My galaxy j7 prime phone has been submitted to samsung's jaipur service center (Ablaze communications) on 27th oct as i was unable to make any calls and if someone callsme - gets the message that the phone is busy. The service request# is [protected]. When it was submitted the service center rep. Told me that sir it would require mother board change and it will be done in 20 days.
Now on exact 20 days (17th nov) the status of the complaint on online portal has been changed to - completed and mentioned to pick up the phone as it has been repaired.
When i reached the service center they told me that sir it's not done and your phone is sent to vidhvyadhar nagar service center and it will be done by 21st nov. Now when i called them on 22nd they told me sir it will take 4-5 more days when i asked them what's the issue - thye told me that - sir we have billing issues with samsung.
Now i called the samsung customer care and they are super intelligent :- (
They said that they have raised a complaint on service and a i will get a reply in 24 hrs... Nothing been done so far and when i asked customer care exec. That i want to talk to your senior... She told me sure sir i am transferring your line to my senior for that you need to be on hold for a min... I agreed.
Now i was on hold for almost 2 mins then the hold has been removed but no response and then after a min the call was ended from samsung side.

If samsung india need a proof i have recordings available for all the conversations i had.

I got a call back and Samsung want me to submit the job sheet from service Centre and the bill copy of mobile as reply on the email they supposed to share... But as expected I don't receive any mail so far...hats off to Samsung and it's services

    My self pradeep kumar i purchased samsung galaxy j2 pro on 16th nov. 2017 from kejriwal electronic, renukoot. After a day i found its battery have charged 60% but sudden mobile got switchoff. I connected charger then mobile got started charge from 0%. This problem has informed to my nearest shop kejriwal electronic. They said to me in this mobile somthing battery problem pls come on wednesday (22 nov 2017) and changed ur battery. When i went shop again on wed. They said i have no battery you can contact ur service center.
    Samsung service center is 157km far from renukoot. Why i invest inr1300 for travel from renukoot to varansi. Pls. Solve this problem as soon as possible.

      I had bought brand new samsung mobile in october from amazon. Since day 1, the battery charging was on/off. I thought c type charging works like that only. But it stop charging since today. Order placed: 4 october 2017 amazon.in order number:[protected] order total: 17, 990.00 the phone fell from my hand once and its back glass is broken. I took to service center, they asked me for 4800 rs, as mobile itself i bought it for rs 18000. I thought of not replacing back cover.

      Charging double amount than the mobile to force customer to buy new one.

        I bought the product in reliance digital on[protected] when i bought they told it has one year warranty. For warranty you can call us. But later the 8 months after my phone was totally dead. I went and given for the warranty claim in reliance digital, they forwarded to samsung. Now they are telling mother board is not working because water went inside. I told there is no chance to get water into it i told still they are cheating me and not replacing it under warranty. We have to replace the mother board and asking me to pay money of rs, 8, 000/- for the mother board but the actual price of the phone is rs 12, 000/-.

        Not only for me, they are telling every one whoever comes to service center asking us to replace all parts by asking extra money. Samsung is the cheater in india.

        Even i told them i will go to consumer complaint but still they are telling what they can do to us and threatening the customer like me.

        If needed i will attach the invoice bill and service bills..

        Your customer service people are trying to bring fault in my usage saying that product got into water etc.. and telling me unacceptable reasons. I truly telling you when I given to them I given for phone dead complaints. They took my phone for service and told me that the problem with mother board, after that I showed them its coming under warranty so change it. Once I given the warranty paper they try to cheat me saying it is water problem. Can you tell me how come the water is not gone into battery, and LED monitor etc... when other parts working well? will you accept this cheating reasons and game.

        Now I am sure that you (Samsung) purposely delaying the service because my warranty is going to end by December 12th 2017.

        Note to Consumer court:
        Please do not believe this Samsung service provider and they are very cleaver and misusing our law.

            Dear sir,

            We purchased one microwave of samsung model ce77jd-s 21l sl no.[protected] on dated[protected] from reliance digital, citi mall kota.

            The sales person in ther show room told us that there is no complimentary kit available with this product as of now.

            But at the time of delivery challan computer shows automatically one additional item name

            Samsung z-mwo conev kit one.

            When we asked the salesperson about this he explained that this was computer mistake and there is no such kit available, he written over the dispatch slip that this item is by mistake automatically written in this and there is no such kit available and get sign from us on this dispatch note and delivered the microwave without this kit.

            Now my request is that please inquire in to the matter and provide us the same kit as accompany with this product.

            For your reference i attached copy of invoice and delivery callahan of this item.

            Please send the kit to address in the invoice.

              I have purchased mobile (Item no. Samsung moto 10 350 [protected]) on 02.07.2017 by your authorised centre new universal mobile cafe at greater noida up. Just after purchasing within two months, item is not working. Hence i have gone to your dealer and responed that thier is software problem and it cannot be rectified at our end.

