Mr.robin samsung head office.aapne kl muje call kiya tha or kaha tha ki aapka mobile open krke sirf clean service kiya he.k to kya aap bata sakte ho ya aapka service center bata sakta he. Ki mobile dust and water resistant he to mobile ke andar kya clean n service kiya he.or service center se unhone aapko kaha ki center se mobile open krne k liye inform kiya tha to wo galat he aap khud ya aapke under jo b employee ho unko bhej k unka call ya msg ya mail check krvaye ki kb inform kiya tha.water n dust resistant ki wajah se mobile me kuchh b ja hi nhi sakta to kya clean krnge.or mobile moisture +charging issue tha.muje aapke ye service center pr bharosa nhi he.q ki 5.7.2018 ko samko 4 baje k karib jo b discus hue waha pr wo unke cctv me record he or agar voice record facility he to wo b aap check kr sakte ho.or muje ye to pata chal gaya he ki ye center me customer ke mobile ko repairing ka issue bata ke unke pass se pese lete he wo to me waha pr 2 hrs tha to sab dekha he.or muje mera mobile company fiiting position with ip68 water n dust resistant certificate k sath chahiye.or aap kb tk muje mobile provide kroge wo b details bata dijiyega pls.

Sir aapne bataya nahi ki mobile kab tak provide hoga
Thanx 4 rply samsung care or calling me. Bt muje mera mobile with ip68 water and dust resistant certificate jo aapne call pr bola wo muje kab milega. Or dusra ki aapke waha se mera new mobile open ho gaya he to uska resale value down ho jayega?me mera job card uploa kiya he.

    Hi Team,
    I apprise my grievances as an esteem customer of Samsung, as I bought a 55 inches LED TV UHD for a big price with a great product value in mind. To my disappointment, the LED display is gone just within few months o[censored]sage.
    I have contacted the local service provider for a replacement of the product, where Ms. Parvathi escalated to the regional office. Iwas then told to call Samsung customer service toll number of which Ms. Kavitha said that she will not be able to do so and this cannot be escalated further.
    I write to you with the hope to get support in this matter. We as a family are really dissapointed as it is also at a juncture where FIFA world cup is on.
    I expect your reply and speedy action by the 9th of July. If not heard from you, I have no option but to seek the help of Public interest litigation under the consumer protection act.
    I expect your speedy action from your end.

      I buy my Samsung j7 next mobile in four month there is charging problem after I go to leminten road Samsung service centre the fail to repair charging issues problem plz help me out what I do. only four month I use my new phone in proper way. I think they are doing this becaus my phone is in warrenty and they don't get any commission.

      My phone's media speaker is off automatically, and not working since 2 days. My is phone is just 2 weeks old. I don't know how is this happen. My phone not even dropped. How bad samsung making their products.

        I had purchased a J7 Pro on August 2017. Set hangs too much and 3 times it get auto restore and i lost my data. i contacted to the samsung care he said me he solved the issue but again and again the problem of auto restoration and auto off is continue. i m tierd of this phone. Biggest fault to choose such product. even after one month of purchase problems started and evertimes cust care person tells me it wont happn again. Please do something 3 times i lost all my imp data. What to do. I m very disappointed with this product, choosed samsung becoz of trust of its brand and product quality. But i had suffered too much please solve my issue or replace it. I ca t loose my data again and again. And its auto off problem is too sacry. Many times during my office hours it shut offs while talking to the higher officers and they seems me rude that i stopped the call between the conversation. Please samsung do something, resolve my issue

