Dear Samsung Team,

I am using Samsung product from 20+ years, but this time by experience with Samsung product was nightmare.
From the i purchased i am facing issues with AC, every time reported issue to Samsung/Retailer, issue was taken lightly & prolonged, every time the issue was resolved by your technician but Un-fortunately it will pop Up again.
I have been facing this trauma from last ~1 year and still no resolution i am so frustrated by your customer support and people representing Samsung locally. Zero support from your support.
PSB is being replaced twice in last 1 year first PCB had an issue in just 1.5 month.
I deeply regret my decision to rely on Samsung product, I insist to look into this mater on urgent basis i was so frustrated i had to issue a legal notice against Samsung

As intimated by the service centre, pathanamthitta, Kerala, the motherboard order has been placed vide above quoted service order on 21.06.2018. After that nothing has been heard from them. Can you intimate me the present position of the complaint. The motherboard of my led tv damaged due to lightning. The complaint lodged your service centre at Pathanamthitta, Kerala, Pin 689647. The service centre intimated that the motherboard details mentioned above is not available in Kerala and Noida, India and they placed order for the same. Can you tell me to take how much time to get it.

      We have purchased a 2 tonn ac on 2/6/2018, and it was installed the next day.
      We paid extra for the transportation and installation which was not included in the bill. When the ac got installed, we have noticed that the compressor is making lot of sound, very unusal. We have complained to the shop where we purchased, and they have raised a complaint. Within 2 days, some technical person was there, he checked and said, yes sound is not usual, and said our senior technical person will come. Later within 2 days another person was there, he too checked and tried all, and said will come again. Later within the week, he visited with service technicians from chennai, and they too checked, and finally told us, some problem is there, if we want they can replace something in the compressor, we confirmed them that we dont want parts to be changed, but complete compressor replacement. They said ok, it will be processed and left. Within 2 days, a person was there, took all the details like bill copy, photos of ac, identity of buyer (In this case pan copy of our company), and cancelled cheque, when i asked for what is the cheque needed, that person made a call to customer care and made me talk, where i was told that 99 % replacement will be done, but if it cannot be replaced, it will be refunded, hence need account verfification, hence cheque, i submitted all. Within few days, i received a call from customer care refund team and was told, they are unable to do replacement, hence will give coupon, which can be used in samsung, will be receiving call again from them. That time it wasnt clear to me, i wasnt even asked for my opinion. Till to date no further update, today i made a call to customer care, and asked why i am being offered coupon instead of refund in form of cheque, why i am being forced to go for samsung. I never asked for refund, but for replacement, you company is unable to give me replacement for the faulty product, and now want to give me coupon. This is not fair for the customer. The supervisor name valan arasu from chennai is very rude, and saying that they you can only provide coupon. We never expected such a resolution from samsung, i need replacement or refund in cheque (Not in form of coupon).in the store, they had only this 2 tonn model, and this has fault, how can we purchase same model. Why is the compulsion to buy samsung, when they are unable to give proper solution to us with replacing the faulty product.

        I had purchased a samsung refrigerator model no rt39k5538s9 in september 2016.in dec 2017the fridge was not cooling n got it repaired. I have been facing the same problem of cooling on and off for the past 6month.. During the past 6months got the gas rifilled and compressor changed twice. Again i'm facing the same problem. I called up the customer care a week bk to lodge the complaint. The customer care dept told that since the problem has been recurring they have pushed my case to the management team and that i would get a call from management team to resolve the problem... I been waiting... For the call n to get the issue resolved... But no one called bk... Poor product poor service.

            My screen without any crack or damage is showing green LCD even after replacement and I have new job for it now Job No [protected]

            LCD screen which was replaced with Job no [protected] Company accepted the fault in display and replaced
            again with Job no [protected] .

            Please provide me replacement of mobile I think there is some defect in my model or my series may be defective. I cannot afford to replace the screen too frequently.

              Still waiting for refund to happen and Samsung head office agents are literally lethargic and not bothered to pick the call. Why then you guys put an incharge and give your contact numbers. Why do guys give a commitment when you cannot keep up your words. On June 14, 2018 was given a commitment that refund will happen in 5-7 working days but on June 20, 2018 received a call stating will take 7 days more. After repeated talks was told they will arrange a call with the manager and still they are lethargic on this issue esp. not bothered to pick the calls. According to business CUSTOMER is the KING of business but I feel Samsung will treat its customer like beggars to keep begging for refund for the defect product they have supplied

              Immediately got a call from the supervisor from delhi office, was handed over a DD last tuesday, during handover they created issue saying 3 meter copper wire is missing and might be you have stolen it, whereas their engineer while installation have carried with them instead of informing us after many arguments they handed over the DD.

                I sincerely request for a thorough inquiry regarding the defective phone as well as repeated unprofessional behaviour by senior executives. If i am proved wong, am ready to bear the consequences, if not, shall i knock the consumer court asking a heavy penalty for harassing us and providing with a defective handset.

