I was bought the following mobile on last year..

Samsung galaxy on max

Warranty date also still exist. My mobile having some issues that sim card slot is not working, so i went to a samsung authorised dealer in chennai chromphet name : DR Enterprises on 14/07/2017.

As i want to know whether those people are capable of doing service??? or they are money minded??? worst experience in samsung mobiles...

Since the mobile was not dropped in water and they r telling that mobile dropped in water so u need to give rs.6000 for repair. As i m having warranty of one year.The sim slot is not working why should i want to pay rs.6000 for repair??? people who are sitting there telling that 1st time sim slot is broken and then they are telling mobile dropped in water. But my mobile never dropped in water...

Please look into this issue..

I m getting reply from samsung centre as My mobile having liquid so that as per samsung warranty policy . We cant claim.

I wish to know that my mobile sim slot is working fine on 4G. Only 3G having issues. Is there anything like that mobile dropped in water means 3G wont work???? . Then the entire mobile should have problem. Samsung centre people can claim anything to fool people. We are not a uncivilized people.
I call on this no[protected] and there is option Hindi available but l can't talk to hindi with agent he said there is no hindi service avilable .what can do if anyone do not no English .what can of service is this.?
Samsung galaxy a6 plus front camera is not 24 megapixels pic quality not satisfactory

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    Brought Samsung UA43MU6470ULXL TV, even after 28 days service center people has not done wall mount installation. They kept on saying wall mount for this model is out of stock.

    Even though I have insisted for wall mount the service engineer has fixed TV on table top stand which come along with the TV as temporary installation.

    All of a sudden there was big sound at mid night when we are in deep sleep, noticed TV stand has weird out from its grey color base and TV fell down and was useless.

    Customer support is not responding to my quires given via mail, doing calls offline and asking to replace damaged parts with my cost. They are not even sharing escalation process when requested.

    There two things which Samsung should look into :

    1) Service center not doing installation in time, which has made my TV down.
    Customer Care Version on this issue:
    If we are out of stock you need wait till we get wall mount stand(if it 5 days or 20 days ), why you have accepted for temporary Table TOP from service and filled the Job Sheet.
    My Version : The service engineer came with Samsung dress and card and told we are out of stock will get wall mount in next 5 days and has installed TV on table top. Told he will come and install when they get wall mounts in warehouse.

    I only respected his words thinking he is direct Samsung representative, your customer support people are telling they are 3rd party service vendor not direct Samsung. So we are not responsible.

    Your customer care is least bothered looking into this issue. Please help me in getting the wall mount stand and TV Back.

    2) Quality of the table top which weird in just 28 days, TV fall down unattended at mid night.

    Customer Care Version on this issue: If it is quality issue it would he have fall down in very next minute or day next, why it has with stanned for 28 days.

    My Version : TV is untouched after service guy installation it is good safe place, we can''t judge when it will fall if it has quality or installation problem. Inspect the quality of stand in lab and then certify .

    I have chosen Samsung only brand value and good customer relation, nothing has proven so far in this issue.

    Please look into this issue and help me.

      I have purchase one side by side refrigerator by paying rupees 86000 before 4 years. In last 4 years the refrigerator was having cooling problem since last 3 years. every time mechanic of Samsung comes and refills gas and takes 2000 rupees and after 2/3 month again the same problem persists. there is no permanent solution to the problem of refrigerator of a company like Samsung. now again the refrigerator was defective and nobody is coming since last 2-3 months for repair of the refrigerator after repeated requests.         I am a Samsung Customer holding a Semi Automatic Washing Machine. I am writing this email because of the poor service. Recently a couple of weeks back, my machine washer is not properly functioning and I have raised a complaint with Samsung people and they sent a useless serviceman and he doesn't look into the actual problem and started troubling us to bring the machine to the service centre. We took the machine to the service centre. It's been a week passed but still, they didn't look into the problem.

        Is this the Samsung Brand ..?
        How useless are the service centre people..?
        How useless are the Customer Care people closing the complaint without Customer notice?
        I need an Immediate Action on this.

