I bought a samsung m2060 printer from flipkart for rs. 9500. The cartridge which came along with the new printer got over after 200 prints and now i am looking for a new cartridge. The new cartridge is not available anywhere online or in shops near me.

No printers should be sold without good cartridges in the market. Now the printer is lying waste without any use. Please replace it.

    Purchased samsung ac from bajaj electronics on 10/02/2018 vide bill no. 1902/17g/s-8631.
    Since then, i have rasied multiple complaints on ac not cooling. Everytime technician comes and tells some story.
    Finally, after 2.5 months, they agreed for replacement saying it had a defective pcb.
    But even after that i have not received the ac from samsung.

    The defective AC was replaced by another piece (not new though). This one is working fine now, not sure how does Samsung train their technicians to give false reports on defective pieces.

      I have never experienced a worse service ever in my life then samsung. Your company's executives are clueless, ill mannered and have no technical knowledge.

      I called up one of your service centre for regular service of my washing machine (Cleaning purpose) on 29th of march 2018. Two of your executives came to my house and took one hour or so and cleaned the machine. They took the service charge and left. But just before they left, the display panel of washing machine was showing 4e. When i asked him what is that, he said that it's getting cleaned.

      When i again started the machine, it was displaying 4e and machine refused to start. I again called the service centre and the sent an engineer. He examined it for hardly two minutes and said that ur machine has error of water supply and ur pcb needs to be changed which will cost rs. 4500 (Approx). On repeatedly telling them that machine was running fine before ur engineers came to clean it and i showed them 4e error when they were here, they refused to admit that it's anywhere their mistake.

      Anyway, after long wait and discussion with the service centre, we gave up and requested them to get a new pcb for us so that we can run the machine. Again they took hell lot of time in arranging it, only to tell me in the end that it's not available with the company, and i have to buy a new machine. They also said that that company will take back the machine and will provide me with rs. 2500 demand draft/ cheque against it.

      Next day again they say that i will not get rs.2500, but rs. 1500 as coupon from which i have to buy another samsung product only from selected shops.

      I have contacted n no. Of times to samsung for my queries but everytime i get a new answer. Everytime a new executive picks up the call and files the complain and say a senior person will contact you, which never happens. Even of they call back they have no clue how they are going to solve the problem.

      I have never been so annoyed and angry in my entire life. This kind of behaviour was not expected from this big brand of yours. They are harrassing me from past 20 days and i am unable to do anything.

      I don't know of i get the response now also. If you guys have time and care for your customers, kindly resolve it.

        Dear all

        I have take double door freeze from lajpat nagar, new delhi in 2015,

        I have complained to their customer care on 9th april 2018, engineers visited at my home diagnosed your compressor is not working. So it will change in warranty period, requesting for the new one, no calls, no acknowledge till date.

        2nd time, i called up the customer care, they apologies and created one another service id on 18th april, engineers visited and they repeatedly the same on above stated again.

        3rd time, i called up the the customer care on 20th april 2018, they again stated my engineers will visit within one day. Lets wait for another apologies!!!

        The AC is not in order since 06.04.2018. Request nos, [protected], [protected] & [protected] has been registered on 6th, 11th & 14th April' 2018 respectively. Bhubaneswar service center has only sent SMS for assigning the repair job to engineer K Bishal, but no repair job yet. Similar repairing job done on 16.03.2018 by the said engineer but in vein.

          I have bought double door convertible fridge rt28k3953sz in 2016. Fridge stop cooling and freezing ice. Very disappointing and painful. Now i have to pay for it and i am not sure how much to pay and what will be its life after repair???. I think samsung earn profit selling bad quality product at high price. There is no any meaning for customer satisfaction for samsung. Thats why samsung is lossing his craze and market share

            No resolution and no contact after complaint. They are telling lie.