          Respected Sir/ Madam,
          I would like get to your notice that we have purchased AC in the March month 2016, Model Number AR24KV5HBKNNA. With in one month we had cooling issue the service person came and cleared after few days we had again cooling issue, then again, we called the service person, he asked to call the customer care, we registered for complain and got to know that there was leakage of gas, which they filled. After that we never used till next year summer as again we had cooling and other issues, we registered complained and similarly we had service person had done some repair and left, this continued for one more year, in 2018 – March last as summer is gearing up we started using it, but it stopped working we had to give complain the service person said to reinstall the whole unit to other place we did go for that, at that time it was almost 7, 000/- we spent, we asked the engineer about the condition he is perfectly okay and it worked for only 10 days, again we had cooling issue, now that I was Busy with other activities the complained was delayed and its in the month of may we had given complain, he said gas leakage and tremendous calls they sent the service person and filled gas, now in 1st week of June, we had cooling problem, Now tell me how many times I should give complain and get it repaired for only 10 or 15 day AC. I almost spent 20k above the purchase of the product. Before Two weeks the service people came and took the outer unit and Said some damage is their and we need 10k plus for services and transport. Just tell me how many times I should pay for services for enjoying a branded Company AC for not more than 10 days. The service person is not even guarantee that it will work or not. The product cost was 50, 000 and Services charges nearly 20, 000 and 12k, total stands 82k for a AC which will not work more than 10 days, When I call Customer support, they say they will get after 20 mins talk, It is Killing my time, due to this I became sick, my mother in law is cancer patients, she needs AC, so only we plan to purchase it but she never enjoyed AC nor it is Mental harassment for us, Her health is becoming worst and worst due to non AC. If Anything happens I will file a Case against Samsung Company. Please let me know the solution for the AC.

            I had purchased samsung g615 j7 max samsung on 26th sept. 2017. I faced problems in the month of april 2018. It was about usb data connection problem and even the phone was getting hanged for almsot 12 hours.
            I gave the set for repairs on 2 july 2018 at your service centre at nipani -
            Sahara communication, 72/3, near bust stand, chikodi rd, nipani 591237.
            (Cntact centre no - 180040samsung).
            I got call back from them and i was shocked to hear that there is liquid login water problem. I am hundred percent sure that this is not the case, as i personally used this phone. This phone problem is from april and i sent the phone for repairs recently. If there is water login problem how its affecting after so many days.
            Inspite of saying this to your service centre, i got very rude answers from them. Kindly look into this matter immediately and repair my handset free of charges as its in warranty period.

                It's been a year since i brought c9 pro and everything was fine until the last month. Had kept the mobile for charging and then there was this message pop up saying "moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it is completely dry before charging your device. Drying the port may take some time." it was not at all wet. Even then i kept it in the rice overnight to make it dry. But the problem continues and i can't charge my mobile using the fast charger. I use the normal one which somehow works but takes too long to charge. This is not what i expect from 36k worth handset and that too from a company like samsung!
                I will not share my phone number here.. as this web page states me not to do so..its confidential.. therefore give a resolution here only

                  I, Arka Chakrabarti, resident of Kolkata, have been using Samsung J7 for some time. On the night of 29.06.18 the phone caught fire while charging and in my attempt to stop the fire I ended up burning my hand.                     I purchased this AC on 1st may 2018 and that was my biggest mistake i ever done. and it got installed on 4th may 2018. I booked my first complain on 19th may 2018 for Water leakage but issue is still same. From 19th may to till 7 time technician came but still issue is same, i called to customer care more than 50 time. All the people to whom i talked they make me fool only nothing else and they are not sticking to their word. this is my worst experience with worst brand/product.

                      My name is AKANKSHA SINGH.I have already registered complaint related to my phone s7 edge with Samsung customer care on 30/06/2018 and complaint reference number is [protected].Its been almost 72 hours and my complaint has not been addressed yet which is highly serious.
                      I had given my phone to local authorised service centre A.R SERVICES, SECTOR 2, KHARGHAR, NAVI MUMBAI-410210 for repair of my LCD screen which had crack due to fall on 18/06/2018.Screen ws replaced and they gave me back on same day itself and I was charged Rs.14200 for same.Since that day phone has been getting issues like camera wasn’t working and when I went back to them they said it’s a minor issue and updated my phone with latest NOUGHAT OS and gave me back.Since then my phone is automatically getting booted going off and on on its own...for a week it happened once or twice a day but since Friday 29/07/2018 it happened throughout the day and I went back and gave it to them and next day they call me back saying that phone RAM is not responding and some part has to be replaced for which they will charge me RS.15000 again.
                      This is cheating by Samsung and service center and highly unprofessional on your part.I have always been using Samsung phones and spent so much to buy this high end phone and it was working absolutely fine for almost two years until service center people screwed up with My phone totally.Spent already 14200rs and they are now asking 15000rs for a problem created by your service center people.
                      Request you to kindly address the matter on an urgent basis.