          Unethical & without bill services by Samsung service center Faridabad & Palwal

          I have 4 products of Samsung in my house. But I am totally frustrated with Samsung service center operator for refrigerators for Faridabad and Palwal area. My refrigerator has some power related issues so I made a complain on 02/07/2018. My complain was registered with reference no. [protected]. The service provider Mr. Uday singh called me and told me that his person will come next day but I will not be given any bill against my payments. I insisted for bill against payments. Next day his person came to my house while I was not available but my wife was available. The service person checked and opened some parts and cut some wires, did something and within a minute told to my wife that it is a tempered case. My wife told him that our fridge was only one time repaired earlier and that time also Samsung authorized service engineer repaired it. Then he told that don't worry fridge can be repaired easily but he will do it unofficially and will take Rs 2000 but will not give any bill or receipt. My wife called me and told all this. Then I called to owner/ head of service center Mr. Uday singh and told what about his man was saying. Then he made me remember that he also told me initially that generally they don't give bill of such repair cases. Because it was against my ethics to pay any money without bill so I argued him that how can I be confident that he will put a Samsung genuine part as replacement if it is not supported with bill. and that I will make its complain to Samsung company. Then he arrogantly replied that "he don't care about any complained against him because he had bought several service managers of Samsung. And now I have to give him Rs2000 in advance without any receipt or bill and I have to take my fridge to his place otherwise no any person in my town can fix my refrigerators problem". Later my wife told me that after our discussion, the service engineer was called up by his that boos then he opened the fridge from some other places too and did something there and raped up and replied to my wife that fridge has some major problems and these can be fixed only if we send it to their workshop and went away. I doubt that service engineer made my fridge more problematic and tempered it badly after talking to his boss Uday singh. Since then I tried to talk Uday singh many times but every time he arrogantly repeat his words that "he don't care about any complained against him because he had bought with money several service managers of Samsung. And now I have to give him Rs2000 in advance without any receipt or bill and I have to take my fridge to his place otherwise no any person in my town can fix my refrigerators problem.
          Some of my friends also gave me similar type of feedback about servicing for their AC and refrigerators. So after waiting to much and frustrating badly, I am making this complain to you. Hoping that you will take a suitable action against such person who is spoiling the name & reputation of such good company like Samsung and its good quality products.

            I had attended the telephonic Interview of Samsung electronics India and got appointed.. I recieved the soft copy of the offer letter and they informed me to submit a Fee for the Hard copy of the Same.. And I had deposited the Fee through Bank.It has Been Two months and no offer letter came. I had missed all Other oppurtunities while waiting for this. So I request You to kindly redress My Complaint .

                Dear sir/madam,
                I vishwadeep had purchased a samsung j6 on 25 may 2018 and i had paid 14000 for that.now i am facing many problems in phone.the screen colour gets change automatically, when i make any kind of video or open it, it gets corrupt error show when play the video and i have to reboot the phone and then only phone works properly, it hangs also so i visited samsung service center A- 233, Block A, Near Crown Plaza, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi, Delhi 110020 firstly on 11 July 2018, Wednesday then the technician checked it but i m not satisfied with there service rendered to me .so today 15 July 2018 also i went there at counter no.17 but your technicians were not ready to agree with my problems.neither i'll submit my phone nor allow you to open it .i m not at all satisfied with the phone as i m facing many problems.either change my set with new set or i'll have to complain against my mobile in higher authority or consumer court .
                Kindly take any action as soon as possible.

                I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased.
                I VISHWADEEP, I am a regular customer of your company. On the 25th of May 2018, I bought a brand new samsung j6 infinity mobile. However, upon 20 days o[censored]sing it, problems started to appear. The colour of the screen automatic black and some other issues(hang, files not open, some time touch slow work etc).I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model.
                I had submitted my mobile phone 2 times for repair & physical inspection in okhla service center.Same problem persist after repairing.I had registered my complaint again samsung head office email id but till know i did not received any reply regarding my complaint. I have a proof of dark screen automatic & attaching with mail.So i request to the samsung company please take strict action against my complaint as soon as possible.Otherwise i will take necessary action against my complaint & do complaint in higher authority.

                I vishwadeep is again reminding you about my complain regarding samsung j6 phone.i have been facing many problems in phone since i have purchased so i submitted my phone twice in service center okhla but same problem still persists after repairing and i was not satisfied with the services rendered to me so after 25th July 2018 i had complaint you about this many times but not a single response i have been provided with.
                Now its high time and i want any action to be taken as soon as possible

                Today i went to samsung service center okhla their quality manager (Dharmendra - (senior customer officer) counter no 17) examined my phone and accepted the issues in phone and they send you the photo of the problem of my complaint.So, please check my complain and take action.

                I''ll be thankful by your services .I request to the higher authority please take necessary action as soon as possible on urgent basis and change my faulty handset/refund me.I don't want this faulty hand-set.I am not satisfied with your service till know.I had already submitted my mobile 3 times for same problem and paid again and again conveyance charges to visit service center.
                Nobody give any response regarding my complaint last 10 days till knw.
                I am attaching proof of the problem also here.

                  I'm Dileep kumar old user of SAMSUNG. Currently I'm using a phone of Samsung the model is "C7-PRO" and A7-2017 . I'm facing to much problem that phone accessories like data cable, earphone has damage after 6 months 15 days but they are providing only 6 months accessories guaranty/warranty but why that damage just after 6 months I'm facing this problem like this 4th time in only Samsung accessories like charger pin damaging, earphone damaging, data cable damaging not in under of 6 month but when cross 6 month and run 7th month or 8th moth than we face the exists problem why????

