I purchased a Samsung front load washing machine on 9/12/2013. It suddenly stopped working, not even turning on. I raised a compliant, no [protected], for the same and paid 472 as service charges. An engineer came in to diagnosis and mentioned to us that it PCB is gone and need to be replaced. The reason he mentioned is that it is due to power fluctuations. Dear sir,
1. I have purchased two memory cards from amazon in apr 2016 and are under warranty for 10 yrs as mentioned on packing card). I have bills and packing material with me.
2. Now one 32 gb card become unserviceable and i approached to amazon, the replied that go to samsang and get replaced or bring 'service denial letter' for further action.
3. I went to samsung collection center nehru palace new delhi, they say...

I have regestered my complaint two times regarding samsung washing machine through customer care centre but till date no service engineer visit done to attend my complaind inbetween a fraud & faul massage sent my regestered mo.number that your complaint has been resolved. That type activity is totallyfraudd, wrong, fauls& untrustable, unbileable and if my problem is not resolve than I can go high coart jaipur to FIR agaist SAMSUNG COMPANY....

For last few days dirt and lime scales were coming out of my washing machine. There were no problem other than this.I called at customer care no.My request no. is [protected]. They sent an engineer named Souren to my house. After checking the machine he recommended for chemical wash only. The machine was delivered to me from workshop after chemical wash on 1st June. And after it had been delivered from the workshop my machine is not working...

I have brought my samsung digital inverter ac since 2 days but now still it is not installed.. When i called in the no. Of customar care they told that samsung engineer will call me and meet me shortly but still now i have not got a single call from the service person...

I had full faith and belief on samsung but this feedback destroyed my believe......

Purchased samsung refrigerator model no. Rr26n373zbs on 25/05/2018 from r. K. Video apsara road jammu.
The fridge is defective with dented base.
Two engineers visited on our complaint, assured for replacement, but nothing
Done so far.
The fridge is not stable, remains tilted. It does not stand stable.
Each time your engineer visits us, says they have lodged the complaint.
We have been waiting for...

I've complaint twice the technician visited and the compressor was issued but at the time of installation khemchand technician said condenser & blade are damaged pay 10000/- otherwise not fixing and he taken the compressor back. Hi team samsung, i am extremely disappointed to tell you that i have lodged a complaint ([protected]) regarding repair of my 5 year old samsung refrigerator... But the service engineer refused to service the refrigerator saying the part is not available... When i contacted the customer care team, they too have shown their inability to provide any help... I am extremely surprised and shocked to learn that a company like samsung can simply refuse...

I have purchased this very high end refrigerator from samsung for indian rs. 75000/- (Ten equivalent to usd - 1500 appx.) in may 2012. It had a compressor warranty of 10 years and machine warranty of 1 year.

When i purchased this fridge after 2 month of date of purchase fridge detect sensor problem.

After one month of above complaint again 2nd problem detect that...

My mobile also faces the same complained that all s7 edge owners face once the warranty period is over. But still samsung is not taking any actions as this is a manufacturindlg defect. It all proves that the consuner right in india is not strong. After spending a huge amount on mobile this is what we get. It is amazing that there has not been any action taken from samsung india side.