                      After receiving acknowledgement call for my complaint on 4/06/2018...no further information told to me regarding my complaint inspite of Samsung head office representative Ms. Sapna saying that she will get back to me as soon as possible and two days have gone by since then.kindly look into matter as early as possible

                        I have repaired my mobile screen paying rs.5400 from the service center located at ghatkopar east near noble chemist and the mobile was not repaired properly from the day 1 inspite of paying so much. I stay outstation because of which i was 2 days late from the warranty period and the service center people have denied to get it repaired now. It has been highly disappointing from your side as the service provided by the service center is not up to the mark and is causing such an inconvenience to the loyal customers like us. There has been no proper service from your center and this has resulted in a major downfall in your image and loyalty which was earlier prevailing within us.
                        Worst service ever. From now will discontinue using samsung products and will stop others also to do so as they are just present to fool the customers here.

                          My name is jaikumar

                          I own a samsung galaxy s7 edge since november 2016. On the 6th june 2018 my phone fell from table and hairline crack, i took it to the local samsung authorized service center... Invoice number: 5336441care17000, care point 199, 1st floor 27th cross, 7th main 3rd block, jayanagar, bangalore. I paid around 14000 and replaced the screen, battery and case since they cannot replace screen alone for this model, the day they replaced the parts mobile started to restart itself, i went service center again they flash the mobile and put new nouget os and gave back to me but before reach from service center mobile shout down itself and not at all booting up next again went to service center and they ask me to submit the mobile for investigate, i did next day i have been informed that no issues in the mobile, again they did flash and put new os and again same issue happened, 2 weeks repeatedly this happened and meanwhile i called samsung customer care many times and they forwarded to their escalation team and both were not at all supportive and they didn't help me to fix the issue. Yesterday (2nd july 2018) again mobile shutdown itself and not booting up and i called customer care and service center and i submitted mobile again for investigate, today morning from service center one women called and informed the there is problem with mobile board and receiver so please pay 14000 again to replace the part and i spoke to service engineer and he told that mobile is not booting up so we need to replace the board. This made me more frustrate before replacing the part there were no issues from 2016 during investigate and fix service center people did something wrong and they ruined they mobile phone board and complete mobile and they ask me to pay again which cost 14000 (So total rs. 28000 which is brand new s7 edge mark price). My question here is if engineer made mistake during troubleshoot and it leads to board failure howcome service engineer team would like to pay from customer care pocket. I called service center today many times and they are giving irresponsible answers and one of the guy from service center he is telling this is not serious issue. May not serious issue for him but i paid close to rs.60, 000 and they are not able to fix and ask me to pay again is serious issue for me.

                          Both samsung customer care and service center not at all helping, i hope you will help me on this if you are not right person please forward this email to correct person/team to provide quick resolution.

                          I had been used many mobile brands and i neverfaced this kind of worst behavior from customer service team and not at all capable to fix the issue and i have never received this kind of treatment from other brand service center... This is your flagship phone that we are talking about and it really seems odd that no one seems to be taking any responsibility... This kind of service makes me reconsider the switch from other brand as this would never have happened with them... Once again please don't mistake this as a e-mail from a disgruntled customer, i am just so in love with this product from samsung but am really disappointed in this kind of service and am a little worried on if and when am going to see my phone again, i really hope someone could take responsibility and help me out here...

                            I bought a refrigerator from vijay sales linking road bandra 400050 on 13 th april 2018! For rs 57990/-. I got a defective piece!
                            No ice formation and water leaking from the fridge! All goods got spoilt as we keep only perishable goods in the fridge! Since may i have been complains and several technicians visited but no avail! I need my money rs 57990/- back with damages!

                              This is with regards to the inferior quality of samsung air conditioner sold to us 1 years back. Despite of your engineer coming and checking the ac on 22/06/2018 but there is no solution to my problem. Last 10 days my ac is not working but nobody can contact and resolve the problem. I will call so many times even every day to customer care but they also not co operate regarding this. The engineer take advance money to change a parts of my ac on 23/06/2018. After that no one can communicate regarding this. Even i will request to visit a senior engineer that also they rejected. For last 10 days my ac not working on that type of hottest weather and nobody can take this matter seriously. From that day till today we are totally unsatisfied and helpless.

                              It's now a high time when we have referred our problems and once again we request your good selves to look into this serious problem and provide a permanent solution. Payment copy also attached.