            1) i already complained twice to you so you can rectify your mistake. I simply asked to bring back my washing machine in the condition as i had given to your service staff (With display and error code de).in the name of some small repair, you can not damage my machine. I am not responsible for damage done by your service staff. I am writing again so you can understand this simple point. Forward this mail to some one in your organisation, with honesty and integrity.
            2) i am hiding some facts purely due to some humanitarian reason and want to tell you that damage was intended and i bring that to notice to person who handling it immediately. He took it very lightly.
            3) no response till date except some time pass, senseless phone call. Do not call me back for sack of calling.
            4) hope you will understand this simple point that machine pcb was damaged by your team and i want my machine back in condition as it was.
            5) i hope you will understand this simple point and common sense will prevail. Its best to accept mistake rather than living in illusion to cheat, otherwise i will take legal recourse.

            First mail

            My washing machine was damaged by your service engineers. I lodged a complaint regarding problem displaying error message (Error code - de) in my washing machine after 10-15 minutes o[censored]se. Your service engineer checked and told us some wiring problem in the machine and wiring need to be replaced at cost around 2000/-rs. I said ok. After seven days they came with replacement wiring and replaced. Then they told pcb of washing machine need to be replaced and it will cost around 5500/-rs. Your service staff is incompetent to repair any item.
            1) pcb was damaged by your service team. It was fine before your service.
            2) i have purchased all of my household applinces like fridge, washing machine, led tv, microwave oven etc of samsung brand without giving thought to any other brand (Check mobile no.[protected] and [protected]).
            I recommended many of my friends and relatives for samsung brand without knowing anything about samsung. Now, i realised my mistake. I will bear my loss but feel guilty about others.
            3) i needed your after sales service for first time and now understand where you stand and how poor and costly is your service. Now i am shocked with my experience.
            4) a samsung washing machine could not last two years of small use and require 5500/-rs reinvestment to use it for some more time. (That too started from some small wiring problem). I realised my mistake of purchasing samsung products. Now i realised samsung is use and throw brand like many chinese items. Pathetic, immoral...
            5) i worried about my other samsung purchases. I don't know how long i will use them but never repair them with you. Realised that are use and throw products.
            6) now, i will go for local repairman if they can repair my washing machine to last some more time or i will dispose it off.
            7) a samsung product cost much more than price at which you sell.
            8) poor products with very costly and inefficient service.
            9) it is better for you to invest in quality training of your service staffs and reasonable service rather than what you wasted on service vans and other show off items.

            Second mail

            Rather than asking what is the problem?, what you want? Etc question everytime and westing my time and your time and disturbing my mood at different times on unnecessary phone calls, please do this simple thing, to bring back my machine in the condition in which i had given to you. I want my machine back in the condition in which i had given to your service staff. Its display was working at that time, running for 10-15 minutes before giving error message (Code de). My original cable may have damaged more by harsh replacement by your service staff, but i will tolerate it. I will manage to repair it from local repairman, if possible otherwise i will dispose it off. Thats the only thing i wanted for this last ever service of samsung and i already accepted my loss for my other household samsung products.

              Dear Sir,

              I have gone through a very painful experience with Samsung and its service partners in getting my washing machine repaired, which apparently has developed some fault in its PCB.

              I had raised a complain on 24th Oct 2017 and was given service token no. [protected]. The service engineer detected fault in the PCB of machine and I was quoted a price of approx 8500/- for it. After a couple of days I was informed that the required part is not available and that Samsung will refund us the value of machine after deducting depreciation.
              I enquired the status of my refund after a month, your service partners asked me to lodge the complain again at toll free as they had not logged the claim.
              I again lodged a complain on 30th Nov, 2017 and was told that the part was now available and they would dispatch it, but nobody turned up to repair the machine.
              I again lodged a complain at Samsung toll free no around 10 days back for which I did not receive any complaint no. however yesterday an engineer visited my home and informed that there is another part which will need to be replaced and it costs around 4500.

              I had purchased my washing machine in august 2013 and in barely 4 years I am required to spend around 15000 to get it repaired. Is it justified?
              I Just request you to take back the machine and give me my depreciated value of it.

