’18 again I wrote mail to Vikas Kumar highlighting that for the last 2 days the lower section of the said fridge hasn't been cooling well. I had to keep the temp at 1degree .Have been observing that like earlier instance, again a lot of precipitation is being observed .
        In my mail I did also mention that while I called the Samsung customer service yesterday, was perplexed, when told that the warranty/ guarantee has already expired in April'18, despite your earlier mail confirmation that you have extended the warranty by another 5 months .

        On 1st July’18 the Samsung service engineer did come but he maintained that the fridge is working fine and during monsoon time, condensation happens and that’s not a product problem( I need Samsung team to confirm, as I am sure it's untrue ) .I immediately dropped email again to Vikas attaching picture of condensation/ precipitation, mentioning that despite setting the temp at 1degrees, the inside temp was certainly in excess of 10 degrees and there were many water droplets inside the fridge then .

        Suggest the Samsung team swings into action immediately, before food in my fridge again rots.

        Hi,

        On Saturday ( 14th July) your service engineer Mr .Ashish Aravendekar inspected the fridge. Attached are the pics, which were taken while he opened the panel. The panel had thick ice inside, which was leading to uneven cooling inside the fridge( in the earlier visit by your service Engg, he had maintained that the fridge was fine and condensation during monsoon is perfectly OK). Its took 2 hrs for inspection. The entire process led to us having to clean the fridge and the kitchen, as it water was all over the place. Needless to say that this is probably the 7th or 8th time that we have had such bad experience(water inside the fridge, rotting/ smelling food, wasted time…….), in the last 1 yrs of having bought the fridge.

        I fail to understand as to why should I continue with this faulty fridge? Will simply repairing from your side, undo the multiple BAD experience(read mental agony and harassment) which myself and my family going through? The solution meted out to me highlights the apathy which the Samsung team/ brand has demonstrated towards my continued problem with the faulty fridge.

        I demand IMMEDIATE replacement of the faulty fridge with a new one, else I will be forced to look for redressal from applicable consumer court.

        Hi,
        4 days have gone by (post the visit by Samsung Service Engineer’s visit) and there no sight of resolution still. No one from Samsung has called me yet.
        14/July/2018- The visiting Samsung Technician(Mr .Ashish Aravendekar) had informed me that the sensor was malfunctioning and they will have to place order for it
        17 & 18th July.18- Twice I called the Samsung’s complaint IVR and was informed that the matter was being internally taken up
        19th July, 18- Speak to Umang Upadhyay, Sr. Executive, Customer Satisfaction & he informed that the fridge was not covered under “warranty”. This came as a shock as in the previous mail dated 11th July’17, Vikas Kumar, Senior Executive, Customer Experience, had mentioned - Keeping customer satisfaction in mind we are proposing you 5 Months warranty extension along with repair services.
        The above stated sequence of events raises serious concerns on the intent of Samsung team:
        - How the hell a simple consumer is to understand that despite 5 months warranty being proposed, the warranty hasn’t been affected?
        - If atall the fridge was outside the warranty, then since I have raised the issue with Samsung over email (since 30th June, 18), why didn’t ever the Samsung team inform me of it formally? They instead sent their Senior technician on 14th July’18(Mr .Ashish Aravendekar, a Samsung employee)
        While Samsung is trying its best to wriggle out of it’s commitment, myself and my family continue to go through hell, as every 3rd/4th day the cooling drops, water accumulates inside the fridge and the eatables start rotting.
        I request Samsung to have either replace the fridge immediately or repair the fridge, till they replace it with a new one.

            I purchased a new samsung top loading washing machine, Its not working from 4th day onwards and worked only once. It means 2 days from demo and made only one wash. I called customer care they are just replying that they will rectify and making new blames on us. Customer care is just delaying and not responding. I dont want this defective product. I have the bill.

              On the 3rd july, I went to your Chunniiganj service center(kanpur) for repairing my charging connector of my mobile phone. samsung service center employee changed my connector and charge 750 rupees but my mobile screen is not fully set up and staff told me that they will be set automatically. But on 5th july moisture came in my mobile phone screen and I again went to service CENTER regarding my problem and executive told me that your screen is damage and it will cost 3, 900 rupees but Due to the fault of service center employee my mobile screen has got damaged but he totally denied it and said that it was spoiled by your mistake. Because of this kind of services, samsung reputation is getting worse, so take proper action against the service center and against the employee. And give me justice.

                Sir aapne bataya nahi ki mobile kab tak provide hoga
                Thanx 4 rply samsung care or calling me. Bt muje mera mobile with ip68 water and dust resistant certificate jo aapne call pr bola wo muje kab milega. Or dusra ki aapke waha se mera new mobile open ho gaya he to uska resale value down ho jayega?me mera job card uploa kiya he.