                              Its already been 3 days from my complaint on 3.6.2018 regarding no service received for repairing my AC. However its been 14 days since your engineer first visited to check. Also yesterday I received a company service sms that my service order no. [protected] has been registered and will be taken care of in 3-5 days but the issue still remains unsolved. I am extremely disappointed with the kind of response I have received. My family members feel equally harassed. So I cannot compromise on this any more as my purpose of installing an AC at home was to provide comfort to my familiy but now its becoming a problem. Further, the company representatives only responded to my calls after I first approached Consumer Forum else they were ignoring my requests.
                              Hence I would inform you that due to all this I decided to approach Consumer Forum and register my complaint regarding this. As this has resulted in a lot of trouble for me, I as a consumer would want to claim compensation against my lost time, energy and money.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Kindly note that my request for AC servicing with change of faulty parts is still pending with the company for last 20 days. I don't understand how many reminders do they need. It is getting intolerable now for us.They commited in last conversation on 6.07.2018 to complete the service within 11.07.2018 but after that till now nobody contacted me. As we have faced harrassment during this bad company service in this hot and humid weather, I need either AC replacement or full compensation against the faulty parts. Please help.

                                  Hope Now your 24 hours are over.

                                  Worst service provider Never purchases Samsung phones. I have purchased two Samsung J7 max device 3 months back and after two weeks of buying, both phones are giving me trouble. I have raised the complaint after the 3 weeks of purchase and no one in such a big company has time to solve the issue.
                                  After the first issue with the device I submitted mobile to Samsung service center and after the week they said it done and working fine. At that time I believed and picked the phone. But it was SAMSUNG team creativity that the device restarted once I reached home. How the HACK the device can restart if the SAMSUNG team just repaired the problem. After that, I went again to the center in next three days but they were not ready to test the device as they said it is not restarting in front o[censored]s so we can't believe this device is not working properly. How the heck someone can perform the problem as and when he/she want to show someone. (A doctor is never going to ask a person ok you had a fever from home so I do not believe, First be on a normal temperature and get a fever in front of me. STUPID ### SITTING IN THE SERVICE CENTER ) I have got 5-8 calls that we will replace your device but next day same ### same ### calling me and telling that we cant do this.

                                  THE BEST part a lady Nidhi and kriti from Samsung Call center is bulling me and tell put down my name and do whatever you want to do, also she was saying if you keep calling us we will keep ignoring your calls. THIS IS ### CUSTOMER VALUE IN SAMSUNG. I DO HAVE GUTS TO REPLY HER IN THE SAME LANGUAGE BUT ITS MY PARENTS VALUES I DID NOT REPLY HER IN the SAME TONE.

                                  Every time I am calling to support team I am getting an answer that we are working and you will get the answer in 24 hours. I am unable to understand which 24 hours they are talking about as It is almost more than a week that My device is submitted and 24 hours are not completed since than. SAMSUNG only knows how to fool people. This is not the very first time I am seeing this behavior from SAMSUNG team. I think the way brand is getting big they keep fooling people. #Worstservice #badproducts#noserviceontime #Nocustomerstisfactionthey does not care about others time it only Samsung people who do not have time to solve query but the customer needs to be available every time they want. #nocustomervalue

                                  After this whole ### how can someone believe the company and how can I believe that my device is working fine. As every day I and my brother getting calls that pick your device is ready to work.
                                  I need replacement of my device. can someone help in this?

                                    I have lodged complain regarding ac on dtd 15.6.18. Man from samsung came on very next day. He charged 410 rupees and doing nothing and told that condenser of ac must be replaced. Also he told that condenser was out of warranty period but i come to notice that it was in warranty period. So i submit all necessary documents to him and authorized service center of samsung. They told that condenser was ordered and as soon as we replaced but till today there was no any further progress regarding this matter. I have called no of times to local customer service center, samsung call center and shop from where i purchased ac but unfortunately i have not got satisfactory answer from all of this. I have worst cum worst experienced from samsung customer care center. My service order no:-[protected].

                                        I got a lfd 55" monitor serial no oagthmhf800468 on 11.1.2015. Two months back there was a video black out problem. We locked call with service and they changed a pcb. Now the same problem. The product was rarely used. This is the first samsung product in my house and it has failed. Even similar tvs i used prior to this and even prior to that are now working in our close relatives houses. Normally we use all the products carefully and they don't fail for us. I locked call again with samsung and expecting your person on monday. But i am inclined to get some other brand of tv next week.
                                        Is there any other solution you can offer instead of repairing and putting it back for me to encounter problem again in future.