                    As we have purchased a lot of products from Samsung... The company has given us the surety as on the products where u have installed... But then when it's about the services... They get delayed for a month or a year as they replace with the new machine example the TV itself... The product which we had purchased on 2/2/17, code Samsung UA50KU6000KMXL is not yet repaired or the service holder never responded to our complaints.. So is ther anyone who is very feasible to help us out with this questions wt I had asked.. So make sure the product will be there tomorrow itself... Orelse we can sue your product complaints officially towards court.. So make sure that the product where I had mentioned above should be placed tomorrow itself by morning orelse it will sued to court order.. So better decide... And yeah the product service is so rubbish and very unproductive as per the customer care.. So I would like to hear the response from your side by today itself.. Make it sure it's done tomorrow itself.. Will send you the number of items we have purchased on date... And yeah one more thing is that make Sure that the reply is not delayed.. And even the empty space picture which I had sent u was of the TV which I had mentioned above din even installed for about 2 months

                      The phone screen started going black slowly from left bottom side suddenly without any external damage/fall etc. It was suggested by the dealer to go to authorized workshop. When I contacted them they are insisting that it is not covered under warranty.
                      My father has been working with Hyundai and Daewoo companies on a very senior position for a long time and insists on buying only Korean products due to expected good quality, but my experience has been really bad for Mobile phones.

                        I had purchased a Samsung Microwave Oven CE76JD-CR on[protected] from M/S. Sargam Electronics, 498, Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi 110034, India vide their Invoice no. SPP-021852 dated[protected].

                        On[protected], I registered a complaint with their service center with Compliant No.[protected] regarding sparking in my aforesaid Microwave Oven. Their technician visited my house on[protected] and he told me that Ceramic Coating of my said Microwave Oven is damaged but the same is not repairable at his end therefore he will submit his report to his concerned seniors and they will call me later regarding the same. On[protected], I received a call from their executive and he told me that since it is not possible to repair the faulty part at my home, I would be getting the cheque of the amount left after deducting 22% depreciation on my original bill amount. He asked to give a copy of bill, my crossed cheque and a copy of my Aadhar card and also assured me that I would received the amount within 10 days after collection of documents. On[protected], their representative collected the papers from my house. Here you should also note the fact that on the back side of the photocopy of my purchase bill which I gave to their representative, I have clearly mentioned the amount after deducting 22%, of which I was supposed to receive cheque/Bank transfer of. On[protected], I again received a call from their side stating that I would only get Samsung coupons after deducting 44% depreciation. When I told them that I was assured of deducting 22% only as depreciation and balance by a cheque, he told me that it was a mistake and neither cheque nor 22% is possible.

                        After being this much distressed, I checked the Warranty Card of my Microwave Oven (which was issued by them at the time of its purchase), I found that Ceramic Coating of the same is under 120 months warranty from its date of purchase. I repeatedly requested their customer care representatives on[protected],[protected],[protected] and on[protected] and requested them to repair or replace the product immediately as the damaged part is under 120 months warranty given by you but their customer care representatives kept on fooling me in the name of a call from senior representative within next 48 hours, which I never got. I made a final call to their customer care on[protected] asking them to know the current status of my complaint and they told me that my complaint has been already cancelled. I was surprised to know that my complaint for a part which is under 120 months warranty was cancelled without even calling me. This time also, their customer care representative accepted that my issue and claim is genuine and he also assured me that he is referring the matter to the concerned department head and this time, I will be getting a call in the next 48 hours surely with proper resolution. He also gave me a new complaint number [protected] but as expected, no one has called me till now from your side. This is how an international company like Samsung works. It has been more than two months of a complaint about a part which is under 120 months warranty. A customer like me chooses Samsung over others looking at the reputation it has. But with this kind of behavior that too wont last long.

                        Since the damaged part (Ceramic Coating) of my Microwave Oven is under 120 months warranty given by the manufacturer, my Microwave Oven should be either repaired or be replaced.

                            I got a Samsung 2.1 soundbar from Flipkart today. Flipkart website clearly says that the installation and demo is free of cost. I got a call from service center and they said i need to pay Rs 500 + tax for installation which I refused and then they cancelled my request.

                            I then contacted Samsung customer care and they told me that it is free of cost and they would create another request (Request# [protected]). I received a call from service center and they again said that I need to pay to 500 + tax (?)

                            I then contacted customer care again to sort this out. I received a wall mount (two clamp and screws) along with my soundbar. But the customer care person kept saying that Samsung does not send anything like that. I spoke to him for 25 mins and he kept saying the same.

