My call no is [protected] dated 9.4.18 dear sir we are your permanent customer and using many of your products my fridge your guy is very uncooperative and non cooperating person just because of spelling mistakes he is refusing to refund my money is there any mistakes which can't rectified kindly refund my amount otherwise I am going to file case against you in consumer court kindly don't cheat your permanent customer for any company there customer s are the only one who are giving profit to him rest all are expenditure kindly give my money so that i can buy my new fridge and dont cheat me in the name of rules and regulations make your place in the heart of your customers by giving your best support and care this will make you more famous in market you are rich but we are poor don't cheat poor people god not like this otherwise he will punish you thanks for your cooperation and care

    Hello Samsung,

    Hope Now your 24 hours are over.

    Worst service provider Never purchases Samsung phones. I have purchased two Samsung J7 max device 3 months back and after two weeks of buying, both phones are giving me trouble. I have raised the complaint after the 3 weeks of purchase and no one in such a big company has time to solve the issue.
    After the first issue with the device I submitted mobile to Samsung service center and after the week they said it done and working fine. At that time I believed and picked the phone. But it was SAMSUNG team creativity that the device restarted once I reached home. How the HACK the device can restart if the SAMSUNG team just repaired the problem. After that, I went again to the center in next three days but they were not ready to test the device as they said it is not restarting in front o[censored]s so we can't believe this device is not working properly. How the heck someone can perform the problem as and when he/she want to show someone. (A doctor is never going to ask a person ok you had a fever from home so I do not believe, First be on a normal temperature and get a fever in front of me. STUPID ### SITTING IN THE SERVICE CENTER ) I have got 5-8 calls that we will replace your device but next day same ### same ### calling me and telling that we cant do this.

    THE BEST part a lady Nidhi and kriti from Samsung Call center is bulling me and tell put down my name and do whatever you want to do, also she was saying if you keep calling us we will keep ignoring your calls. THIS IS ### CUSTOMER VALUE IN SAMSUNG. I DO HAVE GUTS TO REPLY HER IN THE SAME LANGUAGE BUT ITS MY PARENTS VALUES I DID NOT REPLY HER IN the SAME TONE.

    Every time I am calling to support team I am getting an answer that we are working and you will get the answer in 24 hours. I am unable to understand which 24 hours they are talking about as It is almost more than a week that My device is submitted and 24 hours are not completed since than. SAMSUNG only knows how to fool people. This is not the very first time I am seeing this behavior from SAMSUNG team. I think the way brand is getting big they keep fooling people. #Worstservice #badproducts#noserviceontime #Nocustomerstisfactionthey does not care about others time it only Samsung people who do not have time to solve query but the customer needs to be available every time they want. #nocustomervalue

    After this whole ### how can someone believe the company and how can I believe that my device is working fine. As every day I and my brother getting calls that pick your device is ready to work.
    I need replacement of my device. can someone help in this?

      I have lodged complain regarding ac on dtd 15.6.18. Man from samsung came on very next day. He charged 410 rupees and doing nothing and told that condenser of ac must be replaced. Also he told that condenser was out of warranty period but i come to notice that it was in warranty period. So i submit all necessary documents to him and authorized service center of samsung. They told that condenser was ordered and as soon as we replaced but till today there was no any further progress regarding this matter. I have called no of times to local customer service center, samsung call center and shop from where i purchased ac but unfortunately i have not got satisfactory answer from all of this. I have worst cum worst experienced from samsung customer care center. My service order no:-[protected].

        This is with regards to the inferior quality of samsung fridge sold to us 3 years back. Despite of your engineer coming and checking the fridge there is no permanent solution to my query. The engineer come and temporary repair the fridge after which again after some time the same problem occurs.

          I got a lfd 55" monitor serial no oagthmhf800468 on 11.1.2015. Two months back there was a video black out problem. We locked call with service and they changed a pcb. Now the same problem. The product was rarely used. This is the first samsung product in my house and it has failed. Even similar tvs i used prior to this and even prior to that are now working in our close relatives houses. Normally we use all the products carefully and they don't fail for us. I locked call again with samsung and expecting your person on monday. But i am inclined to get some other brand of tv next week.
          Is there any other solution you can offer instead of repairing and putting it back for me to encounter problem again in future.