                  Hi Team,
                  I apprise my grievances as an esteem customer of Samsung, as I bought a 55 inches LED TV UHD for a big price with a great product value in mind. To my disappointment, the LED display is gone just within few months o[censored]sage.
                  I have contacted the local service provider for a replacement of the product, where Ms. Parvathi escalated to the regional office. Iwas then told to call Samsung customer service toll number of which Ms. Kavitha said that she will not be able to do so and this cannot be escalated further.
                  I write to you with the hope to get support in this matter. We as a family are really dissapointed as it is also at a juncture where FIFA world cup is on.
                  I expect your reply and speedy action by the 9th of July. If not heard from you, I have no option but to seek the help of Public interest litigation under the consumer protection act.

                    I buy my Samsung j7 next mobile in four month there is charging problem after I go to leminten road Samsung service centre the fail to repair charging issues problem plz help me out what I do. only four month I use my new phone in proper way. I think they are doing this becaus my phone is in warrenty and they don't get any commission.

                    My phone's media speaker is off automatically, and not working since 2 days. My is phone is just 2 weeks old. I don't know how is this happen. My phone not even dropped. How bad samsung making their products.

                      I had purchased a J7 Pro on August 2017. Set hangs too much and 3 times it get auto restore and i lost my data. i contacted to the samsung care he said me he solved the issue but again and again the problem of auto restoration and auto off is continue. i m tierd of this phone. Biggest fault to choose such product. even after one month of purchase problems started and evertimes cust care person tells me it wont happn again. Please do something 3 times i lost all my imp data. What to do. I m very disappointed with this product, choosed samsung becoz of trust of its brand and product quality. But i had suffered too much please solve my issue or replace it. I ca t loose my data again and again. And its auto off problem is too sacry. Many times during my office hours it shut offs while talking to the higher officers and they seems me rude that i stopped the call between the conversation. Please samsung do something, resolve my issue

                        Respected Sir/ Madam,
                        I would like get to your notice that we have purchased AC in the March month 2016, Model Number AR24KV5HBKNNA. With in one month we had cooling issue the service person came and cleared after few days we had again cooling issue, then again, we called the service person, he asked to call the customer care, we registered for complain and got to know that there was leakage of gas, which they filled. After that we never used till next year summer as again we had cooling and other issues, we registered complained and similarly we had service person had done some repair and left, this continued for one more year, in 2018 – March last as summer is gearing up we started using it, but it stopped working we had to give complain the service person said to reinstall the whole unit to other place we did go for that, at that time it was almost 7, 000/- we spent, we asked the engineer about the condition he is perfectly okay and it worked for only 10 days, again we had cooling issue, now that I was Busy with other activities the complained was delayed and its in the month of may we had given complain, he said gas leakage and tremendous calls they sent the service person and filled gas, now in 1st week of June, we had cooling problem, Now tell me how many times I should give complain and get it repaired for only 10 or 15 day AC. I almost spent 20k above the purchase of the product. Before Two weeks the service people came and took the outer unit and Said some damage is their and we need 10k plus for services and transport. Just tell me how many times I should pay for services for enjoying a branded Company AC for not more than 10 days. The service person is not even guarantee that it will work or not. The product cost was 50, 000 and Services charges nearly 20, 000 and 12k, total stands 82k for a AC which will not work more than 10 days, When I call Customer support, they say they will get after 20 mins talk, It is Killing my time, due to this I became sick, my mother in law is cancer patients, she needs AC, so only we plan to purchase it but she never enjoyed AC nor it is Mental harassment for us, Her health is becoming worst and worst due to non AC. If Anything happens I will file a Case against Samsung Company. Please let me know the solution for the AC.

                          I had purchased samsung g615 j7 max samsung on 26th sept. 2017. I faced problems in the month of april 2018. It was about usb data connection problem and even the phone was getting hanged for almsot 12 hours.
                          I gave the set for repairs on 2 july 2018 at your service centre at nipani -
                          Sahara communication, 72/3, near bust stand, chikodi rd, nipani 591237.
                          (Cntact centre no - 180040samsung).
                          I got call back from them and i was shocked to hear that there is liquid login water problem. I am hundred percent sure that this is not the case, as i personally used this phone. This phone problem is from april and i sent the phone for repairs recently. If there is water login problem how its affecting after so many days.
                          Inspite of saying this to your service centre, i got very rude answers from them. Kindly look into this matter immediately and repair my handset free of charges as its in warranty period.

                              It's been a year since i brought c9 pro and everything was fine until the last month. Had kept the mobile for charging and then there was this message pop up saying "moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it is completely dry before charging your device. Drying the port may take some time." it was not at all wet. Even then i kept it in the rice overnight to make it dry. But the problem continues and i can't charge my mobile using the fast charger. I use the normal one which somehow works but takes too long to charge. This is not what i expect from 36k worth handset and that too from a company like samsung!

