Dear Sir,
I, R.C.Huria D.I.G, had purchased Samsung Refrigerator side by side double door Model No. RS62K6007S8/TL, Serial No. ORE64ABJ300368 from M/S Electro Mart Stores Pvt. Ltd.AG-55, A.P, Near Pari Chowk, GreaterNoida vide bill No.ARI-271 HYP. Dated 21/06/2017. The Refrigerator has not been working properly, the freezer section was not cooling for the ice to get frozen.
I made a complaint to your customer care No.[protected] on 28 Jun 2018, they advised me to switch off the Refrigerator for about half an hour and then restart. I did the same but even after two hours of restart the freezer side did not work. I again contacted your Customer care No. who then advised me to switch off the Refrigerator for two hours, I did the same and after restarting the Refrigerator did not work.
On 29 Jun 2018 morning I again contacted your Customer care No. and informed them that my Refrigerator is not working properly in spite of all the instructions given and followed. A Complaint was lodged vide your Reference No. [protected] .
On 30 Jun one of the Mechanic by the name Mr. Rajesh Mob. No. [protected] came and checked the Refrigerator and informed me that the PCB is not working properly and needs to be replaced, which he will have to demand. I informed the same to your Customer care and I got a SMS Informing me that my product request No. is [protected].
The Service Engineer did not come on 01 Jul then again I contacted Your Customer care No.and informed them that I am facing lot of difficulties due to extreme summers. On 02 Jul 2018, Mr. Rajesh came at 1530 hrs and changed the PCB, he was requested to wait and see if the Refrigerator has started working but he did not wait and left. Even after three hours the Refrigerator did not work and this time the other side I.e the fridge side and the freezer side stopped working and the Refrigerator was making a hizzing sound. I informed the same to Mr. Rajesh on his Mobile, he told me that there seems to be less gas and the Valve seems to be defective for which he will inform the other Engineer.
On 02 and 03 Jul I informed the Customer care No. about the latest developments but my problem was not resolved.
On 03Jul 2018, one Service Engineer by the name Mr. Monu Rawat came at about 1515 hrs and he checked the Refrigerator which was not working, he removed the PCB installed by Mr. Rajesh and changed the valve by using a welding machine and asked me to wait for at least two three hours. Even after Three hours the Refrigerator did not work and I informed Mr. Monu Rawat on his Mob. No.[protected]. Mr. Monu informed me that he would visit the next day, the matter was also brought to the notice of your Customer care No.
On 04 Jul 2018, Mr. Monu Rawat again came and checked the Refrigerator and found it not working, he again checked the Valveby rewelding it and he assured me that the Refrigerator would work and desired temperature would be achieved in two to three hours. After three hours again I checked the Refrigerator but it did not work and I informed Mr. Monu Rawat as well as your Customer care No. Mr. Monu informed me that he would come the next day.
On 05 Jul 2018 Mr. Monu Rawat along with another Engineer came and again opened the Valve and the inner panels and informed me that now the Refrigerator will work. Even after three four hours the Refrigerator did not work. I informed the same to Mr. Monu Rawat on his Mob. No.
I am sorry to say that I feel I have made my biggest blunder of life by purchasing your product and had I known that this is the way you will provide after Sales Service I would have never bought your Product. You can well imagine the inconvenience which the customer has to face in this extreme summer even after spending such a hefty amount on the Refrigerator.
I would request you to replace my Refrigerator with a new one as I can't wait indefinitely for your hit and trial methods of repairs. Hope you will replace it at the earliest so that I am not put to further inconvenience.

      Hello sir,

      This is Neha my parents Dr.P K Verma and Mrs Sandhya Verma reside in Patna (85 Patiputra Colony Patna Bihar).They are senior citizens and they have been facing the issue with their refrigerator from past 25 days.

      First when we tried raising the case someone from the third party vendor came saying that when Samsung has a lot of cases they divert to us.He said there was a part issue in flap dumper and replaced that.