                Hi team,

                I’m customer for samsung from before the smart-phone era. I’ve use all my gadget’s that belongs to samsung mostly, but now i’m facing a serious issue with my tab-a which was bought by me on feb2016.

                The moment i landed out of warranty, my screen got automatically down and i took it to the near-by samsung authorized store, where they even can’t sort the issue and finally said me to change the screen and that costs me like 5600/-.

                I’m pretty sure that the issue is just because of some manufacturing problem of the device because i gifted that tab to my dad where he don’t use it much like 5 to 10 minutes max usage per day and he did protected the tab with good flip leather case and a tempered glass as well and here i totally agree that sometimes some issues happens with us but here nothing happened and we took to the nearby store where they even couldn’t able to sort the issue.

                Finally, i ordered for the screen replacement. Now exactly after three months o[censored]sage again i faced the same issue and i was totally into frustration and rushed to the store asking why the device went into down state. They took 5 days and finally said me like motherboard is dead and you need to replace the motherboard and that it charges me 8500/- around.

                Now, i just wanted to ask you like “ is this the way, how you are manufacturing your devices now a days..?? I’m pretty good with all the products that i have used till now but now i’m seriously facing this issue with no problem from my side. I hope you got what i was actually want to say u.. Please look into this issue and help me with a resolution.

                I have good respect and trust towards your organization and your products. I hope you would really look into this help me with the best possible solution.

                  MODEL SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 8

                  Order placed on 4th Oct 2017 for galaxy note 8 from samsung estore site. Received handset on 9th Oct 2017 which was defective and reverse pickup of defective handset was done on 18th Oct. Got replacement device on 27th oct 2017. Not getting wireless charger and 1 time screen replacement offer from samsung. Have been following up by mails and calls on their customer care number since 28th Oct 2017 but till now they have not resolved the case.

                  Firstly i received defective handset which needed to be replaced and now i am being harassed from approx a month to get the eligible offers

                    "worst service"
                    Recently i purchased j7 model and found my mobile charger cable is not working properly, when i reported same to service centre, they replied i need to submit my handset for 3 days to get new charging cable, and staff want me to sit for 1 to 2 hour to find weather cable is in stock or not at local level. This is worst experience of any product service.
                    Need contact details to resolve this issue.
                    Or else i will file case.in consumer. Court and upload this video in public sites.

                      We bought this refrigerator on 26th june 2017 and the compressor stopped working since 18th november 2017 and we have booked a complaint the same day with complaint no.:[protected].
                      As the refrigerator is under warranty the service engineer said they would change the compressor
                      But still they haven't changed since then.
                      It's been 5days and they haven't replaced it and even if we called customer care and the local service center of samsung and they're saying it would take 3more days.
                      It's very difficult to manage without a fridge and we want it replaced as soon as possible.in the meantime​ provide us with a spare fridge.

                          I have purchased samsung fully automatic washing machine on 15th nov & details u can search from my mobile num - [protected] & name - vikas achhra. But i have logged a complaint 3 days back that water flow in washing machine is taking time to fill the whole tub & from ur side ur engineer has also came but he said it works like that only & he was not ready to see also & not ready to talk also & he went back. When i logged this complaint i have specifically mentioned that tell engineer to come in morning before 11:30 am because after 11:30 am i will not be available but than also he came at between 4 - 5 pm. I mean what kind of service is this. Is samsung a big brand gives service to their clients like this. I must say poor after sales service & no support at all.

                          Kindly send someone who is responsible to give a proper service. My issue is water flow in washing machine from water tap is very very slow & it takes much time to fill the whole tub. Kindly send engineer according to that.

                            This is with respect to my samsung telephone that i bought a 10months back. I have a strong relationship with samsung as being a senior citizen i always prefer to buy samsung products all the time and even i recommend everyone to buy samsung products only.

                            This is the first time when i confronted an issue because of that i can't charge my phone. Most noticeably awful thing is that i had a truly terrible experience with samsung repair center on account of their un-proficient conduct and straight away response to deny to repair the item. They said that this issue can't be settled, just way out is to purchase a new motherboard for this headset.

                            Most importantly, my item is under guarantee, why do i pay for it? My way o[censored]tilizing the headset is extremely exquisite. I utilize my phone to answer the call and at whatever point there is a need. I take care of my assets just like a baby.

                            This is a technical problem in my headset due to that i am suffering since i bought this cell phone.in the beginning, i was confronting hanging and warming issue which i usually ignore it expecting this is a minor issue and will be settled for some time. Then this thing happened.

                            Your service centre team assured me that i will get a call from samsung head office as they have raised my requested to senior authorities but my complaint is totally ignored as it is almost two weeks. I am as yet sitting tight for a call from your end with the goal that my handset will be repaired soon.

                            Have attached the invoice original copy and my complaint copy for your ready reference.