                            Finally I requested him to connect to his supervisor (Mr. Premraj), I was connected after 5 minute wait. The supervisor on hearing my concern, blindly said contact flipkart as Samsung does not send clamp and screws for installation. What kind of service is this? I had to explain him that it came in a sealed box and flipkart cannot just put this in a sealed box. Finally, he said Samsung does not provide installation for this product.

                            Why does flipkart website says installation and demo is free? Why does the first customer care person say it is free? Why do the other two kept saying Samsung does not send screws and clamps for installation? Do they not know about the product they support? I wasted 2 hours in doing all this without a proper resolution.

                            What do I do here? Please assist. I expected a better service from Samsung. Really really frustrating.

                              One of the horrible experience i have faced today at Samsung Mobile Samsung Support in kukatpally branch...i went for mic problem (only mic) no other issue they have dismantled my device and told me there is a droplet of water near mic..and told it might cost around 10k for samsung j6 64gb mic replacement and i have taken back my mobile to backup my data and i found my front camera is misplaced and went again and asked abt the camer issue they replied as one droplet of water passed all the way from my bottom placed mic to the top placed camera lens and damaged the lens and asked for 14k for repair it was very disappoint by service center behaviour towards their customers...SamsungCare

                                I have Samsung S8 phone which I had purchased around 11 months before. The phone has started giving issues in a year. I visited the Samsung authorised service center and they said the motherboard and the battery has to be replaced. I visited them back after 10 days and they response from them was fantastic. They said we had ordered motherboard and battery but as some other client came so we gave your motherboard to him and now again you will have to wait as they need to indent the same to the company. Samsung does not know S also about the services which they should cater to the client. It's a feedback never opt for Samsung products and they will pull up the hands post selling the products

                                  This is Sundeep from Delhi, i lodged a complaint with samsung on 09.07.2018 at samsung and various forums regarding my samsung S-8 which is stated by company to be water resistant but when it could not bear 10-20 seconds rain company starts to put illogical reasoning just to avoid replacment. As I deposited my phone at Shahdara delhi service shop with job no. [protected] Dt 09.07.2018. Since that day I am reciving calls from Samsung offices chennai mumbai eachbone assuring that issue has been transferred to concerned and they will resolve the issue with in 24 hrs. I want to know how many 24 hrs did the company require. After selling your product donot you have any responsiblity when its in warranty. You are neither providing service nor support to consumers it seems you people are least bothered about customers and seems customer buying samsung phone are cheated both of money and precious time

                                    I don't want to make relationship with the Samsung in my future, service is very bust I am really disappointed with Samsung service and members side they don't have the manners how to talk with the customer and Samsung service is very bad, I spaind 8000 please return my money

                                    I bought a new Samsung phone from Patel Nagar new Delhi when I bought phone was not working then I went to customer service center for the service, executive checked my phone and returned me and said to me phone is working fine I came at home and after same time I used my hone again I got same issue and next day I went again there with the same issue, executive checked again after sometime he retuned my phone with the same statement that your phone is working fine and again I faced same issue in the same day next day I went again then I said stalky what happened every day you check my phone and retune my phone with the statement that your phone is working fine please check and give me right statement otherwise make dio (change handset) and he took phone for 2 days, I came after 2 days and took my phone screen is damaged I asked he replied it is not an issue I checked carefully I got that screen got destroy and said I will not get this phone again because you destroyed my phone screen, customer care manager used abusing word and said will not change your phone and you may go to any where
                                    I spended good money for buying a Samsung phone I think I wasted my all money please return my money I don’t want to make a relationship with the Samsung again in future.

                                    I raised a complaint about my Samsung phone, I received a call from Samsung Head Office, they checked my broken screen phone and said that the screen will change but you will pay 1200 RS / - tax,
                                    When I bought a Samsung phone, I paid all taxes, why should I do it again, I said please give me the money but they are not ready to give me the money. Why should I get that pain, please check me as soon as possible and revert me?

                                      I Yatin Yadav brought a new phone Samsung galaxy J6 on 10 July 2018.
                                      I have not used too many phones so I don't about features too much.I went to Delhi Electronics named shop in Model town Rewari, Haryana.When I enquired about features of J6 he told me then I asked him whether it has portrait mode or not in rear camera he said yes it has but when I came home and checked it's camera it has no portrait mode. So I went to him again on 12 July 2018 to change the phone to J8 he said clearly that there is no fault of me it's your fault and I will not change it.So please tell me where is my mistake if I don't no much about smartphone features I bought it only because he said it has portrait mode.So please take a strict action on it so that I can change my phone from J6 to J8.

                                        I had baught one 40 inch LED from Army canteen but from the month of purchase it is not working satisfactory & going faulty again & again & till now the condition is that 99 percent hardware of this LED has got changed & the Engg from Samsung continuously changing the hardware of my LED, upto now it got faulty upto Approx 10 times & all the major & Minor hardware had got changed.
