I have samsung galaxy note 8 golden colour buying price is 67900/- after buying premium mobile of samsung instead of apple, the quality of service experienced is worst it seems to be visited in any local or chinese brand service centre, tecniquian is chewing tobacco and started fighting with my sister as his temper was very high he not even explained the proper reason of not giving service to her and uploaded wrong data regarding her device my phone suddenly became invisible there is no marking of scratch on my phone no scratch no dots and not even inspected he commented that your device is out of warranty after that i called tollfree number and requested them to help me the answer in next service centre is same that already data uploaded by centre and i complained them to give pick up and drop service but even after 2 days completed there is no work in progress so how can we give good rating or share experience about service this much costly device is also consider as common phone the service centre treat customer like they are king and all customers are from village really this type of experience will surely effect brand please help me and cooperate all customers who have suffered from this type of service please solve my problem

    My mobiles gets switchedoff automatically at my end but when sum1 calls the phone rings at their end but doesnot show any notification to me its in some kind sleep mode and when the battery drains on its own like night or say 7 to 8 hrs and put on charge it starts charging happens once or twice a month but cannot say for sure in feb month it happenened more times what may be the prob is it software issue or any worse

      It is now beyond disappointing and more shameful on quality of service delivered by your team. I regret having bought samsung dishwasher.

      The failure to keep up committed time everytime is first. Disappointment by waiting.

      Now after much ordeal the machine was delivered to me & at the time of delivery there was a error 4e. The engineer who kept banging the door heavily, saying it is not closed properly to my question on why he is banging like that. Now causing a heavy noise on the door and perhaps some other problem also happened in the process that resulted following

      1. Flooding of water within about 4 hours of machine delivery despite this error 4e that was reported and not redressed. Written clearly in the report not satisfied.

      2. On reporting this to mr girija shankar he agreed to visit personally and inspect on same day but did not keep up his word till date to inspect.

      3. Today after 2 days of repeated many time followup, he sent an engineer who inspected the machine and reported that the machine has to go back to service center for checking again for door panel noise as well as the error that is coming on machine both le & 4e that came earlier.

      4. Before delivery of the machine after a week of remaining in your warehouse for observation, girija shankar confirmed he tested more than 3 times and the machine is in perfect working condition.

      5. Though there was no bill for the service charges claim, i paid the money.

      Today, girija sankar says the machine will be picked up again tomorrow.

      There was one ms priya following up the matter and for last two days she could not keep up her committed time of revert too. Probably she might be helpless with your service process that keeps disappointing.

      Disappointed on the quality of service and the response from your team. I await your feedback on same in the capacity of ceo desk senior team or by yourself

      After much of frustrating followup and ordeal my dishwasher was delivered yesterday.

      The following are my feedback.

      1. The engineer who came with the machine to deliver, did not carry any tools. After that he sent the person who accompanied him to get the adjustable spanner that never worked to fix the water inlet pipe to the tap. He asked me to provide him with a pipe ringe or get a plumber siting it is plumbing work??? Does samsung wants client to hold all tools even to fix a water inlet hose of the machine or provide plumber service???. I provided still with another adustable spanner that works to fix any size tap. He could not do it. He then reported to his tl, mr girija shankar, that client house needed plumbing work and he will come after client completes plumbing job and he has many job in hand that clients are following up for gas charging etc. I took the line and asked tl, the information is given is wrong and asked whether he is on whatsapp or video line so that i can send video shots. He still tried to convince me without knowing reality that plumbing work is not their scope. Is fixing a water inlet hose to the tap that has a reducer pin matching to samsung water inlet hose is plumbing job??? It is sad how samsung run the service. Team need to be supported by the leader, but not this way without knowing reality at client end.

      2. I called my plumber fixed the water inlet hose in less than a minute. All it require was a proper tool like a pipe ringe. Samsung engineer did not carry anything and his assistant brought one adjustable spanner on his request after delivery and nothing beyond. I have the picture attached the only tool he carried and the connection of water tap existing to fix dishwasher inlet hose.

      3. Afterwards when the machine that was reported checked very well before delivery, has the following error while testing at my house. Error no.4e. This was shown to the engineer, who never had any clue again called other engineer and tl. Under their instructions, he banged the door few times saying door may not have closed well. Does samsung dishwasher need a banging to close the door???. Seemingly yes, after servicing or water pump changing... Again he run the test. The error was not coming during that test. The machine is yet to be used. The door is making too much of noise now while opening and closing. This is samsung quality service deliverable.