                Dear Sir,

                I brought Samsung Double Door Refrigerator (Model No.RT3135 TNBBL) on 09-Aug-2012 from Kuruvithadam Agencies pvt ltd., Muvattupuzha, Kerala, costing Rs. 26300/- and it got cooling problem and the leakage of water from the top of the freezer unit to the the bottom and to the floor. I logged a call No.[protected] on 13.02.2018. But they are not coming. i tried many times and ask them to rectify the problem, but the service engineer not come. They tell me they will provide service engineer and he will call to my number. But the next day, the service request is cancelled automatically. And again i call to the customer service and they tell me the same repeating but the service engineer is not come. Early when i had call Samsung customer care service, they provide Authorised Service Engineer from Ernakulam for services five times came from Samsung and repair five times and we paid Rs. 400/- towards each services. But the problem is not rectified. I think the Authorised Service Engineer from Ernakualm is not a good engineer. He didn't know anything. He didn't know what the problem was. We lost so many moneys for the servicing charges. Please provide a good talented service engineer to rectifying the repair. Now the service engineer has not come for rectifying the problem when i was logged a call No.[protected].

                Now my refrigerator not cooling and the leakage of water from the top of the freezer unit to the the bottom and to the floor. when is my problem rectify permanently.

                It is extremely bad experience from your Ernakulam (Kochi), Samsung Service Center

                I might loose the trust on Samsung. Please take care of your Customer because they are the only reason of your Goodwill. I hope that this will not happen to any Customer. I'm going to the consumer court.

                  It is very regret and to deliver quality service from your end. The gas has been filled number of times, but all went in vain, blowers are slow speedy, cooling not proper, and we are not satisfied from your service at all and customer care response.
                  You need to replace the air conditioner with immediate effect without fail otherwise matter shall be thrown to social media and consumer court for which you and your organization shall be responsible only.

                    I just purchased my samsung note 8 on 17.10.2017. During that period there is an offer like free wireless charger on pre-book and purchased ma mobile. I have done every thing like register to my galaxy app etc... But they ask me mail them proof of bill, imei, my galaxy app profile, sim slot etc.
                    Its been 5 months i havent received any coupon code for wireless charger...

                    I think its samsung marketing style by providing offers like wireless charger or cash back offer to attract customers and cheat them by not providing anything...

                      It has not been working properly from the day i bought.. February 2018.. I went to the authorised samsung customer service in mohali.. They told that the phone is defective.. And they have tried to fix the problem.. And..in case it doesn't get better they will put in new spare parts..
                      I request you to kindly have my handset fixed properly.. At mohali.. Phase 3b

                        I have brought samsung tft 43 tv bismi dealer calicut on[protected], now i have lounged a complaint to this product since display having some problem, after lounging this complaint 2 service team has visited and analysed the complaint that there is a problem in board. And they dismantled the board and take it the same for service, after 4 days another service person has carry repaired board and fitted the same even also the issues was not rectified after that they told the issues are not in board the issues is there in panel. And they told that panel they will order and they will inform later, after 6 days they came back again and they took the photos of the same and they were saying that display has been broken, and for this there is no free service available it should be chargeable. Multiple time they have visited and their each visit they don't have clue about the exact issues, after several reminders even also multiple visit of the service team it could not able to resolvable.

                        If you are giving this kind of service to your valuable customer how we will choose samsung product. If the issues are not getting resolve within two days we will file a complaint in consumer court against samsung and bismi dealer.

                          This side Tridipa Biswas, working as a junior scientist in CSIR-NEERI, New Delhi. I feel very sad about Samsung service & product quality. My mobile is in warranty period. I purchased Samsung Note-4 in 23rd may, 2015. That time itself I got too much problem. Many time I requested for mobile replacement. But they only replaced parts of the product (almost all mobile parts are replaced 1-2 times). 1st time almost 6 month my mobile in service centre due to non-ability of the parts. Every 4-5 months I am facing various types of problem in my mobile.

                          Present Issue:
                          In August or September, my mobile went for service. That time service centre replaced my mobile parts (Display, front camera, ram). Afterwards, they replaced my rare case & strips due to networking issue. In that time I saw small dent present in the rare case. Then I requested them for a rare case replacement. But they told me it is a natural dent, all rare case has some small dent or scratches. So I accepted that product. Afterwards, also I suffered various types of problem in my mobile. Due to my workload, I am not able to go for service. But few days before I got too much problem in my mobile.