      Even after the replacement the cooling issue did not resolve rather it detonated.When we raised another case with Samsung the technician came and said that since third party had visited we will not look into the case.We even told that we agree that we did not check the ID card of the technician and now for the new part we are ready to pay the entire amount but he refused to rectify saying that Samsung does not have the part so you can buy a new fridge.

      I was shocked to listen to this response as I do not expect that a top company like Samsung will have such a poor service and will not have parts for replacement.Since then I have been raising customer complaint but again and again the same technician is assigned to this issue even after requesting a senior engineer but the technician simply closes my call and sits back.

      We have been a regular buyer of Samsung products but this incidence have forced us to think twice if we should go ahed with any further purchase, If the company is not bothered to look into customer's pain area how the customer can be a loyal buyer.

        Hi Samsung Team,

        My Order #[protected]

        I placed order on 2nd July for Samsung S9 Plus (coral Blue).
        Next morning before shipment i requested to change the color of mobile handset from Blue to BLACK.

        Now i keep calling Customer care but they do not have correct information about the status of shipment they asking every time to wait for next 48 hours for the update.

        This is ridiculous and unfriendly services and process of Samsung which kept me waiting forever without any status of shipment.

        I also requested to escalate the matter to next level for faster solution but The customer care told me that we have already escalated to highest level but we have no solution as of now on 10-July-2018.

        This is new purchase and delivery in Delhi. You can see the level of Samsung service delivery in Delhi itself. What we expect other part of India from Samsung.

        Too LAZY and UNFRIENDLY service from Samsung India.

          Samsung Refrigerator gone bad in just 4yrs. I bought the double door samsung fridge in June 2014. The frdige stopped working in June 18, I applied for a repair in Samsung . They sent an engineer and engineer reported that the fridge is unrepairable and refund will be provided. I provided my bill to the engineer. After waiting for a week I contacted Samsung and they asked to wait for another 15 days.I contacted them after 15 days. To my surprise, they dont have any of my request in process or anything else. They just kept me waiting for 15 days without any reason. I applied again and another engineer contacted me this time . He informed me that they will provide only 10% of refund. They charged a depreciation rate of 22% per year. I am totally disappointed by their service, I want full refund for my product.Thats a manufacturing defect that internal piping of the fridge got eaten by rust in just 4 yrs.

            I have a Samsung 26” LCD TV.The TV suddenly stopped functioning and could not be switched on.I have contacted you (Bhargavi Electronics) as an authorized service agent of a Samsung TV products.Your technician visited our flat tested the TV and informed us that the Mother Board needs replacement and took away the TV for Rs.6150 saying that it is the cost for replacement of Mother Board.The repaired TV hardly functioned for a month and the same problem occurred again. When contacted neither you nor the technician have not been responded properly.

            I therefore called another authorized service agent who tested and said that the main board may have to be replaced and took the TV to their office for proper testing. They have told me that the Mother Board needs replacement when asked about previous repairs by you, they have categorically told that the Mother Board in the TV has not been replaced another and it is original equipment. They have also told that the type of board in the TV is not available currently. These people have charged me Rs.5500.

            In view of the above, I request you to return the amount of Rs.6, 150 charged from me for not replacing the part.

            I request a quick response from you in this regard.

              Hi Samsung, I am also had same problem facing with note 4 SM N910c model, Its just 3 year old international model. Last year I changed with a new battery for this and exactly after one year the mother board of the phone gone. I put my mobile on charge, half an hour later when I checked it was switched off. when I tried to turn it on, it wont. Taken to samsung authorized service center they are asking 19k for replacing the motherboard, battery and DNA and when asked they are unable to describe the actual problem and they kept my phone whole day with them .Very bad experience with samsung and I was using samsung phone from 2002 on wards. I am suggesting not to go samsung ever. it was really very bad experience for me, and that too with high end model.

              The refrigerator is not cooling properly and the washing machine has issues with its drainage system. The water gets drained only if you keep the button pressed. The washing machine and the refrigerator both are not working and we are deeply disappointed with the company's service.

                Hi,

                I have purchased TV from Dubai in Jan 2012 but now when I am claiming the repair for my TV as I am ready to pay indian charged as per the norms but they are forcing me to pay International charges.