      4. This morning when i opened to use the machine the machine had full water underneath from the door panel of dishwasher seeping out. On opening the door more water was oozing out. We switched on the machine to drain the water. It appears the cut off does not happen for the water pump that is reportedly changed with new one. Looks like even the new water pump has quality issue or not changed at all... Is it the samsung quality service deliverable???. They reported to me that old part will not be returned???

      5. The tl on reporting this issues 1 to 3 as above once again, understood only at that time and requested me not to report the matter to samsung, as it is the failure of engineer and will reflect on him as tl. I requested him to visit my house to understand the points i present to get himself convinced as my point is not like how samsung engineers visited both instances did with my plumber first one and with me the second one. He agreed to visit yesterday evening after calling me, but still not come. Neither he called me to state his inability to come or shared his number.

      Mr ceo, all of your team spoke to me, never worked as per commitment except ms priya who spoke to me in this connection in the end. But everyone claimed that they are from escalation team and they are going to make final decision. This is to bring to your knowledge on how your team work on ground.

      6. I have signed the service report as not satisfied with service deliverable owing to these facts. Copy attached.

      With all these my problem remain, though i paid for the service as demanded by samsung and no parts was returned to me as informed earlier before delivery. With my problem stays, i have a valid reason to doubt whether the parts actually changed or not??? Or the changed part too is faulty due to quality issues that i suspected earlier and brought to your notice.

      Ceo, samsung - in a sentence my word is, your team is disappointing. Trust you will not.

Samsung engineer did not carry anything and his assistant brought one non working adjustable spanner on his request after delivery and nothing beyond. I have the picture attached in ceo desk mail posted this morning, the only tool he carried and the connection of water tap existing to fix dishwasher inlet hose.

      3. Afterwards when the machine that was reported checked very well before delivery, has the following error while testing at my house. Error no.4e. This was shown to the engineer, who never had any clue again called other engineer and tl. Under their instructions, he banged the door few times saying door may not have closed well. Now when we want to use the machine it says error le, that indicate leakage error and machine does not work. Is it the samsung quality service deliverable???. They reported to me that old part will not be returned???

      5. The tl on reporting this issues 1 to 3 as above once again, understood only at that time and requested me not to report the matter to samsung, as it is the failure of engineer and will reflect on him as tl.       7. I was not given any bill for payment collected via my card. Strange to believe money being collected without bill.

        We purchased samsung rt33jsrzesp/tl refrigerator bearing serial number *4p*c0*w 2.5+ years back (Cost rs. 30, 000). We specially selected this model for its convertible fridge functionality as advertised in tv public advertisements. The purpose of paying increased amount for the said functionality was that in future if we need more space we could use this functionality to have more space to store food.
        3 months back, when we tried using the convertible function it did not work. Therefore, we filled complaint with samsung support (Complaint number: [protected]). Since then, many technicians have come, check and tried various solutions such as changing of electronic cards, cutting of pipe and filling of gas (Approx around rs. 3500 charged already and again for some issue rs 2, 000 estimate has been given).
        Still, the stage is same rather worst than previous stage as our refrigerator pipes has been unnecessarily cuts, gas filled and cards changed etc. (Unnecessary repairs just to experiment)
        Now, we are being told that “it can’t be repaired”!!! As its parts are not being manufactured!! And we are being offered 56% value of the cost (Not appreciable).
        That means samsung's products has life of only 3 years!!! As above solution by them confirms this only.

        If samsung can't repair their own product, what should i do with samsung product? Why should i suffer!!! I want this 4 months of harassment by samsung through its service dept stop and once again request them that refrigerator be replaced with new same model if you can't repair.

        I have already written so called solution provided by Samsung!!
        But that is not a solution rather cheating!! I dont want half money for my refrigerator. As i already told, it means "Samsung Product has life of only 3 years!!!" Extremely dissatisfied with SAMSUNG!!! If you cant repair your own product, you should give me new replacement... this Samsung fridge is a headache right from the beginning and icing on the cake is "harassment by SAMSUNG" to extreme extent and we can't do anything as it is very big company... I discussed with one more friend of mine, he shared similar experience and is also fully dissatisfied with Samsung refrigerator and its service team.