                          So again I send my mobile for service. Yesterday service engineer checked my mobile & got small dot type fracture on top of the display. It is boundary section of the rare case & display. It is not possible to identify as a general people. Service engineer talked with customer care also regarding this issue. He also mentioned it is not visible, this mark is too much small, for this mark identification magnifier glass is needed. He checked have no dispute in other parts in my mobile. It does not happen in my hand.

                          I hope previous service centre they changed rare case after display replacement that time it has happened. If you don't believe my word then please check my device. I know it is more than 6 months. But this type of defect identify is possible through specialist only. So yesterday only I know about this problem from the service engineer.

                          Just now I talked with service engineer, he told me previous service engineer not fixed properly front camera also. Today they changed motherboard etc.

                          Sir/Madam, please think as a customer, what is my fault? if service centre engineers are not that much skilled, then how we believe in Samsung.

                          Please help me for replacement of my mobile display & rare case.

                          This side Tridipa Biswas, I am getting problem 1 day itself with this mobile. Many time I requested to Samsung for replacement or full money refund. But they are not helping me anymore at that time. Every time Samsung only replaced parts of the product (almost all mobile parts are replaced 1-2 times). 1st time almost 6 month my mobile submitted to the service centre due to non-ability of the parts. That time Samsung assured me for 6 months warranty extension, but that one did not provide me. Next time, my charger also lost by the service centre, that also not provided me. Every 4-5 months I am facing various types of problem in my mobile. More than 10 times my mobile went for service. Many time I complaint all those things to the Samsung customer care. But I am not getting any solution from them.

                          Many time & money I waste for this product. As a mediocre family every year one good mobile purchasing is possible? How much time service centre's visiting is possible as you are working? Please think my condition as a human.

                          My mobile cost is Rs. 45300. Afterwards, I purchased 2 years warranty (Rs. 5588) & battery (Rs.1650) from the Samsung service centre (all documents are attached in below).

                          Today I talked with Samsung team (ABHISHEK RANA, [protected], Extn-1504). They are thinking for (55%) money refund of my mobile.

                          Think one time, how much I used this mobile. Maximum time it is submitted to the service centre or not working mode. If Product is not good, so it is customer problem?

                          Please help me for full money refund or replacement. More than 2 years I am suffering for this product.

                          I feel very sad about the Samsung service & product quality. Presently I lost my all belief above the Samsung.

                          I hope you will do justice with me.

                          After service also my mobile is not working perfectly. Same networking issue, battery & display related problem I am getting.

                          Many time I asked to the service centre concern person (Ms. Kiran, Mr. Vikesh chowdhary etc), about battery related issue. But still today they are not given me any answer about this.

                          Display brightness value is increasing & decreasing frequently with other problem.

                          The main problem I am facing in this mobile is networking issue. Every time I need to switch off this mobile than I got a network.

                          I am getting problem in this mobile 1st day itself, that time also I complain regarding this in your forum. But I am not getting any solution till today. Please contact with me in mentioned number ([protected]).

                          Please help me for full amount refund or suggest me can I go to consumer court?

Because he is trying for a refund. Then I merge this call with Samsung service centre and I proved it, I did not ask anything to the service centre for mobile delivery. They are doing wrong but as a customer, I am only suffering. I need only full money refund. Please help me for money refund.

                          After 1 week also I am not getting full money refund confirmation from Samsung. Unnecessary they are doing delay. Every day they are asking for one more day. Yesterday I talked with the Samsung Team (ABHISHEK RANA, [protected], Extn-1504), he mentioned me this case is pending from the management. Even he mentioned me, as a customer my demand is appropriate. So he will try for full money refund of my mobile (Rs. 45300). Samsung they understand very well, the product is defective. They are acknowledging everything but not providing me full money refund confirmation. It is one type of harassment also.