                            I have a full faith in samsung…please help me in this matter.

                              Dear sir,

                              I bought a samsung j2 pro on 04.11.2017, i found the device vary slow & getting hang.

                              I walk to service centre on 18.11.2017 to replace the device, but in charge there insist me to update the software, hence i submit the device in service centre.

                              On monday 20.11.2017 i visit the centre to collect the device and found the device is still slow, while checking i noticed that the device is having only 1.5 gb ram instead of 2gb.
                              And also device name is j2 (2016), i have not collect the device yet.

                              Considering the manufacturing defect i want the replacement of product, please support & do the needful.

                              Samsung Care has coordinated with me over phone, But They have not support anything, I have been asked to visit the service centre & get the explanation from there. My device is not replaced even the device has the manufacturing defect.

                                As i am a samsung customer regarding my washing machine service i have called[protected] to register
                                A complaint on nov 4 2017 at 3 pm call duration 8min 43 sec and they gave me refernce number[protected]Fake number not regisered with my name or address) and followed by this a representaive called me
                                And visited my home and inspected the machine and told us need to replace a part and he was oedering the spare and afer a week no response
                                From them i again calle the same customer care number on nov 12 2017 at 12:19 pm call duration 21mins 44 sec i told all above and then the women i spoke to told me
                                She is registering a new complaint and gave me a refernce number[protected]Fake numeber) and the representative called me and told me that the order was delayed and will come
                                For service once he received the item

                                On 22 nov 2017 i again called the same customer care number they are telling no complaint has been registed with my name
                                And when i ask about the above details they cut my call repeatedly.

                                But here all these are happening without registering my complaint. How can i trust your cutomer service? Without complaint registeration how can i allow them to service my machinne
                                Why are you allowing this kind of person a women in you customer support

                                  Recently bought a new s8 on 3 july 2017 had the worst experience of my life... Phone has display issue (Screen burn) battery issue and camera issue hence spoke to the customer care for resolution they informed that it was softer-ware issue
                                  I requested for a replacement they did not agree stating it was not under the samsung policy to replace the device
                                  Hence issue was going around till 21/11/17 when i took it to the showroom to replace the device... They informed to take it to the service center have an invoice stating it was an hardware issue...
                                  Hence requested for a replacement they informed we cannot replace the device... They informed that they cannot replace the device as the samsung policy no replacement after 14 days but thejess from customer care dropped the call stating the refund was not possible and was very rude

                                    I have purchased this product in april 2017 on amazon.in
                                    Mobile backup is very poor. Every time when i charged it fully the battery charging level has been decreasing to 70% within 20-30 minutes without any usage. I have tested so many times by using it and also by not using. Battery is very poor i am very much irritated and i want my money back or i need justice for my amount i have paid for the value i have paid. It is not worthy as i paid to it.

                                    The following picture i have uploaded is the one 10 min after unplugging the mobile with full charging of 100% even without unlocking the screen to use.

                                      Purchased a tv on 13 th nov 17 under the guidance of the dealer to go for a 50 inches after me elaborating the distance from my sofa to the tv. But after installation found pictures to be too big. Spoke to the dealer to change me 43 inches and even to the customer care since i have kids of age 6 and 1 was worried about the tv picture size. The dealer misguided me to go for 50 inches for sake of his sale. But should the customer suffer for that. And a person named ganesh from chennai head office spoke to me in a harsh manner, stating do whatever u want is this the way u behave to a customer and that too being a lady i felt very bad for his attitude towards me. And the other problem in the tv was it showed videocon hdmi. But i use tatasky and there should be some responsible and mannered attitude for ur samsung persons to handle a customer. Buying ur product and for service or query the customers are being treated cheap.

                                        This is inform to you that i've used samsung galaxy j7 (Model code - sm-j700fzwdins & serial no. Rz8h10ehg2t) till 1.5 years also warranty extend for 2 years from calcutta (Divine solution). But still i've facing huge issued last 10 days now at present in delhi and i had visit maa communication in kotla mubarakpur (Delhi) service center regrading display flickering, slow responding also phone updated include format on 18th november at 6 pm. I've got token no.- 103 and your executive maybe mr. Aditya taken down my request but he and his engineer din't his doing work properly also did not understand my concern why i don't know??? Still i'm facing same issued.

                                        Yesterday and day after before i had call service center number [protected] many times from [protected] rudely behavior all times (Mr. Ajay). When i had reached yesterday at 5 pm for delivery my phone till one hour i've waiting. No one can helpout my issued also did not take any responsibility to resolved this matter what the hell man???

                                        ! Such is the pathetic situation!

                                        It's a totally miss managed service that vodafone is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit

                                        Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and ​​ highly unprofessional​ ​samsung service team​. I am trying to find my way to complain you in public forum​ nothing more else.​

                                        What i am looking for against my complaint

                                        1) i would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with samsung service center.