        In may case, now i understand that only Law of India can help me from such giant Samsung... I am talking to my friend and connecting other people who has also been cheated by Samsung and we will fight for our rights in Honorable Court of Law.

        All people out there, you have to believe me Please please don't buy Samsung refrigerator as their product's life is only 3 years!!! and they say it also "we provide support for only 5 years"... They should notify this to innocent people in all their public advertisements instead of false claims...

          I have requested the service guy for the problem of my refg. On 10may. I got the revert massage for it for service request [protected] saying riyaz names engineer will come and visit. He visited on next day. And said he is coming from samsung service. Charged me 1950 with service charge.
          The receipt he had given me was in the name of some 24*7 service center and told me it has 3 months warranty on part.
          After his visit fridge was completely shut down. Called him at evening he says will visit tomorrow but did not came whole day called again and visited on monday on 14th.
          After working for 3 days again it shutdown. Called again but from past 3 days he is saying that he will come and attend it but not coming.
          After going through all i have went to his oofice address mentioned in the receipt.
          Finding that there is no shop or office regarding that name.
          How can samsung send irrisponsible man to some ones home like that and who is nop samsung genuine service engineer.

            I bought my samsung s8 a month ago and it has started overheating even when i am not using the phone it gets super hot am not even able hold it. looking forward for Samsung's relpy.

              I have used samsung all note series and 1 "s" series when i heard note 7 not launching in india (I was pre-booked the note7) then i bought s7 edge in 2016. Behalf of note7

              But last year i bought note 8 on 12/10/2017.

              Sir, i belong to middle class family and it is my dream to owe most handsome mobile phone like samsung note 8 but some staffs not only ruining my dream but also the goodwill of samsung which has been build by whom who devoted their each and every minute to samsung like you. Please save both o[censored]s.

              Everything was working no issue i face before the date of 23 march 2018.
              But after this repair my repair class start i m still going around service centre to home to office to service centre regarding my issue.

              I have very long concern please help me and get me out of here. I am frustrated.

              13th march 2018 i was on bike talking with someone call when i was crossing some high speed breaker my device fall down and back glass shattered on the spot.

              16th march i visit 1st time samsung service centre (Hcl service centre prime mall irla mumbai) with my note 8. I meet with f2f engineer mr. Umesh. Glass was damaged i got new screen and back glass. Display was under (One time replacement). I paid only rs.4331 at service centre i got my device on same day. I was facing another issue before also but my priority was screen and back glass i discussed about my 2nd issue (Fast charging not working) with umesh sir, he said abhi screen replace kara lo next time ye issue thik kar dengay. I said ok and i came back at my office after repair and quality test.

              After few days i visit again (Hcl service centre prime mall irla mumbai) on 23 march 2018 for 2nd issue (Fast charging not working) umesh sir take my device and after few minute after diagnose device he said issue has in power charging board it is in under warranty he replaced power charging board got replaced pcb and got new charging cable also. One same day.. I came back to my office in andheri west.