                                  I purchased this AC on 1st may 2018 and that was my biggest mistake i ever done. and it got installed on 4th may 2018. I booked my first complain on 19th may 2018 for Water leakage but issue is still same. From 19th may to till 7 time technician came but still issue is same, i called to customer care more than 50 time. All the people to whom i talked they make me fool only nothing else and they are not sticking to their word. this is my worst experience with worst brand/product.

                                    My name is AKANKSHA SINGH.I have already registered complaint related to my phone s7 edge with Samsung customer care on 30/06/2018 and complaint reference number is [protected].Its been almost 72 hours and my complaint has not been addressed yet which is highly serious.
                                    I had given my phone to local authorised service centre A.R SERVICES, SECTOR 2, KHARGHAR, NAVI MUMBAI-410210 for repair of my LCD screen which had crack due to fall on 18/06/2018.Screen ws replaced and they gave me back on same day itself and I was charged Rs.14200 for same.Since that day phone has been getting issues like camera wasn’t working and when I went back to them they said it’s a minor issue and updated my phone with latest NOUGHAT OS and gave me back.Since then my phone is automatically getting booted going off and on on its own...for a week it happened once or twice a day but since Friday 29/07/2018 it happened throughout the day and I went back and gave it to them and next day they call me back saying that phone RAM is not responding and some part has to be replaced for which they will charge me RS.15000 again.
                                    This is cheating by Samsung and service center and highly unprofessional on your part.I have always been using Samsung phones and spent so much to buy this high end phone and it was working absolutely fine for almost two years until service center people screwed up with My phone totally.Spent already 14200rs and they are now asking 15000rs for a problem created by your service center people.
                                    Request you to kindly address the matter on an urgent basis.

                                      I have repaired my mobile screen paying rs.5400 from the service center located at ghatkopar east near noble chemist and the mobile was not repaired properly from the day 1 inspite of paying so much. I stay outstation because of which i was 2 days late from the warranty period and the service center people have denied to get it repaired now. It has been highly disappointing from your side as the service provided by the service center is not up to the mark and is causing such an inconvenience to the loyal customers like us. There has been no proper service from your center and this has resulted in a major downfall in your image and loyalty which was earlier prevailing within us.
                                      Worst service ever. From now will discontinue using samsung products and will stop others also to do so as they are just present to fool the customers here.

                                        My name is jaikumar

                                        I own a samsung galaxy s7 edge since november 2016. On the 6th june 2018 my phone fell from table and hairline crack, i took it to the local samsung authorized service center... Invoice number: 5336441care17000, care point 199, 1st floor 27th cross, 7th main 3rd block, jayanagar, bangalore. I paid around 14000 and replaced the screen, battery and case since they cannot replace screen alone for this model, the day they replaced the parts mobile started to restart itself, i went service center again they flash the mobile and put new nouget os and gave back to me but before reach from service center mobile shout down itself and not at all booting up next again went to service center and they ask me to submit the mobile for investigate, i did next day i have been informed that no issues in the mobile, again they did flash and put new os and again same issue happened, 2 weeks repeatedly this happened and meanwhile i called samsung customer care many times and they forwarded to their escalation team and both were not at all supportive and they didn't help me to fix the issue. Yesterday (2nd july 2018) again mobile shutdown itself and not booting up and i called customer care and service center and i submitted mobile again for investigate, today morning from service center one women called and informed the there is problem with mobile board and receiver so please pay 14000 again to replace the part and i spoke to service engineer and he told that mobile is not booting up so we need to replace the board. This made me more frustrate before replacing the part there were no issues from 2016 during investigate and fix service center people did something wrong and they ruined they mobile phone board and complete mobile and they ask me to pay again which cost 14000 (So total rs. 28000 which is brand new s7 edge mark price). My question here is if engineer made mistake during troubleshoot and it leads to board failure howcome service engineer team would like to pay from customer care pocket. I called service center today many times and they are giving irresponsible answers and one of the guy from service center he is telling this is not serious issue. May not serious issue for him but i paid close to rs.60, 000 and they are not able to fix and ask me to pay again is serious issue for me.

                                        Both samsung customer care and service center not at all helping, i hope you will help me on this if you are not right person please forward this email to correct person/team to provide quick resolution.

                                        I had been used many mobile brands and i neverfaced this kind of worst behavior from customer service team and not at all capable to fix the issue and i have never received this kind of treatment from other brand service center... This is your flagship phone that we are talking about and it really seems odd that no one seems to be taking any responsibility... This kind of service makes me reconsider the switch from other brand as this would never have happened with them... Once again please don't mistake this as a e-mail from a disgruntled customer, i am just so in love with this product from samsung but am really disappointed in this kind of service and am a little worried on if and when am going to see my phone again, i really hope someone could take responsibility and help me out here...