                How cheatful these samsung are? They are asking my authencity for international warranty and now when I am asking for the charges authencity.

                They have clearly told me that they are not going to repair my TV neither they are going to send any Technician for repair.

                Infact in your website it is clearly mentioned that International products can be repaired by Indian Service centres as per the Indian cost. Then how can you charge international charges.

                  Dear Team,

                  I had purchased a Samsung S8 Mobile on 9th September 2017, been facing problem with the handset since then & recently on 1st July 2018 the handset conked off completely. When I visited your Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Indiranagar - Bangalore on 2nd July 2018 they stated that we need to change the battery, mother board & display as the same has been internally damaged and would cost approx. INR 33, 000/-

                  I need your help in assessing the issue and either help me with a replacement of mobile Or if you could please help in arranging to repair the same.

                  The cost for servicing the mobile is way too costly and I cant afford the same. For the matter of fact, I have been Samsung Mobile User since more than a decade now and its very disappointing to face an issue with such an exclusive expensive Samsung Mobile.

                  As a service gesture, I would request if you could help us with the repair of the handset at least. After purchasing INR 59000/- phone I cant keep spending in repairing the same.

                  I also got display changed with Original through your Samsung Mobile Service Centre and it costed me 13799/-, and in a months time my mobile conked off without any red signal. The handset was kept on charge and when I picked the same for use - it displayed blank and black screen. I have absolutely no clue on the damage of the same until service centre stated that mother board, display etc etc. has to be changed costing 33k.

                      I purchase my new mobile phone on[protected] from shop Allahabad electronics, 5 s. p. marg civil lines allahabad. my phone model is samsung j7 nxt
                      before 5 days my phone not worked properally n get automatically switched off after 2 days my phone permanentally switch off. today i go samsung service centre situated opp A H Wheelers civil lines allahabad. i give my phone n complaint us for my phone problem, they open my phone n ask me first for deposite 4000 rupees for repairing for change part, when i ask it was under warranty they again check my phone n ask for deposite 4700 rupees.
                      i told him for given reason why my phone warranty not provided to me n why not repaired. but they didnot given reason they give me complaint number[protected] n told me for call customer care centre. i call customer care centre bt he told me service centre send him report my phone damage water so without payment they cant repair.
                      so i mention my complaints here for legal remeady/ relief.
                      coz my phone under warranty company should be bound to provide me free repaioring upto one year.

But they make many reasons n told me that phone not in under warranty. I call Samsung customer care center also. All says not repair in under warranty .

                          I want to file complaint against the service engineer and service centre for complain number [protected]. The engineer was so rude and behaved so bad, He informed me that few parts have to be replaced and he has reported to the centre and parts will come soon and my ac will be repaired. but when i called the customer care after 20days, they informed me that there was no request for spares. is that way my ac ia going to be repaired? when i called the service centre, he was not responding at all. I trust samsung. I want a strict complaint to be filed against him and the centre.

                            Hi, I 'm a customer. I've been using Samsung product. My fridge is not working properly from last 2months. It's not cooling. I complain in company customer care. They send technician but he could not find out the problem. Every day different technician comes but still can't figure out why fridge is not working. This is going from last 2months. Is there anyone who listens to this problem seriously or company just sell their products n can't find solutions to help customers who believe in them while purchasing products.

                              I bought a Samsung AC in the month of April and they sent some people for installation, Installation was done beautifully but after one month AC stopped functioning and when we compliant no one heard our complaint for at least for one week blaming each other and no one took ownership.
                              Post that Samsung engineer came to our house and detected a leak in pipe which was fixed by him.
                              He also informed about in proper installation done by engineers.

                              Now after one month again this problem has repeated itself and when Samsung engineer came to our house he asked purchase extended warranty, I don't know if that was the time for pitching extended warranty quotes or not.
                              Again engineers informed us that there might be issues in installation pipe and we may have to get reinstallation done on our own expenses as there is no option for checking the leakage in pipe.

