I have purchased a samsung j7 prome at the price of 21, 000 on 16/10/2017, and it was dameged by small accident between the 9th day of purchase, and it has replacement warranty, and i submitted it has to replace the mobile the date of 26/10/2017 at samsung service centre, but till now i didn't recive any replacement, and when i was went to the service centre to asked that to office in charge, he replied to approach to company, now what to do now??