            I bought a samsung refrigerator rt37m5538s8 on 21/06/2018. From that day on wards, the freezer section works. The fridge section is not working. I have complaint to samsung customer care. They send a person. He told that the fridge has electronic board problem. I informed to the supplier. He said the faulty fridge is supplied.
            I do not want the faulty fridge. I need new bridge should be replaced immediately. The money shall be refunded.

            We trust samsung so much. How samsung deliver such a faulty product to a highly paid customer. The supplier behave very irresponsible way.

            Samsung is directly responsible for delivering such a faulty product to their customers. Please, justify how your products are delivered to the customers with quality.

              Dear sir,

              I jatinder kumar ([protected]) visited your mobile care office at sector 15 at gurgaon yesterday & met mr. Ravi for my phone j7 which has got some problem due to get wet in rain. My token number was s60 dated june 29, 2018. I had been advised its mother board, display has gone & it is like dead phone. Better go for new phone as it has no solution.

              After that i had been to local market & got it checked. Local technician checked & told charging socket has some issue and need to be replaced. He charged 250 inr & made my phone completely working normal.

              I went back to your office and met ravi & his senior (Rajnish - i may be wrong in this name) and asked why he misguided me. For which i have not got any logical answer but only excuses.

              Now my point to writing to you here is

              1 can we believe on samsung brand or it is only a profit making organization only. Why i had been guided wrong.
              2 what capability your team has... They cannot solve my problem but a local mechanic can!! Please answer.

              Actually my phone which is samsung j7 max which is recently launched by samsung in 2017 ...its not even a year and my phone is not functioning properly .. its screen became black even its not switched off and then it stops working i dont know whats this but this is really bad ... i think this should not be happen

                The problem with my mobile set (Model - sm-a700fzkgins) was - when i was calling someone, the ringtone inside my mobile was coming blunt (Seems there is defect in the speaker either by parts or loosening); i was not being able to hear properly when conversing with others. I deposited my mobile at authorized service centre at babli media centre, garia, kolkata - 700047 on 18.06.2018, vide bill no.-[protected]. Upon repair, when i went to collect the same, it was found totally discharged. Again after charging for 10 min, the same was being tried, but after 1 min, it got discharged again, hence could not be checked. Then i waited for longer time to get it properly charged. When i checked the set, i found the same problem was still persisting. When approached the service centre boy, he denied. So i had no alternative but to leave the set with service centre. Till date, they have not called me back to collect the same. It is a harassment and also waste of my time, which is highly objectionable & may approach to consumer forum if not answered satisfactorily with next 24 hrs.

                Thanks for your mail.
                I have collected my set from your service centre. While trying to check whether the problem for which I surrendered my set, was resolved or not, I found it is OK. But I found another problem of not getting my set connected to sim at first few instances but ultimately it was found OK. I could not check much as battery got discharged. However the service person assured me of 3 months guarantee after this repair.

                Right now I am at your Babli centre. When I approached the service reception Subhayan, he simply refused me badly, saying that he had handed over repaired phone in good condition. I told him that I gave the phone for repair of speaker and there was no connection problem; but at time of delivery, the problem was intimated. But he is denying.
                So again would like to go thru consumer Forum route to see end of it.

                  I was having Issues with this AC from the day I brought this AC and the issues where intermittent and could not be replicated when we called the service people to look into it.

                  Couple of Months Ago there was a cooling issue and service team took the compressor saying there was an Compressor leak issue and charged me 2895 rupees

                  After two months again I have issue and service team told me that they was a leak in compressor and needs to fixed and they took the AC and called me to tell me that AC condenser is gone and to get it repaired I need to Pay 6000 rupees

                  I feel the product I got had a defect from the day one and service team could not resolve it and now I am getting bigger issues with it.

                  I have told Samsung customer care I should not be responsible for the cost. and Samsung should fix it under warranty .. which they are not agreeing to it

                  I have already spent lot of money here on defective product and I am not ready to spend more money here..