              After 1 week i came delhi only for 10 days on 6th april 2018. My sister saw my mumbai swimming photos she want to go swimming pool for kids and we planned and booked ticket of metro walk adventure island (Opposite rithala metro station, sector-10, rohini, new delhi, delhi 110085). We arrived on 10 april 2018. We actually visit here for kid’s entertainment and enjoyment. There is a small water pool for kids. Pool known as (Splash pool) depth is 1.25 feet. I spend approx. 20 to 25 min in pool with kid and my sister was taking photos (Note8) from the out-side pool. When kids was enjoying they are splashing water all around and some water splash came towards the note 8 and get wet with some water. I was not noticed that and don’t mind about the water because samsung said and mention on their sites and manual book is samsung s7 s7 edge, note 8, s8, s8 plus, s9 s9plus are ip68 certified and its submersed in water in depth of 1.5 meter for 30 minutes.in fresh water. But still i am facing issue is my note 8 was turned off when i was try to check notification or call msg. I call samsung care they advised me to try pick up service. But i was came delhi for only 10 days. My return ticket was 13th april 2018 booked for mumbai. Then customer care said then submit your device at mumbai service center. I visit (Hcl service centre prime mall irla mumbai) on 16th april 2018 i handover my device to f2f engineer umesh. After diagnosing device he said water found in device. I told him when recently i was in delhi i was with kids in pool and my sister was taking photos with my note 8 and some water splash spill on the phone. After some hours when i was checking for phone notification i saw my phone was off. When i flip back i saw water on camera glass it was like foggy. I put my phone in bag and when i came home i put my note 8 in between rice for almost 48hours approx... He said ok mai dikha leta hu engineer se kya dikkat hai phone mai kaise paani gaya and all. Then he submit my note 8 based on defect description: on/off key not working bill no. [protected]. Then he said it will not covered in warranty. Because of water damaged. Then i was really shocked why?? How?? Water can get inside when it is ip68. How it can damaged with only splash water. Even i have never dropped my phone mostly i don’t use case on my note 8. And when i was came to service centre my note 8 not have any single scratch on the glass or side frame. Then umesh sir said talk to customer care. I came back to my office.. I called samsung care and told him about the incident complaint raised against the service and quality. After 2 – 3 days my case was escalated with upper department. I got call from jyotika from samsung head office. She ask about the problem and said we found water inside your phone and this is will not covered in warranty and the estimate cost of repair the device is i was very disappointed with the last service that’s y this is happened.. And my demand was to get new device or refund because after repair this happened to me. Before that i have never faced issue like that. And there is something wrong with service repair and the quality test during the service i think service and quality test is not done well. That’s y i faced such issue with the device. Jyotika mam said we have discussed your concern with our team and we decided to give you free of cost repair. From our samsung service centre. I said sorry mam what if i faces such issue in future jyotika mam said sir don’t worry we will do best service and quality test. I said no mam plz refund i don’t want take risk again in future i don’t have that much time for visiting service centre again and again. Then i agreed for jyotika mam’s offer of repair free of cost. She said visit at service center when i visit umesh sir ne kaha hame approval mila hai aap k device ko free of cost repair karne ka. But abhi hamare pass parts available ni hai parts aate hi aap ko call kar diya jayega or aap humko call kar k status pata kar lena. After 1 week parts arrived. Parts is motherboard and battery. I called service centre and ask how much time will take of repairing process. Sir said within 30 min your phone will repair. I arrived on 30 april 2018 (Hcl service centre prime mall irla mumbai) service after call around 4pm. I saw new motherboard and battery new and sealed pack. They start the repairing process after that they take almost 2 hours of repairing time. At service centre. I was frustrate because they said it will repair within 30 min. I came service centre from the office for 1 hours but they take 2 hours.

              I am really very disappoint with the samsung service. After repair they shown me ip68 test it was pass. And i got note 8 on same day.in the evening around 6 to 7pm. And i came back to my office in andheri west.

              On 1st may 2018. I visit the resort after long time it was my 2nd visit here. I was here with my family. I was already prepared with waterproof case for my note 8 because i am near the pool and last incident was horrible with the samsung service centre. It is running in my mind always and have full of doubts all the time and lost my trust from samsung service centre and their work process. I decided not use my phone in water without waterproofing cover. There is two pool one is for kids and 2nd is for adult 1st i go with kids pool because we are with 2 kid and 1st i took some kids photo without case and when we decided to go in my age group and height swimming pool i put my note 8 in waterproofing case and jump in the pool with my note 8. We spend approx. 2 to 3 hours in pool. We took approx. 600+ photos and 10+ videos still have on my google drive (Cloud storage). Till to 15 may evening before the dinner phone is working no issue at all, but on the same day approx. 10pm i was dinner on dining table a glass of water spill on table by mistake my note 8 was also get wet and stop my dinner and pick up my device note 8 from the table and clean it with towel clean ports as well and always i do whenever my phone get wet. I thought it will be normal after cleaning it. After some few minutes i saw water drop and moisture inside the heart rate sensor glass. I quickly backup my phone and call the samsung service centre and told her about the incidents. I ask about jyotika mam because she said whenever u have issue call me on my number but i can’t able to call whenever i try to call because i don’t know her extension number so unable to call but i mail on her mail id jyotika.               I am facing the same issue with the note 8.. Phone was on the table and a glass of water spill on the table by mistake. Phone get wet.. Phone is still working but i can see water drop in my phone near heart rate sensor and the led camera flash light.

              So can u explain wht is the issue with it and why happning again and again. This is 2nd time same issue with the note 8. Where is the hole in note 8. How water enter inside the phone. Even phone was not deep into swimming pool or near any pressure waterflow.