                My mother is 70 years old and i had bought the phone for her on her 70th birthday last year to make her remain connected with her grandchildren, however in vain.

                Kindly note that i had purchased the following phone and after buying it had gone through several repairs from samsung service centre including the change of the motherboard, the charging device, etc within 15 to 20 days of the purchase.

                Requesting to replace the phone and help me out. She is 70 years old and this frequent move to service centre even after buying a new phone is a real embarrassment. Thinking to move to customer court.

                  Complain is against the shop as khosla electronics pvt ltd, branch - barrackpore showroom, 3 /13 sm ali road, opp barrackpore railway station kolkata 700120 who has given the false commitment while delivering the samsung air conditioner as installation will be provided free by showing this card and it is part covered from the shop side. The price of ac was paid for around 40800/- and it was mentioned that service boy who will come while installation will not charge any money once you will show this card. And similarly when the service boy came for the installation and after completion when we gave the card the person told no i will not take this card speak to the the khosla electronic shop manager and after that once we spoke he refused to accept it, also when we went for the shop to say he didn't accepted at all. This is the case of false commitment gave for selling purpose and need a strict action and refund of all the amount.

                  I am in agreement with you that the Samsung has address but it seem the arrogance and business relationship you are maintaining with the khosla Shop, I want to add the detail that the Samsung representative has told we will not do anything on the behalf of the shop as it seem there is a great business coming from the shop also he mentioned that you can fight with the shop there is nothing I can do on it.The discussion was clearly on the technicality on the card thee shop has provided to me.With the samsung representative I just figure out they are blamming on me and keeping the shop in favour of.

                    Service request: [protected]
                    I registered a complain regarding cooling issues for samsun fridge which was handled on 29- may-18. Within a month i again started facing the same issue abd registered another complaint for the same issue of cooling. Technician visited my place on 23-may-18, and filled some gas to check the pressure, asked me to switch off the fridge for 24 hrs. On 24-may i called him again asking to attend the request, he informed me that he was off duty and will not be able to attend it.
                    I called customer care again, the representative informed me that this will be handled on priority, someone will attend the request within 3hrs. After waiting for the asked duration, no one visited to handle, so i called customer care again and the person informed me that the request won't be handled today.
                    1) my point is why wrong and misleading information is provided to the customer and later giving the same information was denied by customer care
                    2) the technician also gave the wrong information to us.
                    3) the quality of sevice done, as within 1 month i faced the same information

                    During this season where we need facilities like fridge it's really awful to see such a degraded level of service provided to customers and also not acknowledging the same

                    I brought Samsung Fridge in January and in March is stop working, after complain and one month discussion they ready to refund but it has been more than 2 months nothing happening. One person tell us our case resolve and Samsung will refund another person call us and tell us we will repair only. Very bad organisation, why I brought Samsung because all my house equipments made up of Samsung. Now with fridge experience I suggest people never trust this company.

                      My refrigerator (Freezer top mounted) developed cooling issue in december 2017 to june 2018. Despite complaints, the issue has not been resolved by m/s samsung india through saraswati enterprises, kankarbagh, patna -800020. Over the period of last 6 months, it has wasted my time, energy, money running in thousands rupees ans put me in mental agony, as every time i was assured to rectify it but of no use.
                      They even carried my refrigerator to their workshop, kept it there for more than a week but failed to resolve.
                      Pl see that my problem is addressed properly and i am compensated appropriately.
                      Due to all these assurances, i could not buy a new refrigerator.

I purchased h uflex headphone for rs 4999 there are 3 colour options white blue and black i refuse to take white and now i haveto decide among blue nd black but they advise me to tak blue they said its best colour good looking and then according to them i agree to take blue nd after biling they opened headphone box then i saw colour of headphone blue colour was not so gud nd not looking so bad colour then i requested them pls chng it nd give me black clr but they refuse that its not possible u have to take this blue clr we wil not chnge it while i m a regular customer of that samsung store i already purchased 2 mobile also note8 and s8

                          Hello samsung,

                          Recently i have purchased a samsung gear s3 frontier smartwatch. It’s been just 2 months, now it has hardware defects like the heating issue, not getting charged, quick battery drain issue.in fact, the issue has been started within a month, from the date of purchase. So i have contacted the samsung customer care and logged a ticket. But they have redirected me to the anna nagar service center. Also, i went there as per the customer care’s advice but that customer service is not dealing with the smartwatches. Then, for what reason i have been redirected to that service center? Secondly, after visiting that service center they again redirecting me to another service center (Valluvor kottam branch).

                          I’m not jobless to play hide and seek games now. Also, i don’t know how do i replace my defective product (Gear s3). I want it to be replaced as soon as possible. If you guys can’t help me out, please tell me directly so that i can resolve the issue legally.