                  I need help from Samsung to look into my issue and help me on good faith as I have spent lot of money around 2 lakhs on 4 AC's (this is second AC from lot of 4 I have brought is having issues)

                    Dear sir,
                    I had purchased a samsung s8 handset in july 2017. Since past few months, handset started to abnormally heat up; it gets so much heated up that it can't be placed next to the ear for calls.
                    We wrote to samsung, and on their advice took the phone to the service center at mayur vihar phase 1. They also checked the phone in our presence and used some device to note the temperature. Within 5 minutes of normal usage, the temperature reading shot up to 40, from all 4 sides. We were asked by the service center to leave the phone behind for further checks. As we had data in it, we chose to give the handset to the service center after 2 days.in all this while, samsung ho was involved.
                    To our surprise, we were informed that the handset has no heating issues and is acceptable as per samsung norms. We wrote to samsung again requesting for details of tests conducted, its finding and the samsung standard norms. Our mail and 2 reminders asking for the details is ignored and remains unanswered. We only wanted the details so that the same can be revalidated by a credible 3rd party source.
                    Samsung knows the phone soon shall be out of warranty and hence delaying the process. To us, it looks unfair and unethical practice and is giving us an experience that we shall not be asking anyone to trust the brand samsung with any of their products.
                    Hope this platform finds some solution to our grievance as such high end phone doesn't get heat up like this like cheap chinese phone. We have been using 3 apple phones in the family (2 iphone 6 and an iphone 7), and we never had this issue with those phone.
                    I hope samsung cares for their customers and their reputation; and if so, we expect a solution thats fair, reasonable and acceptable.

                      Two job sheets have been prepared and visited the samsung service center 6 times. My galaxy note 8 still automatically reboots and turns dead for hours.

                      Visited the service center the 7th time with a dead phone and they were not able to restart the phone and had a casual approach with me. They were not able to tell me a precise solution to my problem.

                      I cant wait for the time when i need an ambulance and my phone is dead.

                        The same issue i got again it is so frustrating to get the same issue in my panel last time i got sensor issue now its again panel issue really i dont know what u guyz are doing with samsung product selling without any proper treatment at a time of buy your seller never saya any problem but now iam facing so mamy difficulty plz look in this matter and try to resolve as soon as possible i already paid money so many now i wont have because i live in small rent room. I dont have pay money again and again to you plz resolve this big problem and now i am paying any single amount to you guyz because i dont have please sir i talked to mr abhishek rana last time and he said me u will not get any problem from next time but now i got again.                           Ps: atleast read the point i've put below (Sorry for the long mail)

                          I'm mailing out of sheer disappointment at the service provided by you at your service center, call assistance and information provided for the user.

                          I bought my note 8 from abroad (Uae) from an authorized samsung seller (Sharaf dg) in december 2017, ever since i started using the phone i've been having an issue with the wifi where it keep showing an exclamation mark and disconnecting occassionally. Then i'll have to switch wifi off and switch it back on and it starts working again.

                          I thought it would be glitch in the software since i checked online and lot of people were having the same complaint with their note 8 and i hoped it would be rectified in the oreo update, but unfortunately it didnt.

                          I was informed when i bought the phone that i have international warranty and its applicable in india and when i brought the phone to the service center here, they told my phone has international warranty but india doesn't have international warranty and to call and speak to the samsung toll free number

                          Anyway i took back my phone and did a reset and still the problem persisted and thought i'll send it abroad.

                          Then i called my brother and he bought a s9 2 months back and he was also told his phone has not 1, but 2 years international warranty that too it's valid in india.

                          So i called customer care agent and he told me to go to the service center again and call them and they will speak to the technician there.

                          I had to pay to find the issue, and i was told they did a software update and i had to pay for it too and they found no issues with the phone

                          I bring it back home and i'm facing the same issue again, so i called customer care again and i got the same reply of going to service center and calling them and same drama again of having to pay but they can't find the problem.

                          1. What is “international warranty”, when we don't get it internationally

                          2. When i mentioned my iphone got international warranty, the reply i got was : “apple can give, their phone won't have issues”

                          A) is samsung selling defective phones

                          B) do you expect someone to spend 85, 000 for a samsung phone again after hearing this, i had bought this phone with my 1st salary!

                          C) dont you think the company is responsible for the products they sell? (Even if its bought from a diff store or diff country, the same company is manufacturing them.

                          3. I'm a doctor and like your time,. My time also has value, i've already visited the service center 3 times with no solution handed out to me because the call center asked me to go over.

                          4. There is nothing given on the samsung site on international warranty about it not being valid in india (If there is an issue like that, please update the policy on the site)

                          5. There are so so many people complaining about the same issue on your samsung community, please! Address the issues

                          6. Just a suggestion : atleast provide free checking of the problem if the phone is in international warranty, even if you can't provide free repair.

