Hi samsung.

I have brought ac on 29th may 2017 and @ 2017b once after the ac 1 year warranty over, it stopped working and when samsung service center people visited they said that it is the issue with pcb board. How can pcb board from samsung branded can go. So it mean your brand uses such a low quality of board.

Note: i have a recorded voice with me to prove all these.

Bought a newly samsung handset j7 pro and customer service team makes me like a bagger just bcoz of "i am expecting resolution of my defective handset as a replacement only".

Since i have purchased 32" led in july 2017, i did not got the installation of led due to living on rent, now i want to install the same in my own house. I have been asked to pay rs.600/- for the same which is un-understable. I bought a samsung wf600u0bhwq washing machine on 12/06/2015.
This developed noise and i called the toll free no.[protected] on 28/03/2018 and they told me that my machine is under warranty and arranged a technician and promised that there will be no charges. Technician arrived in one hour and said the drum shaft is broken and it will cost rs. 12, 500/-. He charged me rs. 295/- for his visit.

Poorest customer service of samsung!!

I had bought an ac two days back and there is no cooling. I have been lodging complaint since yesterday evening on customer care. Three different people have been telling us that someone will come and sort this issue. I waited till seven in the evening and no one has turned up. Is this the response one should get from samsung.
I hope some action is taken now atleast.

I have samsung galaxy s9 handset and there is a strict of call recording app so i always use automatic call recorder pro app in all the older versions of s series but this app is not supported by s9... Please see to see and kindly process my complaint and i hope to see a support from your side.