                            I registered a complaint for service of my samsung ac [protected]. Even after 2 days there is no response on this and when we call the service engineer who has been assigned he just keeps on changing the appointment time as per his wish and waste my time. This is not at all acceptable from samsung. This is the worst service experience i have every encountered. We wasted 2 days (Weekends) just because of the useless service engineers who make false commitments on appointment timings and do not turn up at all.

                            And samsung gives a standard response that they will notify service center again.

                                This is about samsung washing machine repair problem. I raised a complaint with samsung cust care on 14-jun-2018 (Ref id: [protected]). My area (Gachibowli, hyderabad) service person called and enquired about the issue and said that a person will visit my place on 15-jun but no one came. I called cust care again on 18-jun asking for status. They gave another ref no - [protected] and said that they will update the area service person. After that also no one turned up. Again on 20-jun i called and heard the same response from cust care. Some one called and asked what was the issue and said that service person will come next day. This time also no one turned up. I again called on 22-jun and asked to prioritize my case. After an hour i got a called from '[protected]' and the person said he will be coming in an hour. As no one came, i tried calling to the number around 01:20. He said he will come in an hour but he didn't. When i called again he gave another number '[protected]' and asked me to talk to him. This new person asked us to call again to the number '[protected]'. When i said the previous person only gave this number then he asked me to talk to that person only. This way both # made me call them multiple times but no one responded properly. Then i tried calling customer care. They said they will connect to the service person and put my call on hold for a long time. When i again called 2-3 times, the call just got disconnected after talking to the cust care person and said my issue. Today 23-jun no one till now came neither they called and informed if they will come or not. Fed up with samsung service. I believe there is no wrong in calling them 'a* holes'. I will never again go for samsung products. I will stop people from buying samsung products from now onwards, by saying my experiences with these stupid #. This is not the first time such case happened with samsung people. Worst worst bad stupid samsung india.

                                  1& 1/2 months back your service engineer Mr.Barani dharan collected Rs:500/-as advance for suppling the spare parts.such as vegitable tray and vegitable boxes
                                  Till date there is no proper reply from your end . While asking they said that the order is cancelled.
                                  And there is no action is taken to refund the advance amount from your end.

                                  If the money is not returened within 10 mdays the matter will be taken to...

                                  I had issues with the cooling in my refrigerator. I got a paid service call from samsung service center and the engineer gave a feedback with gas issues. Today another engineer came to visit and refilled the gas at 6:30 pm. At 23:30 entire gas started leaking and when i called the engineer he said he will only attend tomorrow morning. This makes me stand in a position where entire family and the entire apartment is at a risk and the reply given the engineer is not appreciable.
                                  Call no :[protected], cash receipt 26403 for which i paid 1530.

                                    I went to Samsung Garia Kolkata service (Babli Media Center) center to replace my scratched screen of Samsung J7 prime. It was under one-year warranty and also under one time screen replacement policy. After replacement, on the day of delivery(21/6/2018) service center told me I don’t have to pay as it is under warranty. I told them to recheck as on the day of mobile deposit one guy told me I have to pay some amount. One madam was there she re-confirmed I don’t have to pay since it is under warranty. They completed all the other formalities and took signature from me and I left.

                                    I came back home but the service center called me on the same day evening saying there was due of 990 rupees as if it is my fault. I said fine since there is a confusion and support guys only said I don’t have to pay(note my mobile is under warranty and screen replacement policy), I am checking with my Samsung sales person. I said I will definitely pay if it is as per Samsung policy. I have even given them my location details so that they can collect the money from me in future.

                                    But on the very next day(22/6/2018), today, service center collected the money like money extortionist. They did not take any prior appointment, and they send a guy in the evening at my house and threatened me if I don’t pay then and there, they will lodge false police complaint that I ran away with mobile from their service center or they will bring ten people and beat me up. This is unacceptable behaviour from a brand like Samsung. Instead of explaining the policy details or being apologetic for their own mistake, Samsung(Babli media center) abused me and threatened me physical harm. Under physical threat I had to pay without checking fact from my end. They did not even bother to show any policy details from their end.

                                    This physical threat and false allegation has caused immense harassment and anxiety, and developed immense disrespect for the brand Samsung.

                                    I have kept photo of the person who came to my house and did all these. Also noted down mob no of the service centre owner who threatened me. I can provide the evidence if need be.

                                    I have attached the screenshot of the bill which was given to me today at my home.

                                      I have 4 years old refrigerator and the freezer door got damaged. So I took the freezer door to Samsung authorised service centre and asked for new freezer door. They gave new freezer door and charged ₹236 as labour cost and 207.92 as door cost. So Total amount is 443.92 includes GST.
                                      But here I didn't asked service engineers to fix the freezer door and myself fixed it.

                                      Here Samsung authorised service centre cheated me ₹236. Very disappointing. I have original bill with me.