              This is enough mam i cant handle this note 8 phone. I don't know why samsung say its water resistant phone. Work in water up to 1.5 meter under water up-to 30min. But phone was on the table and water level was just 1.5mm not meter.

              That's why i was demanding for brand new note 8. I knew it will definitely happen again. And this month i was not put my note 8 into swimming pool just because of insecurity i was still not happy with the service and your team deccision.. Mam your policy and ur service is in ur hand everything is in ur hand. And we customers buy your high-end flagship phone and pay huge amount for it i pay 67, 900 for note 8 on 21 oct 2017 this was pre-book.

              Mam now m really frustrated with my decision of to buy note 8. Totally waste of money and time.

              Till now i haven't recived any call or mail from her and last case was still open but she not tried to call and understand whats the issue. L

              I call again service centre and i thought let’s take pickup service by samsung pic up service assigned for 16th but i was busy on that day and during the busy day i was not using my note 8 because it was in between rice. It’s because if moisture is in it still present it will go away but it’s not easy so i put it in rice for approx. 28 hours and i was using my sister samsung j7 prime. My sister j7 prime display was shattered. On 17th may 2018 i visit (Samsung service centre ace lingua solutions b-37, ground floor, new multan nagar, delhi – 110056) at approx. 5 to 6 pm, 1st i gave my sister’s mobile for repair on counter no. 3 i think. Then i handover my device to pankaj bhardwaj (Pick up guy from samsung) him water drop and picture even i tell everything that happened on 15th may 2018. But they said it working well no issue in it. So i said then why i m facing such issue again and again after repair no buddy is taking serious of this issue. He was submitting the device and listening as well when i was keep telling my issue he was readying job sheet and job sheet bill number : [protected] request date 17/05/2018 time 17/12/56 (5:12pm). When my sister mobile repaired was done and after payment done. I came back to pankaj bhardwaj i ask to pankaj bhardwaj for loaner device when he was summiting my device for finding issue. Also was getting s6 for loaner device behalf of note 8, everything was done paper works, signature and also mentioned the issue in job sheet defect description column : power key not working, network issue, camera fluctuation, power on and off automatically, they are just going to submit my device but i ask for ip68 test in front me because i wanted to know. Is that still water resistant after water logging, which is happen on 15th may 2018, he said ok we will test ip68 and let u know in 15 min i said can i see how u test the device, he said sir in engineer room no buddy is allow, and i wait outside for the result, they click the photo of test pass and gave me a print of it, and said sir look your device pass the ip68 test so your device is ok no issue in it, i said again that if i am facing issue again and again. Before too late i still want to submit my device and under your observation so that if issue accord u will know what i mean to say, but he refused to submit my device and said to go home come if any issue happen again, but i did not go before the water test in front of the pankaj bhardwaj because he is samsung employ. I test my note 8 in filtered water in which is fresh water like samsung said before that ip68 only in fresh water so i carry on testing the device like, just move the water tap handle slowly and water drip on the middle of screen glass just to wet properly. After doing this he said look still working come if again its happen but how to explain i am tired to explain whenever my note 8 damaged it’s not on the spot stop the working. Its take some time like half hours or 1 hours to appear moisture in phone. So it’s hard to prove that i am getting the same issue again and again, i return the loaner device, jab sheet paper all cancelled, in the end said come if happen again l

              I left the service centre i was on my way to go home, in middle of the way i try to call home but my phone network was fluctuating and unable to take or receive any call, in the end i called at home by sister mobile, and i came back to my home i and pug my note 8 on charger after 30 min i saw my note 8 showing moisture notification i plugged out my phone and waiting for moisture disappear. After waiting 3 hours still moisture notification was showing i tried to restart my device but power key stop working and even i was unable to power off by holding power key for long time, it doesn’t work, so i decided to call pankaj bhardwaj and tell him about it he said come tomorrow i will check it. After that i saw camera is not working primary camera was fluctuating like tube light and the secondary camera live focus mode is working and blurry. But primary was looks worst. The i decide to put it in rice for 28 hours. And i was not able to go on 16th may because i was busy with my client meeting, thats why was visit on 17th may 2018 and on 18th may 2018 i visit again with the issue, on counter no. 2 he diagnosed my device when i tell him all my issue that i am facing since the 1st repair.. The f2f engineer was taking it lightly and said against me that your device is misused and but i never visit at any swimming pool before the 15th may 2018 and when is incident happen i was dinner and the time was 10:00 to 10:15 approx. I live in delhi shahbad dulatpur village delhi 110042 here is no swimming pool near this area. So how can water go inside the phone and if water is still in it then how samsung galaxy must v2.6 software pass the water resistant test again and again when its effected by water in side and foggy back glass still visible.