                          As a customer, I feel very sad. Please help me for full money refund as soon as possible.

                          Please, one time thinks for me how much I suffered for this mobile. How much time I wasted for this mobile, it is valueless? As a customer, I got only harassment from Samsung. 1st day itself I am requesting to Samsung for mobile replacement or full money refund of this defective product. Always I am cooperating with Samsung, but I got a bad return from them.

Samsung did not suffer anytime for this product. So they are not understanding customer's pain.                             I had given my s9+ for a display change in Pristine Electronics & solutions which is a Samsung service center near BTM, bangalore on feb 19 2018, and they informed me that it will take 20 days or so to get that resolved, but post 20 days i have no response and asked me to wait as they will check on the same.

                            But from last 20 days showroom is closed. The executive who took my phone for service has come up with a complaint copy stating tht my phone is lost on 5/4/18, why will my phone go out of office?

                            How will Samsung do that, when i give my phone trusting them why will they send it outside. what is the use in trusting Samsung service center on our headsets. who is responsible for this act.

                            In the work order bill which was given to my i notice that the date is 19/2/17, lol, i bought my phone in aug 2017, this shows u are trying to cheat us, when asked about the same the executive told i wrote it by mistake and i trusted.

                            Now the service center is closed from 20 days god knows why? The only point of contact which i had i.e the executive is also not available on his mobile. neither the service center is picking the call.

                            In next two days in want my phone back else i will take it to the next level and show what i can do.

                            What kind of service you people provide is shown here. i will definitely escalate it to respective people if i don't get my phone in 2 days.


                            The worst service provided of all the mobile companies.

                              Hi,
                              My name is Debendu Ghosh and recently, on 7-APR-2018 (Saturday) I bought a new Samsung S8 plus the back version. I bought it on my wife's name Mrs. Bidisha Goswami. After a few days(either on Wednesday 11-Apr-2018 or Thursday 12-Apr-2018 night), I noticed that on the border of the bottom bezel there was something spot like on the glass. I could notice it only when I tried to see it under bright light. I thought it was dust or lint or something thus, I went ahead to wipe it off the glass with the cloth that I use to clean my specks. Unfortunately it did not go away which is when I realized that it was some kind of defect in the product. Since I work in the night shifts I thought of taking it to the store from where I bought it on the upcoming Saturday or Sunday (i.e. 14 or 15 Apr 2018). I called up the store (Touch tech telecom, HSR layout, bangalore, india) and they said that I will need to take it to the service center to get the issue resolved and since the service center stays closed on Sunday, I must visit on Monday (16-Apr-2018). I went to the service center on 16-Apr-2018 and I asked them to find out if there was a defect in the phone. They could not find or see it. They saw it only when I told them where it was and how you could see it (i.e. by trying to see it under a bright light). They said it is some kind of stone crack. To which I said a crack that small how do you think it have happened given the fact that it has an A class gorilla glass. They took some pictures of the phone and said they would send it to the Q and A team and get back to us with their answer. I knew what was going to happen. I knew that Samsung would say it is not our fault and it is the customer's fault and we cannot do anything about it. And that is what happened. I received a call today and the service center people said the Q and A team has mentioned to educate the customer that it is a physical damage and they cannot do anything about it. Now, it has been just few days barely 10 to 11 days and Samsung is denying the fact that there is a defect in their product. I know as customer I cannot fight with such a big tech giant but let me tell you something that you have lost a potential customer today who was a die hard fan of your products. My colleagues and family members told me not to go for Samsung S8 plus rather to go for One Plus or Apple but I stuck with you people which now I know was a big mistake. I have a Samsung smart TV, home theater, other Samsung phones. But going forward I will make sure that neither do I nor do I let any of my family members or colleagues go for your products. It is really disheartening. I spent Rs. 54000 on the phone thus, you can imagine to which class of customer category I belong to.                                 Unfortunately, i selected samsung split ac for my home at cuttack, bhanapur-753011, Odisha in 2010.Since, then almost every year i have been contacting samsung service centre for different problems with AC like..cooling problem, compressor issue, voltage issue, gas filling issue etc.
                                This time again when summer started, same story and i called CUSTOMER CARE for help.after 15 days and 4 attempts finally the service person visited my place and as usual gave some ### reasons and said problem with compressor and needs to get changed.each time they take my samsung compressor to their local service centre and god knows, what they do with that and come with a long bill.It works and next year the story is same.
                                You will find from attachments that last year only we changed to a new compressor and this year again they said compressor needs to change and they are charging Rs10, 000 for that.as per bill attached we paid total Rs.7000.The local people and cheating customers like anything and we have decided to put a police complaint against the service centre at local police station.
                                That is the only reason, i purchased a different brand for my second room instead of samsung.not only me, very soon the branch samsung will vanish from this area, the way you people are providing after sale service.local service centre people who comes for repair has no knowledge, surely picked up from road side, no manner to speak with clients.
                                I am also working in a service industry and surprise to experience these things from a LEADING foreign brancd like samsung.