                          I'll send it abroad and get it repaired, but with all the ordeal i went through, i sincerely hope you could refine your customer care system and keep all the necessary information at hand and save our time

                          7. Please also look into this matter of international warranty and please do needful since the service center people told me they get lot of customers with the same problem

                            I would like to raise a complaint against samsung india company, i bought samsung s9 latest mobile phone from rohini, in new delhi.
                            M/s bansal mobile gallary, address: flat 65 block h pocket 4 sector 16 rohini, new delhi 110085. Dealers contact number-[protected] mr atul.
                            I bought this phone on 27 may 2018 and paid 57, 900/- to the dealer with wide invoice number - 282. I reported the phone's trouble to my dealer. I could not hear after receiving phone call. My dealer used to give me troubleshooting tips but did not listen to me when i told him to return the phone or my money back. Now i went to samsung customer care center rohini 7 (M2k mall), new delhi 110085, even they also refused to give my money back and told me the return policy then it has to returned within 14 days. My dealer did not help me with this information. Samsung service center guys saying there is problem with mother board. I don't want to repair my newly bought phone i want my money back for samsung company should refund the money. I am enclosing proof of incident happened.

                                  Sub: Complain against your Authorised Service Centre-“DIVYA DIGITAL CARE” Plot No-1, Bapujinagar, Bhubaneswar-751009, Odisha.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I bring to your kind notice that on 09/06/2018, I went to your above service centre with my SAMSUNG Smart Phone model no-J2 and bearing IMEI no-[protected] (Purchased on 18/06/2017) which was giving some troubles.

                                  One officer in counter Mr. Ram Ch. Subudhi attended to my complain and got rectified the defects. However he informed me that the warranty of the phone is going to cease very soon and insisted to extend the warranty for a further period of 2 years. I agreed to the proposal and deposited Rs.1038.00(Rupees One Thousand Thirty Eight Only) and collected the money receipt and Smart Warranty Certificate (Copy enclosed).

                                  Again the smart phone gave some other troubles and on 22/06/2018 I went to the same service centre with my Samsung Smart Phone and the relevant documents. To my utter astonishment, Mr. Ram Ch. Subudhi who has previously attended the complaint, declared that the registration information do not tally with my Smart phone. He indirectly accused me publicly as if I am cheating to get repair another smart phone on the warranty of my previous phone. When I tried to convince them that it is the same phone and only one phone belongs to me, they did not hear. Further they argued that I should have verified the registration information before leaving the premises on 09/06/2018.

                                  However I admit not to have verified the information entered by Mr. Ram Ch. Subudhi, which was not possible on part of a 74year old senior citizen. Further I am not smart enough to disbelief an Authorised Service Centre belonging to a renowned company “Samsung”

                                  However can I request you to enquire-
                                  1. To whose account my warranty money has gone?
                                  2. From where Mr.Ram.Ch. Subudhi got the registration information, when the same do not belong to my phone?
                                  3. Is it possible on part of a customer to verify the registration information?
                                  4. If it is the typographical error of Mr. Subudhi, why the customer will suffer?
                                  5. Is it not responsibility of the officer-in-charge to get satisfy the customer in every respect rather than shifting of responsibility on customer?

                                  So with a heavy heart I request you to take exemplary action against the person so that this type of mistake will not be happen again and this type fraudulent practice must be stopped.

                                    I submitted my phone at a samsung authorized service center (Shree communications) at aundh pune and after 2 days the people claim that the phone was stolen from their center and have no clue where it is.
                                    Upon checking with my friends i found that the person who has my phone is misusing its fb and whatsapp, he also has my password which i gave to the service center people.

                                      IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE OF ME TO BUY PRODUCTS OF YOUR COMPANY WHOSE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS WORST AND TERRIBLE.

                                      I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.

                                      We are having a terrible experience with your service team as we are complaining for our fridge repair since last 10 days but no one from samsung is visiting us. There was one engineer who visited us, but he was a fraud as first he told us that total amount for repair is 3600 Rs, and when we gave him advance of 1500 Rs, he told us that total payment for repair would be 6, 000 Rs. Such a big fraudster! . We told him okay we are ready to pay him amount, but first he has to repair our fridge and then we will pay him, but this person told us that you have to first pay FULL ADVANCE AMOUNT and then he will repair after 1 week.

                                      Is this the type of service experience you are providing us ? Your engineers are so cunning. Its been more than a week, since our fridge is not working and we are complaining everyday since last week, two times in a day and no one is visiting us.

                                      Its definitely sure, we will not buy any more products from samsung from next time.