              When i submit device on 18th may 2018, i share my bill number: [protected] request date 17/05/2018 time 17/12/56 with the samsung care and he escalated the issue with the senior team. And i don’t know what service engineer hakim mobile number: [protected] share the details with sandeep head office team. I got call from sandeep samsung head office team, on 21 may 2018 he said sorry for inconvenience, but sir i am checking your repair history that your phone was broken and after that u repair device in never mind offer and pay 990, and after that you repaired your handset and problem was on/off power key not working and you escalate the issue with samsung and samsung replace motherboard and battery free of cost, yes its right, and recently on 2 may 2018 u repair your device now what issue you are facing again? I said sir i got my device on 30 april 2018 not on 2 may 2018. After receiving my note 8 on 30 april 2018 i visit the resort on 1 may 2018 and use my waterproof case for better protection for my note 8. And then i came to delhi home on 5 may 2018, then i tell him all incident happen on 15th may 2018, i share the service centre experience. He still taking my issue lightly. Whereas its customer rights if customers said i am facing issue and he service centre cant deny to submit and for taking under observation the device, and when the ip68 test pass again and again after repair then how water go inside it only if splash drop on phone, and if water found in device then when test the water resistant test again then how test can pass again and again. This is my question, this is happen from the 16th april to 15th may again and again after quality test and i have complaint many times against the service regarding. But samsung company not accepting this issue and i when i demand for refund he said cant refund any amount but when i can’t get service the why not company provide the refund, the engineers failed to find out the main issue than normal customers where go for solution, satisfaction and for the transparency work.

              On 30 april 2018. I agree that samsung provide free of cost service after water test but this was not the end user solution. I got water inside within a month when water was spill on the table.
              I am getting issue from service engineer who can’t find out the issue happen again and again.

              Question 1. How samsung galaxy must application v2.6: pass the note 8 water test whenever test the device, after repair, after found water in device how the software test the pass. Before and after water logging?

                  I own almost all the home appliances of Samsung make, but from last 10 days I have been literally taken for a ride for by the service department. I lodge a a complaint regarding non functioning of my refrigerator, a service engineer was deputed he checked and took some part for replacement, after 2 days he came and fixed that part even then the refrigerator didn't work, he told that it's compressor fault and has to be replaced, from then onwards till now, we have been contacting various service centres but all in vain, can Samsung please repair my refrigerator, I am a resident of Navodaya Colony, Mehdipatnam.

                      I had bought a microwave (Samsung) model no:mc32f604tct/tl on 30th april, 2018 of amount costing rs.18000/- of samsung

So the question arises that if i am able to take all the calls so why their enterprise is facing difficulty in contacting me, that means they are only fooling us by saying such things!!!

                      All the essential information has been provided by us please take any action regarding this matter.
                      At last it's my humble request to you and your company to help us in getting refund our money back.

                        Hi sir/ madam,

                        Myself muhammed nihil, from trivandrum kerala purchased a new smart phone, samsung j7 pro and the purchase date is 21-october-2017, 7:30 pm from trivandrum local store. Now the issue is that, the screen is showing a blue color and the touch is working, able to attend the calls and all. But not able to see the things. No single scratch or break in mobile screen.

                        I contacted samsung customer service store at trivandrum, and got a worst experience from the staff. According to their diwali offer, its clearly mentioned that the offer is valid till oct 21st, according to that i purchased the phone. Now they are telling am not eligible for the offer, because i switched on the mobile on oct 22nd. A foolish answer. And they didn't collect my phone also.

                        Finally they collected bill copy, but didn't get any update till now regarding the same. Please suggest me do i want to throw the phone to garbage or not. Because within 7 months of purchase the display is not working, customer service is also fooling customers.

                          Samsung Mobile Warranty Issue – Battery can explode any time. No Support from Samsung.