                                I espect a proper investigation on below mentioned points like...
                                1) why person visited my place after 15 days and 4 reminders at CUSTOMER CARE.complaint number given
                                2) why i need to pay again for compressor, when it was replaced last year only and i paid Rs7000.bill attached
                                3)I dont believe on local service centre people as each time they take my compressor with them and don't know wt they do and next yr again the same issue.but each time i hv to pay.

                                My senior citizen father who stays at this address has been harassed each time with local service centre people and my expenses has gone more than the cost of AC.I demand to samsung that, they should repair my compressor free this time bcz it is still in one year guarantee period from last year.else, soon i will take this to consumer court.
                                If, this is the way samsung goes and will not get serious on local service centres, soon not only from AC but from other home appliances also it will lose its market..i am sure.bcz market is VERY COMPetitive and clients are very demanding now a days.

                                  I bought a new mobile model - sm-g615fu/ds and imei - 359106/08/072554/4. Its having the software issue. Already i have given the device to samsung care, tumkur. After a month again i have faced same issue.

                                  Type of issue - device get switched off automatically. Once it switched off not able to switched on further service.

                                      I smt mdhumita nandy purchased a mobile from mobile zone on 10/01/2018 model no j730. But16/04/18 my mobile total automatically format.17/04/18 i submitted my mobile authorised service centre barasat north 24 parganas, kolkata, mitra traders, 3/2k. B bose road, barasat, kolkata, -124. They demund money for problem solved rs1535/- but this mobile now warranty period, please solve this problem other wise i am not received this mobile.

                                        With reference to customer forum complaint id no. 465766

                                        On 22/4/17 i bought a new slip invertor ac with inbuilt stabilizer on with request no [protected] installation was done and at that time no problem was informed to us about sewer line and extra stabilizer he told us stabilizer not require for this ac

                                        After 1 month cooling problem started but we thought it may be due to outer temperature and finally cooling stop and we decided to plan it's service so on 15/sept/17 request generated with request no [protected]. At the time engineer visit he informed us that there is gas leakage so for that on next day refilling of gas done
                                        .. Gas refilling person inform us that there is fitting problem in ac. So he will tight fitting and correct it

                                        But after few days we again experience reduction in cooling and waited for few days and again on 8/10/17 request was generated by customer care for cooling problem request no. [protected] and for this the technician visit was done and he informed us this ac will not work as this is near sewer line and refilling will done but i was not satisfied with this and again consultant some senior they told me this will effect but now so earlier this is not ok to have leakage issue so early

                                        And for confirmation i have called to customer care he given the same statement but when i told him that this was the statement his wording changes and started giving me explanation

                                        Another technician visit help after so many aguement by your executive and finally some senior technician confrim me for again re checking when i told him about my profession as i am also working in ac manufacturing and after that visit rechecking done and found that the valve of compressor was faulty

                                        But if the valve is faulty in 3month how can i trust whole unit

                                        Complaint was closed in winter and now again i am facing problem in cooiling but from samsung new revert is coming that stablizer is not installed but at the time of intallation engineer told us there is no need of stablizer