                              I am really unhappy with Samsung service and this if bit frustrating to chase everyone on monthly basis for a newly purchased AC.

                                  I am Vinay, I bought an air conditioner (Model No. AR18NV3PAWK) on date 17th of June 2018. And it got installed on 19th of June 2018 from that date AC is not cooling and I am lodging complaining to all concerned authorities like :-
                                  1) Complaint to dealer for AC
                                  2) Complaint to Customer care Samsung
                                  3) Complaint to Service centre
                                  4) Complaint to Senior members in Head Office
                                  It is very necessary to brought this fact in to your knowledge that near about 35 people had come to my house for rectification (Several times gas top up and Vacuum activity also done) of this AC and finally it was concluded that the Condenser and compressor both are defective. And after so many follow ups with Samsung team they are just giving dates ahead. I am getting harassed from 21st of June Please get my problem resolved asap and I want my Money back from Samsung (Refund from Samsung). I want my money back only No Exchange or No replacement.

                                    Thanks for Good Electronic products.
                                    I am writing here to tell you about the Pathetic Service center Services in Varanasi Uttar Pradesh.
                                    We bought 1.5 T inverter AC on 19 march 2014. For 4 Years there was no issue.
                                    In April 2018 we got some Cooling issue and called Customer Support on 17 April(Complaint No-[protected]).
                                    20April Service center guys Finally Confirmed GAS LEAKAGE and Filled gas again But did not FIND or RECTIFY THE LEAKAGE.
                                    Means no Root Cause Probing was done.Service Center Guy Came in Night and filled gas in Hurry, even after our request they did not check the leakage at all.

                                    AC Stopped Cooling Completely new next few days and we had to raise a Complaint again on 18 June (complaint No - [protected]).

                                    New engineer this time from Service Center confirmed that there was some leakage from last Servcing and It has Damaged the Condensor,
                                    it can even Damage the compressor Unit if AC is running.
                                    We followed his Guidelines.
                                    First time why Service center did not check and rectify the Leakage while Filling the GAS is completely lack of Ownership and lack of Serivce Quality.

                                    We have taken the Photographs of the condensor Unit and in 1 Month, there is lot of Leakage.
                                    Its highly unlikely that it happened in just 1 month.
                                    For Sure due to the IGNORANCE of the Service center during First vist for GAS recharging condensor unit has gone.

                                    Serice Center manager is Not accepting their Mistake and we have to Pay for Condensor(11thousand bill has been sent to us out of that gas recharging has to be waived off as its still in warranty).

                                    We are not sure if we pay for it and after 2 Months agian some issue comes then WHAT we will do??

                                    I request samsung Authorities to look into this and wave off the condensor Unit Price as well,
                                    it was all serivce center mistake not to check the Leakage when it was visible from naked Eyes(Attached the Photograph)

                                    We called Area Service manager as well NAME - Niklkant Mishra he agrees that Gas Recharging we should not pay, But on Condensor he said We cant do anyting.
                                    Its upto Service center.

                                    Samsung as a brand should Take Ignorance of the service center Seriously and work in the favor of Customer.
                                    We already had one incident with Varanasi Service center in Past for a Complaint on TV. Engineer Replaced the Motherboard to a Local brand and by the time we came to know
                                    he had left job at that service centre.

                                    Let me know if anything can be done from SAMSUNG to restore the faith in Samsung.

                                      Hi,
                                      I had bought a Samsung refrigerator model code RT47K6358SL/TL, bearing serial number 0DMM4DBJ200317B on 12 April’17.
                                      Within 2/3 months of buying a new Samsung fridge, the product underperformed twice which impacted me and my family for almost 5/6 days . This involved, we having to clean the fridge twice, as it failed while we were travelling . After we came back, the stuff kept in the fridge were all rotting & twice I have had to take leave from my office . This included spoilt medicines which are to be necessarily kept in fridge .

                                      When escalated, the Samsung technician replaced the main panel which has fan inside. When escalated to Samsung asking them to replace, their representative(Vikas Kumar, Senior Executive, Customer Experience, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd, vikas.[protected]@partner.samsung.com instead offered me 5 months additional warranty . Samsung shied away from giving me undertaking that during the remaining term of the warranty, there wont be ANY more technical failures ?