                          Issue – Battery swollen, due to which LCD is bulging out and phone is getting heated. It might explode any time and is threat to my life. Service Centre is not helping out and asking for money to repair it in spite of being in warranty.

                          Issue details –
                          1. I noticed my phone screen bulging out yesterday while charging in office. When I lifted it, I found it to excessive hot. Soon I realised that the battery has got swollen and could explode anytime due to heat coming out. So I switched it off to take it to service centre the next morning. (Refer image 2 and 3 below). Meanwhile I had reported the same on Samsung Portal.
                          2. When I reached the Centre dated 23 May 2018 in the morning, I was attended by Mr. Raunak Pandey later followed by Mr. Ravindra, who claims to be the Centre in charge.
                          3. I narrated the whole scenario to them after which they started analysing the phone.
                          As per their analysis, they told me that for battery change it will take around 2 working days, but when they will open the phone, the LCD will break due to some heating device they use and I will have to bear the cost of LCD.
                          4. I requested them to consider it under warranty but they declined. (refer image 1 below)
                          5. Job card was open, and by fraud, the warranty status was stated to “No Warranty” by Mr. Ravindra, in spite of being reminded by me and his executive who was filling the form.
                          6. When I was asked to sign the job card, I took my phone and have highlighted everything on the job card. They did not ask me to fill the feedback form. (refer image 4 below)

                          • My concern is, if I have purchased the product as a single unit, then due to the degraded battery if there is some loss of LCD, why should I be asked to bear the cost. (refer image 1 below)
                          • Why is there so much fraud that a product which is under warranty, is being stated as not in warranty just to avoid this request (refer image 4 below)
                          • Who will take the responsibility if this phone explodes and I die?

                          Since this is under warranty and should be taken care by Samsung, so I will not be paying any extra money. Meanwhile I am using this phone as it is, if it explodes anyhow and impacts my life, the Service Centre and Samsung Mobile as a company manufacturing it and not providing the support, will be solely responsible.

                            On may 7th 2018 i registered a complaint regarding washing machine. The engineer visited and checked the machine. He inspected the machine and came to conclusion that tub was damaged due to corrosion (Which is true). So we decided to get it repaired. They took our machine for repairing at their service center. They gave us estimated time period of 3-4 days. But till the date machine is not been repaired and when we contacted service center they gave us answer that it will get repaired in next 3-4 days. We also personally visited the service center and came to know that the parts are not available at the facility due to which they ordered it form noida. Today is[protected] and they are still not completing the repairing process.

                            Also the service center's employees are giving false information about the status of the repairing process. Also lied about the machine that "it is repaired and it is under observation".
                            I just cannot understand after few days when we again called service center they told us that "parts are not available". That clearly shows that they are lying straight to customers.

                            Even after talking to the customer care person the problem is still not solved.The people in Samsung service center in ahmedabad are totally lying about the current service status of the machine.

                            when we talked last time the told me that machine is done and its under observation but a day after that day when i called again they said "the parts which company sent were small so they are not fitting"

                            today is 20th day since we have given washing machine for repairs and the only things we got till now is bunch of lies.

                              I bought a samsung digital inverter ac from your sodepur branch on 11.5.2018 and the name of the sales man was Mr. Subir Karmakar(mob-[protected]).                                   I ordered s8 in summer sale and payment was made. Order is in shipped category. Samsung cancelled my order as seller refused to fulfill at price offered in sale. What a shame such a brand which spends billion on advertisement does this to consumers.

                                    I am tarun b manjlani mob no [protected] staying in dombivali. West. Mumbai.. India i hv been complaining about my cooling of double door samsung refrigerator since one month.. And it was purchased on 9th jan 2018 and has started giving problems in 4 months and till date i have not got any resolutiins please intervene and orovide me resolutions.

                                    Its been a year using this phone but suddenly several burn marks are there on the screen. I use my phone with such care. But still such a big problem. I am buying samsung products since galaxy note . Full note and S series. But first time faced a problem. U should look for it

                                      I have given my mobile set j7 prime on 21/5/2018 to a. A. Electronics national shopping complex amritsar, punjab. As discussed with gaurav representative at service center ask me cost of 950 /- for repair mobile charging pin but he has changed charging pin without my consent and changed motherboard and mobile parts without my consent.

                                      Also declare my phone dead though my phone is on and problem in software /charging.

                                      Behaviour of gaurav and other customer care representatives very rude.