                                      In the proposed solution, Samsung didn’t address as to how they would trying compensating me for the mental agony which myself & my family went through, the leaves which I have had to take to clean the fridge & have it repaired, the chaos prevailing as we have had to house the fridge contents of daily usage (including my parents medicines) at my neighbour’s place .

                                      On 30 June’18 again I wrote mail to Vikas Kumar highlighting that for the last 2 days the lower section of the said fridge hasn't been cooling well. I had to keep the temp at 1degree .Have been observing that like earlier instance, again a lot of precipitation is being observed .
                                      In my mail I did also mention that while I called the Samsung customer service yesterday, was perplexed, when told that the warranty/ guarantee has already expired in April'18, despite your earlier mail confirmation that you have extended the warranty by another 5 months .

                                      On 1st July’18 the Samsung service engineer did come but he maintained that the fridge is working fine and during monsoon time, condensation happens and that’s not a product problem( I need Samsung team to confirm, as I am sure it's untrue ) .I immediately dropped email again to Vikas attaching picture of condensation/ precipitation, mentioning that despite setting the temp at 1degrees, the inside temp was certainly in excess of 10 degrees and there were many water droplets inside the fridge then .

                                      Suggest the Samsung team swings into action immediately, before food in my fridge again rots.

                                      On Saturday ( 14th July) your service engineer Mr .Ashish Aravendekar inspected the fridge. Attached are the pics, which were taken while he opened the panel. The panel had thick ice inside, which was leading to uneven cooling inside the fridge( in the earlier visit by your service Engg, he had maintained that the fridge was fine and condensation during monsoon is perfectly OK). Its took 2 hrs for inspection. The entire process led to us having to clean the fridge and the kitchen, as it water was all over the place. Needless to say that this is probably the 7th or 8th time that we have had such bad experience(water inside the fridge, rotting/ smelling food, wasted time…….), in the last 1 yrs of having bought the fridge.

                                      I fail to understand as to why should I continue with this faulty fridge? Will simply repairing from your side, undo the multiple BAD experience(read mental agony and harassment) which myself and my family going through? The solution meted out to me highlights the apathy which the Samsung team/ brand has demonstrated towards my continued problem with the faulty fridge.

                                      I demand IMMEDIATE replacement of the faulty fridge with a new one, else I will be forced to look for redressal from applicable consumer court.

                                      4 days have gone by (post the visit by Samsung Service Engineer’s visit) and there no sight of resolution still. No one from Samsung has called me yet.
                                      14/July/2018- The visiting Samsung Technician(Mr .Ashish Aravendekar) had informed me that the sensor was malfunctioning and they will have to place order for it
                                      17 & 18th July.18- Twice I called the Samsung’s complaint IVR and was informed that the matter was being internally taken up
                                      19th July, 18- Speak to Umang Upadhyay, Sr. Executive, Customer Satisfaction & he informed that the fridge was not covered under “warranty”. This came as a shock as in the previous mail dated 11th July’17, Vikas Kumar, Senior Executive, Customer Experience, had mentioned - Keeping customer satisfaction in mind we are proposing you 5 Months warranty extension along with repair services.
                                      The above stated sequence of events raises serious concerns on the intent of Samsung team:
                                      - How the hell a simple consumer is to understand that despite 5 months warranty being proposed, the warranty hasn’t been affected?
                                      - If atall the fridge was outside the warranty, then since I have raised the issue with Samsung over email (since 30th June, 18), why didn’t ever the Samsung team inform me of it formally? They instead sent their Senior technician on 14th July’18(Mr .Ashish Aravendekar, a Samsung employee)
                                      While Samsung is trying its best to wriggle out of it’s commitment, myself and my family continue to go through hell, as every 3rd/4th day the cooling drops, water accumulates inside the fridge and the eatables start rotting.
                                      I request Samsung to have either replace the fridge immediately or repair the fridge, till they replace it with a new one.
